Shadow sighed to himself, he loved the quiet calmness of the swamp. Solitude. Lonliness. these were the qualities that he saw in the marshy existance, a place where he could remind himself he was not normal, HE was not like the others. Vampire... the one thing that separated himself from society. They dont understand... was the constant chant in his head, with every victim taken, every pleading look, the last words of the dying. But he did wonder sometimes if he was all that different, he too could love, he did feel pain. Was the fact that he needed blood to sustain life such a big deal? Shadow began to nod off with his current line of thought, curling himself up into a ball so it only looked as if there was two wings sitting there.
There was a pounding of a frantic chase. The pray scrambled to keep away. A dark figure zoomed like lighting from side to side, waiting for the creature to falter. The figure could have caught it long ago, but decided to let its victim live a while longer... You know there is no point in running from me... You WILL not escape...~ A sinister voice came into the panting 'dragon's mind. You really... Think that you'd kill me so easily!? Yes, actually... The creature stepped in front of the 'dragon from the shadows, letting him stop a few feet from her. The 'dragon was an albino. Her red eyes glowed slightly as she jumped and landed on the creature. knocking him back, leaving him dead. The white 'dragon pulled her knife from the corpseÂ’s throat and licked the blade. She loved the smell of another job well done... She would get paid greatly for this... It may have only been a small victim to finish off, but her employer wanted this man dead and would pay largely for it... She kicked the carcass into a small ditch just around the corner and before burying it, she took a clean, un-bloodied part of his shirt and cleaned her blade. ~~~~~~ Another creature had been watching the assassination from a distance. It sniggered and shook its head. Assassins certainly arenÂ’t keeping their jobs secret anymore... Nore are they aware of the people around them... The black creature turned around and saw the albino standing before her. A smirk was plastered on both of their faces. You think we are un-aware? Sh'yeah right... They looked at each other for a moment and were looking for a week spot on the other. The black creature was the first to move, with her large fangs bared she charged but disappeared before she even came close to coming in contact. A dark sorcerer? Or is she just gifted... She knew she had to kill any witnesses that saw her assassination... ~~~~~ The black furred femme appeared near a small clearing. Her feet were mud stained from the squishy grounds she walked in. Her feet sank to her ankles in the marsh. She walked past the last tree and felt the presence of another... Another like her... The darkness of the soul, taken by another whose fangs had sunk into their flesh... The curse put upon so few, but yet so many... the many people gone missing from attacks... even some of those attacks being done by her... She was free for a while, having the bottle of ice, filled to the brim with the substance that gave her life... It was less than half full now... She had used much of it up from the time she met the creature who had given her his blood so that she wouldn't kill another soul for a while. She threw the bottle down, smashing the ice and leaving the bottle shattered on the ground. ~Why... Why do i still keep the bastards blood! He betrayed me... Archfang... If i ever lay eyes on you again i swear... The last you will see is me...~ She knew her temper tantrum on the bottle had given away her presence, but she was too pissed to care. She took a deep breath and clenched her paws. Her body relaxed only to the point of not being mad any longer. She remembered she had other things to attend to... She had to go home soon. Her love would be waiting for her... Out of Character

Yeah yeah... long post... It was funny. The place where she hang out most was in Bhim. And the only company she'd ever have with her was her shadow. Veaji squished her way through the swamp. Unlike most her relatives, she didn't mind getting dirty. She wasn't that prim and proper little girl that her parents tried so hard to get her to be. You see now, Mama? I told you I couldn't be who you wanted me to be... she muttered to her mother who was now dweling in Fromina. Perhaps solitude was her punishment? Punishment for rebelling too much? For killing? At the thought, she washed off the last speck of blood on her coat with her water she brought with her. She'd just finish getting rid of some pervert on her way here. Getting out of the marsh, she sat on one of the low branches of the swamp tree. Whatever they call that. Veaji wasn't one for knowing names of plants. She let out a small sigh and made herself comfortable. It was a very long walk from where she was from. The struggle with her latest barbaric victim took most of her energy away. There was sound of shattering glass and Veaji sat upright. Few feet to her left, a dark 'dragon stood and before her, shattered glass. She felt a little irritated for the quietness to be broken. Especially when she was turning to unwind. She hesitated for a while, considering whether or not to let her presence be acknoledged and then spoke, her voice coming out sharp and cold. You! What are you doing?
Out of Character

right one more thing: two post rule you can only post after two others, so we dont wait for weeks for one person to reply, if you're not happy with it tell me and i will see what i can do about it ok?

