    Who: Abgail Wuos
    Location: AquaMarine Cafe
Wearing: Blue shirt, pink shorts with her gun carefully holstered in them.

    IC:
Sitting in a cafe inside near a window, was a 47 looking lukuo with opal eyes and dark blueish purple pelt. She was waiting for something, actually someone. Abby was just sitting there patiently with a cup of coffee. She took a sip the asked herself, "Where is he?" She looked out the window, looking back on her past about how she met Vythe in the first place. "I wonder how he is." She held the bill for the position, taking another look at it, then held the letter that said to be here. "I hope he remembers me."

The thills and ardans ordering and getting hot beverages and treats at night in the cafe wasn't really rushing and wasn't many here, only four or five. "Talk about busy," she said to herself. She felt tired because she didn't went to sleep til two o' clock last night and the coffee was just to keep her awake now. She gave off a light yawn and said lightly, "I wish I didn't went to bed at two o' clock at night."

  2. Vythe walked through a narrow alleyway and into the street. Fitting people other than Koani into his schedule was quite the task. He regretted having to push his meeting with Abigail to the evening, specially when a nice talk over lunch would have sufficed, but sometimes you had to just work with what was available.

Vythe rounded the corner and came upon their proposed meeting place. It was just a quaint little café, and with it being later on in the night, Vythe knew that it wouldn't have too many patrons. The white pelted arden adjusted his black suede coat and then pushed open the door. Inside the small hide-away café was quiet. In the background some calm, tranquil music was playing, but it was so low that Vythe could barely pick it up with his ears. Amongst the small groupings of pendragons, Vythe spied Abigail sitting near one of the windows.

“Hey Abby," he said with a smile as he approached her. “Sorry about the late hour."

  3. Abby, still waiting patiently, sat there tapping her fingers on the marble table. She continued to look out the window until she heard a voice that was familiar. "Hey Abby," She turned to see the person who called her. She looked at Vythe with opal eyes. “Sorry about the late hour." Abby smiled at him cheerfully. "Hi Vythe, it's been a while. It's ok about the wait." She stood up and was about to give him a hug, but she thought a handshake was sufficient so she held out her hand. He still has the same hair style, she thought.

  4. Vythe took Abigail's offered hand and shook it firmly, his cold blue eyes meeting hers though there was nothing unfriendly about them. “It sure has been a while." He motioned back toward the table, indicating that the should sit back down in order to talk. He waited for Abigail to sit before taking his own seat. “Three years since Arch Magosai Karryasa'ba went, two since Arch Magos Zamfir'ba... though I believe it's safe to assume that he really died when his wife did. Have you been keeping busy?"

  5. “It sure has been a while." Abby nodded her head in agreement. She sat down on the chair she was sitting on when she was waiting for Vythe. Vythe sat after here. “Three years since Arch Magosai Karryasa'ba went, two since Arch Magos Zamfir'ba..." Abby nodded her head again but in a sad look. "Yeah, may they rest in peace." She leaned back on the chair a bit to do a quick stretch, then straightened herself. "though I believe it's safe to assume that he really died when his wife did." Abby took another sip of her coffee. "Yeah, that's probably the safe thing to say at the moment."

"Have you been keeping busy?" Abby looked up slighty to think. "Well, yes and no. The Hunter's Camp's Leader died two weeks ago and his his took over. He was an absolute prick, pardon my language. He made me get up at six am to two am, so I was tired for a week then I resigned. I'm still abit tired now."

  6. The arden nodded his head in agreement gravely. He still missed the Grader pair, of course, when someone is that big in your life, it's impossible to forget them. He missed Zamfir more so than Karryasa, though only because he'd been a lot closer to the Magos than the Magosai. The loss of them had been a great one.

“Oh... I hadn't heard about that. It sort of sounds like a bit of a blessing." Vythe said with a slight laugh. He absently ran his fingers through his grey hair. “Six to two are awfully long hours. Although the ones I work often really aren't much better. I don't believe that Ms. Grader'ba sleeps at night. Though rotating the shifts through my boys tends to keep everyone fairly alert. So I guess you're still recovering, hm?"

  7. “Oh... I hadn't heard about that. It sort of sounds like a bit of a blessing." Abby looked a bit angry. "I hope that was a joke. The old leader was so nice, he let me start ten am to nine pm." She felt that inside, she missed the Grader pair. She thought for a moment until, "I think that you being head of security for the Graders was a good thing."

“Six to two are awfully long hours. Although the ones I work often really aren't much better. I don't believe that Ms. Grader'ba sleeps at night. Though rotating the shifts through my boys tends to keep everyone fairly alert. So I guess you're still recovering, hm?" Abby nodded her head in understanding. "Ok then, oh and yes I'm recovering, but I don't feel that bad."

