    Dyo
    Day 3 81379
    Evening (Dark)

The muddy earth sloughed underneath enough her to panic, lowering her body enough to disappear in the large fern. Her composure disappeared in a blink as paw trampled the soaked earth in front of her eyes. The dragonÂ’s golden-lit grazed at her direction, yet didnÂ’t detected her presence. His fangs unfurled in aggravation as he instructed his partner to go in another direction and he disappeared as quickly as he appeared.

Rilith released a breath she wasnÂ’t sure she had as they left herÂ…those toadies that were just going to take her back to him. The one had benefited from her disadvantage and her situation. Her neck married fresh with punctuated wounds, a bite mark above the scars of her lover, as if was a direct challenge. Her lactations over her legs and marred her beauty two weeks ago, the flesh refused the heal, and she cannot figure why other than one thingÂ…Â…she is becoming mortal.

How can this be? She had accepted her undead lifestyle for years. She didnÂ’t know how to tell Sieben of her secret, that she might be dying and was afraid that she might harm him if she stay. It wasnÂ’t until after her disappearance that she found she was pregnant, unable to accept such a possibility. It was real, she had made a makeshift nest under the tree as she was getting weaker to travel back to Ajta, much less summon the power to fly over there. She mourned at thisÂ…seeing that her love would not see his fruit in that egg. She hid the beautiful thing of darkness with crimson lights in that tree as she left to replenish her strength off some long travelers, until that dayÂ…. she couldnÂ’t even bring her fangs out or forgot how the shadows cover her. Her powers just left.

And at a worst time when another vampdragon found herÂ….and somehow knew her.

She was thankful that she was away from her nest at the time and he didnÂ’t find her egg, no doubting that he will destroy it. He made the point real clear that he wanted her to suffer and she had no powers to fight him. Blessing was a rainy day when vampdragon have some difficult that she escaped and became what is her situation now.

Her eyes gazed forward sensing the poisonous flowers she laid around her hiding place where she can retrieve her child and get away for good. She lifted her head, only for it to slump back in the dirt in weakness.

Â…SiebenÂ… The thought came out in a plea. A hope for rare luck. Two years ago she wished for her morality back, today seems otherwise.

  2. Adara leaned back against the office wall with her red eyes fixed upon Sieben as he spoke to that of one of the students. She sighed softly and leaned her head back against the wall day-dreaming as usual. The days have seem to become rather dull since that day she seen Rilith get sick and informed her to be secretive to Sieben about her pregancy. Adara merely shook her head until that of a sharp and distant sounding voice cut through her ear drum. She winced suddenly and looked about the room then over towards Sieben that appearently didn't hear anything. She gave him a bit of a glare then slid off the counter top dressed in her upper classman school uniform. She turned on a heel and headed out of the office slipping the door shut behind herself. "Rilith..." she whispered her mistress's name before walking off towards the dormintories. Once there she removed her uniform and slipped into her normal wear outside of the academy then slipped off into the shadows.

She was so unaware of where she was going, but wherever Rilith's voice and the bit of her blood told Adara, she would be there. Shadow World was indeed a place that made it so easy to move around. Just the simple fact of passing between two different shadows in the world would take you to the farest reaches of the planet. Adara didn't waste no time in trying to locate her mistress. Adara came to realize that if Rilith was to die or something it would cause Sieben to go and do something to end his own life. Just the thought of it made Adara's skin crawl as she continued on her way through the Shadow World, searching for Rilith.

A set of honey yellow irises looked about the place slowly before turning back towards an approaching figure. The one with the yellow eyes walked over towards the other and came to a stop. "Did you find her yet?" That of the dark figure shook his head causing the one with yellow eyes to growl lowly then yell out. "Then get back out there with the others and look! She couldn't have crawled far from here!" He snarled as he turned back around looking over the woodlands and flora.

He shook his head lightly and moved over towards a tree leaning back against it. "I swear when I find her I'll cut her throat and drink her dry." He cursed aloud as he looked about in the darkness seeing his goons move about looking in tall grasses and about the trees. He merely just shook his head and lowers his eyes towards the ground slipping them closed. One of the goons came ran back to the yellow eyed 'dragon.