Shadow jumped up startled, the swamp, seemed swamped and he could smell the presence of others. As he heard the smashing of glass he hastily cast a barrier spell upon himself. This was worth going to look for... Shadow began to walk towards the area where he had heard the glass smashing, you never know he thought to himself, i might get a meal out of this he stopped after a few step in a small opening leaving skid marks in the damp ground from his sudden halt and found himself staring at a black dragon only a few feet in front of him, then he sensed two other beings, he stared at the black one transfixed, his eyes began to glow a bright red, his tail twiching anxiously with the flame slowly growing in its colour and size.
The dark femme looked at the voice that called her. Her eyes faded back to normal and she glared slightly at the 'dragon on the low tree limb. She growled lightly at random thoughts but shook her head. She eyed the dragon a little longer, still in silence. She felt the presence of the other ‘dragon who she had sensed before… She turned her head slightly and found him skid to a halt in front of her. She raised a brow at him and looked him up and down. ~He looks excited...~ She said dully to herself. She could feel his gaze on her... It was starting to aggravate her... And what do YOU want... She said growling slightly. She hated men who stared at her like a prize... "Want to come home with me?" Was the only thing on their mind... At least she had found someone who would treat her right... If she really wanted to she could sick her mate on this one and see who came out the victor... She mentally kicked herself, thinking, for sure Rluknyym would kick his ass into the ground... She waited for an answer, still ignoring the other 'dragon who had addressed her before hand... ~~~~~ The white femme growled as she followed the stench of the black creature... She was almost sure she had seen her before... But where? She stomped through the shin high swampness, following the other femme's aura... It had stopped... How fortunate for me... She hated the thought of chasing someone through the marshes. Her fur was already looking as if someone drove her into a pit of quick sand...
Out of Character

kutz does shadow already know Veaji from the alliance thread?

She'd even taken out her gun from the multi-purpose belt. But Veaji had sensed that another creature was nearby. She turned and saw, in the slight mist that the swamp gave out, a creature whose fur was supposed to be white before it came here. What? How many more are going to come? she wondered. She heard the dark femme speak to someone and turned. Standing beyond her, was a familiar 'dragon. She couldn't recall who he was or what made her think he looked familiar. Momentarilly forgetting the white femme, she waved the gun at the male. Have I met you before? she sounded.
Shadow growled a harsh refusal for one thing he didn't like to mix with his own, and she was attached, he could smell her mate on her. his growled refusal ended and his ears pricked up when a familiar voice came into play. he looked up to see and smell an aquaintance he had made in the S.O.B Veaji? is that you? it is! hey, how have you been?! shadows' eyes faded from the red they turned from meeting a vampire to a light blue remembering he still hadnt asked her out for a drink yet... he quickly turned back to the dark vampire thanks for the offer, but i dont think anyone would be pleased if i went with you he said bluntly and dont try anything funny or i'll show you a side you dont want to see he was glad he hadnt tried to get in with this one, then again he was beginning to lose interest in flings even with his "own kind"

Emotions interfere with everything: P

The harsh growl was a bit of a surprise. Even for a vampire, her mate's scent would be hard to smell for she hadn't been home in weeks... ever since the fight between the S.O.B and "The Lost" she had been avoiding any of her friends... She didn't want someone to come after her and to have the painful regret of putting her friends in danger. She would prefer she died without them getting involved. But there were a few outsiders that knew she was on the run from "The Lost" She wasn't quite sure what to make of these two... But they seemed to know each other. You wouldn't want to get on my nerves at all... My dark side already doesn't like you.... And like me, it's got the hots for blood... All at once, the sense of someone coming towards them at fast speeds knocked her into 'attack' mode. She pushed the male from in front of her and off to the side. She skidded and turned. Her sword clashed against anotherÂ’s weapon as a white blur came at her. ~~~~~ The white creature growled and whipped its tail blade around the black leg that was keeping the body from faltering. It cut deep into the flesh, leaving blood seeping through the fur and making a pool on the ground. The leg gave way slightly but the black furred femme pulled back and took a leap away. She landed, crouching a ways away, curling the injured leg up to her stomach. Blood dripped from her heel onto the ground. What the hell do YOU want...? Her eyes turned red as the smell of her blood and rising of her anger pressed. ~~~~~ The albino creature smirked and chuckled. She shifted her eyes towards the company they had. hmm... She turned back to face her new opponent. Her body was covered in an assortment of weapons. Daggers were hid in every available place that was covered by something. Her chocker bore a dagger on the back of her neck, hidden by her hair. She had a few others that were in the open but her tail was a dangerous aspect. Out of Character

i WAS going to add more.. but after i left to go out... Veaji mentally scolded herself for having such bad memory. She remember well of the incident in Black Market which happened not so long ago. I'm doing good. Been havin' abit of peace lately. she said and nodded to herself. So far so good with only one victim since the end of Alliance run-in in Black Market. She was about to ask about Shadow when the intruder that she was watching a while ago attacked the dark femme. Veaji watched silently and attentively, unaware she was studying their fight habits and movements for it was her habit to do so. It comes in handy most of the time. She noted that one have to be careful of the albino's tail. The dark femme had some skills with sword. She also noticed that all the crouching and curling the dark femme was making only would lose her more blood. Thus, making her more vunerable. She debated with herself whether or not to make some action. But decided to watch where this would go, wondering what Shadow's reaction to this sudden attack would be. Out of Character

Ah... so I'm guessing you're playing Temrin now? Nice plot/post there, btw. Who's the albino?

