Date: Mia 81382 M'fettz had been sitting at the Janardan Campus for a while now, his lean body nestled comfortably atop the wooden bench. Coming here had been a habit for a long while, ever since he had moved out of his parent's house half a year ago. The reason for his coming here? M'fettz was an artist. How could an artist draw material out of thin air? He came to this campus to watch the movement of pendragons, their emotions, the way their bones and muscles were linked together. Here, he could study passers-by and use the great variety of 'dragons around him to improve his already impressive art skills. The pencil in his paw curved around the paper, forming the slender waist of a thill walking past. He speed-sketched the most prominant features, in order to be able to continue drawing her even after she passed by. Her skull was reproduced upon the paper, her slender tail copied down. The fluid grace of her legs were captured in a few lines. All this happened as she stopped to flirt with a forest green arden for a spare moment. Now, M'fettz focused on the details. His semi-photographic memory helped him perfect the points of her ears, and detail the pupils of her eyes. After the leg outlines were complete, he drew in the sinew and ligament of the limbs, his feel for the 'dragon anatomy combining with his memory to replicate the thill's body. He lightly sketched in the grain of her fur. The thill had had a rough draft of a painting out of her made, and she didn't even know it. M'fettz scanned over his work. He was pleased with his capture of the thill's beauty. Simple things like this made life worth living to him, the beaty of the beings and things around him. This rough draft would serve him well for a next painting. Now on to another...
As Maldrid was heading to the library to continue reading on his facination of how space ships work. He noticed an arden sketch rather quickly a thill that walked passed. As he got closer he was amazed at the detail and the work that had taken place in only a matter of seconds. When he saw the arden was finished he was amazed at the quality of the work. He then approached the arden and said, "That's some pretty impressive work you've got there. I love art, though I never have wanted to learn how to draw. I just love to observe"
