Private: For Benji Darkness' character Jureap Kluff.</td></tr></table> Artemis frequented the resort often enough to know where the good places were at. Though her last visit here was actually to relax she had overheard some occupants of the hotel talking about a new foreign goods store. She treaded lightly between a few alleyways, turning right then left a couple of times and then finally stepped onto a fairly deserted road. A couple lurking beings exited from a small doorway a little ways down. Must be it. She kind of expected a ring at the door once she entered but apparently this store wasn’t granted the luxury. The room’s walls all had showcases on them containing everything you could think of. It had everything from classic daggers to swords with intricate handles and shrunken heads to rabbit feet. It was a bit of a morbid/gothic theme but to her it just held a bunch of new items to enchant. Maybe for her own amusement she could enchant one of the heads to speak. That could make for a funny doorman. If you’d walk further down the shop it narrowed out but before you could see any more a door blocks the view. It was heavily locked and seemed like it could take quite a beating before even budging an inch. I’ll have to see what’s in there later… For now she just settled looking at a full-length mirror. She could enchant it to watch the lab while she was out. Something like that anyways. Or to watch Magnus, whatever. Artemis giggled at the thought. When she turned to look at the mirror again she actually looked at her own reflection. She was wearing a brown leather jacket that was scratched and starting to fade, and a pair of black jeans. They too were ripped in all sorts of places. Maybe later she should go shopping for a presentable outfit.
JureapÂ’s bare paws made a funny smacking noise against the cobblestones as she walked and her barbed tail waved behind her like a banner. She was a small thill and had a sickly look to her, it went well with her over all gothic theme. Long snow white hair framed her face and made her look angelic, slung across her back was an acoustic twelve string guitar. Jay was wearing a black fitted t-shirt that had an image of a bloody pendragon skull on the front, a black cloak that had a worn look to it, white washed jeans that were ripped off at the knees, and a spiked collar around her neck. Jureap snorted as the fifth love-drunk couple passed her, she was not here for pleasure like they wereÂ…no she was here for business, namely revenge. She had to repay a nosey adren for meddling in matters that were none of his concernÂ…what exactly she would do hadnÂ’t really crossed her mind yet. All she knew was that he owned a shady foreign goods store around this area. She walked quickly with her head bowed, she was blind and could see nothing but darkness, so she made an effort to keep her hair in her eyesÂ…sometimes she got the wrong type of attention for her disability. Jay had never been to this resort, let alone this shop but she wouldnÂ’t have a hard time finding it, not with her highly developed telekinesis. Though she was blind from birth she had always been able to see, if not through her own eyes then through others. She reached out with her mind looking for thoughts of buying strange objects, shrunken heads, and strange enchantments. Ah, she found what she was looking for, a small blue Widow with large feathery wings was coming out of just the shop she was searching for. The Widow had bought a variety of questionably legal objects, but Jureap wasnÂ’t interested in her goodsÂ…no she just needed to get to the store. She barrowed the WidowÂ’s eyesight and found that the door of the shop was about three feet to her right. Her paw connected to the door and threw it open. Jay entered the shop and felt her foot-paws moved over a smooth wood flooring. Their were four or five customers in the shop, she reached out with her mind and saw with their eyes. She could smell himÂ…but just where was he? There! He came out of a back roomÂ… she paused, she had found the shop, found himÂ… but now what to do? A pair of twin dueling knifes caught her eye and a grim smile spread over her face.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>Sorry, I was busy. P=</td></tr></table> Artemis’ spine prickled lightly, causing her to shiver while she looked at herself. She decided she would buy the mirror but would still continue looking through the array of goods. Gradually her feet brought edging towards the section which narrowed out. She never lost her childish curiosity and she wasn’t about to lose it now. Maybe it’s some rare and bizarre creature that must be tamed… Maybe it’s some sort of sword that was so powerful that no one could wield it. If the femme could look like she was in anymore of a daze, she would probably just pass out and dream some more of it. As her tail swished anxiously about her, and her feet ever carrying her forwards, she heard the door swing open. The ‘dragon entered, it had its head down but its walk was that of one with a mission. Her leather jacket fluttered lightly as she moved closer to the wall. Artemis smelt the air, her nose pointed towards the ceiling as she tried to learn more of the stranger. So it’s just a niotie… She doesn’t look any older than some random teenager. She’s probably on a dare or something. Despite her reasoning, she still felt like somewhat unsure. She had no obvious weapons, but the just the stance of the young ‘dragon made her feel uncomfortable. Deciding that if this were to turn into sort of fight she would be armed and ready. She slowly reached into the inside pocket of her leather jacket, wrapping her digits around her dagger. Today she figured she would try out her new Sun Dagger. By far it was one of her best works. The handle was pure gold and encrusted with rubies all along the hilt. The Dagger itself is a stainless steel, almost looking like a gutting knife with the extra hook at the end. She held on tightly to the dagger, just waiting to see as the events unfolded.
The door shut behind her with a slam, Oops, there goes the surprise...though it's not like standing in the door way wasn't a give away... She coughed and when the black male didn’t turn around she decide to address him openly… Not like anyone’s a match for me in here anyway. <span style='color:gray'>"Oh Tazsum I believe I've been owing you a drop in...haven’t I?"</span> The arrogance that dripped of her tongue was sickening, but well earned. The arden snapped around and his eyes grew wide. <span style='color:orange'>"Jureap! What...what are you doing here?!"</span> By now most of the customers had taken notice of the conversation and were ether openly watching or only pretending to browse with an ear turned. It had become rather apparent that their would be some sort of negative out come, and the type of customers this shop brought in were all to egger to see a row. Jay raised her head in a slow motion and the hair was swept from her face as if by an invisible force of wind. She blinked as her blind eyes glittered from beneath her levitating hair, her eyes now clearly visible and very alarming.<span style='color:gray'> “My, my. You didn’t really think the Night Shades would forget how you did us such a favor the other night." “You got two of our top members arrested"…</span> At the mention of the gang’s name Tazsum began to get twitchy, he edged backwards and scrambled to get behind the counter. She snorted,<span style='color:gray'> “A lot of good that will do"…</span> Jay threw off her cloak and blocked out her telekinesis, the world went dark…the way she saw it, it would be cheating to fight with it when she was a master at sightless fighting. She reached for her electrokinesis and at the barb of her tail, electricity began to spark and dance. Jay held out her hands and electric bolts leaped at the knifes she had been eyeing earlier. Less than a moment later the blades were end her paws and she was twirling them like and expert. She grinned wide, her fangs appearing at the corners of her mouth. The knifes sparked in her hands and for a second she saw the mistake she could have made, had the knifes had been cursed or made for the wielder of the opposite element she would have been in trouble. Though she was delighted to find that they were made to conduct and trigger her electric bolts every time she swung them. Tazsum had grabbed a gun and wasn’t doing a very good job of loading it, so Jureap lunged on top of the counter and slapped the gun away from him. The gun was sent sliding across the floor…at the feet of a red pendragon. Jay dealt the arden two blows to the head (though nether fatal only ebough to knock him out) and grabbed the cash register.
