Day 50 Quarter Tessera (Autumn) Current Year 81379 <span style='color:red'>Damn it all...</span> Kashiko ran quickly through the desert. She was on the hunt, a High Priest was her target, he had thoroughly betrayed her...A necromancer with her hair was never a good thing, and he had ripped her precious hair ribbon, it had been died with Kohya's blood the day he was taken away from her. Nekhalla had mended it good as new...but it still angered her. Luckily his trail was easy to follow...He left a stentch and an aura whereever he went. At her side was her trusty Cucu, Win. Who was running on all fours just to keep up. She clenched her teeth as she ran, she was furious. Finnally her eyes glowed red and flesh toned batish wings sprouted from her back and she took to flight. It was much faster and more direct. Win followed, but with iridecent wings made of magic. Kashiko's speed was doubled as she continued her search for the traitor.
Character: Jedsh Tajbums Jed grinned as he walked stupidly slow through the desert, he was letting this stupid Boig raaq follow him, he cursed at her in the old tongue. Jed was surprised Hathor even accepted her, it was questionable for her to allowed such things to exist. Well as long as Hathor didnÂ’t let her reproduce it was ok, if one of her kind could. Jed grinned as his tracking spell was working perfectly, he had stole a piece of her hair when he was in the temple last, she had assaulted him and he wasnÂ’t allowed to attack back so he took something. It turned out her hair had come in handy for some certain spells, a tracker was one of them. Jed mentally checked over his dark sorcery wards, he had carfully protected himself before he scattered his trail across the desert. His wards were secure against daemons and other Fromonia creatures, and his armour was enforced with some more complex wards. He patted his magic pistol on its holster built into his armour as he peered out into the gloom through the eye pieces of his helmet. He could clearly see nothing for miles, the rising dunes seemed to go on forever. The sight filled him with his fond satisfaction of the desert and his home yet he sighed sadly as he knew only to well were the end was. Least his magic was strongest here, the Dunes seemed to channel and focus magic energy like rivers in the little valleys they created. His fingers stretched out as they drew into the magic drawing strength to him as he walked. His second soul was glimmering with anticipation, however his second soul was black today as it blended into the darkness. He felt the familiar tingle of magic coursing through him. He would need it soon.
Kashiko smiled as she felt the trail go off in different directions, she had seen this many times before...the easiest way to counteract it was to triangulate an average from each point on the different trails, she did this very quickly and then continued till she made it to the temple. She slammed open the doors and entered, eyes glowing, wings spread, white sword drawn. <span style='color:red'>SHOW YOURSELF SHOVA!!! YOU HAVE ANGERED A MEMBER OF HATHOR'S HIGHEST CIRCLE!!!</span> Win entered behind her on two feet holding a Sythe about her size also. She looked around more calmly then Kashiko who looked around like a hawk. She very angery oh so angery.
OOC oh right, i thought we where in the desert, lol soz IC Jed grinned as she slammed open the doors with her little Cucu all ready for world war 15. He couldnÂ’t hold back a laugh, he found it all so cute yet he didnÂ’t fail to register the highest circle part. Jed was slightly mulling over the idea that Hathor let undead half breeds into her trust, he looked at her in contempt. He was standing in the main hallway from the door, it was like a tunnel straight down from where she was standing and there was about 20 meters between them. There was the odd torch out in the corridor but not enough to light it. Jed was standing just behind a touch so he was consumed by the shadows, he stepped forwards so he was reviled in the light. "Calm down Half breed thing, no need to be shouting. You might wake the dead." he spoke in a very relaxed if somewhat slightly annoyed tone yet the last part was filled with some mild spite. Their were in his own temple, it was a little thing Seth had made for him yet it had a few tricks. Out of the shadows behind him two http://shadowlack.com/life/fauna.php?id=89Sreiitpte</a> came forwards, they stood either side of him each holding horrible weapons. They were servants of Seth but he had a few lying around. Jed grinned, Sreiitpte were very formidable. Most Pendragons couldnÂ’t even face them, in some ways they were like undead scavengers, the fed of souls in Fromonia and they did it with excellent efficiently. His gun slid out of his armour holster that was built into his wrist, his hand clasped around the handle and a finger carefully slid over the trigger. He held it downwards though as it was a dangerous weapon, it was enchanted to be extremely damaging to all magic based creatures, such as daemons, undead, even things from Fromina. He just kept it downwards though, he was waiting for her to make the first move.
