Who: Cordi Rasine

Sitting in the...well, you couldn't call it nowhere, because evrywhere was somewhere, was a lone lone figure. Her large ears Moved a little bit with the breeze. Her tail flicked a bit and she blinked. She sighed, bored. She hoped someone nice, and....not too scary, would come...

OOC: Short...first try at one of these, on this site...me hopes its okay....

  2. Who: Tash Lyfall

The lone figure aimlessly wandered his snow covered home. It was an average sized figure whose white fur blended well with his surroundings. Had it not been for a pendragon's black flaming tail, many would probably not notice his presence at all. He trudged along slowly, seeing as he really had no hurry to be going anywhere. He wasn't really sure where he was going or why he was going there. But he rarely seemed to have much idea on that. Tash was a pendragon with little direction. His cold gaze was soon turned away from the ground and he could see another figure ahead. For whatever reason, it seemed familiar. But he didn't seem to be concerned as he gaze was lowered back to the ground and he continued to trudge along without any real destination.

  3. Cordi blinked. The person nearby looked very familliar. She thumped her tail twice, and stared. For a few minutes, she sat pondering whether to get his attention or not, but she wanted to find out why he seemed to familliar. She decided she would try to talk to him.

"H-Hello" She said shakily to the person.

  4. Tash kept walking along, as if he planned to ignore her. But he slowly came to a stop, which might have made one think he had had some sort of delayed reaction or something. Maybe he was just sluggish and slow moving today... But the reason for his movements wasn't really all that important. He turned to face Cordi. His eyes seemed a bit less icy, but still rather cold and distant. He didn't seem to want to stand too close to her for whatever reason. The creature seemed almost like an island...

"Greetings." He said in an empty sort of voice, seeming to be devoid of emotions. Tash didn't seem to want to make eye contact with her and kept glancing beyond her and staring at the ground instead of her face. He seemed almost as shy as she was, or maybe he didn't really want to be there. Really, he seemed to be acting a bit awkward. Like he wasn't used to speaking. His ears twitched slightly and moved in her direction. This showed at least some interest and curiosity...

  5. Cordi blinked. That voice..those eyes....that sluggish attitude...

She knew this person! Was this who she thought he was?

"Tash L-Lyfall?" She asked with a blink. "I-is that you?"

  6. His ears twitched again at the mention of his own name and he slowly looked up at her face for the first time since they had met.. or more likely re-met.. "Yeah.." He answered plainly, not really acting too surprised. His tail wrapped around his feet in a slightly protective manner. Tash just watched her for a moment, curiously. He wasn't sure why she knew his name. The solitary creature searched through his memory. Perhaps he knew her.

Finally, after what seemed like hours of silent study.. "You wouldn't happen to be Cordi..." His head tilted slightly. "Would you?"

  7. "Y-yes" She stuttered, but smiled "My name is Cordi Rasine..."

She tilted her head in much the same way, and said
"Didn't I know you, like, a long time ago?" She asked with a blink, seeming to get a little bit of confidence.

  8. "Yes." He answered and smiled a sad smile, which seemed to be the only smile he was capable of. "We used to be very close I believe." Tash informed. The flame on the tip of his tail seemed to get a bit brighter, but not by much. He lowered his gaze back to the ground again, as if he were not able to hold eye contact for very long and instead stared at his over-sized paws.

  9. She stood up, and moved over closer to him. Then she sat down again.

"Well, catch up time" She said, able to speak without a stutter now, but She was unable to look him in the eye. "How have you been? Where have you been? Where did you go?" She asked with a smile. Only a small one, but still a smile...

  10. His ears were drawn back. a bit and he seemed to look a bit nervous from her moving closer. Argh... why did he have to be so far apart all the time. He really did not to learn to be more social. "Been alright.. " He told her. "Nothing of real importance has happened.. Mostly working on my education. Didn't really go anywhere.. leaves me curious as to why we lost contact.. Just been around in the snow.." He explained. The pendragon didn't really enjoy speaking for too long so he left his answers pretty short and simple. He looked upwards at the sky, looking thoughtful. Probably trying to figure out why the two of them had lost contact... Maybe they had just drifted apart without real explanation. Not all things in life could be explained. Maybe this instance was one of them..

  11. "I-I really don't want to lose contact with you again" She said with a blink "I missed you, belive it or not"

She flicked her tail again. She seemed to have a hsbit of that. Then she looked at him, and smiled shyly.

  12. Tash blinked a few times, seeming a bit surprised by these words. After a long silence, which seemed to occur a lot when speaking to this particular pendragon, he spoke. "Then we don't need to." He said with another small, sad smile. His tail seemed to loosen a bit, so they were just resting around his feet rather then hugging them so protectively. He seemed to be getting more comfortable with her. Such was to be expected, they had been such good friends long ago...

  13. "Good" Cordi said, now fully relaxed, which was quite expected, now that she knew who this person was. She smiled brightly.

    "I'm glad"

  14. Tash slowly got to his feet again and began to stretch. Normally he could sit for hours without moving, but he seemed restless today. Why was a real mystery. He walked around in three small circle and sat back down in his place again. His tail wrapped around his feet once more so they hung there loosely. He had resumed the exact same position as he had been previously sitting. He looked over at Cordi curiously. "So you live nearby?" He asked, feeling as though he should ask a question. Besides, he was rather did wish to know.

  15. "Not really. I don't really live anywhere. I don't really care. I basically just camp out wherever." She said tiresomly. Apparently, she had no interest in living in one place. It got boring and she liked moving around....

  16. "I see..." The pendragon said simply. "I've never been big on traveling.. haven't been many places." He explained absently. Tash shifted into a laying position and rested his head on his unnaturally large paws. He wondered what sort of places Cordi had been. He rarely left the plains, living the life of a hermit almost. He had read of other continents though and it all seemed rather interesting. Maybe someday he should begin travel. Travel seemed like it would be fun and exotic. But he wasn't really sure he would feel up to it, epically now. Perhaps someday in the future.. but for now travel didn't seem worth all the moving around.

  17. Cordi imitated Tash and layed down aswell next to him. She looked toward him, and stared. After a few minutes, she noticed somthing. Something the Tash she remembered didnt often have. He seemed distant...
"Whats wrong? You seem so distant" She said with a look of worry.

  18. He closed his purple eye, leaving the chilling crimson orb to stare blankly ahead with that far-off look he always seemed to have. Then he opened his other eye and closed the opposite one. Odd. Finally he settled on closing the both of them. "Nothing is wrong.. I just am." It wasn't a complete sentence, but the way he said it made it seem like one. Just existing.. just drifting.. just wandering.. just the way he was because it was him. There was no real reason he seemed to be so far off and pessimistic. He had nothing to be upset about. It kind of bothered him that nothing was bothering him, even though he seemed to be bothered. It didn't make complete sense. Then again, not much about Tash seemed to..

"I apologize for worrying you." He added, both eyes opening to give her a sideways glance. He seemed to be constantly observing as much as he could. He seemed to be trying to absorb everything she said or did. Everything around him. Like a sponge of some sort.

  19. "You'll notice I worry alot..." She said "I like to notice things around people"

She smiled, and looked at her companion's face.

"I often worry about one thing or another. Sometimes irational. But....I hope there is nothing wrong..."

  20. Tash watched her face with the same curiosity he had held all throughout the conversation. "Well, I am well. No need to worry about me." He assured her as the tip of his tail twitched slightly. He really did not wish to be fretted over.

    OOC: I think I feel a writer's block coming on. ._. Curses!
