    Character: Cero Novalac

Cero stood by one of the hoops near the courtyard, on one of the small fields near the Tsupeon main pitch. He stood with a jemdrull white ball next to his feet, looking out at the evening sky. A mix of beautiful and scenic colours blended there way across the sky, as the sun entered its twilight time and day turned to night.

Cero had been busy with his Herbology all day and was currently testing out some places to plant a small patch of a few things. The Felp napyf sena needed more out door conditions to grow which was something his little, basement hide away didnÂ’t really provide.

But for now he stood on the tarmac, leaning against to hoop pole. He nudged the ball with his foot using a pathetic amount of effort. Letting out a slight meh sound with it, doing anything seemed too arduous right now.

His razor sharp talon like fingers held very delicately a joint in his hand, inhaling the smooth, thick smoke deeply before releasing a long trail of it into the sky. He liked to experiment with herbal devices, they helped him control his inner sigh which could be so powerful it could send him into fits and seizures.

But now, as the drugs and medicine kicked in. And the kummuret. The world glowed, the lay lines of fromonia glowed like rivers of gold and his saucepan wide eyes absorbed the sight with a mad grin.

  2. Colt had been walking for a lttle while now... his medicine clas had just finished about half an hour ago and he was still mumbling over the days lesson over in his head, The side affects of administered drugs to be exact.

His feet clipped the tarmac causing him to stumble a bit, sending his precious book flying half way across the pitch, his eys followed the book which thankfully landed closed near the middle, a little off from the center line.

Breathing a sigh of relief Colt picked up his papers and a rogue pen, and trotted over to his book. He brushed any debri off the cover carefully, and gave the pages a once over. nothing damaged.

He stood looked around himself now, hoping that no-one had seen his folly. unfortunately for him a scaly arden was sporting a rather wide grin and Colt felt the bubble of embarrassment in his throat.

So tucking the book under his arm he started towards the other side of the pitch, he was after all going to his secret spot here... a little sun drenched grass spot, unseen to the normal eye... he had been looking at his pendant at the time... and had asked a trusted friend to put a magical barrier up to ward off others... so far it had all worked.

  3. Cero let his gaze wander around a little, as the inner sight constantly tugging at the edge of his consciousness ebbed away as the chemical mix took hold. The shinning lay lines faded once more and the random imagines in his head stopped once more.

He took a deep, long, sigh of relief and smiled. Just then thought he saw a rather clumsy arden fall over by the edge of the court, dropping his books and items.

At first Cero wasnÂ’t sure if he should be afraid or not, the odd scale on his body changing to a more black colour as if to hide himself. Yet the his sense took hold and forced away the paranoia that plagued his mind. Nudging his jemdrull ball along with his foot as he wandered over to him.

Yet his ball skills needed some work, and the thing rolled a little to far and straight into the leg of the arden. "Sorry about that." He said with a cheerful tone that chirped out of his throat. His talon fingers stretching out a little as he offered his hand.

"IÂ’m Cero." he said with a beaming grin, shaking his dread locked head a little. His other hand delicately moving one aside as his tail wrapped around the jemdrull ball, pulling it back towards him.

It was then that he realised he was still holding the joint, quickly throwing it to the floor and stamping it out with a sudden jolt of his bird like foot. Smiling suddenly again as if to cover up his little action.

  4. Colt felt so embarrassed, and as the white ball tapped his leg he reddened all the more. He was expecting some smart comment, Instead a cheerful chirping welcome. No slander no fun making.

    <span style='color:yellow'>it's alright...</span>

Colt said with a tone of wary wonder in his voice, especially when he smelled - and saw - the white cone of smiles in his hand. Colt felt a frown furrow his brow, but kept his opinions to himself, it could well be for medical reasons he hoped.

He shuffle dhis books and papers in his arm once more, pocketing the rogue pen and taking the ardens hand in greeting. His yellow hued hand paused for a moment in the scaly ardens, before pulling away softly.

Introductions... he thought to himself giving his head a mental bricking

    <span style='color:yellow'> i'm Colt Acapella...</span>

His line was left open, Colt still feeling a redness in his cheeks. Cero did look unsual, though he quite approved off his his hair, dreadlock were definately his "look"

  5. Cero beamed so more, he was in a very good mood now. The herbs he had taken before had taken the edge of everything and given him a good up beat feeling. Unlike a lot of people such herbs didnÂ’t relax him and make him lethargic, in fact they seemed to make him more hyper and a little overactive.

"Well good to meet ya Colt." he said as his tail lifted the jemdrull ball up into his hands. The talons holding it carefully in case they dug to sharply into it, he was very accurate with them but they werenÂ’t greatly designed for that sort of thing.

"So were you off to Mr colt, needed to do some work." He asked in his upbeat manner. He began to spin the thing on one of his claws and gently passing it between his hands.

He was looking intently at Colt, he was quite good looking too. And since he had been a lone for a while he wasnt going to turn down some friendly company, especially such company.