<span style='color:red'>"You think that would scare me Shova? I think not! Don't think I don't no demons can't exist here. DRAGONS CAN THOUGH!!!</span> She flicked her wrist and a red dragon mask appeared, she tossed it into the air a huge Eastern Dragon appeared and promptly ripped the Sreiiptes to shreads. Tearing into them with Kashiko's hatred. Kashiko drew her sword and pointed it at him. It glowed with a white light. <span style='color:red'>Hand over what is mine and no harm shall befall you...</span> The dragon pulled back to behind Kashiko and roared loudly. Its claws twitching with anticipation. <span style='color:red'>Don't even try your stupid gun...It doesn't work while I have this sword. Its like trying to shoot an Angel...</span>
Jed sighed very dramatically, people we so big headed in his opinion, always with the “I’ve got this and mine is better and blah blah blah“ it was all so pathetic in his opinion. It nearly gave him a headache thinking about their ego, it was like they thought they were the only ones who could do a trick or too. He flexed his hand and a rod of shadow appeared in it which melted over his hand and down it like a liquid, it was like darkness running over him to form a hilt, pommel and blade. His conjured shadow sword was more than a match for most swords but her one looked more than the average sword. He examining its aura just to check she wasn’t lying, it was swirling with a multitude of light that betrayed its power. He sighed again yet a little more sincere than before. As their eyes locked in a heated battle of stares he grinned at her then outstretched his other arm in an instant, his fingers arched with power and a gust of dark energy flew out and smacked into her Cucu, it sent the creature flying backwards out of the temple as a barrier sealed the exit. The blast wouldn’t kill the Cucu unless it tried to get in, it was like a marker spell but much more lethal and if it wanted to test his magic prowess then it should dig its grave first. Then, he just smile nicely " Very well, no creatures at all, just me and you" He said in a very amused tone, she obviously knew about the hair. He didn’t want to give it up and had no intention of letting her have it, he had a few spells for her later involving it and quite liked the idea of undead hair in his collection. "Come and get it half breed" he spat out, she was filth really, only fit for fighting and servitude. In someway it was almost unforgivable that Hathor showed her what she did but then again she was dead so after all, the rules more clearly stated that you weren’t allowed to show an alive impure the temples and such. He raised his sword into a one handed guard position and tested its weight carefully. His mind ran over his protection spells that were wired up to the max then his tail flame shot up its length and seared upwards in a purple heat. As he waited for the next move he mentally seeped out his magic and grasped her shadow like a puppeteer. His dark sorcery possessed the absence of light and forced it to his will. The shadow seeped away from her with a new mind of its own then suddenly, in a blinding flash of darkness, jumped on her and tried to rip her apart with ethereal talons that could rend sinew and bone. In a feat of blood rage.
<span style='color:red'>Nice trick...Seen it before...</span> She quickly did some hand seals and then added <span style='color:red'>"HITOHOSHI!!!"</span> The shadow was pinned down by star shapped objects of light. She stepped off of it, her shadow not following. She smirked and then charged, she disappeared after a few second and reappeared behind him. She slashed across his back quickly in an X shape then dissappeared before it even had time to start bleeding. <span style='color:red'>Tisk Tisk You'll have to do better than that if you want to prove your a challange...So far your worse then a pup.</span> The voice seemed disembodied and bounced around the room making it impossible to tell where she was.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td> lol tut tut power playing :P lol well if do it once than gotta make it fair.</td></tr></table> Jed smiled as her sword passed harmlessly through him like a soft breeze flowing through a tree, his shadow form was good for avoiding attacks but it couldnÂ’t be maintained for long periods. He grinned even more when she disappeared, he could practically taste her magic, he was far more skilled at magic then her so it made it infinitely easily to anticipate. Not to mention he had a tracking spell on her. He reached outwards with he free hand and snapped her from the shadows, it was like plucking a shadow out of a dark room but to him everything was visible. As his magic snared around her, his mind lit all the torches in the room. They lit up the room in a sudden glow yet they left patches of shadow where it was darker than before. Light made shadow stronger. He smashed her into the walls of the room, flipping her around like a rag doll. After two bounces he arched 3 balls of fire at her. They shot from his fingers at