<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Timestamp: Mia, 2nd, 81379 Char: Xela</td></tr></table> The temple itself was much more beautiful that Xela had ever suspected. The vines were thick around the ivory colored walls and it reminded her of a book she had read, The Secret Garden. Though the temple was much more enchanting and beautiful than most words can describe. It felt as though there was a haze covering the building, a haze of power, or magic. Xela was more than frightened to enter such a powerful feeling place but she was more excited and curious than anything. Walking up to the oak wood doors Xela took a deep nervous breath and with a heavy sigh the door slowly creaked open. Xela was rather surprised at the plainess of the inside of the building. She had been expecting walls of gold and altars with water so clear that a speck of dirt at the bottom of the fountains was magnified. But yet with it's simple ivory walls with vines growing from between the cracks and the strange markings and designs and phrases burned into the wall the chamber itself held its own magical splendor. After several moments of examining the entire giant room Xela noticed the labarinth of chalk markings on the floor. Some of the pathways led to the small cement altars or fountains that lay here and there sputtering clear but not as clear as expected waters. The laberinth was familiar in some way. Though Xela did not recall ever reading any book on this echanting temple she knew that she had heard of this laberinth before. Something about and certain spell... Xela became annoyed because she could not remember and decided to walk along the chalk pathways and calm herself by examining the pictures that had been carved into the wall as she tried to remember that vital information.
A young orange male had happened upon the temple a few days ago. It's magnificance had enchanted him, all he could do was draw picture after picture of it. He had ignored his feeling of dread as he had stepped inside. He had wandered along the same chalky path that Xela now took, sketching everything in his path. He now lay unconcious on the floor. His sketchbook flung across the path, t'words the area where Xela would enter the scene. His bag that was slung over one shoulder lay close to the wall. A small scorched area and the way he lay seemed to look as though he had been burned by the wall itself.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>thanks for posting!</td></tr></table> Xela had been studying the intricate design of the chalk drawings upon the floor, her eyes scanning everything, still trying to remember that spell. All of a sudden she noticed a sketch book lying on the ground. She picked it up, having walked this pathway before, she wondered who had been here. She studied the drawings, realizing that somone must have been here for quite a while in order to draw this many sketches. Finally she looked up and saw the orange body of a 'dragon lying strewn across the floor. When she studied the wall and saw that it seemed as though the 'dragon had been burned by the wall! Xela gently lifted the 'dragons head and pulled out a water bottle from her bag. She poured a quarter of its contents onto the 'dragons maw hoping this would wake him.
