Tessera 2 81379 ooc:please no more then 3 other people and try to post at least 300 words. plz. and thank you. ----------------------------------- LaurikÂ’s fingers danced across the empty canvas. What miracle could he perform today? There was so much, so very much that he saw in both his mindÂ’s eye and his physical eyes. His hands jumped from the rough canvas to his neck. Those holes were an ever-present reminder that he was no longer truly alive. He had died so very long ago. Sighing heavily he found his brush, and began to dip it into the darkest, coolest colors available to him. Each stroke was a flourish of an accomplished artist. Each tiny detail would make the story of his art so much more interesting. He could already picture it. There would be a woman, a beautiful Yki female, strewn dead on the floor. Red, red blood would smear her perfect coat. Kneeling over her would be an arden, his fingers tracing her cold body in a kind of psychotic lust. And even behind this almost remorseful killer would be an ethereal creature. Neither man nor woman. It would be watching him and her with a sad smile and a single tear. LaurikÂ’s imagination ended as his paintbrush took over. It leapt from one corner to the other, painting the canvas first in shades of grey then purple. It was as if this simple utensil had a mind all its own. Laurik could feel the control leave him. It brought him a certain amount of unease, and then again he knew in truth it was all him. All his own hand and mind taking over in his creative spirit. Still for some reason, today he didnÂ’t want it that way. Dropping the brush and pulling back, he looked at the unfinished masterpiece. It was perfect so far except where the brush left a horrible gash from being dropped so suddenly. Scowling, he knocked the paint stand over, his unfinished picture spilling to the ground. He stared at it, but only long enough to realize he could have saved it. Today was just not his day. Abandoning the shade of the tree, he hoisted himself up off the cold stone bench to pick up his shattered work. Picking it up, he frowned, sat back down and looked some more at it. What the heck was wrong with him?
Out of Character

hmm three hundred, well count the yourself if you want to know, I just need another thread*has alot of inactive ones* Who:Telea Stormbrand read her profile for any questions

Bolting down the hill she panted. She hadn't been out of her dorm all day. She slowed down, paws hardly crunching against the Tessera leaves. She saw a male 'dragon about 7 of her tail legnths away from her. With a sneeze she slowly climbe a tree, and sat in a clump of leaves, he green eyes scanning the area for anyone else. Something wasn't right to her, was it the small holes on his neck, or something else. Her eyes narrowed, so she could gather less light, and study this male. Her spying skills were paying off. "I should take up running, lest I get caught while spying" she muttered. She silently transmuted a branch above her into more leaves for better cover, just in case. Switching to her bipedal state she squatted in a comfier position. she wore her belt, equipped with items made to kill vampire, she was also wering a coat and jeans, that would fit her in bi/quad states. She pulled out a small laser knife, he was a vamp, and she wanted tokill them all, she hated them to no end. Taking a firm hold of the branch beneath her she got ready to leap out, then she watched, making sure she wouldn't make any mistakes...
He had heard the leaves rustle, had heard the angry heartbeat and smelled the sweat that trickled down from her. Still, he hadnÂ’t reacted. He wouldnÂ’t, not until she did something that could put his undead life in danger. Still, for a moment, his sisterÂ’s voice echoed in his head and he smirked. Remis would have tons of fun with this sneaky little girl. Moving from the bench to the same tree, he sat down, leaning his back against the strong trunk. His aerokinesis skills were pretty good and he felt that perhaps toying with this girl, for a change, wouldnÂ’t be so bad. With his mind he commanded a heavy breeze to brush upward, moving the leaves to reveal the face that he already knew was there. Your attempts are in vain little girlÂ… He got up from his spot beneath the tree and ambled lazily back to his favorite bench. He had warned her, now if she would try to hurt him, he would have himself a nice banquet instead of sparing her. Stupid mortalÂ…does she really think IÂ’ll be killed off my such an amateur. Laurik took on a completely relaxed stance as he turned his body so he could lay on the bench. His eyes closed and his hands crossed over his chest, like some kind of mummy. Propping one knee up, and thrusting his arms behind his head, it was perhaps the most insulting gesture one could offer. He felt no fear around his girl and his lazy attitude could be construed to understand that. Just a little adviceÂ…if youÂ’re going to stalk a vampdragon, you might wanna be quiet and just go for it. The element of surprise doesnÂ’t work to well on us. The insults didnÂ’t end. His was advising the destruction of his own kind. How far could he go. ------------------------------------------------ OOC: Draco how about we end the thread in the ruins...its kinda boring
Sighing she began to laugh and said "I'm older than you by the looks of it.She whipped out a long sword that her mother made, it could be set at sub zero cold, or seering hot. She cut out the very leaves she made, singing them as they fell. Slicing the branch off she backflipped and landed on the ground with as much grace as a cat. She grinned and said "If you don't like being a vamp, I can end that" Her eyes glinted with dead souls(If they have 'em)of all the vampires she had killed. "I moonrise comes I'll be in danger, better kill him while the sun is high" she thought very slowly, as to bide some time. She stayed her distance, she wanted to make sure he didn't have an ambush, or anything worse. She realised this one made her very nervous.
He sighed and laughed hoarsely. Yes perhapsÂ…but your maturity and expectancy in life makes me look at you as little. He still lay there, eyes closed, her body relaxed. If he so wanted, he could be behind her in an instant to snap her neck or drain her life. Her sword was no cause of intimidation, he feared nothing anymore. Not even a true death. Sighing, he swung himself up, his purple eyes slamming open as he looked her square in the face. Your offer isÂ…generousÂ…but I rather like my form. He stood up now, walking toward her. His 6 foot 5 frame towering and threatening. He continued to stare into her eyes. His long purple hair swaying around his face, an eerie effect if you will. I gave you a fair warningÂ…pester me any longer and I will make you what you fear so much. He would keep his promise. Laurik would turn her into her own worst enemy. Using his unique abilities he caused the wind to swirl into a vortex around it. Ever faster he made it turn until at last his tiny hurricane would turn into a vacuum, soaking out the necessary oxygen around her. And all that while he continued to stare, with eyes so dark it seemed as if his pupils had been erased. If his sister were here, perhaps this girl would suffer painfully, but he had no intent on that. If she didnÂ’t get the message he would punish her permanently. Leave. ooc:dun dun dun!
Folish she hissed. Raising the sword she froze the air around then, lucky for her, she loved the cold. they were now trapped in a hollow pillar of ice. There was just enough room for her to open her wings. Flapping them swiftly she climbed to the top of the pillar. Throwing a lightning bomb down she lept away. Laughing evily she knew that was a piece of cake, she used vampires powers aganst them. Chipping a piece of ice before she left she transmuted it into a cup of coffie, she hadn't had that much for lunch or breakfast. She then found a rock, and transmuted it into a pair of glove, iron claw cross breed. Fitting it on her hand she said "Battle claws, havn't used these in awhile" hold her hands up, like she just painted her nails, she looked at them, good quality she hardly ever made good quality.
He had lost all feeling, he was a hollow being and thus the elements did little to chill or warm him. His face held the look of a bored young man and he simply watched her childish antics. This was getting...tedious. Balling his hand into a large fist, he threw it into the ice. Consequently it shattered, and he passed through. Walking away from her, his back turned vulnerably to the malicious thill, he strided evenly away. He didn't have time for this. No words were uttered, and Laurik made no threatening gestures. He had had plans for a peaceful day to gather up his muse. Supposedly life never goes as one plans.
She watched, her fur was still standing on end. Discarding her weapon she walked over and held out her hand "Temporary truce?" she said in a voice full of some sorrow. She hated vamps yes, but she couldn't hate them forever. She watched him carefully, making sure it wasn't a trap, they were good with traps. But she was the one laying a trap. The handshake would implat a tracking devices, so she could follow him. Her eyes glinted with her planning, almost giving it away.
He looked at the girl and her eyes were a dead give away but he would play her game. Walking toward her he shook her hand and then once again turned away. Girl... He looked blankly at his palm, and used a sharp talon to dig deep beneath the skin. Boring out the little bleeping device, he looked at it carefully and dropped it to the ground. Crushing it beneath his feet he looked at her and gave a sheepish grin. Better luck next time. Using his massive wings, he drifted skyward, only to perch in the comfort of a tree.
Shaking her head like he had tricked her she tugged a rope and before he knew it he was wraped in iron ropes. "Better luck for you maybe" She began to laugh. Sitting, looking at the painting he was working on before she came she sighed. She pulled a small device of her belt. She cut the vamp loose. Out of Character

