His shaggy white fur was dirty and knotted. A hot, dry sun beamed down on him. Coughing roughly, he set foot in a dark alley. He sighed as the shade engrossed him. He licked his teeth and stepped out. Vanula had been in the city for just a short period of time now, but had an open heart, willingly greeting each passerby. Although he was new to the area, his instincts had already sensed a disturbing presence. Vanula was eager. He sat down at a bar and ordered a drink. He squinted through bright, shining eyes, scepting out each face. He was somewhat worried though, as he kept track of the time. Night, in this case, was his enemy. The evil and rukus were let loose then, and it were almost as if the dark were devouring the sun each moment, bit by bit. Vanulas eyes shot up. He had been daydreaming again. The bartender snorted at Vanula, with a stout and unneccissary smirk. He cackled under his breath and smacked a cup of hot tea on the bar counter. It splattered on Vanula's hands, and at instant, he withdrew his hand and mushed it into his coat pocket. "Whats a 'lil Nioti like you sniffing around here?" he snorted. The pendragon next to Vanula stared, wide-eyed. He then hissed at the bartender and walked away. Vanula was bewildered. He was completely horrifiyed. His eyes were red and tail burning. He clenched his teeth tight and growled. He didn't know what to do now. He made himself look like a fool. He was now embarassed. The bartender was monsterous, towering over Vanula, almost double his size. "What are you gonna do about it?" the bartender barked. He stood up straight. He smashed his fist on the counter."Get the fuck out of here!" he squalled, "and don't be coming back!" The bartender was the center of attention. He was in a rage, teeth showing and eyes furious. Vanula could feel the blood rushing to himself. He wanted to kill the beast that stood infront of him.
Out of Character

