Mia 12, 81378 Anyone is welcome. Zeva's kidlets have first dibs? *misses them* ------------------------ She gave a havy sigh as she slung the extremely heavy knapsack onto her desk again. She took a glance around the room, seeing the state of things in the almost year since she had left. Well... the books were all nicely straightened, and everything seemed to be in order. She cleared her throat, hopped up on the chair, and turned the direction of the study tables in the back in time to see a blue individual moving towards her. She smiled softly and nodded her head. It was Damascus, the Assisstant Librarian who had been in charge of things while she was gone. "Yh, Damascus! Es't fympajvol sy taa iyo. Abajishemd et ty klaum, ty maus! Hyf huba iyo raam? Hyf hut sha tkhyyl raam?" It had been a long journey. As soon as the publishers had heard of her invention for sightless reading, she had been promptly summoned. She had spent the last year teaching others and helping to develop an extensive collection of texts that could be read by any and all individuals without sight. She had made certain to develop as many as possible of the Janardan textbooks into sightless text - vemdaj jaupemd they called it, vemj for short - and had returned with many volumes of them. Behind her, several large 'dragons were hauling in large boxes, creating a small smile upon the minute librarian's face. "Gyg oua klieb uas shi tiksyum shes Y etcig oua su, gieb? Y hefi vbuaphs shi vuuct, emg ubgibig shi typm!" He nodded his head curtly, gave her a welcoming embrace which she readily returned (at only 1700, he was like a younger brother to her), nodded. "Oit ne'en, Y gyg! Shi typm ebbyfig shyt nubmymp, emg qi kbiesig e miq buun ym shi vekc wub shi nekhyme sizst, emg hefi atig shes ebie wub shyt." She beamed and trotted over to the long, flat package that was propped against the will. She tore the paper away from it and was greeting with shining letters matching all of the other signs in the library. It read "vemdaj jaupemd" in very large letters, with a label beneath them proclaiming "sightless texts". "Oi! You over there! Would you mind giving me a hand in hanging this? Oua, suu, Damascus? Y qems su neci tabi ys't rats byphs. Ah, and you can start moving those boxes in here." The movers promptly nodded their heads and began, as Zeikara simply sat back on her haunches and smiled.

It had been a very eventful year for the young adult, but now the pace would quicken even more! The tales of texts with raised characters meant for reading were true; and now they had reached Janardan's massive library. Meira dances lightly through the hallways, nimbly avoiding danger by hair's breadth. But she did it on purpose; she had proved to Aio she was capable of taking care of herself. Her talents in sightles fighting were growing - as was her studying in Ramathian! Yes, this brisk young thing was being voluntarily subjected to the language, by her giddy older brother. Well. Giddy wasn't the correct word. But he was happy, as opposed to his usual reserved or snobbish self. {Left, right, thirteen steps, twist. .. Oop! Almost tripped..} Meira talks to herself. She avoided a small box just in time, and leapt gracefully over it, and into the doorway of the library. Many smells greeted her flared nostrils; the smell of several unique pendragons, boxes, books, and.. so yes, the rumors were true. "Zeikara!" Meira grins, head raised triumphantly. Her bi colored bushy tail swings back and forth behind her, sightless ruby eyes remain closed for the time being. Pausing, she attempts to string together some Ramathian, "E hygap iyo faja haja! Hyf uja iyo?" Giggling, she returns to modern, and offers in nearly shy explanation, "Aiolos has been teaching me."