"Rin I found that of her sash (if Rilith wore one) it was over there tangled up in the brush." He spoke to Rin.
Rin lifted his eyes up and took hold of the sash looking over it. "This doesn't put me any closer to find her you fool!" Rin drew back his arm and threw a straight punch into the minion's jaw knocking him on his ass. "Get back to work!"

It wasn't long after Adara entered the Shadow World that she was back out of it. She lifted her eyes up towards the dark of the forest about her, only being lit by the glow of the large white moon. She sighed softly and lowered her eyes towards the ground before continuing on with her search. She lifted her head up at the sound of others moving about and searching for someone. She took a hint of the air through her nose and detected blood, Rilith's blood! Adara broke out into a silent tort through the trees and brush, following the fate scent of Rilith's lingering blood that seemed to be getting a little stronger in the direction she was going. "Rilith, where are you?" Adara thought out, hoping to get a response back as she tread on.

  3. Her tears mixed with the fresh rainwater the pour to the ground. Everything hurts especially her hunch that suffered the most undesired of abuse. She helped herself by standing finally, creping flow in the flora as her one goal was find her child it became her one goal to protect it since a week ago. She know she couldnÂ’t do much against them, but if she was going to die, she would rather know that her child was going to be safe before worrying for her own life. If she did survive, she was going to make Rin pay for this, and with every promise of the word with no mercy. She traveled more slowly to the smell of her nest, looking at the moon, being ten minute to almost midnight.

She let out a quiet painful breath as she saw the familiar tree in her sights, somehow seeing that nothing was unearthed or destroyed. Relieved, she let her body drop for what she believed to be her last time. Hidden in the tall ferns and grass,
she started unresisting at her nest, ready to strike mindlessly at anyone that came to it, vampire or not. Tiredness took over for the moment as she dozes in the mud.

Though her sleep she heard someone’s thoughts in a familiar sound, “Rilith, wher.."

Sieben? Adara? She blinked wake. She thought both as in some point they both sounded the same, but the femme overtone decided who called her. Willing to think and hope that they will hear her, as it was a risk to do so in the presence of her enemy. Â….FollowÂ…smellÂ….Jayia. She answered with whenever strength she had left, telling the kind of flowers she placed around her nest before she willingly passed out from the wounds, her breathing slow and almost death-like.

  4. Adara came to a sudden stop and looked about herself, she gotten the sound, the feel of Rilith in an instant. Her eyes looked about herself slowly before looking off into the direction that was told to her in a sense. She glared a bit till the the sound of a sudden gasp came from behind her. She swung her head around and looked towards that of the oddly shaped creatures. It looked back to her with the empty cold gaze that Sieben would deal out to her, from time to time. She glared at it before turning herself around approaching the creature. But as she approached the creature it turned tail and dashed off away from Adara. The creature screamed out something as it continued to run away from her. Adara did the only thing that came to mind in this stitutation, she turned into the oppose direction and ran. "Rilith if you are out there, give me another sign." She thought out as she continued on running.

The minion made it's way back towards Rin and came to a sliding stop in front of him. It looked up at him and spoke out. "Another! There is another here!" It spoke in a haste to him. Rin merely gave the creature sly look then lifted his eyes away from it. If the information had nothing to do with his current prey then it wasn't important to him. "You need to stick to the duty that I assigned you, not go off and report every detail of every little creature you come across." Rin spoke hissing at the minion. The minion squealed and dashed off to go back to work. It wasn't worth getting killed over.

Adara continued on her way came to a sudden stop at the smell of...Jayia? Rilith spoke something of that! Adara turned her eyes into the direction of the scent and started to walk towards the circle of flowers and ferns. Her red irises drifted over the area for a moment before she extended her hands and parted the ferns. Her eyes drift down and come to rest on the battered form of Rilith. "Rilith..." whispered Adara as she kneeled down along side Rilith, placing her hand on Rilith's injuried back side gently. She moved up along side her more and reached her arms about Rilith, pulling her up to where she was resting back against her. "Rilith? Are you okay? Can you hear me?" Adara spoke looking down into Rilith extending her index claw, slipping it over her forehead.