Speech Thoughts Action

Azulu had been wandering around the Black Market for sometime now, watching and waiting for something exciting to happen. Although she didn't want to make a big commotion, not this time. She waited for someone else to fall into the untimely hands of fate. Her feet shuffled under her loudly, and she swung her appendages to and fro in an even movement. Azulu's slim frame holding her upright and muscular. She noticed the way others looked at her, she only returned the gaze with a polite smile. They obviously never seen an Anubi pendragon. She thought awkwardly with their uncomfortable eyes upon her. The feminine pendragon sat down on one of her bar stools. It was night now, and darkness blanketed her weak vision. Her glowing amber optics made out the outline of the bartender, who was already dealing with a male customer. She watched them throw insults at each other in a shadowy way. This won't end well. Azulu confirmed, standing up to try and stop the on coming fight. The bartender cursed at the young man angrily. The other pendragon stayed silent, glaring daggers at him. You two are acting like little Niotis who haven't enough sleep, now stop your sparin'.The Anubi commanded shyly. Her tails lashed the air in agreement, the white garments around them looked like large, white snakes.
Vanula stopped dead in his tracks. He was in awe, breathless as he put his strength to stand up straight. He stared up to a beautiful Anubi. She was slender and peered down elegantly. Vanula was in a dream, as a clenched fist came and hit him in the cheek. He tumbled over the table and spat out a wad of blood. His tail burned, and he snikered. Vanula held out his hand and took the flame from his tail. He was motivated again, the Anubi still watching. He fretted for a second. Why wasn't she speaking? He almost envied her words, and stared at her lips. Say something, dammit! The bartender stepped over the counter, chest puffed, and eyes flaring. Shit, Im really screwed this time He took the flame in his hand and forced it at the giant. It caught his shoulder, as he uttered out a loud, horendous cry. GET HIM NOW! he yelled. Vanula's eyes buldged. He peered at the Anubi. Help me! The bartender barked at her to step back. I dont wan' a pretty lil' face like you getting hurt, now!
The brute pendragon had gotten himself into the quarrel she had tried to stop. He started staring at her with daydreaming eyes, she felt uncomfortable and stayed in a silent trance. But it was broken by a punch thrown at the male, which made her jump backwards landing on the bar's rooftop. Her eyes flickered in annoyance as she watched the masculine light a fire within his palm. Before he did anything, he turned back to her, and glanced waiting for words. Your on your own, boy. She thought in a murmuring voice. The next thing to happen was the bartender climbing over the counter, lunging at him. The other male threw his flame orb into the man's shoulder. He cried in a terrifying way, making shivers spiral down her spine. There was little she could do, although she wanted to help. The bartender commanded some others to help pursue the attack, and she leapt down trying to defend the smaller male. He told her to get back, but she only snarled in reply. I think youÂ’re the one goin' to back up. She muttered, lifting her boney leg to kick him in the stomach powerfully. He went flying, spitting out a little blood with large boggling optics. She smiled brushing her hands together not caring to inspect her work. Then she turned back to the other brute. You owe me some coffee, this one won't give me any thanks to that kick. She said firmly and smiled casually.
Vanula backed off. He was puzzled through this. He looked at the Anubi. How did she do that? She brought him down with one blow! Vanula chuckled under his breath. The laughter was soon cut off as the bartender got to his feet. Vanula's face went blank. Hold the girl! the pendragon barked. This Nioti is mine! Vanula choked and backed up, stumbling backward as he staggered. He glanced at the girl, two large males holding her tight. She looked him in the eyes, and Vanula knew what he had to do. He turned around and sprinted. The gigantic pendragon came running after him. Vanula paced himself and cut into an alleyway. He crashed through barrels and went through a shop, some merchants yelling at him loudly. Vanula peered back, his pursuiter knocking through a table of fruit and vegetables. Vanula squinted, trying to see through the dark that surrounded him. He was bumping into people and creating a scene. Not far behind, the bartender followed, a dagger in one hand and a chain in the other. Not this again! Why can't I just sit down and have just one glass of tea? It was just the two of them, both panting and huffing. Vanula was cornered, and almost instantly, a small crowd had gathered around the two. Im gonna' make you hurt, you dumbass kid! The crowd was almost chanting, a calm murmur amongst them, pointing and hissing at Vanula. The bartender whiped the chain and spat on the ground. Vanula kept a flame channeled in his hand and tried not to get too eager and strike first. He showed his fangs and stood ready. The barbaric giant charged, and Vanula rolled and dodged. He shot the flame at the bartender, and it barely misssed. Vanula was striken across the face with the steel chain, breaking the skin. He spun around and fell flat on his face. The crowd was cheering. Vanula didn't move. He lay there preparing for the worst. Where are you?
Azulu was suddenly held tight, her pulse beating in her mind. She squirmed and snarled angrily. Her two tails whipped the two pendragons. Azulu could only watch the two run down the Black Market. She twisted rashly and bit into her offender's arm. The blood trickled down into her throat tasting metallic. The pain she had in flicked made the male grunt and slap at her."Bitch!" he cried trying to pry the Anubi off. Her jaws were unlatched by both of the husky males. He threatened her angrily and made punching motions at her face. Although she dodged everyone of their moves, they continued throwing punches. Soon she became annoyed and bit into one of the brute's arms. He screamed as she crawled onto his stomach and onto his face. Her toe claws scratched his tender face in agony. She snarled some more and sped of after the Nioti and the bartender. Azulu leapt to the top of a nearby building and sprinted towards the chain-rattling noise. She could hear a striking sound, like something hitting an object. That little... Before she could finish her sentence, the larger male prepared himself to whip the male again. Azulu flew down just in time, her cloak and dress flapping like an angry duck. She took the blow with a rock hard back. She didn't feel the pain, maybe it was to painful, but she scrunched down above him. Get....Away.... she said, eyes pulsing. Her chest was sucking in and out tightly in several quick motions. Azulu tried to steady it by thinking about what had happened. I ran to fast. I jumped to fast. I took a blow to hard for me. I need some coffee. She sighed.
What the hell? Vanula peered up. The Anubi was on the ground, moaning and twisting. He glared up at the bartender and was infuriated. Vanula snarled loudly and punced on him. He bagan ripping and clawing at the bartenders face, as blood covered Vanulas claws. He was swatted away and hit the ground. The bartender was in a frenzy, feeling his face in agony. Haha take that you piece of shit! Vanula jumped up again and bit into his neck. The bartender was attempting to rip him off, but the teeth in his neck were too deep. Vanula laid off and let the beast suffer. He spat out blood and coughed, gasping for breath. He had his hands clenched to his neck, as he collapsed to his knees. He hit the ground with a thud. Vanula was dumbfounded. Eyes stared at him. Blood dripped down his neck, his fists were clenched and his eyes burning in victory. The girl! Vanula got on his knees and lifted her head up. She was in pain, her eyes clenched together tightly and a lot of moaning. Come on dammit, wake up! Her eyes fluttered open. Vanula sighed in relief, as he said Well Im glad thats better. Im sorry for this, but i should be saying thankyou. Vanula was lost in thoughts, he still wanted that damn cup of tea. Im Vanula, and Im just thankful, my lady.
She smiled weakly and coughed up a bit of blood Which didnÂ’t seem to bother her at all when it hit her fine leather cloak ties.Ump ull E fums fut u kog yv kyvvaa...hah..She murmured in Ramathian. Her voice was light and hard to figure out. She wrapped her arms around his neck and stood up holding her head and mumbling something about kyvvaa. Azulu looked down at him and laughed softly in her silky vocals.I've been meanin' to tell you this all the while. One, I'm younger than you. Two, the name's Azulu which is Zulu to you. She giggled absentmindedly in random thought. Azulu ran a hand through her silver hair and sighed. She looked down at him awkwardly. Her stomach yearned for coffee, but she decided to say no more, even though she was known to be quite talkative. Now you wanted tea and I wanted coffee, I think we can get somethin' down the road from here. Azulu lost her train off thought and stopped, standing against the wall lazily. Out of Character

