<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Timestamp: Dio, 35th 81379</td></tr></table> The blazing sun shone down upon Ramath. It boiled the ground making the whole world rather hot. Of course it was cold and dark on the other side of the world. Mint just liked to think everyone else was in as much pain as her. She had been walking around trying to find Tarak and Daiima all day. And it just happened to be a very hot day today. Finally she noticed a spot far off in the distance. That must be Daiima she thought gladly. She set off at a run and not long after found herself in clearing. In front of her was the giant tree, Daiima. She couldn't believe its hight. Magnificently tall and wide. She had to climb it. She grabbed onto the trunk digging her claws in and soon reached the place where all the branches started and it would be easier to climb. She sat and rested wondering if it would be better just to call the climb off...she was all alone out here and if she fell...it could cause trouble.
How long had he been up here, perched atop the lowest branch of the highest of trees? Minutes, hours, days? No, not days, that was simply ridiculous. A few hours, perhaps. Not that it mattered, no one was expecting him home anyway. It was a little disappointing, really, when one thought about it. He had been so excited when he had first caught glimpse of the Sacred Tree, anticipating long hours of climbing up the branches that seemed to reach the sky. And now here he was, still on the lowest branch, unable to reach the higher branches because of his height. Vyja had tried tip-toeing... And had lost his balanced, nearly falling to his death. "Listening in Aerobatics finally pays off" he had thought then, skillfully swinging his legs around the branch. Flight too had been out of the question. His wings were far too large to spread without getting the pierced or torn to shreds by the innumerable branches. Had he not been his good-natured self, Vyja would have cursed his fate. But then, it wasn't exactly his fault he was vertically challenged. Of course, had he had another 'dragon with him it would have been an entirely different story. A partner would have been oh-so-useful... "Ah but things could be worse", he told himself, "It could be raining." And, that said, he decided upon a short nap before he resumed his climb. But that was not meant to be, and his bright eyes shot open almost as soon as he had shut them, his ears prickling to the noises below. "Perhaps the Gods do exist!" exclaimed the youth, having swung his legs around the branch once more and now dangling in front of the newcomer. "Hullo there! Was beginning to think I was the only living 'dragon in these parts. Name's Vyja" he chirped.
ooc~ mind if I join? bic~ Kaji hadn’t been the only one to think the tree would be a nice place to hang around, it seemed. He himself had found a nook between a high branch and the tree’s bole where he could settle and rest, daydreaming (as per usual) about the day he’d become the world’s most infamous assassin (or something dirty of the like). However, his fascination and idle wishes were short-lived when he heard noise below, spotting two dragons. One must have been there longer without his noticing, the other had only just arrived and climbed amongst the lower branches. Kaji blinked magenta orbs curiously, contemplating whether to stay and watch or introduce himself. He was suddenly overcome with the childish notion of playing spy and swiftly (but as silently as the foliage and his excitement would allow) he made his way from his branch to one on the opposite side of the trunk, descending until he could easily see both ‘dragons but retreat into the shadows if he needed to hide. He hadn’t known it before, but now that he thought on it his pelt was rather good for hiding in the shadows of foliage. His teal markings and iridescent pelt blended well; only his fuchsia accents made it easy to spot him. He flattened his crest and curled his flaming tail about the branch to prevent any flickers of the light off these stark colours and continued his watch, fully immersing himself in the thrilling life of a spy on a mission. “Target A ‘n Target B spotted," he whispered to himself, crouching low to the branch. “If’n my eyes tell me right, i’s a chance encounter." He smiled to himself, peeking around the tree trunk. “Target B ‘as sighted Target A. ‘E’s greetin’ ‘er." ooc~ feel free to spot him and snap him out of his antics.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Im so sorry I totally forgot about this im really really really really sorry....</td></tr></table> Mint jerked her head up at the sound of another's voice the immense amount of thoughts boiling through her head began to disperse slowly until one main thought bounced around inside her, Who is this? Mint's emerald orbs searched the 'dragon curiously until he said his name and she soon relaxed. She then stood and climbed onto a higher branch, suddenly finding energy and said cheerfully looing down at Vyja <font color="aqua"> Hullo, I'm Mint. What is someone like you doin'...</font> Mint had heard something a noise around the trunk of the large tree. She put a paw over her mouth to signel silence and motioned Vija to move around one side of the trunk while she went around the other side. She slowly made her way until finally they reached the other side. She saw another 'dragonslightly hidden from view and decided to play police officer or something. <font color="aqua"> What are you doing here? What's your name? How much did you here? Do you have a criminal record? Where were youu on the night of the 47th????? </font>
Vyja had quickly swung himself back onto the branch and was about to respond when she silenced him with a gesture. Nodding, he did as he was told, anxious to learn what had caused her curiosity. Slowly making his way the other side of the trunk, he saw mere seconds after her the dark and slender smiling dragon. Confusion filled his blue eyes when he heard his new acquaintance bombard the stranger with questions, which, to him, did not seem to make much sense. He blinked a few times but when he opened his bright eyes again, they were glowing with mischief. "Question him no further Sergent, I think we have our 'dragon. He fits the profile perfectly.", he declared forcefully, and then, turning to the culprit he added, "I am much afraid Sir, that we will have to take you into custody. You have the right to remain silent. You are, after all, guilty until proven innocent."
