Ooc: Timestamp- 13th Mia 81832 Midnight Location- Gyakusatsu close to the Black Market area Valyne Mayron in his deep blood red suit with a rose made out of razorblades in the front pocket. His two weredragon body guards Ardolf and Faol nearby. Faol and Ardolf look virtually identical. Both are blood red furred, orange eyed and wear black suits which do little to hide their unusually large muscles. The only differences they have is hair which Ardolf has down to his shoulders tied back while his brother has it shaven. Valyne shook his newly layered hair and mane with a smile putting his list of profits down on top of the latest pile of papers. “So how many men do we have working for us at the moment?” Staring at the longer haired weredragon on his left hand side. Ardolf forced his eyes away from his master to fix his gaze on the obsidian desk in thought. Fortunately Faol answered before Valyne could shout. “Two hundred and forty eight. Though we need a replacement hitman and another weredragon body guard for you since we lost Kayzak to that Shaoro guy in the ice fields.” Valyne nodded. “I remember that.” Putting his gold plated gun on the desk and taking out a photo from his wallet. “Such a wonderful image don’t you think?” Turning it the show his guards. A mound of blooded snow and a pair of blue sunglasses sat atop. “Truly befitting the head of the Seryn family.” He laughed the voice echoing the halls. “I would suggest finding those replacements and fast. It doesn’t matter if they are unwilling. Makes things more fun if you have to force their will.” Ardolf and his twin brother left closing the four hundred year old oak double doors behind them. “He’s taken a liking to injecting himself with our venom hasn’t he?” Faol asked as they picked up their equipment. “But only in very small doses. He just likes the feel but doesn’t want to change.” Ardolf answered. That scared them. What sort of person would willingly want to feel like them. The instincts, the rage, the lust for everything. Only an arden of limitless desire for power would want it. Within forty minutes they were in a armoured hover car going around the outskirts of the Black market looking for individuals of the skills they desired.
Things has been as painfully boring as usual. Not that he was complaining. Besides studying, he didn't really have a ton of free time. But tonight he did since he decided to finish up early and take the rest of the night off. To do what, he had no idea. Probably just wander around the Blackmarket until he got really bored of that and went back to his place. Gunner didn't often walk around this place during night; it was enough trouble trying to walk around in peace during the day. But he'd been here for some time now so a lot of the regulars knew to leave him alone. He was big and intimidating so he never really had too much trouble. Gun strayed a bit away from the Blackmarket without really realizing it. It was still rather busy even though it was so late at night. 'Dragons around here never seemed to sleep. A lot of the creepers come out at night; weirdos, gang members, stupid pointless shit like that. Surely they had better things to do than skulk around the Blackmarket looking for prey. Sighing, the tall arden pulled out a pack of smokes from his back pocket, pulling out a single cigarette before stuffing the pack back into his pocket. With a snap of his fingers he held a flame at his index finger's tip, lighting the cig and taking a drag from it. He waved his hand once and the flame disappeared. Studying Pyrokenisis came in handy sometimes. He walked along contently puffing on his cigarette every now and then before turning his head slightly to watch an odd armored hover car come from another street. That was an odd sight. Shrugging it off he kept walking wanting nothing to do with said odd sight.
Faol was driving, his bulky arms filling a good portion of the drivers area. For someone of his size he could sure as hell drive well. "So are we supposed to find someone who looks like Kay?" Ardolf enquired as he looked outside from time to time. Most of the people here weren't worth their time. Drug addicts, simple thugs, small time gang members. "I don't remember what he looked like though. Orange? Blonde? Something annoyingly bright." Just as they turned the corner they went past Gunner lighting his hair in an odd blue glow. The hover pads on the underside of their car reflecting the anti-grav energy into the road. Ardolf smiled wickedly when he looked back. "He'll do." 'Dolf opened the door while the car was still in motion. Jumping out without warning. ~Yes this one will do nicely.~ He landed on the road with a small roll ending on his feet. Faol looked from the empty seat beside him to the flapping door. One moment his brother was beside him, the next gone. "Damn him! Why will he not warn me?" Suddenly pressing the clutch and slamming the van into reverse shortly before turning the wheel manically. This odd move sent the car into a spin. He span it twice before getting it into control and driving back to his twin. Ardolf walked straight to the arden with his eyes analysing him from head to toe. ~Which should he be? The hit-man or the extra guard?~ His brother in the van soon answered him with his thoughts. ~Lets decide once we get the other one. Whichever looks more strong and tasty.~ Ending it with a laugh. Ardolf came to a stop almost nose to chest to Gunner. "Care for a ride with us?" Making every word sound more of an order than an offer.