Short post.

Out of Character

can i be like the third peep?if not i can disappear EASILY! :D

Shadow wandered down the street from the small room he was renting, he was bored, and admittedly...hungry. he breathed in a long sigh catching the scent of blood. unable to resist he followed the trail into an allyway and as he looked up, was surprised to see two 'dragons there, one of them whom was a gorgeous anubi. hey, is everything alright down here? he went in closer not waiting for a invite. he looked past them to see a body slumped on the ground whoa...who did that, hes a right rutsujp to fight he held out his hand to the male in greeting and gave the anubi a smile and a wink Shadow Degoz, pleased to meet you all
/:::/OCC\:::\ Morichai, we're pleased to have you. We are Rping it, but if you have any ideas, PM meh! /:::/IC\:::\ It was dark and misty. The anubi seemed to be ok, though. At least one thing has happened today. Vanula cast his eyes upon a young male. His speaking was smooth and somewhat melodic. Vanula flinched and looked at the sky. The anubi giggled softly, as the male introduced himself. Vanula hunched over and peered back. He sighed, Young ones, always getting themselves involved. Vanula was impatient, and also very agrivated. He was bruised and his cheek was puffed. He colud still taste the blood in his mouth. He wiped it at spat on the ground. Vanula was suspicious, on end, taking precautions. The male shot his eyes at the wad of spit. My lady, Vanula asked, That cup of coffee you've been wanting? She looked up, but Vanula avoided her eyes. He waited and was soon disappointed. If you want, we could bring your friend? The black haired male looked somewhat confused. He ran his fingers through his hair. Im not waiting for some stupid kids. Vanula turned around and headed for the tavern. He just hoped there wouldnt be someone twice the size of hime there...
Azulu bobbed her head and skipped after the male, her long black tassel swinging. She looked back at the younger brute and motioned for him to follow. All that she could think about was the coffee that she would soon be getting her paws on. She hoped she hadn't been drooling over it. Her eyes twitched as they landed upon him, she tried to make him feel better by leaning down and telling him that, if there was another angry brute going to tell him off in the tavern, she would save him again. She smiled happily, trying to reassure him that he still had her attention. But the younger male did amuse her. He was so foolish, giving such gestures at her. The coffee seemed to temp her a little to much as she stalked ahead of the other masculine quickly, which was rather unlady-like. Azulu never tried to be a feminine, for she thought being a child was to much fun even if it caught her in trouble's web. Her cloaks wrapped tightly around her, spattered here and there with holes and blood. It wasn't like her to become violent, but it happened. Out of Character

No problem Morichai!

