Out of Character

Timestamp: Mia 1 81379

The afternoon sky shined brightly as a car drove up the road leading to the Janardian Acadamy. It drove into a parking spot and stopped running. Tuju stepped out of the car and looked at the entrance to the Janardian Acadamy in front of them. Over the past few weeks of driving, she had gotten to know Zale a bit more and was more determined than ever to get him together with her Sister-in-law. "...I guess we'll never know." Tuju laughed at the punchline to a joke she finished telling, "Well here we are. Excited?"
"Yes, i'm looking forward to meeting her." Closing his eyes slightly as the sun shone directly over them, Zale's aquatic fur almost seemed to shined from the warm rays. Getting out of the car he turned back to grab his bag. Reaching under the seat he pulled on the bag, trying to free it from the automobile. "Damnit..." He cursed under his breath. He just knew the camera had gotten caught on the underside of the seat. Finally positioning himself half in the car and half out he tryed wriggling, pushing, pulling and all sorts of manuvers to free the bag. Heaving a grunt he pulled down. The bag flung back, causing him to fall back into the car. The car rattled and bounced as he fell. Moaning and rubbing his head, he climbed out of the car and slammed the care door incidently. "Damn car..." Shaking himself out he looked up at the school. It was amazing! He had never seen the school before and had never intended to because there was no need for him to take schooling of any sort. Pawing at his head fur, slightly embarassed, he trodded up beside Tuju "Erm... Yes i'm quite excited to meet her. What was her name again? I dont want to mispronounce it and embarassed my self..." His bag was slung over his back lazily. He hoped his equipment wasn't damaged from the incident moments ago. Out of Character

There. I posted.. Happy? XD

Tuju laughed, "Need help with that?" She watched him struggle and struggle with his bag. She stretched her arms straight up and flickered her wings as fast as she could to work the kinks out of the muscles. She didn't get any air time but she did get light on her feet. Once he had walked over to her she smiled and said, "Hishema Uej, He-shem-a U-edge" The sun was high in the sky by now, glaring it's heat down on them. Tuju fanned herself with her hand, but decided to remove her jacket and outer shirt. Leaving herself with a tanktop she led the way into the dormitories, and to #0024. "So when we get there, I'll go in first, and get the 'wow, Tuju, I haven't seen you in a while' done, before I introduce you. So wait outside. Alright?" She continued to walk till she stopped in front of the 0024 dorm door.
Repeating Hishem's name a few times to make sure he had it right he nodded once satified. Following Tuju around the school to the dorms, Zale watched in amasement. the school was ALOT bigger then what it seemed from the outside... "This school is huge!" He said, not really to anyone. Realising Tuju had stoped, he did as well. Hearing what Tuju said he nodded and slunk into the shadows, beside the door. He thought for a moment... -This feels like i'm going on some sort of... blind date... - Heaving a sigh he stared at the opposite wall and watched as a few students walked by. Yet again Zale seemed to go off in his own world. He had been listening for Tuju to introduce him but his mind got to thinking about nothing in particular as he stood there. His tail slinked back and foreth, sometimes curling around his foot, almost as if it was trying to snap him back into reality.
Tuju smiled, and opened the door. She walked in and waved to the two pendragons that were there, "Hishema! Tucoju! Guess who's come to visit." "Tuju." Tucoju said, surprised to see her, "How are you?" "Hi Hishema. You don't have to say h-" Tuju was cut off by Hishema getting up and runnig to give her a hug, "Hi Tuju." Tuju was shocked by Hishema's unshyness, "Are you alright?" "I'm awesome! I'll tell you the story later." "Okay, well, I have a friend you should meet him. His name is Zale." "Oh, what a nice name?" Hishema perked an eyebrow then smiled, "I have to get some real clothes on." She ran off to her room to change. "Tucoju, wanna go...somewhere?" Tucoju was confused, but understood a moment later, "Alright." "Zale! You can come in now!"
His yellow tipped aquatic ears twitched at his name. Blinking a few times he realised it had been Tuju calling him in. Unfolding his winged arms he took a deap breath. Resting his hand on the door frame he walked in and raised a wabbed hand as a wave at, whom he thought might be Hishema... Unknown to him it was not. "Hello" He said, trying not to sound too nervous. His tail continued to twitch behind him as a sure sign that he was. Out of Character

wow.. that was REALLY bad...

