    <table class=ooc><tr><td>Current Day: 13

It was night once again in Bhim, and the illustrious city once again came alive with the trades that made it so infamous amongst pendragons, dark figures flitted amidst the newly born shadows, weaving webs of lies, ensnaring the innocent visitors to the city and absorbing them into the very fabric of depravity that made up the city. It was a leech on RL, a city that took all and gave nothing in return but pain.

It was here that Valefor made his life, since he was but a pup, he had made his way in the city of a thousand knives, learning things in his use that no normal civilian would ever need to know. One of his first lessons in life had been to allow himself to be caught by another creature, it was a mistake that he was roundly punished for and ever since, he had sworn to defy all who dared to seek him. This fine night, he was seated at one of the many seedy bars of Bhim, surrounded by the usual scum of the times, uncaring, cold cruel and full of himself.

He had a plan, you see, he intended to attempt to break into one of the areaÂ’s many gang headquarters and to steal for himself a document that would be of great use to him in furthering his dark magic knowledge. However, to do so he needed a thief to help him, someone who knew stealing inside and out, someone who would do their job right, take their cut and leave.

Of course, if they wanted him as payment, they could have it after all he was renowned in the town for his prowess in many areas.

One would think in Bhim, finding a thief would be easy, not so. Valefor had spoken to all of his contacts, informing them of his requirement for an aide on his mission, they had agreed to see what they could do and left, apparently telling their friends where to meet the ambitious ‘dragon.

So he waited, for now, to see if anyone would arrive in response to his call, sleek tail flicking like that of a cat.

  2. Ziger was just the guy for the job. Even though he didn't have the trade skill for stealing he was still good at it anyway, as well as lieing, and af course his favorite, cheating. Going against the laws in order to get what he wants. Quite similar to stealing, eh? He entered a bar after hours of bribary, while he tried to get what he wanted. The black market was one of his favorite places. Everyone was so gullable. Unseeying in the fact that he wasn't really being truthful. As he entered he saw that it was quite full. A few 'dragons in the corner were fighting over something stupid. Ziger thought it a waste of time fighting? why not just buy time instead of getting scars. He only saw one table that looked near empty. Only a single 'dragon sat so Ziger decided it was his best option. He ordered a beer and sat down by the guy for a moment being completely silent, which was strange for someone like him.
    <font color= "green"> Name's Ziger, Ziger Trant. </font>

  3. Xavier wondered why he had even bothered to show up. Sure it was probably an easy thief job, with a modest payoff, but he would rather have no payoff at all with a wild mission attached to it. Ahhhh mercenary work just wasn't the same nowadays... He entered the bar, quickly looked around, at at once knew who would be his employer. He headed over to the table with two people seated there, and sat down. <span style='color:red'>You wanted a thief?</span> He asked Valefor, lucking out in that it was him that probably would be. <span style='color:red'>And if you did, I'm your man... So beat it kid... I'm a proffesional..heh..heh...</span> He aimed the last part at Ziger, less competition meant he would probably get the job. But maybe the employer was one of those "team player" types, who would hire anyone who sat down...

  4. <font color="green"> Back off. I got here first go ahead and take a spot but I still have good skill in...whatever job you need me for... </font>
Ziger was a little annoyed at the other 'dragon but he kept himself calm and didn't try to start a fight for he knew he would loose.

  5. A dark figure slinked in and sat down at the table. Yet he didn't sit in a chair, he sat on his hind legs in a dog-like fashion. To Xavier it was obvisous this male sat similarly to Drsuj. But who's to know, it had been a hile since they had seen each other, and Drsuj had changed much from running most of his days. He glanced up at the employer. His glance said everything but he added words in case the employer hadn't caught the meaning in his firece eyes. <span style='color:red'>What you need?</span> his deep voice said. He turned an eye to neither Xavier nor Ziger, in his mind they were too inferior to even acknowledge.

  6. Xavier noticed the way the newcomer sat, but didn't make much of it. He had a job to get, and if he didn't hurry up...well...He had places to go and people to see....

  7. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>Stromrae? are you there? *searches frantically under small pebbles*</td></tr></table>

Ziger acknoledged the newcomer only slightly before growling at the 'dragon that need workers
<font color="green"> As do I. Are you going to work with all of us or merely one or two even perhaps? </font>
Ziger wished the guy would hurry up and made a point to show that he was annoyed.

  8. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class=ooc><tr><td><span style='color:gray'>Stormrae!? *looks inside Niasha's head* Are you in there?</span></td></tr></table>

  9. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>wonder where he went?! *pokes X_Dragon_Guardian_X and then hides, closing head*</td></tr></table>

<table class=ooc><tr><td><span style='color:gray'>*shrugs* I dunno. *Takes out a sword and slashes at Niasha before dropping sword and hiding behind Precaution</span></td></tr></table>

  11. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>*growls like a kitten and acts fierce* growl (that was a baby growl...) </td></tr></table>

Ziger sipped his beer slowly waiting for the employer to say something... anything...