  5. Everything was a mist, and blinding light that dimmed as she stood before a great temple, the flower grew delicately on the green like a uniform cape along the corners of solid stone. She was thereÂ…and was not there, she recognized herself as a glowing entity of hovering star as she looked around. She explored the outside in this form as the temple had no entrance and none way to open. However, someone was there. The rusted-colored robe was trained to the ground, its edge were trimmed with gold around the femme figure. This mysterious person turned around and approached her, holding her hand out to the touch the glowing orb. As she did this, the hood pulled back slightly showing her vulpine nuzzle in the faded light. Rilith noticed this and pulled back slightly in shock, and as the hooded figure seem to smile and pulled back the rest of her hood, looking just likeÂ…

It went dark suddenly as she found herself back in her broken form, but someone else was there, holding her. This is it for me… she thought, assuming that it was her captor. When the person asked if she was okay, she rethought her assumption. No one that harmed her would have asked that. Maybe she should open her eyes, staring up to the find the person who has her in her embrace, not making assumptions. “Who?" The thought that other one that wanted to find her was gone at the time as her situation seem bleaked anyway. She wanted for her answer with her breathing, painful, but silent.

  6. Adara reached her hand up and grazed her thoumb over Rilith's lips lightly. "It's me mistress, Seiph...Sieben's counterpart." She spoke in a soft whisper as her fingertips came to rest on the side of Rilith's neck over the recent bite wounds that she has taken from the vampire, Rin. Adara glared a bit and drew her fingers back feeling the warmth within Rilith, something that one of her kind would only find in a living creature. "Mistress...you're warm...and you heart beat is strong." Adara spoke with a confused tone as her hand came back and drifted over her own lips tasting Rilith's blood. Her eyes shifted a bit from the taste before she looked back down onto Rilith. "You are mortal again? But how, when?" She spoke looking into Rilith's weak eyes.

  7. "I don't know...I..really," She tried to think something, anything logic explaining this pheoneonal but in truth there was none. The truth seems better than most, "I left Atja to find a physisian, one that has knew of my status of my sickness in the mortal life, and asked the illness yo-you witness last season. I thoug--" and interupted with a cough, sending vibriation down to her pelvis, that ached from Rin's expermatation. " was my old sickness returing, multated by vampism. I feared for you both, so I had to make sure . . . .. Pregancy is different along vampires, isn't it?"

As she left room for Seiph to answer, she made an effort to make herself more comfortable around Adara and less pathnetic, but ended with returing to a less altered version of her posture where she laid. "I was getting weaker during my stay..it was too dangerous to enter the shadow realms and return home or stay back as my power seem to alter unpredictatly. So I stayed here until I was strong enough to return. However, last night at mid moon (Midnight) I went out to feed like I did always but I found that I couldn't....I don't.."

She lost her breath that its became more soundly, "my powers couldn't come, like I never had them...then I found by him. He came because of the rarity of a vampire having a child, but found me as a mortal and....punished me for it"

Never knowing she had the strenght, she stood up, but only lightly. "Maybe what has left me will return at midnight, I don't know at all except I pray that this is not permanant because...." Her teeth came out in a small snarl. "I want to killl that sick son of bitch"

Rilith neglected to mention the egg because her enemies are around, hopefully not hearing this so all three of them will have a safe trip back. Might be just a child's wish.

  8. Adara looked up at her from the ground then rose herself. She reached her arm about Rilith's waist gently and took her arm up and placed it over her shoulders. "We shouldn't dwindle about here. I think that someone might be looking for us." She spoke in a calm tone as her feet stepped lightly over the ground to make as less sound as possible. She reaches her other hand up and slips it over the side of Rilith's face then pushed her head to where it would rest on her shoulder. "Just try and relax yourself...and save your energy." Adara moved Rilith over towards the safety of a tree hallow then placed her down to where she could rest without being noticed. She kneels down in front of Rilith and held out a black hilted dagger to her. She turns it up and drives the blade into the ground for it to stand. "I know this isn't much to protect you...but I will have to leave you for a while. Master will know what to do." Adara spoke before turning on a heel dashing off away from the hallow.

