Gregory made his way down a spiral staircase, carefully hidden from prying eyes by a series of hologram projectors, magic spells, and traps. His cloaking device served him well as he made his way down the levels, until the water molecules in the air froze, chapping his dead skin and causing his slow steady breathing to turn into a strange series of short breaths through his air filter. Night Vision was on, even though the way was lit with several torches leading down. He felt he would be ready if anything unexpected were to happen. The report stated that there were experiments occuring down here that needed investigating, experiments with Hybrid Technology and a new type of weapons system that used heat in surrounding molecules to either freeze, or ignite. Gregory didn't like the sound of what was happening down here, far below the ground in ancient catacombs, but he had his orders, and he would neutralize any threat to his operation, even if it was an interfering member of the school above. The report stated that this was a strictly military operation, with the school above having no knowledge of or connection to this, but Gregory knew someone had been bought off somewhere, for a secret place to hide and work... Now if the rest of the mission was only this easy, take a few photos, stay out of sight, wait for the calvary to get his ass out of there, simple enough...

  2. Temyc picked up a scent as he crouched before the stairs. His long snout sniffed and breathed deep. But....was it a new scent or old? He was not sure....he sniffed the dust on the floor. That didnt smell like it. He stood and turned off his flashlight.

"Must be a teacher" he whispered in his own head.

He then moved behind some crates and hid, watching the stairs. Waiting for whatever that scent was.

  3. Gregory jumped the last few steps, making a soft rustle that he cursed, and kicking up a small amount of dust that stuck to him, showing him through his cloaking device. He shook himself off and moved out of the cloud, quickly concealing his location again. He was about to move past some large crates, decayed and covered with cobwebs and dust, when his ears perked, and he sensed a spirit nearby. He crept closer, and making sure he had a mag loaded into his heavy duty sniper rifle he crept forward, uncloaking and levelling the barrel at the face of Temyc.

"Looks like I have myself a witness..."

  4. Cold metal pressed at the back of Gregorys head "Looks like you have two, actually" spoke the voice of an overconfident lady. "Although I dont blame you for missing me, I certainly balme you for comeing down here, oh, and you, with the face in the barrel of this guys gun, your in trouble too, now whats say you two hand me the weapons and go back to watever lessons you have" Sulphea smurked, she always liked getting her hands on more guns, and neither of these guys had seen her comeing! Ah well, they cant all be challenging...

  5. Temyc had his knife Drawn and ready to go as soon as he saw the dust fly up. He didnt get the time to put it against the mans Chest when the barrel came right to his face. His eyes went wide with surprise and then wide again when the next person had arrived. He dropped his long, riggid knife to the floor for the woman to pick up.

But....of course he wasnt going to give up that quickly. Thats just not like him. As soon as the plink of metal hit the stone floor he brought up his leg and brought it back down to kick in the Man whose gun was in his face's knee, pulled up his scarf to over his snout.

  6. Jahhar kept an emotionless expression as he watched the scene. Amusing? somewhat... Jahhar wondered if Gregory was in The Lost. He scanned Gregory. Sure enough... Jahhar stayed where he was, motionless, waiting for someone to make a move. Maybe we would destroy Gregory and get rid of another Lost member. The thought appeased Jahhar.

  7. Gregory slowly raised himself, chuckling at her lack of forethought. He moved lightning fast, spinning and ducking to grab the barrel of her gun with one hand and her wrist with the other. He let his rifle drop to the floor, the Earth technology wouldn't even dent from such an action, and then he forced her back against the far wall, crossing her arms over her chest with a move savage enough it was a miracle they didn't break. He pinned her against the wall in this fashion, and stared at her with cold, dead, pure white eyes as his rifle lifted from the ground by some unseen force and came to hover behind him, pointing it's red laser sight at Temyc's heart, just in case...

"Listen Lady, Your plan already backfired, either you let me wipe your mind and you go along your merry way, or I kill you, same goes for you kid."

He paused, and tilted his head to the side, before grinning and speaking again.

"And you, Cyborg, come out and give yourself up and I might give you the same choice as these two..."

He yawned and released his steel grip on Sulphea's wrists. Snatching his rifle from midair he activated his cloaking device and vanished, just in case.

"What should I do with you three... Maybe I shouldn't let you go..."

A red laser sight suddenly appeared on all three foreheads, strange since Gregory's rifle only had one. He would play with them for a while, before killing them and moving on, at least that was the plan...

  8. Jahhar raised an eye and fell to the ground, landing lightly. "I'm surprised you spotted such a still figure." He walked near to Gregory, "Of course I suppose all members of 'The Lost' need to be well trained." He smiled rougishly. He thought of a plan of escape.

  9. Temyc Sighed and put his hands down, leaning against the wall.

"Wow...arnt we the angry and untrusting one arnt we?"

    He smirked.

