Cazian couldn't understand the thoughts of the outsider. He was here at Magi Lake because the footprints led him here. The footprints led him around the lake. At the end of his trail he found more blood flakes, and another set of footprints. This meant that Cazian was in over his head. But it was no matter, his skill was enough to destroy any/all who opposed him, So he thought, confidently that he could follow this trail without reprise, And so he followed the trail and it led him into a forest clearing where he found another trap door. This must be the thief's hideout he thought and he cautiously took the steps down into the guilds darkness.