  12. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>Hey! I ain't a hiding spot! *Steps to the side revealing Dragon* I think the "employer" left... <_< </td></tr></table>

Xavier started to get fed up... He leaned back on his chair and swiped the beer from his companion and took a sip. <span style='color:red'>God damn... This is gonna take forever...</span>

  13. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td><span style='color:gray'>ROAR! *pounces on precautions head and sits there comfortably* I think your right</span></td></tr></table>

Drsuj watched the man. He leaned back on his haunches and sighed. This man was trying to come up with a reason for what seemed like a stupid task to get hired help. He looked at the others around the table.

  14. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>Yea... Guess so... *Shakes his head violently* Gerroff! </td></tr></table>

  15. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>*likes the idea of annoying precaution and runs in circles around his feet singing lalala* hehe Anyway i sent a PM to stormrae so don't worry...hopefully he'll be back... *still singing, but Yankee Doodle now*</td></tr></table>

Ziger rolled his eyes when Xavier took his beer but her knew that Xavier was much stronger than himself and merely sat there grumpily looking at the employer waiting, though not patiently..
    <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class=ooc><tr><td>*hint, hint* hehe</td></tr></table>

  16. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class=ooc><tr><td>Erk! *Sticks out a foot to trip her....*</td></tr></table>

Xavier grinned, and slapped Ziger on the back, pretty hard. <span style='color:red'>Come on, cheer up! If you really want one that bad...</span> He waved over the bartender, and offered him a fistful of cash. Soon there were 4 beers sitting on the table, foamy and cold...

  17. Ziger sighed, this was going to be a long night...

    <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
    <table class=ooc><tr><td>AHHH IM TOTALLY BRAIN DEAD!!! WAIT a minute....</td></tr></table>

One of the rather larger fights that had been going on was moving all of the bar. Soon it came close to the table in which Ziger and the rest sat. The three 'dragons fighting were starting to pull out pen knives and using forks to their advantage. One of the larger of the three pushed one across the table in which Ziger and the rest sat. The guy rolled across it and bumbed into Ziger. For some strange reason the guy on the table to the bump as a threat and jumped up holding a pen knife to Ziger's throat

    <font color="blue"> You wanna fight prettyboy? </font>

Ziger looked at the man nervously, he knew that he wasn't strong enough to hold off this guy he was like 0 % body fat, all muscle. He looked over at Xavier for help though Xavier seemed too much of a fun loving guy to think this situation serious

  18. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span>
<table class=ooc><tr><td>So so sorry for taking so long, but things came up that were very much out of my control ^_^;; hope you will forgive me. *grovels*</td></tr></table>

Valefor smirked to himself as Ziger entered the bar, nodded neatly in greeting to the other 'dragon, then awaited the arrival of any others before divulging his plan to them. Only when Xavier arrives does he make any sound, and even that is after a long pause, Valefor hurried for no creature, he made that agonisingly clear. Sipping the last dregs of the drink that lay on the counter before him, he turned around, his long orange tail flicking.

"So..." he purred, his voice silky "Both of you are theives eh? I hear that you people are pretty competitive..I trust both of you are professional in what you do, in that you will retreive the item I intend to send you for, and will return it to me without befouling it's contents by touching them?"

He narrows his deep violet eyes slightly at both of the theives before going on.

"This mission will involve entering the headquarters of a rather distinguished gang of the city, and as such will involve quite a bit of danger, however, the rewards are worth it, half of the cash paid to you both to begin the mission, the other half to the 'dragon who brings me the item in question."

He turns to the barkeep for a second to order another drink before continuing.

"So decide now if you are ready to go ahead with things, I don't have time to mess around." Only then does he actually notice the fact that he has told nothing about his identity or the item in hand, Congratulating himself on his own skill in conversation, he sips his new beer, keenly watching the two others.

  19. Ziger said nothing and soon the other dragon jumped off the table leaving him alone. Ziger sighed happily and then got down to buisness.
<font color="green"> Yeah I'm in but we aren't gonna work as a group eh? Fine then... less chance of success but what the hell? Your the boss right? </font>
Ziger smirked glad to finally be getting on with it.

  20. Valefor lets out a barely audible growl as the other 'dragon seems to imply that he doesn't know what he is doing...then again he didn't know too much as concerned theiving. Nevertheless his tone is mildly peevish as he retorts

"Oh no, I didn't say that you couldn't work as a team, not at all, you two /are/ the theives after all, you know best. What I was saying was that if one of you brings me the item, they get the full second half of the payment, if both of you return, the cash is split two ways. I'm not a bank, you know."
