OOC ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Day : 22 Month : Dyo Year : 81378 This rp is mostly for fellow newbies, to get a feel for this rp, but all are welcome to join IC ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Reuka sat on the shore of the beautiful body of water before him, the lush foliage of the tree he leaned on, shading him as he soaked his slender paws in the cool waters. His golden eyes blinked sleepily, as the gentle whisper of the warm breeze through the canopy murmured soothingly, and carried to him the dainty scent of flowers. He had picked this location for it defensibility, the dense copse of trees made unnoticed approach from behind and to his left impossible, while the lake guarded him from the front. With a contented sigh, he closed his eyes and let the gentle lap of waves on the shore lull him into a peaceful slumber.
OOC -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- <span style='color:purple'>Nice to finally see you got the thread started drake! lol...</span> IC -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- <span style='color:blue'>The small 'dragon shimmied up the trunk of the large tree. Her dark fur making her almost invisible in the shadows cast by the dense foliage, as she pulled herself up hand-over-hand, nimble fingers finding easy handholds. The calm beauty of the lake was unnoticed by the small female, as she continued her stealthy approach. Mismatched eyes narrowed warily as she surveyed the male 'dragon carefully. Pulling herself up onto a sturdy branch, she crouched down low, belly against the smooth bark, and waited to see if she had been noticed.</span>

It should be fun to see what we do with this:P</td></tr></table> [ooc:] Character=Baal Nightwing (Read his profile for more info) [ic:] Hiding in the shadows Baal saw them both. He dispised everyone who looked happy. His problems were greater than theirs. Maybe he should relax? Or take a break and forget? No. He could never forget that kind of pain. His long black fur shined in the beautiful sunlight. He stepped out of the shadows, towards the lake. He smiled. He would just play along for now, and see where life takes him...
takjas looked out at the lake it was soo peaceful and nothing could go wrong just nothing. as she turned a coner she saw a pendragon sleeping on by the lake side. she didn't want to distrube him so she pepared to take off and avoide any trouble she could cause she could see it now she trip yelp and wake him up and be imbaressed. she took off and looked at the land below.
Reuka cracked one eye open as the sound of at least two 'dragons approaching reached his ears. Streatching and pushing himself into a sitting position, he grinned and idly scratched his jaw. "Hello" he said loudly, not addressing anyone in particular, "What brings you here?"

<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td> I hope you guys are still about, and don't mind my joining....</td></tr></table> A rather short pendragon, roughtly 4'6", was some where behind the three conjoining pendragons. She was beginning to mumble and grumble to herself, or rather the thick pad of parchment she held before her. The beige and brown being was sitting on her haunches, her short, and thick hind legs folded up and her large feet spreading out over the ground giving her some stability on the slight incline. Her arms in comparasin were thin and slinder ending in small dainty hands. In one agile hand she cluched a drawing utencil poised over the paper pad. Her torso was proportionatly short, but it held its own charm. A leather strap parted thee thick fur on her chest and back and attached to it was a satchel bag holding other drawing utensils. Her eerie crystal eyes darted from the page to the lake below, attempting to capture some eluding detail.
Daaolith stopped at the ground. He smiled, seeing so many pendragons together. Maybe one of them could help him?
Shryke jumped slightly at the sound of the 'dragons voice. She slid down from her perch, and carefully looked at the newcomers. The first male, the one who had spoken hadn't moved, but there seemed to be at least two more 'dragons who had shown up. She cautiously stepped out of the shadows and faced the first 'dragon. 'My business is my own, but I could ask you the same thing.' She said, her voice barely above a whisper.
OOC ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ hi sarcasm, chocobeans IC ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Reuka nimbly jumped to his feet, brushing grass and other debris from his fur. "Oh, I'm just enjoying the pleasant weather, and maybe hoping to catch a glimpse of the beast they told me lived in the lake." He straighted and extended his hand to the small female. "By the way, my name's Reuka, what's yours?"
Tujktun finally had given up on the drawing. It was rather good, but didn't seem to please her. She shrugged as she folded up the sketchbook and slid it into the pouch slung around her shoulder. She noticed the gathering pendragons and decided, as of nothing else to do, to greet them. She slowly began to make it down the small slope, switching from biped to quadroped movements. "Am I imposing?" she asked pleasantly, but a tinge of sarcasm in her voice, a grin was spread across her face revealing lengthy canines.
The sound of another pendragon's voice shifted Reuka's attention from the first female to the second. He turned to face her, but kept his hand extended towards the first 'dragon. A friendly grin appeared on his face, his tiny, but pearly white, fangs glinting in the sun. "Oh, not at all, not at all!" He chirped pleasantly, "'The more the merrier' they say."
Shryke stared at the proffered hand, but made no move to touch it. "My name is Shryke." She murmured, eyes half lidded. Her gaze shifted to the other female, her gaze shrewdly taking in every detail. The appearance of this new 'dragon made her visibly uncomfortable, and she took a step back, shifting her weight from foot to foot, looking like she would bolt at any moment.
The male that had first greeted her caught Tujkutn's attention immediatly. His clean appearance was opposite that of hers. She was mussy unkempt and just as easily approached. He was a charming looking thing, rather caught her fancy at a slight disposition, but she knicked that rock loose from her mind. "Indeed, they are alot merrier," she said with a slight laugh. Shryke who'd just introduced herself seemed an oddity with her contrasting fur. She was shifting nervously from foot to foot. Tujkutn tilted her head slightly, her peircing crystal eyes softening a bit with curriosity. "Ahh..Shryke, I'm Tujkutn. A pleasure to meet you, but I hear my bark is worse than my bite," she said with another innocently wicked grin to both of them. She ran her hand through her hair, ruffling it causing her appearance to be more messy and carefree.
Reuka's grin broadened further. "Pleasure to meet you Tujkutn, Shryke." He withdrew his hand, and distractedly stroked the creamy fur on his throat smooth. "So Tujkutn, what brings you here on such a lovely day?" He said brightly, eyes glinting and fangs bared in his wide grin. "Of course, the day is only made more beautiful by the presence of two lovely ladies such as yourselves." He added with a small chuckle.
Tujktun would have beenmore flattered if the male's grin had not been so betraying. She patted the satchel at her side t indicate where things were, " I was simply putting down the scenery." she said a matter of factly. She scratched her ear idly while she spoke, her eyes closing occasionally when it felt exceptionally good. "It is a shame to let such a beautiful day go to a waste, eh?"
Shryke raised an eyebrow at the males comment. "Flattery will get you nowhere fast Reuka." she said quietly, her mis-matched eyes boaring into him. She turned her attention to Tujktun. "You are an artist?" she asked after a long pause.