  6. When the ardens smile widened all the more, Colt began to think about some sunglasses, idily he played with the glasss pendant around his neck. Cero was sooo, hyper. Maybe he was on more than a simple herb. Once again he mentally bricked himself.

Coming out of his thoughts, Colt flicked his ears back hearing the lunchtime bell. Some minor panic raised up in him but he knew he had a good fifteen minutes before anyone else could get here. Even still the blue and yellow hued arden began to fidget in overdrive.

Nodding finally to acknowledgment that he had indeed heard his question. But he didn't really want to tell anyone of his secret spot. But then... he could be followed by the scaly arden and then... More mental bricking.

<span style='color:yellow'>i'm going to study some, yes... i finished work in class.</span>

And as if somone had cleaned the dirty window to his mind, Colt saw light in the situation.

<span style='color:yellow'>actually i was going to a secret place of mine, sun drenched part of the campus... care to tag along?</span>

  7. Cero was a little hurt at first by the secretive attitude of the sun and sky coloured arden and tried not to take offence. He was only asking after all, then again people always reacted a little funny to him. Apart from being a bizarre miss match of every which animal he also had some personality issues. That and general lack of knowledge on how to deal with people.

But when the arden told him off his little hide away it sound great, Cero had a great liking for secret places.

"Wow sounds great, donÂ’t think there will be much sun at this time of day though." He said a little more sombrely, he didnÂ’t want to scare this guy off or anything. His Scales tinged with excitement and the change scales he had flickered red for a moment.

His placed the jemdrull ball under his arm and made a welcoming gesture with his other. "Lead the way" He said chirpily but with a slightly deeper undertone.

The drugs were wearing off a little now.

  8. Colt felt a slight twinge of guilt for being so rash before about the arden. But even then he found the scaly aquaintence intruiging, he also seemed to be calming down somewhat. Clearly the arden was unsure of social situations.

Still Cero had a quality to him that made Colt want to take him with him to this place, and from the change in the scaly ardens scales he seemed quite up for it. A welcoming guesture was made, an And Colt slid up along to the ardens side. after walking a little way, the walls of the campus approached. Colt stoppped at what seemed a solid wall, carefully scanning around him for others signs of life.

    <span style='color:yellow'>were here...</span>
    he said chirpily.

  9. Cero stared at the wall curious, then his eye brows ridges furrowed into a sharp v shape. He gave Colt a quizzical look, his tail lashing back and forth for a moment and the tail flame flared, before hiding down again on his spade ended tail. The tiny little spiny bones that blended in to his back.

His hand reached out and extended a long talon finger, the point just moved slowly and poked at the wall. Which proceeded to act like painted air, his talon going straight through as if nothing were there at all. No resistance at all.

He let out a slight yipping sound in surprise before spinning his head around to grin at Colt.

"Shesh thatÂ’s good, can you do magic then." He asked with a grin as wide as a bridge, Cero loved magic. His favourite of course was Biokinesis since it went perfectly with his love of herbs, but any and all types fascinated him.

Illusion magic though was something he had hardly ever seen, he knew invisibility spells existed but these sort of things ensnared him.

    He positively beamed.

  10. With no-one around Colt gave out a relieved sigh before watching Ceros face with a smile. Talk about v-day. His smile even brightened at the yip The arden exhaled from his jaw as his talon slid through the illusion.

But he couldn't do magic... he wished sorely that he did. But then he alsoi wished he had a pair of wings rather than just a tattoo of one.

<span style='color:yellow'>i wish... an old friend did it for me... he left a few months back though...</span>

Ragou as he had been called transfered to somewhere closer to home... never heard from him since. Colt sighed and proceeded through the wall first to the surprisingly sunny area. He faced the arden waiting for him to come through.

The space in the wall was wierd, like mirrored windows, you could see out of them, but you couldn't see in.

  11. Cero stared in awe as he entered the secret room, it captivated him so intently that breathing was all he was capable of doing. His feet fell on crisp, damp grass and the light streaming in from the walls was amazing. The whole room seemed to act a little bit like a green house, keeping the cold and darkness out. Yet keeping the softness of outside in, he loved it.

He took a seat on one of the mats on the floor, keeping himself off the grass. He sat with his legs crossed as his tail snaking around his body.

"This place is just ... wow, I never knew it was possible to hide such a thing." His eyes as wide as plates.

He grinned at Colt devilishly, before looking around some more.

"So what do you normally do in here then." he said with a laugh, a thousand things were buzzing through his head.

  12. <span style='color:yellow'>Thing is, this place isnt really hidden - anyone can enter - its the warding off spell that discourages people from being around here.</span>

Colt chirriped happily to the arde, his paws still wandering about his secluded paradise, a tweet of the local avians could be heard, and hie yellow hued maw sported a happy grin. he loved this place.

And after a moments happy silence he answered Ceros' question.

