Do NOT join unless you've talked to us. (To do this, and to understand what's going on, visit this thread.) Thanks! \\ IC Oh, what a beautiful morning! The avians were singing and declaring claim to a particular branch quite harmoniously, and there wasn't a dark cloud in the sky - just fluffy bright white ones. Anezka was very happy - she had no classes to speak of today. Which is why she was enjoying the serenity of the courtyard, rather than being in an underground class room, or dorm. But the serenity, nice as it was, was getting monotonous. She wished for something to do; and adventure maybe, or better yet, someone to talk to.
~Mist Sterlu Female//1600 Elemental Sorcery (A) Telepathly(A) ~Eka Tsyjn Felmale//1000 Healing(B) Astrology(B) BiC: Eka came bounding into the courtyard. She had just finished her last class of the day and was looking for something to do other then stay inside. Mist wasn’t to far behind her. (Not bounding that for sure) She had told Eka that she would be ale to maybe take her out of Janardan for the rest of the day. But at the moment she didn’t have any ideas. She then saw Anezka, who she had met from a few of her fighting classes before. Mist caught up to Eka (who had stopped for her) and turned her towards Anezka and walked towards her. “Hello Anezka, it’s nice to see you again." She then turned to Eka. “Eka this is Anezka. I have met her in a few of my classes before. Anezka this is Eka, my younger sister." Mist always spoke in formalities. Eka always found them a waste of time. “Hi" Was all that Eka said since Mist had said the rest. She then smile she always loved to meet new ‘dragons. And this one seemed to be around her age. But it was always hard to tell for Eka because she was so small.
Anezka looks up at Mist, as the mouse-brown 'dragon was lounging in the grass, and grins, "Hi! Good to see you again!" She then looks to Eka her bouncy smile continuing brightly, "Nice to meet you!" Anezka looks between the two of them, "Are you guys on break, or no more classes for the rest of the day?" She was silently hoping they'd be free, as that would give her two other 'dragons to plot some good natured mischief with! She doesn't let her enthusiasm show through too much, however; she didn't want them thinking she was an uncontrollable niotie. That tended to scare others away faster than anything.
Eka nodded looking up at Anezka. “Yep, just finish my last class of the day. And happy about it! Mist here didn’t have any classes today." Eka was a little jealous of that. But it didn’t show. Mist just nodded in agreement. She knew Eka would want to take over talking from now on. “You must be free then. Got any plans yet?" Eka always wanted to be a part of whatever was going on and was hoping that Anezka had something adventurous planed out for the day and wouldn’t mind the two of them coming along.
~Vullem Nemp'taia~ -Seer, journeyman -Creating music, journeyman The afternoon sun shone brightly on the grounds of Janardan, and no pendragon may have been happier to emerge from the underground school and feel it's warmth than Vullem Nemp'taia. The female stood near the underground enterance, blinking her mismatched eyes, untill a busy, disgurntled student bumped into her and broke the her bisfull trance. The multi-coloured female responded not-to-softly, "Well THAT was rude!" She took a moment to make sure her multi-colored fur hadn't been messed up, and to make sure the bouncy pig-tails she had put her golden-brown hair into were still as bouncy as ever. After her beauty crisis was over, Vullem wandered across the courtyard, untill finally settling on a old, sun-warmed stone bench. She looked around, wondering if any of the young pendragons might end up being her students. Decideing it was too nice of a day to be worrying about her teaching job, the female chose instead to play some music. Vullem unfurled her large, bat-like wings, so she could unhook the harp she had slung across her back. The harp was quite pretty and made of highly polished wood. The multi-hued 'dragon grinned as she strummed on her prized instrament. Oh course, this smile hid the fact that she couldn't remember the words to the song she wanted to play.
