BIC Razonarl had always loved watching the sunrise. The way the land around him just seemed to come alive as the slender fingers of light stretch across the horizon, and how everything the light touched seemed to be new and fresh, especially if it had rained the night before. Raz didn't know of anything more wonderful than that. He smiled to himself as the sun rose, and closed his sea green eyes to better feel the sun warm his face. The Arden raised both hands into the high into the air and stood on his toes, stretching as far as he could. He held that position for a moment, and then relaxed with a heartfelt sigh. The white furred 'dragon closed his eyes and cupped his paws in front of him. For just a moment, nothing happened. Then his tail-flame glowed brighter as he called upon his gift to mentally summon and control water, in all of its forms. Slowly, as if being poured from a pitcher, Razonarl’s cupped paws filled with cool, clear water. Once his paws were mostly full Raz splashed the summoned liquid over his face. It had been six days since he had first come to Janardan, and in all that time, Raz had not gone swimming. Not once! Now that just won't do at all, will it? He thought to himself as he turned from where he stood and made a bee-line for the school's public pool area. The swim would be refreshing and besides, he didn’t have any classes until that afternoon. A few minutes later. Pushing open a door, Raz entered the school's pool area and found that there were exactly as many people there as he had expected. None. Taking a deep breath in through his nostrils Raz coughed at the sudden, unexpected smell of chlorine. He knew it was needed to keep the water clean, clear and bacteria free, but that didn't mean he had to like it. He was just so used to swimming in the river near the land that his father owned that he wasn't used to dealing with chlorine. Raz shrugged to himself as he thought of these things, he’d just have to get used to it if he was going to go swimming regularly. Raz didn't think to bring his own towel to the pool area. But he didn't stop to think about that, instead he took a few quick steps and dived into the clear water. He almost sighed with pleasure when he felt the cool liquid surround him. Instead of working to bring himself to the surface with strokes, Razonarl decided to just relax and allowed himself to float up. When he surfaced he closed his eyes and just laid there with only small motions from his paws and legs to keep himself afloat.
