It's not very long. :S biC: <font size="1">The somber sky was slowly being painted with the shades of morning's sun. Impressive shades of titian and crimson graced the horizon, where the sun would soon be rising. A lone figure perambulated along the Magi Lake, leaving pairs of footsteps in the damp sand. She was dressed in a simple pair of loose-fitting jeans and a black jacket. The femme's orbs, without expression, gained some colour from the sun's bright glare.</font>
<font color='#000080'>Mia :81378 (15) Upon wandering so far of his known trails, the tall dark male strolled out of the cover of the under brush as the sun began to break through the blanket of night. He reached a hand up blocking out the rays of this morning as his one eye fluttered shut. Shook his head slowly and took a deep breath, getting the sweet scent of the morning dew and fresh waters of Magi. He opened his eye slowly and gazed upon it as he strolled over to it freely. Kneels down beside the shore and reaches his hand out, placing it into the water gently so not to break the calm of it all. But just as he was about to drink from his hand, the sudden scent of another is carried beneath his snout. Lifts his eye from where he was looking to where the scent came from. Glares slightly off into the direction but the sunshine makes it impossible to see anything. ooc: forgot time stamp! </font>
<font color='#000F22'>ooC: I KNEW I'd forgotten something. Hehehe.. biC: <font size="1"> Kairis thrusted her hands into her pockets and squinted as the sun continued to brighten the early morning. She lowered her head to shield it from the light and the glacial winds that were normal for this area. She kept her face hidden by her coat's collar, with her eyes half-closed. She still hadn't noticed that she was not alone.</font>
<font color='#000080'>Fe'shi rises to his feet slowly and shakes the water from his hand. Looks over into the direction of the scent then begins to walk slowly. His braid mane flowing out behind him as he walks into the sun's rays, unsure of what he might find. Closes his eye slowly and lowers his head as a sudden chilled wind blows over him and back into the sun. Shakes his head slightly and shivers a bit.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">Kairis blinked, noticing something move in the distance ahead of her. She shielded the side of her face with a hand and squinted. Oh, my, God. "Fe'shi?" Kairis managed to ask. She wondered if he had heard her through the sound of the rolling waves. She was still unsure if it was him. But that was the first thing that came to mind when she saw the tall dragon a hundred feet away. Lately, she hadn't been able to stop thinking about him. Ever since the time they first met in Bhim, under the weirdest of circumstances, she had thought about him. Kairis knew she could trust him... But to what extent? She stood there, waiting. Would he recognize her? Was it even Fe'shi?</font>
<font color='#000080'>As he approached the firgure he lifted his ears to the sound of a voice ranging out. Calling out his name. He lifted his eye up from the ground and stared over into the direction of the screaming figure. He reached his hand up infront of himself then closed his eye slightly, then vanishes in a cloud of smoke. Reappears behind the figure and reaches a hand up brushing back his hair from his face. His jaw dropped as his eye fell upon the female that he was running with before, all up and down the Black Market. "Kai...Kairis...? Is that you, Kairis?" A sudden rush of joy filled his soul as he gazed upon her figure and beauty from behind. His jaw still dropped in amazement.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">Kairis whirled at the sound of his voice. For a brief moment, she looked at him, and immediately threw her arms around his neck for a friendly embrace. "Wow!..." She paused, pulled her head back, but kept her arms rested above his shoulders. "What brings you to such a deserted place? Don't ask me the same, because I personally don't know." She laughed and pulled her arms back to her sides. "I knew it was you the moment you disappeared in your cloud of smoke...That's like, your trademark. You expect to surprise us when you leave that OBVIOUS cloud of smoke." She added, smiling.</font>
<font color='#000080'>he grins big and returns the ebracement, Leans his head on her shoulder as she does then draws back the same. Places his hands into his pant pockets and looked to her with excitement bounce about his heart and mind. "It is really amazing to see you. I mean how long has it been. Aww...forget that!" He laughed lightly then calmed down slightly. Then looks about the place for a moment then back to her. "Well, really I was on my way to Chofus (think I spelled that wrong .), to pick up on some supplies and mug a few people. But the sweet aroma of the water caught my attention and so I followed my nose to get a good drink, maybe relax for a few days." He blushed slightly at the remark about his trade mark with the vainshing and such. Nods then looks down at her beautily figured body then back to her eyes. "But look at you, I mean your complextion has changed some and you still look as beautiful and tazy as ever. It is truely amazing to run into you again." He continued to rejoice their meeting once more but really thinks back to that one day that they spent together making love.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">In a shy gesture, Kairis rose her index finger to her lip and smiled. "Why, thank you. Likewise," she said. Placing both hands on her hips, she stood beside him and pushed his side with her elbow, as to tell him she wanted to walk away from the beach, to a place with less wind.</font>
<font color='#000F22'>Fe'shi looked to her as she nudged him with her elbow. Nods slowly then reahces his hand out and places it about her waist gently. Grins softly and continues to look at her then lifts his hand into the air. Suddenly they both vainshed from the Magi Lake area. Reappears outside a cave that was a mile, mile/half away from the lake. Looks it over slowly then nods walking into it with his arm still around her waist. As they go into the cave a roaring sound of a waterfall could be heard. Fe'shi draws his arm back from her waist slowly and walks over to a rock that was smoothed out from a longtime ago. Sits down on it and licks his lips a bit looking to her. "This will do, yes?" He asked as he looked to her from the side. Grins softly at what he saw then lowers his eye away.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">One instant, they were strolling along the beach. The next, they were beside a cave, and the lake could be seen in the distance. In shock, Kairis laughed and blinked a few times. "That was..interesting. Could you just appear on the other side of the world like this?" She sat down on a rock beside him and rested her elbows upon her knees, her chin on her hands. She gazed at the lake in the distance, still squinting her eyes because the sun was not too high yet.</font>
