The two white eggs lay in their crib, the sun shining gently on them while two pendragons looked over them. The black arden had one of his emerald wings wrapped around a slightly smaller gray femme, holding her next to him as his hand squeezed hers. A small crack had appeared in one of the eggs, while the other still maintained its polished surface. Come on guys, you donÂ’t want to keep your mother waiting Shiden said, watching as a cracks started to spider outward. The egg started making small whimpers and yelps as the life inside tried to force its way out into the world.
Nykjek couldn't believe it. She was finally..officially..a mother. Her, no their, little ones are hatching. She huddled in closer to Shiden and looked up with him, a warmth in her eyes only for him, and now her little ones, and gave him a peck on the cheek. A crack appeared in one of the eggs. "Here they come.." she said, barely a whisper, anxiousness apparent in her voice. She wondered what they would be, what they would name them..she was now a mother, responsible for other lives. But she had Shiden with her, and is long as that remained true, she new she could handle just about anything.
The first egg shattered into pieces as the baby male burst forth, falling on its back. As its eyes opened, it looked around the room and settled on the two figures staring back at it. Hm, the kid is a mix Shiden whispered into Nykjek's ear, smiling as he looked down at it. The newborn was truly a mix of its mother and father, with black and silver fur covering it in intertwining patterns, including a circle of silver surrounded by black at its midsection. It grew four wings; the top two were an emerald green, while the bottom two were a grayish-silver. As Shiden looked into its eyes, he found himself wondering just how this kid had become such a balance between them. One eye was an emerald green just like her eyes, and one was the onyx color of his. The child let out a yelp at them, feeling sticky and uncomfortable and wanting to be washed. Now lets see your sibling Shiden said, watching as the other egg started to crack.