Rin's golden eyes lifted up at the sudden sound of shifting through the trees. A grin crossed his face as he moved away from the tree he was leaning back again. He looks about at his minions then dashes off following after the noise. "Continue your search! I will be back in a few." He called out to his minions as he dashed on. His eyes drifting over the trees and everything that laid before him. He was determined to find what was out there running, and he hoped it to be the lovely little prey he was hunting before. "Rilith, where are you hiding?" He called out with a deeping voice as his eyes rolled over fully red.

  9. RinÂ’s minions, the form and power of lessers demon, paused. Its spiky horn twitched outward as its eyes widen with interest. It leaped forward ahead of him with success, all to the sound ofÂ…crying? It slowed down as a noche infant was concealed behind the fawn leaves. This little one would please not what Rin was looking for, but he would enjoyed this vial of young blood if he couldnÂ’t find the mortal. The demon slid its spiny hands around the child, as it squealed in fear and fought the dark creature with its underdeveloped claws. The minion grunted in disinterest and pulled back to think of another plan, except that it canÂ’t. Those claws on the child reminded no matter how much strength he had, like the child was glue, a really powerful glue and he was justÂ…stuck.

A hard snap echoed from the hallowed tree. The demon turned a furious glare at the direction and eyes swung wide as it felt the flesh opened up then pain vanished quickly. Its dark body twined back in force letting showered itself in its own blood. The crimson misted the area where the dagger stuck at the neck. The only bright tint was the osseous shrapnel that was once the demonÂ’s spine. The destroyed thing finally hit the ground with its partial decapitate head bobble to the dirt, hanging to the body by its whatever tissue that corded between them. The blade of the dagger that wasnÂ’t bitten the tree shined its new red dye in the dim moonlight as the black hilt seem to vanish away in the darkness of the night.

Rilith limped by into the hallowed tree, throwing the corpse on the ground with the failing strength she could muster. The broken thing rattled the rough clay bowl next to it, and a black truffle inside that was being crushed into stick tar by a round stone. A red flower was crushed into the dark mixture along with a few herbs. The preparation of this dark potion slowly paused as the last part as she crawled towards the dead minion collecting a part of its blood on her finger. She stared at the soak part of finger for a moment that seems unnatural. Groaning with displeasure and frustation, she cut her other finger and pressed them together, mixing it with the minionÂ’s and her as she smudged in on the bowl, sketching an alchemy symbol on its side.

As Rin called out, the minion approached him in a rush, (With her hand clutch the bowl Rilith’s lip moved in her hiding place, so did the seemly revived creature did in union.) “I found her, she’s laying in the ferns" it said, hold out it’s palm soaked in what would taste and smell to be Rilith’s blood, which it was. The creature then turn to the direction away from the hallowed tree, getting ready to lead its master to a lie.

Rilith snapped out of the trance, collapsing back against the wall. The dying glow from the alchemy meant that as the range of the spell was reached and Rin will see his minion fall to pieces, literally. Before she relaxed completely, she pressed her hand against the tree activating a spell that sent bark-like matter over the entrance of the hallow, making it seem completely whole.

  10. Rin parted his eyes lightly and looked over towards the minion questionably. It was a while back that this minion lead him on a wild goose chase before for one of his old victims. He merely reached his hand out and took hold of the minion by the back of the neck and lifted him from the ground. "Hmmm..." he thought as he brought the minion's hand to his face getting a sniff of the blood. he gritted his teeth together before dropping him back to the ground. "You better not be leading me on some wild chase again, minion. If you are I suggest that you stop right now or otherwise I will destory you, understand!" He roared looking down on the minion. The minion of course hadn't the slightest idea of what or where he was going to go but he lead Rin off, just as Rilith planned to happen.