The stranger car went by and out popped some random arden. A big guy with long hair. Gunner wasn't impressed and tried continuing on his way but he had to stop when the other completely invaded his personal space. He turned his eyes down to look at him, his expression apathetic but annoyed that he'd been stopped by some punk ass guys. The guy driving had turned around dramatically and come back around, which was more interesting to Gunner than the arden standing in front of him trying to order him around. Get lost, he growled in return, blowing smoke into the other's face from the cigarette still in his mouth. This wasn't setting quite right with Gun. He knew something was up and trouble was about to start. But a little action couldn't hurt; he needed more excitement. However, he'd regret this come later. For now he thought he was in control of the current situation and he wanted to keep it that way.
As Faol pulled up beside his brother the button cameras on each of their collars came on. Valyne was getting impatient it seemed. He got out of the car awkwardly his sheer bulky build getting in the way. ~Will need to ask for a modification to the drivers seat.~ He murmured in his head. Ardolf inhaled the smoke the bounced off his chest, growing steadily angry. The way he grimaced at the smell, taste, feeling of the smoke showed him for a non-smoker. "Perhaps I should tell you the horrors of smoking mate." He grinned at the reply he'd received from the slight arden. One He'd expected and hoped for. Faol watched as Ardolf's smoking hatred and eagerness rippled along his body language. ~Don't break him too much. Ard. Boss won't like it.~ ~Fine a little won't be too bad.~ Valyne watched on his projected computer screen the goings on. "If they mess this up I will need three new guards." He growled to himself. Ardolf stretched his arms clicking half the bone on his upper body and smiled at Gunner. "If you don't go willingly your life may be put at risk." He barred his weredragon extended fangs and claws. ~Better go and help.~ Faol thought running the short distance to try to corner the blond arden before him. "I would do as he says. You kind of threw yourself at the top of his bad books."
If action was what he wanted he'd sure get it by the looks of how things were playing out. Gunner looked very unimpressed even if these guys were more muscled that him. He really wasn't scared of anything. The arden tilted a brow questioningly, folding his large ears back. 'Scuse me? he asked back, taking the cig from his mouth. He was so tempted to put it out on the guy's face but that would open him up for a quick counter of some kind, like getting punched in the stomach. He flicked the cig over to the other arden who he turned his head slightly to look at for his comment. Beat it, punks. I ain't got time fer yer shit. Anyone who wasn't as hardheaded or as stubborn as Gunner wouldn't have picked a fight with too oddly beefy ardens. But Gun wouldn't swallow his pride for anyone. He had the fighting skills to back it up, but this was like a four-on-one because of how big the two guys were. He didn't care.
Faol swatted the fag as if it were an annoying fly. He growled, the other brothers simmering anger echoed over their concentrated telepathic link. It was almost too much to bare. There was a very short decision the pair started finishing a second later. Valyne sat there staring dumbfound idly at the screen hearing Gunners words. "Just get on with it!!!" He screamed at the split screen. It couldn't be so hard. A simple snatch and grab. But no his weredragon guards had to have a stupid idea of honour. As if they had earphones both twins nodded. "Fine. Have it your way." They both growled in unison. Ardolf added something else shortly after. "If you have the guts to back up your words, you'll do well." He then went to slam a clawed fist into the arden's shoulder. Anyone else, anyone normal would have ran. The fact that this strange arden didn't meant something.
Gunner let out a rough growl as he caught the other arden's fist, using his free hand to aim a punch at his face. What honor was there in both of them fighting one guy at once? Not that the blonde haired arden knew that had any respect for honor or whatever. He himself didn't care much for honor, but he'd never really had the chance to exercise it. You picked th' wrong fuckin' fight, he snarled lowly, using his pyrokenisis to set the fist still holding Ardolf's fist ablaze in bright orange. His skills with fire just reflected his hot headed personality; he could be rather brash if he wanted to be.
Only God knew where this guy got his guts but by the surprised look on Ardolf's face was almost laughable. His brother felt and took away some of the pain but Gunner had made a mistake. "Really?" Faol bellowed before grabbing the arden by the wrist pulling the hand away from his twin. Faol could feel his brothers urges to tear this fellow limb from limb. "You blasted devil." Growling spitting one blooded fang onto the pavement. 'Dolf stared at his hand the fur had burned off but still the claws were usable. With a growl he head-butted Gunner biting him on the nose in the process. If anything His spirits improved as the anger was being vented. Faol was having a hard time trying to keep 'Dolf from doing any permanent damage while pulling a small chain from one of his jacket pockets. "Ardolf can you please grab him already?"
