She was in an unusually good mood, considering she was in her dorm room. Could it possibly been from the weekend, she had spent. Only she knows the truth, unless she decides to open her mouth about the one secret that she has been keeping to herself. She bounded into the kitchen, to stop the oven from beeping, letting her know it was preheating. She didn't usually cook but, tonight Aia was going to be coming over and staying with her. She hadn't seen her enough to talk to her but, from the occasional glances she had been able to catch. She could tell that Aia, would probably want and need the whole purpose behind this evening, as much as she did. It could only be put into two words. Gurl Talk! She grinned and placed the chicken, that she had carefully breaded earlier without turning her entire kitchen, into a floury disaster area this time. Ofcourse, it helped that she had done it herself, and didn't attempt it with telekinesis. That mess took longer to clean up then it did to create. She set the timer for 35 minutes. She bounced back into the living room, and sat down in the comfortable chair. She picked up her book, which was titled Gijycematet: Sha Rutekt B.1, and opened it to the page that she left off on. After a moment she sighed and put the book down, and picked up a different one. This one titled, Takjast yv sha Haujs. She opened it and started reading it. This one was just to serve the purpose, to fulfill her love of reading. It also kept her mind somewhat distracted. Chz glanced up at the clock, making sure that she didn't get to engrossed in her book. Her hand occasionally went to her silver belt and fiddled with it. She couldn't help but, smile. She was happy and content. Her life was going better than she ever imagined that it could.
Aia Walked through cold eveing air toward the Dormitories. This was a part of the complex she had never been in before because all the buildings where new compared the ones she had been working on. Aia had a lose black tank top, which was covered by her shiny space jacket which she had got while working at the space ports. She had lose paints on and her favorite work boots. She try to dress casual as Chz seemed to be that kind of female. Aia laughed at her self as she contrased Chz to the other female freinds she had, most of them where nothing like Chz. But most of them would beat you to a pulp if they didn't like you. Aia Pulled the small bit of paper out which she had put Chz's address on and looked on the map which was posted on the wall of the entrance to the D3 block. She got her bareings and looked around so she could pick out some land marks to get her way back here again. The sun was setting fast and the air was very chilly, Aia was glad she had keep this jacket and was just feeling the air through her thin paints. She then walked inside and found the elevator that went to the 7th floor. She steped inside and leaned against the wall and enjoyed the ride down. She seemed to remeber that this building had a new power system in it that there was somthing very cool about, but it didn't come to mind right away. Aia just pushed the thought out of her mind. She was there to relax, not think about work. She steped out of the elevator and and looked down the long hallway. She headed in the direction of Chz's dorm number. Aia didn't quite see how any one could live underground. She walked up to the door with the right number, then knocked on the door. She looked around while waiting for Chz and didn't see any one else out in the area.
Chz glanced at the clock, and at that moment she heard a knock on the door. She set her book down, and stood up. She bounced over to the door, and unlocked it. She opened the door and grinned. She took a step back, and motioned for Aia to come inside. She said, <span style='color:purple'>Hiya Aia. I hope you didn't have much trouble finding the place.</span> She shut the door after Aia, and relocked it. She heard the timer go off and she bounced back into the kitchen. <span style='color:purple'>You have good timing, dinner is ready. Oh the remote to the stereo is next to the chair I was sitting in. The one with stacks of books on either side of it.</span> She giggled as she pulled the chicken out of the oven. She carefully set the pan down, and grabbed the first plate. She carefully set the chicken upon it. She did the same with the second plate. <span style='color:purple'>I have water, coffee, soda, and hot chocolate. Which can I get for you?</span> She grabbed a soda for herself, and let it float up into the air next to her. She picked up the plates and walked to the makeshift nook area, she had devised and set them down.
The Door Opened to a bouncy Feydragon and "Hiya" from Chz. Aia walked in, clasping her paws behind her back and floding her wings down around her she walked in the modist size dorm. Chz closed the door behinder her and then bounced off to attend to a buzzer. Aia walked in and look around, it was set up with a nice decor. A big soft chair almost 3 times Chz's size sat in the corner with stacks of books around it. A love seat was next to it and they both face the dinning and cooking area. Chz directed her to the stereo remote by the big chair and Aia walked over and picked it up. To the left of the chair was a entertanment center made of metal tubing that looked much like the one Aia had made for her self when she got this job at the School. Chz asked her what she wanted to drink, "A soda would be fine thank you." As Chz walked out for the cooking area she held Two plates and two sodas floted beside her. "You have a nice place her Chz, its nice and bright even though it doesn't have windows." Aia walked over to the dinning area where Chz was setting down her load and waited to see which seat she was to sit in.
Chz smiled and carefully set down the plates. She then turned and grabbed the pepsi's, and set them down next to the plates. She sat down in one of the chair's. She opened her pepsi and asked, <span style='color:purple'>So, how have you been? Sorry, that I haven't been in contact sooner. I have been relatively busy with classes, J- the mage guild. Anything, interesting happening with you?</span> She wasn't sure if she had covered her slip up well enough. She wasn't quite ready to get onto that subject, at this moment.
Aia looked at Chz, there was was slip up there, but Aia let it just go over with out saying anything. She took a bite of the Avien meat and noded her head, "This is very good." Aia said with half a mouth full. Aia finnished her chewing and then spoke,"Well, I got one of my big projects at work done, and tracked down most all the heavy current draws in the power systems, now I just need to figure out what is causing them." She took a sip of her soda and cut an other chunk of meat to put on her fork. "I also met this guy while I was on shift at work," Aia simlied, as she could see an image of him in her mind," He is oh so damn hot. any way, so I have been "busy" with that too." Aia put the chunk of meat in her mouth and started to chew, and waited for Chz to finnish her mouth full.
Chz finished off her meat and picked up her soda. She took a drink, enjoying the feeling of cold carbonation running down her throat. She sat back in her chair and looked at Aia. She grinned and blushed. She said, <span style='color:purple'>That sounds cool. So, you met someone. I did to. Ofcourse, I probably shouldn't even be talking about it....</span>
