The sun had come up several hours prior and the district was awake and moving with it's usual flow. Rucibon woke, after only five hours of sleep, with a number of hours before he needed to be at work. So he rolled out of bed and folded it into the wall after making it. Only a couple of strides brought him to his kitchen which consisted of a pair of flameless burners, a small oven, a toaster oven, a mini fridge, two square feet of counter space and a cupboard.

He filled a pot with water and put it on a burner. Luckily, for him, the burners we're a low quality; it fit with the rest of the apartment. He would have time for his morning routine before it would be hot enough.

So, he climbed out his window to the fire escape and went to the roof. There he put himself through a few forms designed to stretch and awaken his senses. It was the same routine he learned when he was younger to develop and enhance his coordination with his extra appendages. Even after all these years it still made him break a sweat. He chuckled, smiling at the thought that he expected differently. The pendragon that he originally trained him had been amazing and mysterious. He said he had been in the military. He had originally been a bit troubled at the issue of two extra arms but simply had Rucibon alternate sets for a while.

Then after a few pui he had modified the entire style to suit four arms. For that alone, Rucibon considered him a genius, and even more so when he was taught the Master's methods in converting forms to suit his situation. But his reminiscing was cut off by the high pitched wail of his kettle. Climbing down the escape again and back into his apartment he moved it off the burner after pouring himself a mug of boiling hot water and placed a small ball of metal mesh into the mug hooking the tiny chain on the side of the mug. He left that on the small patch of counter to cool and went to shower. This particular building had a common bathroom on every floor, with shower stalls and toilet stalls and a couple of rows of sinks along walls that were almost entirely mirrored surfaces. Two tenants every week were selected to clean it. It kept 'dragons from trashing it.

It was a quick shower and he returned to his apartment pulling on his usual cargo pants, today they were black. He carefully wrapped his ankles and then went through his collection of necklaces. Silver, obsidian, hematite, chain, beads, wrapped wire... the interesting thing is he hadn't bought a single piece. He chose a large linked hematite chain and as always he carefully wrapped a chain with real amethyst beads on it around his right wrist. He bound his hair back and finally went for his tea. He dunked the ball a few times and tested the temperature with a light sip, "Ahh perfect," he said in a moderate baritone and then downed his tea rather quickly and left his apartment.

His route to work always took him the same way, right by a vacant building. Two stories the second was an open loft and a flat roof. It'd been vacant for so long and he was so close to having enough for an good down payment. He stared at it folding his arms, both sets, and a small smile played on his face as he dared to imagine.

After a while he nodded, smirked, and lightly touched the amethyst necklace around his wrist and moved on. By the time he got around to heading to work dusk was fast approaching. He could see a line already forming for the club. The Rage was the place to be. The most attractive and best dancers around always were there. He'd made several friend both attractive and wealthy if they showed up tonight they wouldn't wait in line. With a stretch of one set of arms he high fived the bouncer at the door and went inside.