<font color='#000F22'>Fe'shi smirks and leans back against the rock lookng out at the grand view of the lake in the distances. Shifts his eye to her for a short moment to looks away towards the lake once more. "No, this ability of mine only works for short distances travel." Extends his hand out slowly to touch to against her back side but he stops inches before touching her then shakes his head as he draws it back. Licks his lips a bit and reaches into his pouch then draws a small sack. Lifts it up to his mouth then pours some of the green liquid from it into his gullit. Holds it out to her slowly and sighs slightly. "My own mixture...a little bit of herbs and other rare things." Turns his eye away from her then looks back to the sun that was ahead of him. Glares slightly at it then closes his eye.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">Kairis finally tore her longing gaze from the lake and looked back to Fe'shi. "I guess that's good enough for you...It would be fine for me. Too bad I never learned any magic. Heck, I never needed it, so it doesn't matter..." She looked at what he was drinking with slight disgust. "What's it good for? Any medecinal properties?" The colour didn't appeal to Kairis much, so she shook her head when it was offered to her. Maybe a little convincing would do the trick. She smiled doubtfully at him, hoping he didn't feel insulted by the fact she rejected his offer.</font>
<font color='#000F22'>Fe'shi looked to her as she spoke about not needing any kind of magic or anything to survive. Shakes his head a bit then speaks softly to her. "Well, this skill I have is innate, so really I was born with it. It's not my choice to have known it or not." His voice trailed off as he looked to her beautiful eyes. Shook his head slowly then lowered his eye away from hers. Hearing her turn down his offer for the drink he looks back to her. "Are you sure...? I mean this blend is a good one, suppose to make you look more beautiful then what you are. Also...ends the urges of pain." Draws the sack back slowly and watched Kairis with a wanting eye. Smirks lightly then places it on the rock beside her.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">"Ah. Well then I suppose it's fair. I don't think I was born with any special abilities..." Kairis pondered for a moment. She had worked hard learning to fight, it wasn't something she was born with. On four legs, she fought fierce and usually to the death with her teeth and claws, like a true wolf, and on two legs, she was a formidable street fighter, quick on her legs and able to kick pretty hard. But it was all stuff she had worked on since she was about 6 00...She suddenly felt jealous of Fe'shi. Not for the particular reason he could go from one place to another in an eye's blink, but because it was one thing he didn't need to work on. She frowned a bit at the thought, but looked back to him with a slightly forced smile. After all, it wasn't his fault. "What do you mean...Urges of pain? Urges to hurt others? I get those often, but I'm not planning on stopping myself from getting those urges." The black female grinned at Fe'shi audaciously.</font>
<font color='#000F22'>Listens to her words about not having any kind of specail abilities then Fe'shi shakes his head slowly. REaches his hand up and places it along side her cheek softly. Lifts her face to greet his then smirks. "You have wings...and you was born with those. Unlike me, I haven't any." Draws his hand back and rests it on his thigh near the sack. Lowers his eye for a short moment then looks back to her as the next question was asked about the effects of his drink. Smirks and shakes his head a bit. "It would rid you of your pain, if you suffered from any. Kind of like a muscle relaxer, but doesn't make you tired."</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">Kairis considered Fe'shi's statement about her wings. It was very true... She knew she would never give them up for anything and was very glad she had them. She was probably taking them for granted at the moment she was thinking about her friend's special abilities. She nodded at him in agreement. She raised her eyebrows when the effects of the drink were further explained to her. "Ah. Okay. Well, I'm not in any pain right now.. But for future reference, I'll come to you if I'm ever hurt."</font>
<font color='#000F22'>Fe'shi smirks for a short moment then takes back the sack, placing it back at his side. Reaches his hands up and places them behind his head as his eye wandered over Kairis figure slowly. Smiles and winks at her, but being only able to see out one eye it would've been more of a blink. "You seem...a bit quite...is there anything wrong?" His eye travels back up the curve of her neck slowly and back to her eyes. Licks his lips slowly and reaches one of his hands out then slides it along her cheek softly.</font>
<font color='#000F22'><font size="1">Kairis grasped the back of his hand gently and pulled it off of her face. She guided it down onto her lap, and with her other hand, covered his palm. "Don't worry... Nothing's wrong. I think I'm just tired," she said quietly. She looked at the ground and let go of his hand slowly. "Yep...just tired," she mumbled. She rubbed her eyes and stood up, looking around the area. A vast field with sparse patches of snow was behind them, and ahead was the lake. The sun was now higher in the sky, it's rays easily penetrating the scattered clouds that slowly floated along the firmament.</font>
<font color='#000F22'>Fe'shi falls silent as he watches her take hold of his hand and places it upon her lap. Looks back up at her as she draws back from him. Sighs lightly and watches as she stands there looking out over the lake from where they was at. Turns his eye away from her for a moment then looks down into the cave, noticing reflections of light beaming off a water surface. Glares slightly then stands up and heads down into the cave slowly, sliding his hand along the warm wall collecting dampness as he goes. Looks back to Kairis and grins softly as he continues down. "Do you want to take a quick swim? Something to relax us all." His voice echoed as he headed down into the cave. Once he reaches the bottom into the cave, his eye falls upon the splended view of the crystalline lake. Grins softly at it as he walked up onto it, looking down at the clear waters that could see to the bottom of the lake. Kneels down and runs his fingers through it slowly, noticing that the water is warm and comfortable. Beautiful...I have never seen anything so flawless in my life. Thinks to himself for a short moment then looks back to the enterances. Becides her...</font>