"i have no business with you, if you wipe her memory it would do good for me and I promise I would never speak of this."

He sniffed.....smelling where the man was, but doing nothing. He wishes he never dropped his knife.

He blinked as another figure appeared.

There must be something more than I thought going on here... that tip off wasnt for nothing he said to himself.

  10. "Ha Ha, very funny, but I don't trust any of you worth a damn. And as for you Jahhar, I'm not 'well trained'. Anyways, all of you, stand three meters west from those crates, and place all your weapons on the ground in front of you, nice and easy now..."

  11. Temyc looked at him for a moment.

"But my only weapon is already on the floor....do you want me to pick it up?"

He was obviously stalling. Trying to still confirm his scents....maybe he should do nothing. This all might be too much for him...what ever is down this low. But maybe it should be found by him. These question fly through his mind.

"my, my, my, are you lot frequents here or is this your first time?" Sulphea smurked as she carefully placed her strange weapon on the floor. "what brings you all here? this isnt exactly a place of interest, is it?" . Sulphea knew that none of these people could take her down, but why kill them meaninglessly? she could at least squeeze some information out of them without them realiseing before she made her dramatic escape.

Sulpheas gun on the floor illuminated the entire room in a strange purple light "oh, and you with the invisibility, I highly suggest you purchase a cloaking device which doesnt actually project shadows in a dim area... just a tip there"

  13. There was a snort and the laser sights dissappeared.

"Listen, I'm giving you an order, kick your weapons over to where I told you to put them, and give yourselves up. And my cloaking device isn't faulty Lady."

The shadow vanished, signifying that Gregory had turned his cloaking device on full tilt. It would mean he hadonly about two hours of time left, but total invisibility was worth it. He wandered silently over to Sulphea and gave her a savage kick to the back.

"Don't piss me off, or you won't leave this dungeon alive..."

He then pointed a red laser sight at Jahhar, the line to the target hidden as an added effect of Gregory's cloaking device.

"Get over there with them, NOW."

  14. Temyc Kicked the blade away to where he was told. Then he blinked.

"Wait, I think theres something more in my brest pocket....nope...just my sunglasses." He took them out and put them on with a smirk. When He had his hands down he had a little something ready to fall out of his sleeve...and I mean litterly. Just as soon as his hands whent back down something rolled into his hand.

    "Oh yeah.....and THIS!"

He threw out a grenade in Gregorys general direction and turn to ran. A Second after it hit the floor it burst with a huge amount of light. It was a flash grenade, and he knew that if Gregory still had his night vision on, that is gunna blind. He grabbed the girl and began running down the hallway, daragging her with him.

  15. Jahhar saw this as an opportunity to turn the tables and catch all three of the dragons. Even though he was blinded, his memory of where things were served him well. He felt for a vial in his pack that was shaped a certain way. Upon finding it, he threw it to where he recalled the top of the door frame was. He heard a shattering noise as the glass from the vial fell to the floor. The contents however, drifted down in a haze and caused all the air in front of the door to compress into an impenetratable barrier. Now it seemed that no one could exit the area until Jahhar commanded the barrier to leave. Jahhar could sense that the bunch he was dealing with was a tricky group, so he stepped back into the shadows and waited for his eyesight to return before he made any further moves.

  16. Temyc blinked as he saw the tube fly over his head and hit the doorway. He thought it was misten to be a grenade so he kept running....but that wasnt good. He hit the barricade with a hard thud and flew back a few feet and landed on his back. He groaned in both pain and anger. That one always works. But not this time.

  17. Gregory took his chance. The grenade blinded his physical vision, but his mind was free to take in the events that unfolded. With the knowledge of things happening, and through a quick scan of the minds of all except Jahhar, he decided this would be the best time to escape. He charged the opposite direction from the exit, heading down another spiral staircase that led into the lowest basement levels, where the secret experiments were supposedly being carried out...

  18. During the confusion Sulphea scooped up her gun and used her near perfect knowledge of the basement levels to make her way to the exit. She pressed up against it and was pushed back "Well, I see someone has been keeping up to date with there equipment, looks like Im not the only one then"

  19. Jahhar's vision returned to him in time for him to spot Gregory moving down the stair case. "You can't escape me 'Lost' scum," mumbled Jahhar under his breath. He powered up his augmentations and sprung down towards the same stair case Gregory had gone. Sulphea and Temyc were not of his concern right now. He ran along the left side of the staircase wall and jumped at Gregory as soon as he saw him. He grabbed the back of Gregory's collar and rolled foward while holding on to him. Taking both of them down the stairs to the bottom. Jahhar was on top of Gregory's back now and pulled out one of his eclipse knives. "'The Lost'... I think your corpse will be lost under dust down in these basements." Jahhar murmered, grinning wickedly.

  20. Temyc sat up and sighed. He looked at Sulphea then around. He stood, picked up his knife and sheathed it. He watches Sulphea.