<span style='color:yellow'>in a place like this i just unwind, read, study. i've planted a few plants here too - everything just blooms here... and y'know youre welcome anytime now...</span>

The blue and yellow hued arden added his welcome lastly in a softer, gentle voice. His red eyes shining with the true passion and joy of this place.

  13. Cero made a small oo sound at the place as he saw even more beautiful things running around, he was still beaming over the place. He liked the sound of a warding spell, maybe he could put some around his basement home sometime. If he found out how to cast them that is.

He looked around at the place and just grinned, he liked plants quite a bit. Colt was certainly not wrong when he said every thing her blooms, he wondered if it was due to the magic of the place. Now that he had an invitation to be here he thought he would make good use of it.

His hands explored through the grass and flowers, the feeling of the damp dew and the cold chill it sent thought him. Until his hands met with something more familiar to his Herbology. Some red variety of http://shadowlack.com/life/flora.php?id=31Cammarill</a> which he carefully plucked up from the ground, his long talons snaking under it and neatly severing the stem.

He twiddled the herb in his hands and brought it close to his nose, softly brushing aside a rouge dread as he eyed the plant. He took a deep inhale from the Cammarill, taking in the peppery yet sweet cinnamon smell into his nostrils. Fluttering his eyes from the powerful effects of the sent.

Before flicking it at Colt with a splat, it leaving a red and orange stain on his fur as it dripped down. This causing a massive giggle from Cero, who cut and played with the grass some more.

"Sorry" He said a little cheekily.

  14. Colt was still satnding his books now ona dry spot of grass in his warm haven of light. A small lizard creature had taken an interest in the pair as it sat crooning and chiruping to them. Its scales shone a rainbow hue as it swayed with the warm breeze.

Red eyes looked down at the little reptile, but flickered up to an avian flying overhead, its darks wood feathers fluttered by, thats when he felt a splatting sesation on his hip. Ths yellow hues went bright pink as he feared the worst - the bird had left its mark - But a heavy sigh of relief escaped as he saw the cammarill polant snake to the ground, leaving him with a rather cute heart shaped splat.

Cero gave a cheeky giggle to his stain and colt grinned in return, bending down to pick up the dishevilled plant in his paw. He made to toss it away from the scaly arden butr last minute - he changed his mind. Throwing the plant fast - but softly - at the arden he laughed a cheeky laugh before sitting down opposite him.

    <span style='color:yellow'>i always wanted a new tattoo...</span>

Colt said somewhat jokingly but still keeping a genuine cheerful tone to his voice.

  15. Cero watched with glee as the plant hit him on the thigh, leaving a red, icky stain. With his talon covered hand he flicked with plant off, letting it splat on the grass. He grimaced though as his talon had caught his leg a little, the sharp sensation of pain followed by the sensation of split flesh irritated him but it wasnÂ’t to bad. With clawed hands you got used to little cuts.

He made a fake sound of surprise then a chirp, before putting the deepness back in his voice. His expression turned a little more serious with the frown lines appearing, although the light joy still filled his eyes with warm light.

"Ah your asking for it now." He said with a mock growl before laughing and throwing a massive clump of grass as Colt with a flashing grin of delight. Before scrambling of to get away, he wasnÂ’t planning to of course it was just boys being boys.

That and just mucking around was fun.

  16. The blue and yellow hued arden raised an eyebrow before shooting of behind a tree - he was in his element - speed. gras poured onto his nose, he twitche dhis nose going cross eyed for a moment before patting the green blades from his senses.

His spiked up do was green and yellow now as she sneaked up towards Cero. Twigs cracked as he played with the arden for fun. He pounced towards the arden hoping to land on his back playfully. luckily he wasnt heavy or the poor guy could be crushed.

  17. Cero continued his scramble away, he could hear Colt gaining on him but he only laughed. He was about to take another step when the air was knocked out of his lungs, falling forward he brought he hands out to brace his fall. The soft grass made the perfect cushion was his hands slid along bracing himself, his talons digging into the mud.

A laugh escaped him as he drew back his breath, before wrapping his tail around Colts ankle and pulling him off. Picking up another plant and throwing it, before realising it was a little cold. And scaly for that matter.

He looked in horror as the lizard he threw landing on Colt, his face away with horror. "Gah sorry" He yelped before jumping to get it off.

  18. Colt landed squarely on the scaly arden hearing a laugh emit from cero as he thudded into the ground. A scaly tail wrapped around his sunshine coloured ankle and Colt had a surreal feeling as he found himself projected into another patch of fluffy grass.

In that singular moment time seemed to slow. He watched as Cero picked up what he thought to be another plant. He heard the squeak of the lizard being picked up from his tangle of grass. And its scared black eyes as it landed on his snout.

Ceros' face was priceless - His maw had contorted in horror and as he yelped and jumped up, Colt gently wiggled his nose to release the lizard frightened grip on his nostril.

    "it's ok..."

Colt managed through a small manly giggle, his paw creeped up on the lime green lizard as he gently pried its little claws from his fur. He held the lizard in his paw waiting for it to run off of its own accord.

    "he matches my fur too"
