    Danie crept silently through one of the many forests of Ramath-Lehi, glancing behind her on occasion.  Everything was quiet.  "Too quiet," the pendragon thought to herself.  "I've got just a few more minutes.  If I'm not there on time, he'll probably kill me," she told herself, quickening her pace.  Her blue eyes flashed in the darkness, as she squinted in order to see through the night.  Her heart beat quickly.  "Just one more minute," Danie thought desperatly, breaking into a quiet run.  Wind whipped her face, sending strands of pink hair on her head in all directions.  She finally came to a halt, and caught her breath.  A growl of disaproval welcomed her.  A tall, menacing, yet familiar figure stood before her.

    -"You're late."</font></font>

  2. <font color='#3BB9FF'><center>ooc: Hey Sophie. Good post. ^^;

    bic:Along with the crisp zephyr arrived a bright form in the night's sky. Feathered appendages glistened under the moonlight. Eve was circling above the trees, when she heard a dark voice coming from the ground. She dove into the leafless branches and landed on the ground, almost stumbling with the twigs in her face. She padded silently towards the noise and saw another pendragon. "Hrm. Looks desperate." She hadn't seen the sinister creature that Danie was actually afraid of. She just sat there, from a distance, observing her.</font>

  3. <font color='#FFFFFF'>Danie heard a thumping noise behind her, but tried not to let it bother her.  The tall figure that had spoken to her was standing before her.

    -"I'm...  I'm r-r-really sorry-," she started, unable to find the right words.  "I'm going to die," she thought miserably, keeping her eyes fixed on the imposing figure.  To her horror, she could see a pair of red eyes staring straight back at her.

    -"Worthless pendragon," he finally said.  Danie's eyes widened.  "Mort isn't going to kill me?" she asked herself, looking suspiciously at the dark character.  He let out a growl of disapproval.  "Come 'ere," he said.  He gritted his teeth, and Danie knew it was best not to argue.  "Do you know what I'm going to do to you?"  Danie felt her heart sink into her stomach.  An other noise was heard from behind her.</font>

  4. <font color='#3BB9FF'><center>This certainly didn't look very good. She wasn't a guardian of any sort, but intervening in other's situations like this was Eve's specialty. But as Mort approached on Danie, a trigger was set off in Eve's mind. She ran for him and jumped into his side, headbutting him to the ground. She stood above him, glaring into his eyes. "And who do you think you are?" She turned to Danie. "I hope you don't mind my intervention," and half-smiled.</font>

  5. <font color='#FFFFFF'>Danie stood aside, glaring down at this strange pendragon who had probably just saved her life.  Mort lay down motionless on the forest ground.  He mumbled curses, but was unable to fight against his attacker.

    -"I hope you don't mind my intervention," the stranger had said.  Danie kept her legs from shaking.

    -"T-thank y-you..." she said.  She watched helplessly as Eve pounded, scratched, bit, and kicked Mort.  Her senses finally came to her, and not a second too soon.  Mort had gotten to his feet, his eyes glowing evilly as he approached Eve.  Thoughts streamed through her mind.  "What should I do?" she asked herself, hating herself for not being able to think any faster.  An idea crossed her mind.

    OOC: Hey Iz, I know this sucks, but it's early in the morning, so bare with me. ^_^</font>

  6. <font color='#3BB9FF'>As Mort got back on his feet approached  Eve, she didn't budge. She felt an adrenaline rush as she actually took a step closer towards Mort, who was at the same time,  ready to attack her. "Hey, buddy, listen to me. I'm going to kill you if you try anything on me or her. " Raising her paw and pointing a single digit at a twig, it lifted off the ground and hit Mort's side effortlessly. "Imagine that big log over there impaling you. It would be so damn easy to do that for me. Unless you'd prefer me to just tear you apart bit by bit.." She turned towards Danie and took a good look at her. "Why would you ever harm a little girl like her?"</font>
