Quarter: Tria (Summer) Day: 48 Year: 81377 (3)
The sun was setting on the horizon. The shadows were creeping along the streets, it seemed. The air was humid and the ground, damp and muddy. A rainstorm had just ceased. The area had a certain crepuscular allure... So mysterious, so tempting. When the sun's final rays disappeared behind the mountains in the west, the atramentous charm to the area only increased. The light brume that skimmed over the terrain gently could be seen when the dim street lights were turned on. The whole perfect, serene picture this place could bring to one's mind was shattered when a black shadow glided down and landed in the center of the deserted street. It's jowls parted as it snickered in a psychotic laughter. Only now could one see it was actually a living, breathing creature as the dim light shone onto her teeth. A female pendragon, in fact. This desolate street had plenty of abandoned buildings on the sides, the ebony femme stuck her nose in every door and window as she sauntered along. Then, her meddling ceased as she stood under the post of a burned-out street light. Sitting upon her haunches, she wrapped her tail around her ankles and her wings were held loosely at her sides. She was obviously planning something... Something big. Out of Character Kairis is up to something..anyone's allowed to join in.
Character: Fe'shi Wong bic: As the sun came to a close, a fairly large dark figure slipped out of the shadows, moving along the side of the buildings with only the visiable green eyes that casted out their shine. Fe'shi Wong, creeped up to a high point in the area and glared down upon the other who was out wondering around the same time of night as he was. Smirked and dashed after the figure, hoping that whomever it be would lead him somewhere to get his hands on some goods. ooc: I take up on that!
// OoC \\ -- I'll join in, provided no one minds, and none of my guys get clobbered. xD
ooC: Course I don't mind. ^^; I said anyone's welcome..you don't need to ask next time. biC: Kairis raised her eyebrows and looked at Fe'shi without turning her head. Her stygian eyes were full of emptiness... No emotion could be detected in her cold glare. Sitting still, she spoke, in a soft, yet serious voice. "Tell me something. Would you be interested in..helping me out?" Her body shuddered with a violent shiver as cold wind gusted toward the two. Wrapping her wings around her, she asked Fe'Shi "Aren't you..cold? I don't know..I've just had terrible chest pains for the past few weeks and I shiver almost constantly. Please help me." Kairis was faking illness, her health was actually at it's peak. She had to grab the male's attention somehow.
With a flick of his wrist, Fe'shi rose up onto his hind legs and vainished from sight then appears behide the female that was asking him of his assistances. Reaches out an arm and places it about her waist then pulls her back against him. "Well, my lady...what is there that I can help you with...?" Draws back his arm from her waist then vainishes again reappearing standing atop of a wooden barrel. A black silk cloth covered the lower part of his face as he hide his face from others so that they could never truely findout about what he looks like. Crosses his arms and waits to hear her responses then flicks one of his ears listening to another a foot, from somewhere afar. ooc: well, I might have to change this post slightly if your pendragon wasn't on her hindlegs.
ooc: ooooh.... i wanan join in! ic: Pale golden eyes watched the spectacle below her perch on the house. Not that it was her house, she had just found that it suited her needs for a high vantage point, the residents hadn;t awakened and aproached her yet so she had remained there as the sun set. At first it had all been very boring but now there was a bit of excitement below under one of the streetlights. Icy blue fur glistened in the rising moonlight as she watched, head tilted in curiosity. Miska gave a hissing yawn and slithered off of his post from around her neck and curled up on the roof at an unspoken signal from Incendi. With a bound she landed silently on the street below and crept slowly forward, her curiosity getting the better of her.
Kairis was surprised at the male's reaction. She backed away as his arm slithered around her waist. "Unless you're a good doctor, you can't help me," she said coldly, and snarled menacingly. She groaned quietly and lifted a paw to her upper chest. "Not again..." She winced in pain and collapsed onto the ground, clenching her chest tightly. Just as she closed her eyes, she managed to see another 'dragon padding towards her and Fe'shi. The tiniest wisp of a smile etched along her maw as she realized that this would be..another opportunity.. It's working..it's definitely working, she told herself reassuringly.
Smirks beneath the mask as he continued to watch her from the top of the barrel. Shakes his head a bit and sighs slightly. "Well, I know alot about illness...so I could help you...if you would trust me enough to give a full overview on your body." Looks over at the coming pendragon then flicks his wrist once more causing himself to vainish and appear on top of a building above the newcomer.
IC: Juxta was positively lost. She had no sense of direction, and didn't usually care to travel in a pack. One might inquire about how she ended up in Bhim while trying to locate Janardan Academy, but no one, especially Juxta, will ever even try to know. She was wandering aimlessly about the seemingly deserted town, trying to find someone to get directions, or at least some sort of office building where she could get a map of some sort. She turned a corner, tripped over a dead Trinthil, and landed in the new mud. She stopped to try and clean off her cream-coloured fur and heard the voices of at least two other Pendragons. Foolish, giddy, and desperate, she ran out into the street to meet these hopefully helpful people. "Hi there! I was hoping one of you could help me find my way to the Janardian Academy! Do you like here? Lovely weather, isn't it?"