the size of marbleÂ’s yet grew into fully fledged balls of fire. He felt the slight drain of his stamina from the magic but ignored it with a shrug of his mind as his magic let her go. A master such as him wasnÂ’t bothered but tiny recoil. He watched with glee as the fire shots smacked into her. "And you fight like a typical Boig raaq who thinks they belong with the true people of the desert, your just a half breed that some one took pity on. Your a disgrace too your blood, I can practically smell your filth." He jumped back into a guard position and he began to summon dark energies to swirl around him like a moving shield. His hands made intricate movements that seemed unnatural and disturbing, wisps of shadow and purple glowing air moving like a hurricane around with him in the eye of the storm as he conjured more power around him.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>Hey! She does hang out with Paush after all</td></tr></table> Kashiko stood up and spat at him. He didn't know the true resons she was in this filthy desert. <span style='color:red'>At least I don't let my soul be inhabited by the dead! I don't care about your filthy desert! I know where I belong, I'm only in this literbox until I get what I want! For now, I just want you to give me my hair back!</span> She noticed the fire come on. She smirked, this would be easier then she thought, shadows may be darker, but the light defeats the shadows. She did some quick hand seals and little tiny flaming Salamanders appeared, They all landed in the fire pots and turned up the heat. Soon all the shadow that was left were some light flickering ones that were randomly dispersed around the room <span style='color:red'>Try that on for size. Now that I know where the pots are, I control what element can appear, and I do belive the light beats shadow so your going to have to try better then that...Paush did teach me a few things after all. Unless you can do something other than petty Shadow Magic, your going to lose this fight.</span>
Jed laughed wickedly, did Hathor know that her servant had such a low opinion of the desert. He couldn’t help but laugh at the filth Hathor was employing, the council would hear about this. Yet the bti about dead in his soul was odd, he had no idea what she was on about. He had power over most spirits and such like, yet maybe she was referring to his second soul. It was his soul, just the shadow of it to be more precise. "Ah stupid undead thingy, you body is the only thing dead here." He was snarling at her happily when she did an impressive trick for one of her standing. If she believed controlling some pots would give her power over the elements then she didn’t realise a few basic facts. "Nice try half breed but you need to learn a lot about shadow, and magic of course. This is my temple I control it all." he said with mild satisfaction as he re arranged the fabric of the building. The walls and bricks practically zoomed across the room and fitting back in at different places. He destroyed the fire salamanders with pure shadow, it absorbed them into the nothing in a silent scream of energy. He smiled as he felt the energy of his temple recharge him slightly, all this magic was taking some toll on him but the temple protected him from the worst of the recoil. Jed grinned at everything, the temple was reset to his control again and this time it was impossible to summon anything in it. “I think you’ll find I control this temple and so feel free to waste you time trying to summon up little cretins" he snarled at her, if she thought she could best him at magic then even her brain was dead. He crouched down low as his hands swirled around in a chaotic blur of movement that drew up strange arcane symbols of immense power. He began to move his ands further apart, yet as they widened the gap a pin head of the purest black was formed, it grew and grew as this hands moved further apart while still moving wildly. It reached the size of a melon and stopped, his hands danced around its edges yet never quite touching it. It was a sphere of nothing, pure nothing, a tiny gateway into the real of no return. It was forever hungry and it wouldn’t be satisfied until it consumed something. He launched it with a sudden flick of his wrists at her, zooming with the deadly intent. He also followed it with two lances of energy, they would dissolve any flesh they came into contact with. Dead or alive.
Kashiko's eyes widened in panic, She held her sword up in defense and muttered in panic <span style='color:red'>Help me Kohya</span> Suddenly she glowed in a silver light and the room was filled with light, her wings dissappeared and were replaced with translucent white ones. Her eyes glowed purple and her kimono turned white with red flower. <span style='color:red'>Do not mess with things you don't understand foolish mortal!</span> She said this in a voice that was her's and a deep male voice. She fired a huge light blast at him. I would damage him, it was an unknown guess how much as a Vampire and an Angel had never melded before.