Adara came to a stop with running and turned her eyes back looking into the direction of the minor minions routing about here and there looking for traces of Rilith. She shook her head lightly and looked away towards the ground at a spot that looked like...disturbed earth. Adara kneeled down and slipped her hands over the surface of the mound clearing away a bit of the earth then comes to a stop. It was just a rock, nothing more. She gave a soft sigh and lifted herself up. She lifted her violet and red irises up to meet that of Rin's. She looked deep into his eyes and glared a bit reaching her hand around behind her back slowly, towards her dagger. "You dare go and harm my mistress..." she spoke in a whispered tone looking towards Rin.

Rin grinned back at her and reached his hand up slipping his fingers along his mane slowly. "Oh...so you must be the fateful pet of the bitch. And now you come seeking your revenge for her?" Rin laughed aloud and sent the minion away from him. He reached his hands up to the front of his bare chest and unhooked his cape dropping it to the ground. "Well, here I am...pet of a bitch. Come and get me!" He roared at Adara.

Adara couldn't take it any longer as she lashed out with her blade swinging it at Rin. But just as the first swing came to strike Rin, he would just take a step back then swing out his fist strike Adara in the jaw or gut. Every strike that Adara would attempt was taxing with every counter blow of Rin's that sounded like thunder in the skies.

That of several minions continued to move about without being told or anything. They all started to gather closer and closer to the tree that Rilith was held up in. One of them came the outside of it. The creature took a hint of the air before leaning it's face and placing it against the wood. "Something warm!" He screamed out to his buddies as they came to join him. Then all them did the same as the other did. He pressed their faces against the wood trying to scent through it. They all started to chatter amongst themselves over the warmth and began to claw at the woodly surface.

But just at the moment the minions began chewing their ways through the wooden surface, a sharp and loud roar ripped through the woods causing the minions to stand on edge. One of them turned towards the direction of the roar and squealed in terror as it was impaled by a sharp tipped bone. There stood at the opposite end of the bone spike was the most known and feared vampire, Sieben. He hissed beneath his breath and launched a full scale assult on the minions, slicing and dicing their fleshy bodies into piles of them former selves.

Sieben released a relaxed sigh slipping his claws over his lips lightly, hinting the faint and dull taste of the minion's blood. "Not...sweet...not bitter." He spoke before turning his red glowing eyes back into the tree again. He gave it a light glare before extending out his hand picking his index claw into the hole. "Anyone in there?" He spoke softly as he continued to pick away at the surface of the shell. The scent of blood, so familar...so much like my love.

<table class=ooc><tr><td>Sorry for being so late...I had to think a lot about this</td></tr></table>

Only obeying the pain in her chest, she broke the spell as the minion lead Rin away from her. He would find out the trick once the minion fell apart, but at least she doubled the time for her and her little one. Her relief vanished as she heard the minions chattering and scratching her hiding place away with their claws, while she no longer had the power to defend any futher than her last spell that barely worked.

She sat back in an alert, yet her heart failed again, throbbing in enough pain that she hunched over. In her swagger her hind leg slid across the dirt, unveiling the unborn child she was protecting. A crimson aura arose from that opaline black shell, leaking out from the dirt as it seems to uncover it. That red mist hugged itself around Rilith in response to her fears out its safety. As one of the minionÂ’s claws cracked itself right though the tree, Rilith seems to fade away as if absorbed into the aura as it shrunk back into a thin layer around the egg, and nothing but a mound of dirt remained before one of the minions screamed.

    ___

    “That fool! That ignorant noble!"

Rilith woke up to this cursing in the background and the slight moonlight that gazed her eyes. She was outside. How? It never occurred to her that her child might have teleported her away from harm, nor she remained inert to think about it. Another cracking sound that echoed from the distant but close campfire made her looked up as an robed creature paced about it. It was a dwarf of a little monster, its back hunched over as it walked upright, singing out its frustration.