\\ OOC: Multitude of apologies, among many thanks for not drawing and quartering me in the public square! (Though I'm sure you all were ready to. ^^;;; ) I've got some inspiration and free time back! (And I've stopped being LAZY) YAY! \\ IC The niotie grins, "How wonderful! We're all off for the day, so now we can find something exciting to do." Anezka shakes her head then, at the second question, "Nope. Nothing planned, yet. I was thinking maybe we could..." She's distracted momentarily as the sound of music hits her ears. Music soothes the savage beast, as the saying goes, and this particular niotie was very happy with any type of music - so long as it sounded like music! Anezka looks back to Mist and Eka, "Do you two know her?" Rather than leaping up to go attack the harp playing 'dragon as she normally would, she decides to be a bit more subtle and cultured about it. Besides, this pendragon looked a good bit older than herself, which means she probably wouldn't appreciate being attacked by a bouncy 10 00 year old.
>>Vinramas Aquilo 1. Law Apprentice 2. Basic Military trainee A certain gilt form breaks into the world above from the bowels of the Academy with several eye-shielding blinks. After compressing his white wings to his sides, he stops in his tracks to survey just where he wishes to go next. The freed bird often has trouble deciding where to fly first. The first minor casualty, Vullem's brief jarring, is duly noted especially when a slip of white paper fell to the ground apparently unnoticed. By nature, Vinramas is a rather good Samaritan and so the message - or possible refuse - is picked up and escorted back to its rightful owner after little deliberation. "Hey there. I think you dropped this.." Polar ice-colored eyes briefly assess Vullem and the few others in her close proximity as the piece of paper is brandished. The harp, is then similarly scrutinized and the promise of music almost beckons him to stay a little bit longer.
OOC: I’m just checking with you Corsair but have you asked Zeva if you can join this thread. Because it is already a planed one, as stated above in the first post. If you have sorry. No Zeva we were just planing to kidnap you and force you to reply. But then we got lazy. Hehe just kidding. Bic: Eka and Mist both turned to the sound of the music. Mist didn’t say any thing to Eka so she took it as a no. “Um....no. Never seen her before." Eka replied for both her and Mist. It was really nice music. It took away Eka thoughts for whatever could be done for the rest of the day where taking away for a few short moments of just listening to the music. Eka wanted to go up and ask her a few question but didn’t want to interrupt her while she was still playing her song. Eka looked over to Anezka who also seemed to be enjoying the music of the older ‘dragon. Eka took a guess that she might be a teacher here. Eka took a look at Mist before getting up and walking towards the music play ‘dragon. She didn’t say any thing not wanting to distract her. She just took a seat and waited for her to stop.
OCC: Sorry I haven't posted, but I can blame that on end of the quater exams, an evil language arts teacher, and a cursed Saxaphone. BIC: By some odd joke of Fate, Vullem's knowledge bank of songs convenintly took a lunch break. At this point, Vullem was improving. Of course, she didn't really know what she was doing, which explains why she teaches fortune-telling, not music. She closed her eyes in a feverish attempt to make sence of what she was doing, but that failed. Suddently Vullem heard movement a felt someone set next to her. She slowly opened her eyes, and saw that a young Pendragon was occupying the bench. "Hello there...is there something I can help you with?"
OOC: Yep, I've gotten Ihykis' full approval. Vinramas drew the so-called 'fingers' of his outstretched paw closer together, the paper within their grasp crinkling slightly. "Would this happen to be yours?" A dark eyebrow twitched briefly, not quite in the same category as a full-blown raised eyebrow. Either way, being the environmentally conscientious pendragon he was, the article would be properly disposed of in the closest waste receptacle if Vullem's reply was nay. His chest heaves slightly as a lung-full of air is drawn from the current sweeping zephyr, fallen leaves rustling just as easily as the lesser coverts on his securely folded wings.
OOC: Sorry to post before you Zeva/Ihykis. So used to calling you Zeva. Bic: Eka smiled that the music playing ‘dragon. A little sad that the music had ended but happy that she hand noticed her. She then shook her head.“No nothing you can help me with at the minute. It’s just me and my friends over there," She tilted her head in the direction of Anezka and Mist. Hoping that Anezka didn’t mind if Eka called her a friend even that they had only met a few minutes ago.“We just heard you playing and though it was very nice. I hope I’m not disturbing you." It was then that it clicked to Eka that she might be bothering the other ‘dragon. At the sound of another ‘dragons voice Eka looked over to see another ‘dragon holding a paper. She didn’t think that he was talking to her so she waited for the music playing ‘dragon to responded.