The night encrypted them. Eyes all around looked down at them, and sent off an odd aura. The air was damp, but cold and breezy. The moons set above them, and it seemed that they had been watching them all this time. Vanula past many taverns, snickering beneath his breath. Damn bartender can't be too small or too big. He looked back at Zulu and smiled. God was she envious! Vanula couldn't wait either, just the thought of a nice warm cup...He stopped, and Zulu bumped into him as Shadow bumped into her. A short, dirty pendragon was washing the counter. He peered over and pushed his glasses to his eyes. Hey, its the best we could get, eh? Vanula said, followed by a few giggles. The three of them sat down and instantly, Zulu ordered coffee. I think someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed! Her clothes were tattered and stained, and her eyes dim. Vanula sighed, but felt safer now. Vanula sipped his cup silently and pondered deeply. He missed his father and coughed dryly, closing his eyes. He remembered going to bed each night, after a story and a cup of water. He felt safe under his covers. And at that right moment, Vanula felt safe again. He felt he had a friend. He felt that infront of him lay something new; A brand, new journey.
Shadow looked around at the place and sighed, telepathing the bartender he asked for a hot glass of blood, in a wine glass. he wasnt planning on telling them what he was as of yet and they would hopefully think it was just red wine. i'm guessing yous' are both new in town, do any of you require healing? i couldnt help but notice you both have a bit of bruising. he looked over the female quickly and studied the male momentarily, he heard a chink as his glass was placed in front of him , giving th 'dragon in front him a nod he handed her the money for his drink and the two others. do you have anywhere to stay? i have a flat i'm renting and theres plenty of room, that barmans friends will be after you soon, and there is no way its gonna be safe for you out there...,. Shadow waited for an answer as he swirled the blood around the glass, sipping it. his eyes glowed red as he tasted the blood in his mouth he might have to talk to morichai later, too see if she had got him that order yet....
Out of Character

