<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td><font color="white">Kien's first post! Just wanna try and see how many different kind of pendragons she would meet. Feel free to join ^^. *crosses fingers and hopes someone joins*</font></td></tr></table> BIC Broad dark blue wings soared in the winter skies and soon blocked some light shining in the Tsupeon. Tired after flying over and over the whole school, Kien Amednu came to rest on one of the bleachers in the Tsupeon. She sat and took out a bottle of water from the bag she carried with her. She opened the cap and took a long drink, her grey-ish paw squeezing hard on the bottle. Her irritation still hadn't fly off even after flying several rounds around Janardan. She was new to the school and unfamiliar of its surroundings. What irritated her was that after receiving her schedule, some late class person came bashing into her and it tore the paper to half. The other half flew out of her hand and landed on an angry looking pendragon, probably deprived of sleep. Mr. Angry's paw had been lifted and brought down to smack the piece of annoying paper away, which came to the result of the paper being shredded. And if that wasn't enough, she had arrived in the cafeteria, hungry, only to find that food had sold out and only a cup of coffee was left. But another pendragon greedily took before she could even touch the white colored cup. That was actually no problem to her but the broken vending machine was. This has got to be her most irritating day. So she landed up here. The only place that could calm her down. Not many 'dragons were out in the Tsupeon because of the cold. She decided that if she didnÂ’t calm down yet, she would take a run around the Tsupeon. The black and grey colored femme put down the bottle of water beside her and took out her shredded schedule from her bag. She had already pieced the shredded half together. Now she had to piece one half with the other half. She decided she'd do it later and shoved the papers in her bag. She knew she wouldn't have any classes today. She sat there in the cold, wondering what the rest of the day would bring her. Would she be in her first fight or end up meeting all sorts of people?
Bri, on the other hand, was not irratated. Neither was she happy or glad or angry or infuriated. No, Bri Trisda, had mixed emotions that day. She as well as Kien was new to Janardan and very nervous around the other 'dragons. Several times she had nearly been knocked over in the halls while walking past a stronger 'dragon who would purposly bump into her. Bri had a small problem with her schedule, but probably not as unlucky as Kien's. Bri was continuously getting lost and confused to where each classroom was. This evidently led to being late and getting bad first impressions in almost every class. Bri had one class after this but had managed to get a day off in order to 'get more prepared and organized' as one of the teachers had said. Bri was organized and she was prepared, it was merely that she got a little confused at times. The basically entirely golden 'dragon walked onto the stands after just landing. Like Kien, Tsupeon was one of the only places where Bri could relax and plus, she wanted to use the staduim for any sort of sport, for sports also seemed to calm her. When the golden 'dragon entered she looked around and saw merely one other black 'dragon who was nearby. Bri, not being irratated, decided to be friendly and try to make some aquaintences and walked up to the other 'dragon siting beside her. <font color="gold"> Hello...I'm Bri, nice to meet you. </font>
If Kien was paying attention to her surroundings, she would know at once that another 'dragon was nearby. But she wasn't. She was looking at the white covered ground, wondering why 'dragons must go to school. It was a waste of time. Well, to her anyway. She took another swing from her bottle before a voice floated through the silence of the Tsupeon. She turned around, annoyed that the silence was broken, though the look never came across her face, and looked at the golden figure sitting beside her. Since she was new, she'd better get to know some people. Maybe they could help her around Janardan in the near future. She smiled a friendly smile that reached her eyes, and replied Bri. "Hello, Bri. I'm Kien." And she stuck out a grey paw for a pawshake(or handshake. Which ever you choose :D). "Been long in Janardan?"
Bri smiled as well, oblivious to the first hint of of annoyance in Kien's face and shook Kien's paw (pawshake? who cares?) saying politely <font color="gold"> Nice to meet you, uhh I hope you don't mind me sitting here...I usually don't bother people like this...No, I haven't been here for even a week. I would be at class now but...well I kept getting confused with my schedule, what about you? </font> Bri felt very talkative but held down those feeling in case Kien had come here to be alone and nothing else.
<span style='color:red'>"INCOMING!!!!!"</span> A male voice yelled a little ways away the white ball was coming at a rather high rate toward the two girls. And there was nothing to stop it. The one who yelled also happened to be the one who threw it. He was Iode, one of the school's best Jemdrull players...also was a clumsy ditz when it came to noticing people on a regular basis. He usually came out at least once a day to practice...it just happened to be now that he decided to practice. He usually didn't see anyone on the field so he didn't have any problems...today there were though...and one of them was about to have a mouthful of ball...
