  1. Mia 24th 81383 3:30 PM

The town of Watani seemed to be quiet most of the time, though many were walking along the pathways and sidewalks. There weren't many transportation going by. Must have been a walk to work and back kind of day. the air was clear and the sky was blue, despite the Mia season was upon Ramath. Somewhere near or far, it would be snowing, making a Mia (Winter) wonderland.

Some walked out of buildings and walked in to the buildings. Afternoon was here, so most of the workers would be walking out of work to go home. One Khellin, Calcifer, walked out of a small building that said, Hair Stylists, with two of his friends following him. They were chatting amongst themselves until Cal walked away saying, "See yas tomorrow" The Khell then crossed the road to the park. He walked along the path of carefully layed bricks. He just walked, not rushing to get anywhere, well, not to get home. He could probably grab a bite, have alook around the shops, then go home.

Cal came upon a seat. He stopped to sit down, placing his bad that his stuff on the ground next to him. He had his blindfold off as he gazed up at the sky. He couldn't see the color of the sky, or anything else because of the secondary vision that took over after he got the chemicals in his eyes that blind his color sight. After that, the thing he had left was the secondary, see in the dark, dark silhouettes of black tinted with white, sight. He could see only objects and and other people around him, but not the color. Sad, but he learned to be persistent with it.

So this was Watani. Not much happening, but that might've just been today, or at this current time. Not that Gunner really minded, it was a nice change from the hectic goings around Bhim and the Black Market. He could walk around here without being shoved around, and that was always a lovely change. He really had no purpose in being here besides getting to know the lay of the land better since he'd spent so much time back in Bhim studying and practicing what he'd studied, so to get out was also good.

On his way down the street, he saw someone familiar. Huge surprise there considering he never bumped into people he'd met once before. At the moment, he couldn't put the face to a name, but he knew the arden. After a moment he got a name and walked over, that usually stoic face that gave off an angry vibe looking less angry and more friendly this time around. <font color="#7f8497">"Hey. Calcifer, right?"</font> he asked gruffly, standing in front of the other across the table before he crossed his arms.

  3. Calcifer heard a voice call his name. This voice sounded familiar, with it's stoic and gruffness. His ears percked up at the sound. He turned his gaze from the sky to the origin of the voice. He was suprised to see that Gunner was here, this far. It seemed like fate. Then again, mabye it was just coincidence. Cal gave a light smile and said, "Hey Gunner." It has been two quarters since Cal saw Gun. He wasn't really expecting to see Gunner again because of his sister that almost ripped to shreds with the knives.

Cal at first thought that Jezza was in control of her ability that day, but she got tick off, but if it wasn't Cal, Gun would become strips of flesh. Leaping off the thought, Cal continued, "Haven't see ya in a while. What brings ya to Watani?" Cal just asked it, though he wasn't being nosey. He was curious and just wanted to know, nothing more.

    OOC: Sorry 'bout the wait.

Coincidence it might have been, but here they were. Gunner was feeling content and social enough, and running into someone he'd met before was a chance happening but a good one. <font color="#7f8497">"Boredom,"</font> he replied simply with a little shrug, turning parti-colored eyes away to watch from ardens walking to wherever they were going. <font color="#7f8497">"How you been?"</font> he asked in return, vaguely curious but polite enough. He turned his attention back to the blind male, slightly cocking his head to the side as he waited for an answer of some sort.

  5. OOC: Short. :(

Cal was getting bored himself because everyday he'd finish then go home. He felt like in a shopping mood. He was planning to go look around the shops, grab a bite, probably buy some things, then go home. He still plans to, mabye Gun would come with, if he wants to. "I've been good. Been working and surviving life." That was true. Jezza has been coming around once or twice a month for a visit.

OOC: Sorry for the wait. I tend to suck.

Surviving life. That was a good way to put it. The arden simply nodded at the reply, shifting and sticking his hands in his pockets. <b style="color:#ffb400">"You live 'round here?"</b> he asked after a few moments as he glanced around a little. It was still so different from where he lived. Maybe a little too different; he'd already gotten used to the gritty slums of the Black Market. And since he had nothing better to do he'd probably end up humoring Cal and going with him to the shops.

  7. OOC: OMG I'm so sorryy

Cal nodded at Gunner as a reply to his question. Cal has been living around her for a while. If it wasn't for his friend's advice, he wouldn't have found the right apartment that suited him well. the khell then pointed to a building that was tall, that fitted the description of an apartment building. He pointed south towards it. "That's where I live. That apartment building. Thirteenth floor." It was a cozy place to be. Well, according to Cal.

    OOC: It's fine. xD

Huh. This place was pretty boring; it made Gunner glad that he lived in such a shitty-gritty place like the Blackmarket. At least there was always excitement and trouble. But hey, Cal was entitled to his likes even if they were utterly boring. He gave a nod to acknowledge the arden's answer as he looked over to the building. <b style="color:#ffb400">"Cool. Got any plans?"</b> He probably did; Gun didn't really care, he was just asking to attempt small talk. Something he obviously well versed in.

  9. OOC: Oh My F**king God. I'm like so sorry.

    IC:
Cal saw, even though Gunner was trying to hide it, if he was, that the ardan wasn't really like interested in it. However, Cal easily covered it up. He was quick at hiding a certain face. Current plans, well this was an annual thing that he gets off early from work. This way, he gets a chance to look at shops during the afternoon. "Probably look around the shops, buy some things, and grab a bite. Simple, yet clean." Cal wasn't sure if Gunner wanted to go because he looked like the kind of guy who wouldn't like care about things. But, being nice, "Wanna join me, that's if you want to."

  10. Gun was trying his best to be polite and not really brush the arden off like he usually would. Cal was nice to him before, so he'd return the favor and not be a dick to him. Even if he wasn't really too interested in looking around this squeaky clean place, he didn't have anything else to do and he was exploring before he ran into Cal. "I wouldn't mind that," he replied coolly, looking down at the other, trying to look like he was interested. It kind of worked. He didn't really have all the money in the world to buy stuff though, not that he'd want to buy anything. Maybe some food, but that's it. It was the only thing he was really interested in.

  11. OOC: OMG so so so sorry. Won't happen again. :(

Cal could tell that Gunner was trying to be polite, since the Khellin was kind to the Lukuo before. If Cal didn't stop Jeza, Gunner would be nothing but ribbons. It was also odd too that when Cal was just leaving the cafe, he saw some odd marks on the Lukuos back that were just peaking up from his shirt. Maybe there was some scarring. Maybe he lost his wings. Doesn't matter.

Cal stood up from the bench and turned to look at Gun. "Today's one of those finish early kind of days." Cal could smell a certain scent on Gunner, like her came from a dirty place. Did Gun mention that he came from Bhim? Cal's been there a couple of times. Though dirty, it was a good place to get some items. He bgan to walk, coming up next to Gun and waited to see if he was "really" coming. "So, hows life in Bhim?"