Mint tried not to laugh at the other 'dragons coments, she was enjoying herself quite well. She put on a stern face looking over <font color="aqua"> Right you are Leutenant Brown. You have the thread right? You don't have it? How are we going to tie up this man without THREAD?!?!?! </font> Mint began to hyperventalate totally fake freaking out. <font color="aqua"> If we don't have thread we won't have prisoner, no prisoner means no promotion no promotion means no money...NO MONEY!???!?!?!?! This is not good, not good at all... Anyway we'll just have to tie him up in...dirt or leaves or something...</font> <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Hehehehe...this is fun</td></tr></table>
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td> I'm leaving tomorrow :S Will try to get on but I'm no too sure I'll have access to the net. I'll be back in three days, feel free to rp without me till then ; </td></tr></table> Vyja eyed her curiously, drinking everyone of her insane words. Was this getting too crazy for him? Nah. "No thread? No thread, Sergeant? I told to bring the thread! I understand this is your first time on a mission? No? Well your behaviour disappoints me severly Sergeant. I'm much afraid I'm going to have to report you on this one. No thread, for Lehi's sake. How is one supposed to follow procedure in these conditions?" he sighed dramatically, rolling his eyes in the "prisoner"'s direction, as though asking him to answer. "Do you think twigs will do?" Then, turning to his hyperventilating money-minded "partner" he muttered "Do you need me to get you an inhaler Sergeant Wheeze? No? Didn't think so. Now go and tie up our suspect with... Twigs... While I, Errr... Watch the scenery."
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>ok </td></tr></table> Mint sighed calming down, she probably was getting a little to into this and slowly walked over to the other 'dragon <font color="aqua"> You're a good actor you know...I'm Mint. </font> Mint decided that if they hadn't scared the other 'dragon they probably made him think of them freaks, especially Mint. She decided as well that the game was up for now, they'd bothered the other 'dragon enough.
ooc~ gah, sorry for my delayed postage, crisis at my own RP that needed to be dealt with bic~ Kaji, shrunk into the foliage as they circled round, trying to step his way back onto other branches that would hold his feeble weight so that he could hide from view. Obviously, they had already seen him, but he was still eager to play the sly, suspicious looking character in the bushes. As he was bombarded with questions he called back, “I will nay incriminate m’self! Th’bodies in my basement know I’m innocent, they’ll tell ye!" he called back, listening with amusement as the two ‘cops’ quarreled over thread and twigs. “Titanium bondage will nay hold me! Ye cannot catch me! ’m freeee!" with his last dramatic words he toppled backwards from his branch and in an agile flip, landed on the lowermost branches, lying across it with his hind legs dangling freely. The game was up, but he couldn’t say it hadn’t been fun while it lasted. “Th’name’s Kaji Malakim," Kaji responded to Mint’s introduction, smiling benignly and giving a flick of his fuchsia flame tip in greeting. “Mayhaps I should consider m’self an actor rather than a criminal; much more destinguished profession, if’n I do say so m’self. Though a mite boring when faced with crime. All takes sacrifices, neh?" He grinned, drawing patterns with his talon over his foreleg. “If’n i’s not intruding, wha’ brings ye both ter this here neck o’ the woods?"
Mint smiled at Kaji dropped a little lower in the tree do she was only slightly above Kaji. She looked down at himbefore saying <font color="aqua"> I came 'ere to just see the place, nothin more, and you? </font> Mint was sure that she would like this guy, he seemed funloving enough. While waiting for an answer, Mint pulled out a few hoop earrings that she had forgotten to put on snd clipped them onto her left ear before dropping down again so that her eyes were level with Kaji's.