  8. “Sorry, I didn't really mean for you to interpret it that way," Vythe said with a small wave of his hand. He'd been about to further explain when he was interrupted by the attending waitress. The white pelted arden swiftly placed an order for more coffee. As the waitress left to fill it he let his eyes follow her for a moment, a curious expression on his face. A thought crossed his mind then, but he dismissed it and turned his attention back to Abigail.

“Sorry again. What I was meaning to say is that it's opened you up to new opportunities at least. I'm sure that the old arden was an exceptional leader... but honestly, it sort of seemed like somewhat of a dead-end job."

  9. “Sorry, I didn't really mean for you to interpret it that way," Abby felt down but she was fine when Vythe explained it that way. "It's ok I forgive you." The attending waitress came then asked Vythe if he wanted something.
As he ordered a coffee and as the waitress when to fill up the cup, Abs saw that Vythe was like staring at her. Abs looked at the waitress then back to Vythe. She had a bit of a disgusted and was shaking her head lightly. She immediately stop as Vythe turned back to her.

“Sorry again. What I was meaning to say is that it's opened you up to new opportunities at least. I'm sure that the old arden was an exceptional leader... but honestly, it sort of seemed like somewhat of a dead-end job." Abby couldn't help but notice that Vythe was right about some things. "Well, I was just going around in circles everyday. I found that boring. Like I said, I forgive you. Now I think we should get down to business." She was feeling confident about this job, hopefully it would give her a new start.

  10. Vythe smiled in response to Abigail's semi-disgusted look, though he didn't blush. It wasn't exactly what she thought, though further clarification would have to wait until he was absolutely certain. “Thanks. About this job though... I suppose you already know what's been published. Just that the Grader Corporation is looking for another recruit to add to my unit. It's purposely vague."

Vythe became silent for a moment as the waitress came back and delivered his cup of coffee before going off to attend to other customers. It was still too hot to drink, so Vythe let it be for the moment. “Anyway, at the moment the current team is pretty balanced. There's myself, specializing in defence, Szambel, who is more espionage savvy, and Codat who is just a nice all-rounder. Truthfully, I'm also considering a few other individuals for the position... so maybe we can start off with you telling me what you could bring to the team."

  11. “Thanks. About this job though... I suppose you already know what's been published. Just that the Grader Corporation is looking for another recruit to add to my unit. It's purposely vague." Abby smiled and nodded in understanding. "Your welcome. Yeah I know about the job in question. It's obvious." She took another sip of her coffee.

“Anyway, at the moment the current team is pretty balanced. There's myself, specializing in defence, Szambel, who is more espionage savvy, and Codat who is just a nice all-rounder. Truthfully, I'm also considering a few other individuals for the position... so maybe we can start off with you telling me what you could bring to the team." Abby tried to think of something to answer the question, but nothing came to mind. "Um, sorry I can't answer that. I had something but it left, sorry. Well, it's kind of obvious and lame, but offence. That's all I can think of sorry."

  12. Vythe took a sip of his coffee. It tasted bitter and a lot like it had been made improperly. He withheld a grimace and set the hot cup aside. “Offence? Yes, perhaps. Although we do try to get by without being overly aggressive."

Without so much as another word, Vythe quite purposely knocked his cup of coffee off of the table. It was a rather hypocritical thing to do, considering what he had just said. The cup landed hard on the floor and shattered, spreading glass and liquid all over. All at once every eye in the small café appeared to be on the white pelted arden. “Ah... oops," Vythe said more to himself. He then stood up and waved their waitress over. “Say ah, miss? Seems I'm a little clumsy over here. My bad and all."

  13. Abby stood up for a minute then sat back down because she was in an uncomfortable position. “Offence? Yes, perhaps. Although we do try to get by without being overly aggressive." Abbs looked out the window to think for a moment then back to Vythe. "Well, I don't get aggressive, unless someone pushes me over the edge." She then carefully scratched under her chin to get rid of the itch. "And the reason I applied was because I was part of Magos Zamfir Grader's, may he rest in peace, unit and I thought when I saw the bill, Why can't I do it again with the next Grader Generation."

“Ah... oops," Abby saw that the glass was in pieces and the coffee was all over the floor. She looked at Vythe her opal eyes then smiled. “Say ah, miss? Seems I'm a little clumsy over here. My bad and all." The smile then turned into a mild giggle, then a laugh. "Oh, you funny,"

  14. It was with a rather exasperated sigh that the waitress came over to their table to clean up the mess. Vythe smiled genuinely at her when she arrived, but the waitress' own look was hard and stony. She definitely was not amused. Vythe turned his head to look at Abigail again. “Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well. I mean, you have already been part of our team before. Anyway, Abby, I'd like you to meet Szambel."

Vythe reached down and pulled their waitress up roughly from where she had started cleaning up the mess. She looked at Vythe with pure confusion, and then with a hint of anger. “Excuse me?" she asked Vythe with a haughty tone in her voice.