Tucoju looked at him, confused and said, "You're...an aquabat?" She smiled, "I've never seen an aquabat before today." Tuju nudged her, "Now offward." "Ah yes, you two have fun, there are drinks in the fridge, no alcholol though." With that they left. Hishema walked out her room and looked at Zale. She wore a green T-shirt and green skirt. She had taken her wings out, normally trapped in her jacket, they were now tucked behind her. She had taken her hair out of her ponytail, so it now fell to her knees. She blushed, and smiled when she saw him, "You must be Zale. Hello." She looked down at the table she had been sitting at, various photos she had taken were still on the table. Pictures of 'modified' nature.
Raising a finger to protest against it... But the two had already taken their leave. "So this was her plan eh?" He said quietly to himself. He was almost staring of into space when some entered his view. He blinked once or twice, just to make sure what he saw was real. A green furred pendragon stood before him... He Gulped slightly. She was beautiful... Her wings were quite large for her size but they were amazingly white and well taken care of. they almost shone from the light coming through the dorm window. Raising his hand as he had before, he smiled. "Hello. You must be, Hishema. Tuju talked constantly about you on the way here." He hoped what he said didn't sound as wierd as he heard it. It was strange, Tuju had told him she was quite shy, with a stutter... But she hadn't done it once so far.
Hishema smiled sweetly, "She did?" She walked over to the table. Gathering her pictures and placing them back into her binder, "These are just some pictures I took." She stood back up and walked to the kitchen, "Would you like something to drink?" She opened the fridge and looked inside, "Let's see here, water, milk, oh I could make some http://shadowlack.com/life/flora.php?id=31cammarill tea if you want some." "Hey, wanna go swimming? I'm not very fast, cause I have to keep my wings above the water, but I still like swimming. You look like a good swimmer."
"Uh... Camarill Tea sounds great." Walking to the kitchen he had intended to help but wasn't sure where to start. He looked around nervously then gave up. "I'd like to help but i'm not quite sure... What to do or... where to get anything..." Glancing around once more, he could smell various foods, drinks, and such things already. Hearing her offer to go swimming he smiled lightly as he found the source of the Camarill Tea. Being slightly nosey he opened a corner cuboard and pulled out the box containing the tea bags. He smiled to himself and then realised he hadn't answered her question. Turning to her and holding out the box he nodded. "A swim would be wonderfull..." He couldn't help but gaze at her, smiling still. She was a beautiful sight... Her shinning white wings made her seem more and more like an angel the more he looked at her. Her hair flowed smoothly around her form as she walked, or turned... Or made any movement at all really. He moved his gaze away from her as he realised he staring at her like a desperate moron... Which he could certainly say he was not.
Hishema smiled at him and took the box, "Thank you." She placed the tea bags into the two cups of hot water and handed one to Zale, "Please, join me on the couch." She walked over to their couch, "So Zale, tell me about yourself." She placed her cup on the small table in front of the table and grabbed her wings so they spread out in front of her before sitting.
Her confidance we re-assuring but at the same time un-nerving. Sitting down on the couch he sat slightly away from her so he could sit leasurly. thinking about her question, he sipped his tea. Remembering his bag he snapped his fingers and a smile apeared on his face. Turning his head enough to see her he put up his hand, signaling for a second. He almost did and slight skip as he crossed the room and picked up his bag from infront of the door. He had forgotton he had dropped it there when the other girls left the room. The silence grew until Zale return to the couch. Opening his bag with a smile he pulled out a photo album, a camera and a few stragling picture that he had stuck in a wheather book. "Well... I'm a photographer. As i am an Aquabat i was born in water. I grew so interested in the water and the weather that i took up photography. Actually... That is how i met Tuju. She was on the beach when i came ashore. I could tell a rattling storm was on its way so i wanred her to get away from the beach." Chuckling lightly as he remembered the little incident... "Well it was too late. It came apon us and we had to run for it. Luckily for us her car was well equipted for just about anything..." Producing a few photos from the back of the album he showed her some of the snap shots he had gotton from the storm. "We also got a video of it." Realising he was rambling on about the WHEATHER and such things he let out a nervous laugh as he looked at her. Rubbing the back of his head as an embarassed habit of his he took a deao breath. "Anyways. That is just my hobbie... There isn't much to say about me really. I love weather, water, and photography..."
Hishema nodded, "Wow, sounds dangerous." She giggled, "I'm not afraid of the weather." "I can control the elements with my mind." She laughed sweetly, "Can we watch the video of the storm? I'd love to see it." She was already starting to like him, he was sweet in an odd way.
Smiling, Zale rummaged through the bag and found his camera. He hadn't had any time to take the film from the camera so he took out a small dark leather case and opened it. Taking out a couple long coards he walked to the TV stand. "Lets see...." He mumbled some technical things outloud but still barely audible. Finding to hookups he smiled and reached to plug the caords in. All the while he tongue was clenched between his teeth. "There we go... Now..." Opening his camera's panel, he plugged in the other ends of the coards. Reaching a hand to the TV he unconciously turned it on as he changed the setting on Cam. Since it wasnt his, he made sure he connected it right. He didn't want to ruin the camera in any way. ~~~~~ A few minutes later he smiled in triumpth over the intruments and pressed play. At the beggining you could hear Tuju's voice in the background as the vision jerked a few different ways as the camera was passed to Zale. The reply of the whole event was alot cleaer than Zale expected. The only thing that was off was when the lightning had hit the car, the boosted energy had caused the camera to go a bit out of wack but it only lasted about five minutes after. Zale was smiling as he watched the change in wheather from the beggining to the end. It was fun to watch event such as those again and again.
Hishema sat and giggled at Zale's barely audible mumbling. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ She watched in awe of the storm he filmed. She laughed saying, "I've made a storm like that." "That must have been exciting to be there," Hishema looked at him with awe, "I wonder what it was like to actually BE there." After the movie finished Hishema stood up and stretched, "I wanna show you something, but I need to be in water to do it. Wanna go swiming now, so I can show you?"
Out of Character