Every time Ardolf spoke Gunner seemed to get angrier. He especially got angrier when he felt the other arden grab his wrist to break his grasp on Dolf's hand. He was about to turn and deck Faol in the face but he got headbutted and bit. The bite got a pained grunt from the tall arden but nothing more. Besides a bit more rage. He wasn't about to allow himself to be taken anywhere he didn't want to go. He took aim with his elbow and tried hitting Faol when he heard the sound of a chain. At the same time he aimed a low kick to try and knock Ardolf off his feet; if he couldn't do that he could at least claw the sensitive shins. If they didn't realize they made a mistake by now they were complete idiots. Gun wasn't going anywhere easily; he'd fight the whole way.
Valyne watched in horror as one of the camera's, Ardolf's one suddenly drop and turn to static. His growl sending ripples down the halls. "That's it! I'll do it myself!" The blood rad arden pulled open his desk draws viciously, grabbing his gun before the defenseless wooden draw shattered on the wall behind him. Faol gasped as a flinging elbow took some of his air away catching sight of Adrolf falling to the ground. "You...dolt." His breath slowly going back to normal. With a few flicks of his hand the chain clinked around Gunners right wrist. Faol started to pull the arm back, he admired this guy's muscles even through the clothes it was impressive. Ardolf on the other hand was not having as much luck. He landed hard on his back the collar of his shirt sliding into his mouth along with its camera, which was also his top button. Dolf growled and bit through it, tearing a portion of the shirt away. There was a faint crunch as the fangs shattered the lens, not that anyone could hear it. "Damn you!!" He bellowed becoming more feral when he jumped back to his feet. Shortly after Ardolf's shout the sound of a motorbike echoed the dark street. "You two are idiots. And will be punished though not before this one." Valyne muttered through the helmet. He slid to a stop beside the van still wearing his own suit. Without a word he pulled off the helmet throwing it at Ardolf. The loud thud that came after brought a grin to his face. Dolf sadly fell to the ground with the resulting concussion. "I've had enough of this. You are embarrassingly troublesome." Pointing at Gunner with a gold plated hand-machine gun. "But you will be perfect." Valyne stood out of range for the chained arden to run at.
Gun had been surprised at doing more damage than he thought he'd be able to do but that was a good thing. He was apparently too much for these two buff guys to handle well on their own. He winced when he felt the chain wrap around his wrist and felt Faol pulling on his arm. The chain pinched his skin and pulled out fur and it annoyed the living shit out of him. Gun yanked his arm forward trying to bring Faol closer to he could deck him in the face and get the chain off his arm. The large arden felt like he was in control of everything at this point. Until some guy on a motorbike rolled up and pointed a gun at him. It only pissed Gunner off more to have a gun aimed at his head but he was smart enough not to try and attack the gunman. That didn't stop him from turning around and aiming a fist at Faol's face since he got distracted at his attempt moments earlier. His wrist hurt like a bitch though. "The fuck is goin' on?" he snapped, turning his parti-colored eyes to the blood red arden, looking extremely pissed. Like a caged lion.
Valyne smiled at the spectacle. Faol was busy keeping the right arm under control. As Gunner went to punch him in the face the large 'dragon lowered his head. In a word Faol had head-butted the fist, something snapped and it sure wasn't the one and a half inch think skull. Faol snatched the flailing broken fist elbowing the arden in the small of the back to link the wrists. "You have spirit and caught out my brother. But I'll keep a better eye on you." "We want you in our gang. Well more a collective of interesting and dangerous people with a single loyalty. Me." Val moved slightly closer his gun still aimed towards Gunner's head. "No, is not in my dictionary. Either you agree without question or fighting or I'll have to force you to." Valyne smiled evilly. Something about the smile didn't seem right, sort of savage. Ardolf shuddered slightly as he started to come to. Opening his eyes to his boss standing above him, a low whine left his lips made suddenly higher as a boot stomped on something very delicate and soft. "And you failed me! We will have more than words later on." Came the voice of his very angered boss.
The control slipped from Gunner's grasp as he felt bones break in his hand. He wanted to let out a pained sound but bit his tongue, making a disgruntled and pained face, more so when he got elbowed in the back. He was unable to do anything more as Faol finally managed to tie his wrists together. After a moment he managed to quiet his rough breathing. Yes wasn't in the blonde arden's dictionary. Especially in this case. He had a choice to do what was best for him and not struggle and just go along with it or fight the whole way and get more hurt in the process. To Gunner, the obvious answer was to fight back until he couldn't fight anymore. Normally Val's intimidating look would probably have people pissing their pants not wanting to fight. But Gun wasn't quite normal if that wasn't too obvious by now. There wasn't much he could do tied up though, besides try and jerk himself away from Faol and glaring at Val defiantly. "Fuck off," he finally managed, spitting toward the angry boss. Gun was in for a rough night.