Jeds own eyes widened in a slight panic, he had a slight fear of glowing white things. He frowned when spoke, it was like she was suddenly very holy. He came to a very rushed conclusion that she was possessed by some odd thing that likes white. His mind was trying to make excuses for things he didnÂ’t understand, he understand the nothing quite well yet her magic was more like the everything. He snarled at her however as she fired some strange light at him, he felt a sudden need to raise his own defences double time yet their was a sudden very large explosion before he could react. The two energies collided in a sudden surge of power. They cancelled each other out perfectly yet send ripples of seething raw magic flying out making draw his wards around him saving him for the worst of the explosion. He fly backwards and hit the wall with a thud, his armour clanging with the wall leaving a dent in the chiselled marble. He coughed loudly as the dust began to settle, "A Seth's going to be mad" he muttered out in a pissed tone.
<span style='color:red'>As he rightfully should be, you challanged the bride of an Angel, therefore unless you undo your wrong you will be totured untill you do...</span> The strange voice continued. The sword glowed and then in a swirling flash doubled in length and continued glowing. The new creature sat waiting for a reaction. Kohya and Kashiko as seperates were a deadly duo, but together as one being they were even more deadly...if that could be thought possible. The light was ever increasing in the room as the creature's power grew.
Jed got up and groaned, he was some what angry now. Least the creature had given up its species now, not that it made any difference.. He stood up and dusted himself down. He looked at the new thing curiously, it was some what like him yet he could see a few major differences. His eyes began to just to light as his hands danced a new pattern. In a blink the light was gone, his absorbed it as his own body surface turned black, he was leaching its power and as long as it gave off light he would become stronger. "Tisk tisk, torture this and that." He said in a very parental tone, "How much inbreeding can you mix into one person." He sighed again as her light powered straight into him. His hands gripped into her light now, drawing her strength out. He watched in satisfaction as the light began to fade. He looked at the sword curiously, he liked swords. Tendrils of black energy were seeping out of him now grabbing light from every available source, they shot towards her and her pet angle thing and went straight into her and began to seep energy at an alarming rate from her. OOC awww your no fun, you donÂ’t take a single hit, mehness.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>Hey! I'm new at this character, she's usually the oldest damn thing around...Not to mention its usually just a bar fight...</td></tr></table> The creature quickly realized a new game was being played here. The energy was being drained for it, so the only way to win this was... <span style='color:red'>JIGGEN BATSU!!!</span> A huge blast pointed at the ceiling fired and the roof fell in. Flooding the room with light, though large chunks of rocks were falling rapidly down, The creature nimbly took to the sky, back to the sun. <span style='color:red'>Try that Kusabaka!</span>
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td> lolol ok ok, sorry, have a </td></tr></table> Jed groaned as he very, very quickly performed a spell. His hands swished around him in a series of intricate finger movements and wrist bending. "Jhujia linjo" He voice echoed out as a purple ball of energy shielded him from the rocks falling towards his skull. With another swish of his hand the dust settled and the light streamed into the room ,beams of light hitting the floor spreading patterns around. He looked up at her a frown on his face, yet hidden behind his Anubi mask. The shield dissipated as his arms snaked backwards and as blue lightning mixed into them, swirling around his arm like bracelets. The threw his arms forward to launch the blue electricity at her, yet, nothing happened. As he looked at his arms which were now just plain, he could not hid a look of complete confusion, at the same moment the sky darkened, the clouds began to form and the desert winds picked up. A storm was coming out of no where and a frightening pace. Before Jed could even begin to understand what was happening, a dark and deep voice seeped out of the rapidly forming Shadows. "What in the hells is going on Jed." The dark familiar voice of http://shadowlack.com/persona.php?id=752Seth</a> filled the night as it travel through the air. He came out of the shadows that absence of light giving substance to is form. Jed kneeled instantly and began to mumble some sort of an apology as Seth looked into the sky at the winged dragon, with a snap of his wrist he pulled her down to the ground, a rapture of magic surrounding her and keeping her just above the floor. But also magic was around JedÂ’s neck, a band of black like smoke was obviously giving him discomfort. "Would you two both explain what is going on." He said with mild impatient and a slight some what vicious undertone to his voice. Yet while they talked the temple slowly but surly re-arranged its self, brick melding back together and the ceiling taking shape in a molten mixture or black and gold marble.