Fe'shi turned his attention to the coming dragon and glared at her after hearing the kind of stupid saying that she was using. Stands up from his kneeling position atop the building then flips off of it and lands infront of her as he lands. Looks up as he stared her in the eyes with his one eye that was scared shut. Sniffs the coming dragon slightly and stands up from the ground. "What are you doing so far away from the academy...pupil?" Stands there infront of her and crosses his arms as he looks down onto her.
Incendi glanced up at Fe'shi, quirking an eyebrow at ihs sudden apearance above her. But she didn't say anything just watched him curiously. she was here in Bhim on vacation really, not business so she allowed herself some amusement. That was when a voice rang out, shattering the lovely night. Or what had been a lovely night, in Incendi's opinion. She gave the young one a glare as Fe'shi berated her. Incendi smirked seeing an oportunity for entertainment. "What are you oding out so late niotie? And all alone too. Bad things could happen to you out here you know." Incendi smirked and stalked closer.
Kairis walked towards the barrel and rose onto her hind legs, her front paws resting on the top of the round, wooden case. She lifted her maw to the side of Fe'shi's head and whispered something into his ear. "Well, a good doctor always has a lot of healing potions on hand. I happen to know the exact location of a huge Kulunema crop. It's untouched, and I'm sure no one knows about it." The black female rose her snout even closer to his ear. "There were some other pendragons that DID know about it....But I killed them." With a soft, seductive snicker, she got her front legs back onto the ground as Fe'shi disappeared. Juxta hadn't seen Kairis yet, because she was behind the barrel. As Fe'shi reappeared on the rooftop, and Juxta's attention was averted to him, Kairis took a great leap towards her and tried to knock her down by bumping into her side with her entire weight. "Forget school for now, dear."
Turned his attention away from the elder dragon to Kairis and moved over to her. Stopped shortly as he watched her attempt to put down the other female. Kneels and licks his lips a bit as he watched thinking about her preposal then nodded. Closed his good eye then sends a telepathic message to Kairis then smirked as he did. (Okay, I accept your offer...I will be willing to help you retrieve the potions if you cut me in on some of them.) Opens his eye again closing the link to her then rising back to his feet. Looks back over at the old dragon and growls at her slightly. "Think you should be back at home taking your meds grandma?!" Smirked at her and glared slightly.
IC: Being the optimist that she is, Juxta doesn't seem to comprehend apparent danger, as others do. She was about to anwer the male 'dragon when the older one intercepted her. She backed away, the smile fading quickly from her face. The male was being quite rude to the elder one. How disrespectful! Juxta backed off, it was obviously not her fight, but she couldn't help but feel as if she should do something... something most likely very stupid...
Incendi glanced at the male, eyes blazing briefly to red as she smirked "I'd watch yourself little one. You might get hurt talking back to your elders like that." With that said flames blazed to life in a ridge along the top of her fur, not large ones, but little ones. It was more to show that she could instead of how much she could do.
Kairis chortled malevolently at Fe'shi's comment to the eldest female. She was old. But anyways, there was more to worry about now... The twerp of a nioti had backed away as Kairis lept for her. "For your own good, kid, you shouldn't have done that!" Bloodlust always got the best of this black female. This time, her glare was absolutely malicious and she wouldn't let Juxta get away this time. Just..because. Enraged, she jumped at her again, her sharp claws unsheathed. The niotie had a chance... but I guess she's just stupid. She was going to use force now.
Shaked his head at the elder and walked back over to the barrel then sits on it. Licks his lips a bit and crosses his legs as he waits for Kairis to fend off the little ones before going for a score on the potions. Sighs slightly and looks back to the elder dragon as she emitted the flames and grinned at her as his eye begin to glow a deep green colour and a black aura errupting from his body. The aura rolled off of his body like a roaring flame that continued to expend outward.
Incendi closed her eyes as she felt it wash over her and kept her resolve to not move, the small flames flickered slightly but didn't die out. she cracked open an eye, squinting at him and then tilted her head in a slightly amused way. "I won't say that it was horrible. It wasn't bad." That was when the gleem returned to the old sociopath's eyes and the flames suddenly billowed upward and toward him, incinerating the grass as it slowly made its way to him.
Fe'shi smirked as the flames moved towards him then got down off of the barrel. Glares at the elder dragon then the black aura collected into a sphere of black force then he released it out onto the ground and cut on through the blaze that was coming towards him. Reflected it back at the elder one and laughed as he did it. Kneeling down on one knee Fe'shi smirked as he looked to the elder female as she was attempt to get him with the fire. "Comeon, no reason to triffle with me, my lady. It would be foolish to do." Closes his eye and the scar over the right sealed eye begins to glow a purple colour as he waited. "So just let it go and leave."
Juxta may have been being quite dim, but her reactions weren't as dull. She leaped out of the way, but not soon enough to avoid being hit quite heavily on the side. She rolled out of the way, stood up and with less than a smile said, "Sorry to interupt something, I supose I should go elsewhere! Nice meeting you all! Well... no, actually it wasn't as pleasant as I would have hoped." Unfortunately for her, she was not out of dangers way. She couldn't exactly comprehend why she was being attacked so, but it seemed to her that the male and younger female were conversing, and the younger female seemed to be hesitating.