Val looked down the sight of his gun staring into Gunner's eyes. "Though that was not the answer I wanted..." Nodding to Faol, who clasped the arden's shoulders forcing him to sit on the pavement. "...You will be an interesting one to have." Ardolf slowly got up going from sitting to kneeling panting away the pain from his groin, before standing swaying ever so slightly. ~I don't think I'll be having children...~ He thought getting a quick response from his barely touched twin. ~Since when would you find someone who'd like you?~ Dolf growled quietly and opened the door in the back of the car, is movements jerky from the crackling pain. "You will have to learn respect though." One of his finely polished boots had a speck of spittle on it. "Faol. Would you bite our new friend and put him in the back. Since you two ruined the job... When we find another interesting fellow I'll capture him myself." Faol very quickly obliged, biting the blonde arden on his right shoulder. Being the size he was the fangs went in on both sides his drool and venom soaking Gunner's collar bone and entering the wounds. ~Yes, he would make a good body guard. After some conditioning.~ Faol remembered when He'd been bitten in the back alleys of the Black Market. His brother was the first victim to the incredibly large sapphire blue arden that attacked them. Dolf screamed in pain, not from the bite but more from the venom as it washed through his veins burning the immune system. By the time the weredragon came for Faol, Ardolf had passed out. Then he felt his own portion of the pain and the long fangs in the flesh. Before the darkness faded he saw the blood red arden that he now called his boss and master standing to the side ordering Kayzak to stop. Faol had lasted longer than his twin, he felt the coldness as it stretched through his body. Muscles refusing to work as though frozen. "Welcome to the family." He'd heard before joining Ardolf in the black wastes of sleep. When the paralytic effect of the were bite had come fully into effect Val walked over. "I will have fun making you the perfect creature of flesh. Like Faol behind you." Few could think of the multitude of plans that Valyne had in held within his mind. Chief being the ones on Gunner's conditioning.
Everything seemed to make Gunner angrier, but there was nothing he could do now. He got his ass caught and chained up and he was put in a horrid situation. He had way more important shit to do than join a gang and kiss ass to some weird freakish arden who apparently had bigger issues than the blonde had. And that was really saying something. He growled roughly when he was forced down, tensing a great deal when Val told the freak holding him to... bite him? What the fuck was this shit? He didn't even have time to try and think about what was about to happen when he was bitten; he let out a pained yelp when he felt the fangs sink in, but what caused him to cry out had been the pain of the venom making it's way into the wounds. He stupidly tried jerking away but only managed to hurt himself more, but pain wasn't too big of a deal to Gunner. Hey, he ripped out his own wings and lived, so what was this to him? Annoying and angering, that's what. One thing was for sure though, this experience would stick with him forever. He couldn't struggle anymore though and it felt fucking pathetic. He couldn't move, and by the time Val walked over he could hardly stay conscious. All of this was bullshit, every bit of it. He could only manage a growl at the arden. Damnit.
Valyne laughed coldly no more than a few feet away from the arden. "This will be fun." He motioned for Faol and Dolf to pick Gunner up. Fortunately from the bite his body was stuck in the sitting position making it interesting. They slid him onto the back seat attaching the chained wrist to a bar in the centre. "You didn't have to bite him so hard Faol." His brother said quietly strapping a cloth to both sides of Gunner's shoulder. "Yeah I know, but it tasted good." Ardolf then looked over his shoulder to see Valyne glaring at them both. "Will you two just shut up and take him away already. Put him in the cold cell. Four and five should be free." They both nodded feeling glad to be out of his way climbing back into the car. "I will call one of you to pick me up once I get the other." Val holstered his gun smiling at the captured arden in the car. It had been on safety all along. With that they drove off to the chateau on the hill which had once been a hotel. "Man he was pissed." Faol murmured as he drove along the dark roads. "More than usual." If Gunner fell asleep he'd wake to find himself in the cold cement square chained to a wall. Not that they cared if he passed out or not.
All the angry arden could do was absolutely nothing besides watch his captures. This was killing him. Not literally, of course, but he'd much rather be passed out than have to sit there awake the whole way when he couldn't do shit to stop it or help himself. Not that he had much choice of passing out or not in the first place; he was having a hard time trying to stay conscious. He didn't try anymore and moments later he was gone, later to wake up in a nice comfy, cold cell. At least he'd be alone.