“The guise is good, mate. The coffee though? Not your best." Vythe answered, a smile now upon his face. The waitress stood up and straightened the smock she was wearing. For a moment she looked as if she were about to smack Vythe across the face. Then a slow smile spread across her face. “The coffee, huh?" she asked, her right eyebrow raising. “Okay, you caught me. Give me a moment and I'll be right with you two." Spinning lightly on her foot, the young waitress headed off toward the bathrooms and disappeared from view.

  15. “Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well. I mean, you have already been part of our team before. Anyway, Abby, I'd like you to meet Szambel." Abbs nodded her head, agreeing with Vythe. As the waitress came over to clean the mess, Abby looked at Vythe in a mild confusion. "And where is he, or she?"

Abbs turned to the waitress that came to clean the mess. Abby saw that the waitress was a bit unhappy about it, but that's her job, serving people and cleaning mess, no objections. “The guise is good, mate. The coffee though? Not your best." Abbs looked at Vythe like she was wondering what he was thinking.

As Abby turned to the waitress, the waitress had a kind of disappointed look on her face. “Okay, you caught me. Give me a moment and I'll be right with you two." Abby was confused and had to ask Vythe. "What did she mean by, Okay you caught me?"

  16. Vythe chuckled as the waitress walked away. “Haha, I'm sorry Abby. I really should explain. It's sort of a game that we play, Szambel and I. See, he's one of the top elite shape shifters in Ramath-lehi. Like I said, he's our espionage specialist. So that waitress was, or rather is, Szambel." As he spoke, Vythe pulled a third chair up to their table.

A few moments later Szambel exited from the bathroom, having dropped his guise. Although no longer looking like a female, he still had some feminine qualities to him. Not to mention he was rather tall and thin, which is quite common for an Anubi of his breed. His pelt, in contrast to Vythe's, was a pitch black. His hair was also blue in colour and almost reached his shoulders. As he approached he smiled somewhat wryly at Abigail and Vythe. “Ms. Abigail Wuos, I presume. My name's Szambel, though I'm probably better known as Vythe's right-hand man these days. It's a pleasure meeting you. Though I'm fairly certain I've seen you before." As Szambel spoke, he held out his right hand for Abigail to shake.

  17. OOC: Nice disguise for Szambel. I kind of figure it was him

As Abby turned to Szambel that was approaching them, she saw that he was Anubi, his feminine qualities gave it away. “Ms. Abigail Wuos, I presume. My name's Szambel, though I'm probably better known as Vythe's right-hand man these days. It's a pleasure meeting you. Though I'm fairly certain I've seen you before." Abby smiled at him. "Yes it is and nice to meet you too, but I can't say that I met you before. Nice disguise too, very nice and one more thing, I'm gonna be very frank with you, your coffee taste terrible."

  18. ooc – I had to make it at least a little bit obvious. XD

“Thanks, but... oh." Szambel frowned at the mention of his horrible coffee. It was true however, there was no disputing that fact. “That's the main reason why I joined the USR instead of becoming a barrista. I've just got no talent whatsoever in the coffee area." As he spoke Szambel deposited himself in the chair that Vythe had pulled over for him.

“Now I suppose we can actually get this under way, eh 'Bel? I trust you've heard everything that's been said so far...?" Vythe said with a sideways glance at Szambel. The anubi merely nodded in response, he'd heard everything. “Anyway Abby, like I was saying before, your name came up on my list for obvious reasons. While I can't really offer you a permanent position just yet, I do believe that we'd be more than happy to let you at least have a trial run. All expenses covered of course."

  19. “Thanks, but... oh." Abby felt bad about saying it, but it was true. "I'm sorry." “That's the main reason why I joined the USR instead of becoming a barrista. I've just got no talent whatsoever in the coffee area." Abby overlapped her top lip over her bottem lip. "Hmm I see. If you tried mine, you'd be in Heaven for two hours."

“Now I suppose we can actually get this under way, eh 'Bel? I trust you've heard everything that's been said so far...?" Seeing Szambel nod his head, Abbs turned back to Vythe. “Anyway Abby, like I was saying before, your name came up on my list for obvious reasons. While I can't really offer you a permanent position just yet, I do believe that we'd be more than happy to let you at least have a trial run. All expenses covered of course." Abby also nodded her head. "Ok, the trial run is to see if I'm worthy for the Job, right?"

  20. Szambel moistened his lips. It'd been a while since he'd had a real good cup of coffee. Codat wasn't too bad at making it in the mornings, and it was a rare time when he was awake early enough to catch Koani's brew. Maybe, if anything, Abigail would make them some of this heavenly coffee sometime. “I think I'd like that," Szambel replied with a smile, now sitting primly with his hands neatly folded in his lap.

“Aye, you've guessed it." Vythe said as he leaned back casually in his chair. “I'm actually considering creating an entirely new support team in the near future. It's almost as if the area around Ms. Grader'ba gets even more dangerous with each passing day. I hate to say it, but it's almost as if she's got some sort of death wish. So yes, it'd be a test of worthiness. Then you'd either be on my team, or this other one I'm putting together."
