A winter white pendragon sat on the beach, hugging her knees close to her body. It was freezing and she guessed that she was crazy enough to come here. Occasionally, icy cold water would come lapping up at her feet. Her blue eyes looked dull and lifeless. As if the white femme had stopped breathing and only the blank stare of the dead was there. But she was alive. She was breathing. Only, she didn't feel like she was alive. She watched the small waves crushing down on the sandy beach. Around her, everything was quiet and only the sound of the lapping waves could be heard. I'm here alone. I will always be alone. she thought. Nobody wants me and nobody needs me. The thing is, she wasn't alone. She had met a few nice 'dragons before and they'd become, somewhat, her friends. But a big heartbreak had caused her to think like this. She didn't know why she even bothered about that guy. She never cared much about males. But this one guy was different. He wasn't like all the other guys. So maybe that was why she fell so hard for him. If only she could turn back time and fix whatever damaged she'd done. The water level had risen to her shins now. Soon, they would cover her. She noticed but she didn't care much. So what if the water swallowed her whole? Isn't it better than living with this pain she feels inside? She wanted to cry, but she couldn't. She wanted to get up and go live a better life instead of moping around for someone. But she stayed in her position. If she stayed that way, she wouldn't feel so much. Wouldn't have to face day after day without anyone beside her. Yes. That's what she'll do. She'll stay there... and let her mind think. She just wished the water would rise faster so she could stop the thinking.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>hey are you really THAT depressed?! :o </td></tr></table> Xela sat comfortably behind a large boulder her eyes scanning across the beach, though every time her eyes would revert back to a sole 'dragon sitting on the beach, half her body under the freezing water. Xela wondered why the 'dragon sat there with so much anger. Xela could feel and smell the anger and depression seeping out of the 'dragon like salt smells seep out fomr the ocean. Xela waited for half an hour continuously watching the femme, waiting for her to leave from the water before she drowned. When the water had reached the femme's chin and yet 'dragon still had not moved an inch Xela decided to take action. She stood from behind the shadows racing over the other 'dragon, reluctanly pulling the 'dragon back slightly so the the water reached the 'dragons shins again. <font color="darkblue"> Are you crazy? Or maybe your just stiupid! Are you trying to drown yourself? </font>
Kutz was ready for the ice water to engulf her. She was shivering underwater and wished she'd picked a warmer beach to be on. Then something or someone dragged her upwards. "Hey!" she uttered, dissapointed that she was saved from escaping this world and a little relieved that she wasn't going to drown. Now she doesn't even know if she wanted to live or die. Words were being said and it took her some time to know what it meant. Her mind was working very slowly for some reason. "Why do you care?" she replied in a monotonous voice. She looked up to find piercing blue eyes staring down at her. The eyes were unfamiliar to her as well as the owner of the eyes. "Who are you?" she asked her saver. She shivered a little more and hugged herself a little tighter. Her cranium was still arched upward towards the stranger. She waited for the blue stranger's reply.
Xela snorted loudly then said <font color="darkblue"> I don't care, i just don't want to watch you commit suicide, so my accions were meant only to help myself out! I'm Xela. </font> <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>sorry 'bout short post!</td></tr></table>
"Help yourself? How does saving me do anything to help you? Kutz asked. She then stood up and walked to higer ground. She lay down and tried to dry herself in the little sun shining through the cold fog and sky. "Xela... Weird name, ain't it?"
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>I think I can help,maybe... I've felt horrible, dpressedand such before, and have kept goingon, maybe I can convince you to as well... Hope I havent intruded... ;) </td></tr></table> Talon wandered up, completely unaware of what was going on. <span style='color:orange'>Whats going on?</span> He asked solemnly, scratching his chin with the blade of his partisan...
Xela snorted at both of the other 'dragon's remarks and moved next to her. When the male came she jerked a paw at the femme. <font color="darkblue"> Ms. Suicide tried to kill herself earlier...</font> Xela then looked back at the other 'dragon. <font color="darkblue"> And Xela is just different and what's your name? Eh?</font>
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Feel free to join in any of my threads. ^^ well I'm currently learning to cope with my depression( I'm not very very depressed). I would gladly accept any help I can get. </td></tr></table> Kutz stood up as another pendragon entered the scene. Before she could answer his question, Xela spoke. Annoyed and embarassed to be portrayed as someone who is foolish enough to take her life- and all for a stupid male, though they did not know it but she still felt foolish - she frowned at Xela. "Are you so sure that I'm trying to kill myself?" she asked. Then she added lamely, "What if... what if I was just preparing for a swim?" She folded her hands and stared at the two of them. The two who interupted her dissapearance from this wicked world. "My name is Kutz. Whats yours?" she replied Xela and asked the newcomer.
Xela snorted at Kutz trying attmept to hide her suicide attempt. Xela nodded her headwith sarcasm. <font color="darkblue"> And I can bite without teeth. </font> Xela mumbled to herself.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Sorry I forgot about this thread, I can be a bit, absentminded sometimes...>.<</td></tr></table> Talon sighed. <span style='color:orange'>Nothing is worth taking your life over, there is always another way out, no matter what the situation might be. Do you realise whoever know or loves you might be thrown into the same type of depression you are in now? And swim my ass.</span> He growled and prodded her his the butt of his partisan, trying to part her from the water, and force her farther away from it. He flipped his partisan around, and to further his attempts, he flash froze the water for a ways away, stopping it from rising any further towards her...
Kutz wondered how many more pendragons were going to save her. Not that she mind. She was glad someone cares. But a little dissapointed that they were total strangers to her. The newcomer poked her with a weird looking stick object. Accepting the annoying jab, she moved farther away from the waves. "Alright, alright! I won't kill myself." she said, with both her hands up. Then, she stood and stretched. Her legs felt a little numb because of the water. "Happy?" she asked the both of them. Now she usually isn't like this. The cold and depression must be doing something with her brain. "You still haven't answered my question. Who are you?" she turned to the stranger.
Xela looked up at the stranger as well her eyes having an inquiring twinkle in them. <font color="darkblue"> Yes I am rather happy Kutz </font> Xela drew in the sand with her claw, the artwork was merely curvy lines and scribbles, she was too bored to think of much else to do.
Talon snorted and nodded to Xela. <span style='color:orange'>I'm obviously the one who is going to stop you from killing yourself. Now get away from the water... This is gonna be a long day...</span> He leaned on his partisan, his legs tired from the hours of walking. He was here to see the ruins, but obviously he would have to babysit this suicidal maniac, otherwise his guilt would eat away at him...
Perhaps the cold water had managed to freeze some part of her rational mind. Or perhaps she'd gone cuckoo.. who knows? But all of a sudden, she started laughing hysterically. She just couldn't help it. She tried to push that bubbling laughter down her throat but she found it impossible. She rocked back and forth, her wings flapping a little, her maw wide open to let the laugh out. Tears of hard laughter were now running down her white fur. "Isn't it funny?" she chocked through her laughs. "Isn't it funny when you become a puppet in life?" Then a series of laughter erupted again. Her stomach was starting to ache but she still didn't stop.