shadow growled at the shove, he didnt need to worry about 'dragons barrelling into him with his barrier spell. he watched the fight progress wondering wether or not he should intervine. he sighed, quickly transformed into his pure vampire form while casting his newly aquired wall spell, it would be more powerful if it was casted in this form, but he still grimaced as he thought of ANYone having to see him like this. he then casted a barrier spell for everyone in the vicinity, he didnt feel like smelling blood, not today. heh, he thoght to himself as he casted, now no-ones gonna win. and i want to find out why someone is attcking a vampire... shadow thought for a few more moments wondering if the albino was a hunter of his kind, if so he would have to kill her.....
The albino glanced at the one who's aura had flickered as the spell was cast. She gritted her teeth and slammed a fist into the other. Her fist slammed into the ground with a swift punch and dust flew up around the pair, causing them to disapear from from the others eyes. When the dist finally settled the two were gone... Lets us fight our fight! With no interuptions! Her voice echoed commandingly at the both of them... Her voice coming from no where in particular. ~~~~ The injured black creature saw the barrier apear around her. She was relieved for a moment, but she hated being helped by strangers. Did she not deserve to fight her fight? Well, she didn't try to break the barrier, it would have been easy to counter the spell, but she wished not too, it might come in handy... When the dust flew up after she had glanced at the vampiric form to her side, she growled and pounced on the albino as they disapeared. Out of nowhere her and the albino's body crashed from midair, scaring their once peacfull surroundings. Small animals scuttled away as they landed. What the hell do you want?! I did nothing to you! So why do you attempt to kill me!? She said, pinning the assassin to the ground. The white creature, now muddied, answered, Anyone who witnesses a killing by any of 'us' die! And i am up for someone worth fighting... Are you the person i've searched for? Are you worthy enough to fight me?! Come on! The black femme growled and slammed a fist into the ground, aiming for the one under her, but jumped backwards as the albino had apeared in front of her, with daggar ready and striking... Out of Character

Wha... i was to lazey to spell check this time... so don't mind common errors.. ^^

Veaji got fed up of watching. True, their fighting ways were particular and interesting. True that she shouldn't intervine and mind her own business. But curiosity was getting the better of her. It was hard for her to pin point where excactly they were but after a few trials and errors, she finally found them. One with a dagger and on top of the other. She aimed her gun at the dagger's blade and shot, intending to flick the dagger right out of the albino's paw. Her shot should be true, she rarely ever misses. But right now she didn't care whether the bullet had hit the dagger or not. The sound of the gunshot should be magnified and anyone who heard it would be distracted. Unless, of course, someone was deaf. She watched as little creatures in the swamp scamper around at the sound of the gunshot. Sorry for the interuption but I really wanted to know what in Ramath is happening. she said, after trying to figure out what she was actually doing.
Shadow growled, they had just, disappeared... i really need to work on that wall spell later he grumbled. But even though he didn't like the black femme he felt as though he had to protect his own kind, he morphed back into his usual form and drew out his sword. it glowed a strange purple and blue from the many castings he had put on it which caused a burning sensation on contact, which more often than not surprised his opponent. Leave the black dragon alone! he barked, no-one was going to kill HIS kind, not in front of him. Shadow flinched slightly at the gunshot glancing momentarily at Veaji giving her a small smile. looks like she was going to end up joining in...and he didnt care if he wasn't welcome in this fight. you comin? they're not that far off
Well well well, Temrin, what have you gotten yourself into this time? A figure said to himself, sitting on one of the branches and watching. Seems like you found another of your kind, and some others who aren't too happy with you. He thought, jumping out of the branch and landing in the open, his hand on his sword. What did you do this time, Temrin?
A purple anubi 'dragon stood in the tree's. As this new creature said the name Temrin he burst forth, revealing himself. He had since recovered from the desert. He had learnt to be more open. So far it had kept him from re-lapsing into another faint. He had no weapon other than his past, his intellect, and his cunning. He zipped foreward almost in a blur and raised a paw to snap the dagger out of the others hand. He looked to the others with the swords, he felt out of place. Dang he thought I really need to get a sword

The dagger had found its way to her throat, yells of other and a few mocking voices found her. She ignored them all... The Pendragons dagger was pressed against her throat. The only thing to hold it from slitting through her was her own paw. She held the hand holding the daggers hilt, drawing blood from the other 'dragonÂ’s hands with her claws. When the dagger shot from both the quarrelling pairs paws, Temrin grinned evilly and grabbed both the 'dragon's wrist in one of her paws and slammed her fist into the face that turned from her. You! Of all people! Should know not... To look away! She said between grunts. Holding onto sweaty hands wasn't easy... She knew this wouldn't end well... Shut up! You Blood-Thirsty... Maniac! Stop Squirming And Die! A burst of energy ran through Telbaj's body. Her hand slipped through Temrin's grasp and wrapped their long slender fingers around her neck and squeezed. Temrin gasped lightly as her head hit the ground. Temrin's claws dug into the hand around her throat. She found the girls' other free hand that was about to strike and held it firmly. She Bent back the girlÂ’s striking wrist and attempted to get the grip on her neck to lessen... even the slightest bit. With her eyes only slightly open Temrin saw the lust to kill in her opponents eyes... The mad grin on the albino's face was enough to send ripples down your back and cause your heart to stop for a split second. I REFUSE TO DIE BY YOUR HANDS! She forced the femme back.