"That idiot! Rin could have had it all if he had listened! Now she will never accepted him and one of the keys of the ‘source’ is refused to him. By now, she was found by the locals or dead. Why did I wasted a such a spell for him, now it’ll be another two thousand years before I can get the ingredien—" The anger of the deranged magician spurred him to continue but its jagged ear caught the disturbed rustle within one of the many flora with Gyakusatu. It leaped toward the source and pulled away the last layer of bush with its long twigged likes fingers, seeing the supposedly unconscious pendragon lying there. “It’s her! How well is my luck?!" It pranced about in joy as he observed the wounds and gashes, “Hopefully the spell is still effect" It said as its observed her closed eyes for a long minute, before it swiftly turning to the sound as something died in high agony in this dark forest (another victimized minion by Sieben), “Better him than me…"

    “….Are you sure about that?"

The mage froze in fear, not because of the words themselves. It was who he feared might have said that, He slowly turned around with ominous dread as Rilith looked at him, her eyes brimmed with the powers of a vampire.
    ______________

Mommy is scaredÂ…Is bad thing here to hurt mommy again?

The egg shivered underneath the dirt, the same dirt that rumble as claws were scrapped against the bark of the tree .

Not one bad thingÂ…many bad things, smaller bad thingsÂ…

Life inside the egg grew more anxious and willing. It wanted to protect Rilith from these things, and if its anger had that kind of magical force, it would have stuck these minions away clear to the other side of the world. Of course, it wouldnÂ’t have that kind of magicÂ…maybe not yet. It felt the dirt being kicked away slightly by Rilith, its aura flared out like little hands trying to hug her and reassure her although that was impossible to do anything with just red clouds.

I want to hide you, mommy. Hide away from the bad things. . . Its wish became reality as it could no longer feel mother around, but it knew she was alive stillÂ…DonÂ’t forget to find me later. . .Bad things are vanishing. . .

It realized that the slashing stopped. It couldnÂ’t comprehend that the something or someone was killing them, but it decided realized that a new presence was getting closing to the tree.

Who are you?Â…Are you like bad thing that hurt mommy?! It realized from teleporting before that it could do something. The red aura flashed from the dark egg in self-defense, striking at Sieben like a blunt knife, leaving thin red line on his dark furred hand. WaitÂ…you smelled like mommyÂ…you not mommy, butÂ…find me stranger. The red energy flared out again, not to attack. It pulled on Sieben into the hole although it had not the strength to make him move until he did willingly, its power, minisule though, broke though the spells Rilith did previously revealing the hole in the tree. . .Who are you stranger? Let me see youÂ…

  12. Adara winced in pain and struggled to lift herself up from the ground slowly. She reached her hand up and slipped it along the side of her face looking out at Rin as he moved about her. "Come on! Is that the best that you can dish out!" She yelled at Rin as he approached her once more.

Rin's left hand came out and released a thin fragment of his claw that sliced away at the side of Adara's face again. She wasn't going to be standing for much longer from all the blood she lost and everything. Rin leaped up into the air and spung around slamming the heel of his foot into the crook of Adara's neck, knocking her to the ground with a roll. He spat on the ground and kneeled down slipping his fingers through her blood on the ground. "Give it up broodling. You are no match for me. So just lay down your blade and submit to your defeat." Rin gave a sly grin as he licked the blood from his fingers, getting back up onto his feet. But a look of disgust crossed his face as gazed on Adara, not giving in to her weakness. He just ran up on her and drove his foot into her rib cage, knocking her across the ground once more.

Sieben continued to pick away at the wood until he felt a sudden slash across the back of his hand. He just released a deep growl, noticing that it wasn't enough of a hit to break the skin. He continued to reach inward till he felt the grapple of something on his hand. Sieben growled once more and gave a tug at it, realizing that the put wasn't threaten, but somewhat comforting. He moved towards the pull allowing it to guide him towards the wooden outline, causing the poor excuse for a spell to shatter revealing something glowing in the dark. Sieben glared a bit at it and reached his hands into the soft earth. Something smooth his hands felt over as he moved away the earth from it then dug his fingers in around it. "By the stars..." he whispered as his hands drew back from the ground holding a dark shell egg in his hands. It wasn't a reptile or bird's egg, but a 'dragon's egg. He took it up out of the ground and brought it close to his chest caressing over it with his fingertips slowly.