Sorry for short post

Vanula looked up at Shadow. He smirked, and opened his mouth. Thankyou for the offer, I am intrigued. Vanula snorted. Altjough the odd circumstances, I think Ill go along with you, Shadow. You seem like a person of a.... Vanula paused. ...unique personality. Shadows eyes looked down at his wine. He smiled faintly, but Vanula was satisfyed. Ive only been here a day and its dark. I had been hoping to find somewhere to stay tonight, and thankfully you have come across. Vanula said. He chuckled a bit, Do you have somewhere to stay tonight, Zulu? Her eyes peered up from her glass. And then she took another sip. The bartender would be scanning the area afterwords, along with his dopey friends. Vanula wiped sweat from his forehead. He stared at Zulu, and how she could bare her wounds. Vanula thought of himself as a weakling. Shadow, if you could? Vanula managed to say.But his cheek did hurt quite remarkably...
Azulu listened to their coversationin deep thought. She drowned out her words in her coffee, altough when Shadow's drink arrived she spat some of it out. Her nose was very sensitive to blood, and could easily tell that wasn't red wine he was drinkng. What are thinkin' drinkin' that stuff! With her paw/hand she swiped the glass of the counter, and shattering onto the ground. The poor bartender walked stiffly over to the broken glass and sweeped it up. I do say, madam, you don't have to be so frightened. There are many a folk who are vampires today. He murmured in an old voice. She perked her auds at his words, sighing. Azulu glanced back at Shadow. Sorry... She apolgized solemnly and looked down at her drink. They got back to their talking, ingoring her once again. She sighed and took another sip of her coffee paying no attention, until Vanula mentioned her nickname. She turned her optics over to him, giving him a quick glance. Uh? Oh, no. I didn't plan on staying here as long as I have. But, I wouldn't mind a room to sleep at tonight. Azulu admitted. Her eyes were daydreamy in deep thought once again. It wasn't like her to share a room with two males, ecspecially ones she had just met. Although she trusted Vanula, she wasn't so sure about Shadow. It couldn't hurt to try though...
He looked at Azulu sadly he had endured this with many, not of his kind but was at least glad that she did not seem to be as frightened as others had been.... before we continue he said i must warn you that i am a vampire of true breed , but you need not worry for you two are safe from my needs... his words and manners seemed aged as he told them this, it was just another reminder of how he was "different" from others he looked away from Azulu and began to chant a healing spell, hissing slightly as he channeled the energy into the two, healing spells were painful for him to cast, his curse meant any healing magicks would hurt and in some cases render him frozen in his pain, his eyes swirled orange as a stabbing pain went through his head but he was satisfyed knowing it had worked. But with his energy down he would HAVE to feed soon.....
Vanula was somewhat surprised. So what, he is a vampire Vanula sighed, and watched Azulu in content. Vanula didn't want to blame her for being shy. He looked down. ...I mean my best friend used to be a vampire...He choked. Too bad he was killed for feeding on fresh blood... Vanula shivered. Yea Shadow...umm...its ok. M-my best friend used to be a vampire, I mean there is nothing to hide, It just may seem a bit strange, but it doesnt mean we cant....get...along... What the fuck are you doing Vanula?! Shadow glared at him. Vanula buried his face in his arms. He sat up again. Listen, I just didn't want you to feel bad, I mean... Shadow nodded in acknowledgment. Vanula stood up and stretched his arms. Azulu set down her cup and licked her lips. Well, Shadow, you lead the way. Vanula was thinking of different things. He kept hearing voices in his head, and he would block them out each time. Things are seeming to fall right in place again But Vanula was far from right. Everything was unfolding ahead of him. His future was unpredictable...
right... follow me, its easier if we fly, not as likely to get caught by somone... he walked out as the other two followed, jumping into flight it only took a few minutes as they flew to the door of his apartment, he fumbled with his keys as he hastily opened the old beaten door, it groaned as he opened it wider to allow them to come in. shoving the door closed and chanting a minor wall spell he lead the way upstairs. it was a small flat but lavishly decorated in dark mahogany and deep reds, it was an open plan kitchen/living room with the counters being a black marble with everything matching even the cups were in shades of black and red, he had another 3 rooms in total, the master bedroom, the large bathroom and the spare bedroom. umm...could i get your names i forgot to ask.... he continued oh you two will have the spare room, i'll bring out some more duvets, its usually quite cold in there...yous dont mind sharing a bed do you, i mean how long have you too been together? he reached his paw around the anubi as he turned thye heating for the house on....
Vanula poked his nose to everything. He had dreamed love stories and mystical attractions that matched his appartment. He twisted his head and peeked in each spot of the house. He examined the small trinkets scattered over the house. Shadow had good tast for a vampire. Reda and Blacks were made eye candy to Vanulas eyes. He was tranced in the beauty. umm...could i get your names i forgot to ask.... It was Shadow. He continued. oh you two will have the spare room, i'll bring out some more duvets, its usually quite cold in there...yous dont mind sharing a bed do you, i mean how long have you too been together? Vanula looked up. He beamed, revealing sharp white teeth. The name's Vanula, but just call me Ty Vanula was flustered. He blushed a bit, but tried his best holding it back. I umm... dont really mind sharing a bed, just as long as it is fine with the girl....I-If not....I'll just...uhh...sleep on the floor. He looked at Azulu. He didnt want her getting the wrong picture. But deep down in his gut, he was eager. Shadow laughed under his breath. Vanula stepped away. Im going to take a step outside he said. I have things to think over Vanula shut the door behind him and looked at the moons. At that moment, they seemed so beautiful...
oh.. sorry! i thought you two were... well dont worry i can let you have the master room if she disa agrees to it he telepathed to Ty shadow went over to the kettle switching it on and putting out three cups m'am would you like a hot drink, thats not blood he added trying to make humor of his "condition" oh feel free to roam around here by the way