Sounds like she just kinda.. didn't care... Like.. she just kinda 'pushed' it off to the side and didn't care... o.O If that makes any sence at all.. *shruggs*

Zale Sat there watching the fuzzy screen a few seconds longer as he realized she wished to go swimming. Bending over the camera he reached to the tv and pulled the plugs. Lifting a hand and reaching for the bag he almost fell over fromt he stretch. Finally getting ahold of the bag, he carefully packed away everything. "Swimming is it?" He said as he stood up and stretched. "Hmm... Magi lake is close by... Unless you had somehwere else in mind?" He needed to go swimming... Even a few days without water he felt so deprived. He was born one and will remain a water creature.
Hishema smiled and walked over to her room, "I'll just have to grab a few things then I'll be right out." She grabbed her custom one-piece swimsuit, [OOC: I'll describe it later when he sees it. ] and a towel, and a few other things and put them in a bag. "Shall we go?" She asked as she reappeared in the main room. Out of Character

Make him make a move on her (arm around her) or something, just for fun, I don't think she realizes it's a blind date. lol.

Chuckling, Zale stood up and smiled widely. Swimming it was then! Embracing the opportunity Tuju had given him and took Hishema's hand gently and smiled sweetly. "So where too? Magi lake?" He was already excited, a good swim would do him good and to do so with someone as beautiful as Hishema. He started liking Tuju more and more and the feeling that she had basically shoved The girl infront of him and said "Date!" Like he was a disiplined puppy dog... well that was disapearing fast. Hishema was an interesting person and he hoped to learn more about her. ~Hehe, your such an imp Tuju. Thanks.~ Zale chuckled to himself in responce to his own thoughts. If things went well, he would have made friends with both Tuju AND Hishema, that was more friends he'd made in a year.
Hishema quickly tucked her wings around her and put on her jacket. When Zale gently grabbed her hand she blush feriously and held a puzzled look, "Yes." Suddenly her mind realized what was happening. It took all the willpower she had to resist her instincts to go crazy and kill him. 'I can't believe he thinks this is a date.....well....he IS sweet, and seems like a nice person' Hishema suddenly noticed she had pulled herself closer to zale and was holding his arm. She quickly returned to just holding his hand, 'I hope he's not much older than me....maybe....I'll just peek in his head to find out.' '26!!! He....he....he's 9 years older than me?....I bet he thinks im immature.' She mentally slapped herself, 'NO don't think like that, Tuju practically set you up with a man, don't blow this, it's your first chance at actually having a relationship.' She didn't notice that during her mental debate they had arrived at the lake, "Well, here we are, Im going to go change." With that Hishema ran off towards some random bushes, quickly using her kinesis to make herself a little room under the ground behind it, she jumped in and sealed it. Zale would think she'd just gone behind it.
Zale was smilling to himself as he realised she must not have known about the 'set up' since she was cuddled to him one second and just holding his hand the next. She was quiet the whole way to the lake and he could have sworn he felt a prickled on the edge of his mind and someones voice that was there yet not... He wondered if Hishema was a mind reader... He mentally shrugged it off as she said she was going to get changed. "Alright." He said as he nodded and let her hand slip from his grasp. The glittering of the waters caught his eye, making him turn and stand at the edge of the lake. He had been wearing a loose shirt and a pair of shorts since he had been at the beach with Tuju. He wrinkled his nose in disgust. ~I must smell horrible... ~ He shook his head and slipped his hand under the shirt and lifted it over his head, stretching while doing so. He grunted then let a deep sigh out as he finished his stretch, letting his shirt drop onto the ground. Looking at the ripple on the water sent ripples of happiness through his body. He thought himself such a child as he had a smile like a child opening christmas presents all over his face. Not able to take it anymore he dove into the water, barely making a splash with his streamlined body. Cool liqiud enveloped his body. He glided through it, letting his body relax to the point were he could have been mistaken as a dead-beast, drowning.