BIC: The day was blazing hot when Kutz had decided to come to this tree. The tallest tree among the tall. Thinking that she could create some songs in this quiet area, she started climbing the tree. She had climbed a few feet up, rested and started climbing again. She climbed till she reached the highest branch that could support her weight and since she'd tired herself out, she had decided to take a very short nap... which ended up to a 3 hour nap. And now she awoke, stretching her small 5 feet body on the branch. Stretching halfway, she stopped. Noises could be heard way down below the tree. She heard two male voices and a female's. They were definately arguing. What they were arguing about, she didn't know. The distance in height had made it difficult for her to hear. Finally it had quieten down a little. She took a peak down the tree and saw three dark colored 'dragons whom were really hard to see as their coats easily blended into the green tree. Curious, she went down a few branches. Careful not to make any noises. She know that she could easily be spotted because of her white coat. She came to a rest on the middle branch of the tree and watched the scene below silently. What she had not been careful of was that she forgot of her bag she had slung over one shoulder. When she went down a few branches, the bag had been dragged behind her. When she came to rest, the bag came to rest too. But not for long. Heavy as it was, it tilted, and dropped. Kutz made a grabbed for it but missed and watched it fall down to the trio. Who it had hit, she didn't know. She just hoped it wasn't fatal.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>i dont mind</td></tr></table> Before Kaji had given an answer a heavy bag suddenly hit Mint on top of the head. Mint was taken by complete surprise and, luckily, her legs had been wrapped around the tree branch in which she sat so when the bag hit she did a flip around the branch, ending up upside down. For a moment everything was dark and she couldn't see but finally the light entered Mint's view. Mint swung herself back up rubbing her head groaning a little. The bag had landed on a lower branch and Mint reached for it before looking around. Finaly she had the sense to look up and saw the white coat of a female 'dragon. <font color="aqua"> You there! Does this weapon belong to you? </font> Mint rubbed her skull it had realy hurt and she could feel the bruise starting...maybe she had fractured it or something?
Vyja had watched the introductions with a large smile plastered accross his even broader face but had not chosen to interact just yet. When he did decide the time had come for him to speak, however, he was interrupted by the oddest of occurences. He heard a whirling sound coming in their direction and lifted his bright eyes only to see a non-identified object coming straight for them. This non-identified object, as it turned out was in fact a... "Bag?" And a heavy looking one at that. Wincing, he turned to face Agent Wheeze, aka Mint, aka the victim of the aforementioned bag, "Are you quite alright?" he asked, concern filling his eyes. "I'm Vyja by the way," he added to Kaji.
Mint nodded, still a little angry at the bag hitting her head. She continued to rub it looking back up at the 'dragon who still sat in the tree, but almost hidden by the leaves. Mint didn't hold a grudge though, but she still was a little annoyed. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>sorry for the short post, can't really post much without Kutz' post!</td></tr></table>
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>heh heh... sry. I was waiting for the ppl who joined to reply</td></tr></table> Kutz winced, but not in pain, when her heavy bag hit an olive colored 'dragon and spent her sprawling on the tree branch. She was about to race down and apologize when the 'dragon called up to her. "Um... yeah. That would be mine." she replied. "I'm so sorry! I wasn't aware of my bag... I was asleep when I heard people arguing and-and there was this soldier shooting questions at someone so I went to investigate and my bag when flying before I knew it was there and... I'm so sorry!!!" Kutz was being a little paranoid and feel a little light headed. The sun was beating down on her and she was very glad she was not born with a black coat nor she was wearing something black today. Come to think of it, she wasn't even wearing anything! But no shame there. This wasn't the human race after all... whatever 'human' is.
Mint looked up when she heard the other 'dragon answer her question her eyes softened only slightly once the 'dragon had made her apologies. Mint looked at how the 'dragon seemed to be hot. She thought for a moment before saying <font color="aqua"> Don't worry about it, just next time, when you wake up, look at your shoulder! Come down and get it, you can stay here if you want. I'm Mint. </font>
Kaji beamed, as though now there was some sort of bizarre kinship between himself and the green ‘dragon. “Tha’s amazing! I, myself, came ‘ere ter do nothin’ as well. Small world." So his humor wasn’t quite normal, but then again, neither was Kaji. His sight, which once held the vision of two dragons, suddenly held one, as Mint was hit by an unidentified projectile and thrown over the branch, now dangling from the lower half of said branch. Kaji blinked luminous, magenta orbs before helping his interrogator back onto the branch, following her gaze to the dragon above. “Now that wasn’ nay very nice," he commented idly as Kutz apologized profusely. Mint, luckily, didn’t seem to take it to heart. Vyja introduced himself as well, receiving a not from Kaji in acknowledgement. “Tha’s quite a name," he answered (whether that was a compliment or not was undetermined, Kaji wasn’t very straight forward and normally made random comments that made little sense).
Vyja cocked his head and raised an eyebrow at Kaji's response, not knowing whether to take it as a compliment or not. Perhaps it was wisest to take it with a pinch of salt. "Quite a name it is, well my full name is Vyjabaj", he explained, grimacing slightly, "... Not very pleasant if you ask me. People just call me "Vyja". He then turned to Kutz, "Hello there, Klutzy One, but surely that must not be your name? I'm Vyja."
Kutz smiled, but a little nervously. Will the green take revenge on the white? Hmm.. game of chess. Anyway, Kutz slowly climbed down the branch, verrry slowly... When she reached down 15 minutes later, she sat on the same branch as Mint and bent over to pick up her loaded bag. "I'm really, really, really sorry about just now," she apologized again, looking Mint straight in th eye. She turned to Vyja and smiled, "I'm Kutz. And yes, I'm a total klutz. Perhaps that was why my mom gave me a name so close to that word, eh?" Then she drapped her bag over her shoulder and just sat there, staring at everyone.