Kien listened as the golden femme talked a whole paragraph of words. "I don't mind you sitting here. At least I won't be lonely out in this cold," Kien replied, a friendly smile on her face. "Well, my sche-" She was cut short by someone yelling somewhere on her right. She turned just in time to see something white whirling down from the air straight for her! She dodged, hoping that the thing would fly over her head, but it hit her on top of her muzzle and bounced away to Kien's left, which is the bench above where Kien and Bri were sitting. One paw held on her maw and one eye squinted because of the pain. She then looked to see what hit her and it was a... ball? A stupid ball hit her this hard? First the schedule, then the cafeteria, and now this. Was she cursed to have bad luck? She turned to her right and saw a male, watching the scene. Perhaps it was he who yelled. She got up and reached for the white ball. "I suppose that this is yours?" she enquired and threw the ball back at him. Her maw was still throbbing and luckily no blood came out of her nose. She stood there, waiting for the male's reply with her left paw on her muzzle.
Bri smiled, she was glad that she hadn't bothered Kien and would have said something had it not been for the yell from down in the field and the sight of a white ball heading towards Kien. Bri was curious to see who Kien had been talking to and stood as well looking over at a male not too far away. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>I'm really sorry about the short post...</td></tr></table>
He laughed nervously and quietly. He caught the ball and smiled nervously. <span style='color:red'>"Sorry 'bout that...usually there is no one here and I don't have any problems. You okay? That wasn't a very far toss I hope it didn't hurt too much...Names Iode, you?</span> Iode had red black fur and a yellow mane with a single curl on his forehead. His eyes were purple and he was quite well built. He was wearing cargo shorts and you could see his boxers which had Jemdrull balls on them. His shirt could be seen on the sideline...He oviously was out there for awhile. <span style='color:red'>"Jemdrull dosen't start for several months, but I'm usually out here practicing 24/7 but thats why I'm here...how about you?</span>
Kien gave one last rub on her maw and then making sure that it wouldn't fall off, she slowly remove her paw. "I'm okay...Just next time, watch where you throw. Whether or not there is someone around," she said, a hint of annoyance flittered through her voice. "I'm Kien. And this lovely lady beside me is Bri." She pointed her paw to the golden 'dragon at the introduction. She then took a moment to look at the male properly. It seems that he's the sporty type, what with his untidy clothes and all. Well, at least she's meeting someone who's having her interest. What he said next, snagged all her interest away. "You play Jemdrull? Cool. I wanted to learn to play but never got around to it. Think you can teach me? That is if you wanna.." then she turned to Bri. "Would you like to play?" She doubted that the golden femme would like sports much. She looked a little too girlish to Kien. But who knows? Looks could be decieving.
Iode shrugged. <span style='color:red'>"Nice to meet you both. I can teach you if you guys want...I'm a Wild on the team. That means I can take the ball and score or defend our goal. Chargers take the ball and try to score, Blockers defend the goals. Chargers have more rules to follow though. They have to pass to each other, as they can only hold the ball for three steps, ten yards, or three seconds. You can fly for three seconds, which, if I'm lucky, I can make it halfway across the field. Thats the basic rules for it..."</span> Iode scratched his head. He never was very good at explaining things. That may explain why he's not in many classes that require studying...He was mainly in fighting classes and weight training classes. All of which helped with Jemdrull, it was basically his only intrest, for that matter...use...
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>sorry it took so long to reply! </td></tr></table> Bri nodded enthusiastically at Kien's question. She wasn't 'girlish' but she needed to work on her sports a little, but she could be pretty good if she really tried. She listened to the instructions saying something for the first time since she had met the male. <font color="gold"> So I assume we're going to play a two on one game or something? </font> Bri understood the instructions well enough though it wasn't like professional instructions. At the same time she didn't really expect this from an athlete... Bri dropping her pack getting closer to the field though she waited for Iode to answer her question.
Iode's explanation about the play was a little fuzzy to her. She didn't get it and before she could think over what he said, a "Huh?" came out of her. Her grey paw scratched the side of her head, trying to process what Iode had mentioned. She heard Bri speak and it seems that the femme understand what Iode said. She mentally shurged and decided to get some tips from Bri. Also, maybe... "You know what, I think I'll understand better when I'm on field." Kien said after a few moments. "Then from there, you could show me how I'm doing wrong and all that. Is that okay?" <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>yeah..short post. hee hee, writer's block</td></tr></table>
Bri went out onto the field, becoming excited for she had never played this particular game before and she couldn't wait to try it. She looked up at the sky, longing to fly up there to warm up her wing muscles, though she stayed where she was looking at the other two impatiently. She would have to think over the game rules again because they were confusing and she had only understood half of what the male had said. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>sorry it's short</td></tr></table>