Bite her on the next post^^

Mortals were morons. They captured there enemies and then held pity for them. This o so sweet treat would get them all killed. Laurik's eyes flashed venoumously, as he appeared behind the girl. You are stupid. His fangs dripped with the vampire's poison saliva as he delved easily into her neck. Closing his eyes, he feasted happily on her rich blood before pulling away and letting her drop to the ground. It's wrong to anger me but foolish of you to capture me and then let me go. Dropping down to the bench, he looked at his painting.
When she hit the ground, her hand shot to her neck. She could feel the fangs growing. "What the god damn hell did you do to me?" she snarled at him. She thundered over and grabbed him around his neck. Baring her fangs and punched in the face. "Fix it now!" she dropped him when she started feelinbg a taste for blood, and she was getting horrid pains.
When she preceeded to punch him, he only rubbed his face and got up and touched her neck. Leaning forward, he whispered into her ear. Welcome to your worst nightmare. Grabbing her, he pinned her against a tree and kissed her forcefully, and then walked away, leaving her stunned and probably confused. You'll need to feed soon, or you'll die for good.
She hissed at him. She flicked her tail in a frustraited manner. She sighed, she knew she kneeded to feed so she grabbed a small animal out of the tree. She growled looked at him hatefully. She clenched her fists over and over again. She dug her claws into the tree branch she was sitting on from grabbing the rodent. She shook her head. She must have been dreaming, she must have.
Laurik smiled, happy at what he had down. O if only Remis Ni'elle had seen, she would have been so proud. Dropping back to the marble bench where this had all started, he stroked his painting and then pierced his flesh with a sharp claw. Thick with his own blood, the talon danced across the canvas, scarring it with red.
She hit her head against the tree. There was a reason she disliked vampires. "Tch, looks like you won this time" she hissed hatefully. She threw a tree branch at the vampire arden. Hoping she would hit him she crawled down the tree trunk and looked over with a hatefull grare and crawled over. She was under the bench, the second he stood she would claw hist feet off.
He deflected the branch easily. Sighing, he became easily bored with her childish games. Reaching behind her he pinched her butt and smirked, before jumping up into the tree to look down at her. You're pathetic. I'm not just saying that, you really are.
She writhed away from his pinch. Came up and whispered in his ear "Pay more attention" she went back under and activated a transmutation circle she made. When it activated it wrapped his legs up to the knees in what was the ground. She got a far distance away when she laughed at him. This guy didn't think much did he?
