Darkness overwhelmed the opened space above the heads with the aura of a starless night. This was not surprising being enclose in a mountain of dark matter, brought along by a freak snuggling accident. Those responsible are unable to tell of what happened in that point of history, either fallen victim to this strange magic or resting in the swamp beneath the murky tar lake so no could spot the blood of gullets. Other a few brave enough to shorten their lifespan journalists, no one cared about the incident or any evident of it the minute they enter into its walls. What most would see is one of the most spectacular to be called illegal. . . a floating city for gambling and fame with a club large enough to house half of Swarai.

    _____________

Another round of boisterous clatter rose from behind him, the dragon narrowed his right eye sharply without turning and seeing that another cheater was discovered and caught, which meant that the dome won’t be so dull tonight. Perhaps, he would sign up for a couple of fights for fun since it has been long passed since he has murdered another dragon, not to mention being paid to do it. A ‘ahem’ from the rowhand of the Remda Peka table he was sitting in brought Archon back to what he was doing at the moment, the rowhand was pointing out that it was his turn to hold any of the three dice that were rowed. He looked at the one, five, and two facing him, the six and five in his scoring hold, the one of two qualifiers, then looked at one of his opposition whose pile of runets doubled since he sat at the table.

Something really smelled about his opponentÂ’s playing. He has been getting a pain of six to put in his scoring hold on every first roll. It wasnÂ’t that Archon cared about losing runets here and there (in fact, the most of ante item he used werenÂ’t even his to begin with.), but he wasnÂ’t the type to relax when he knew something was missed. Archon pretend not to notice this, sliding his metal talon in a idle manner, not ruining the polished surface, making a noise that made the rowhand nervious and if he was nervous, imagine how the table patrons were?

He put his hand out as if to grab a dice to put in his score but froze, with his fingers a crumble from touching them and smiled, <span style='color:#811214'>“I’ll called a double jeopardy…" </span>A few murmur in the background caused him to paused then eyed, <span style='color:#811214'>“against the dragon across from me."</span>

“Hey, he can’t do that! His hand-" The cerulean dragoon protested.

“has not touched the dice yet, sir, and since he has only one qualifier on his side, It’s perfectly legal." The femme rowhand stated

Archon noticed the panic on the dragon’s face and smirked, <span style='color:#811214'>“What matter, nioti? You have rolled perfect two sixes for the past five hands…surely you can handle all or nothing scenrio."</span>

A snarl rumbled in the dragon’s throat, but knowing very well what not to do around a dragon like Archon, he sustained it, gritted his teeth, “How many are you betting?"

A calm entered the dragon’s mind as he noticed that Archon didn’t have anything on his side on the table, getting cocky. This was until Archon reached down his waist, producing a small hemp sack and tossed it on the table. It unfastened spilling an uncountable amount of the growing stones all over the table. <span style='color:#811214'>“I believe now for you to call the bet, you must bet it all."</span>

There was no time for the dragon to protested before the rowhand nodded taking the dragonÂ’s winnings from his side and putting it along side ArchonÂ’s ante. The rowhand slipped her slender paw down to the shelf underneath the table, taking out two pair of dice, different in color and handed a orange pair to Archon and the blue pair to his opponent. They looked at them, pulling what gesture they used to breath, and rolled.

“Orange, six, four…ten. Blue, Five, three…eight. Orange wins."

Archon laughed in the enjoyment, taking his winning, but suddenly glared at the dragon trying to leave hastily,<span style='color:#811214'> “Nice doing a killing off ya. Are you going pick your lucky dice of dice before you leave, my cheat?" </span>

He watched as the dragon made a break for it, looking at the rowhand,<span style='color:#811214'>“Look at his hold…Two of the dice had all sixes"</span> The rowhand made a slight lip to apologize, but he shook his head, smiling at the female, <span style='color:#811214'>“Don’t sweat, lovely, I won’t say anything to the owner. After all, I wouldn’t want you all scared up because she in the mood."</span>

    ______________

The mood Archon spoke of can sometimes be heard from viewing distance of her glass dome roofing her villa. A dark bellow echoed within the Chamber of Fidelity, which has a depressing contast to the daedal gardens and bath spring big enough to hold a family although she is only resident. A creature strapped to rotating wheel was so wretched that there was no way of telling who he was in the beginning, only a victim to one of many of NadynaÂ’s games. Holding the heated strip in her hands, she giggled, starting at the many of her playthingÂ’s burns, scars and burns that will scar, then looked at her tool disappointedly as she tossed it back on the kiln and walked to her shelf of whips and other things that one would rather not find out what they do. She took up one that look like a three fork back scratcher, except the ends were metal and seemly sharply. Nadyna laughed in delighted as she turned to wake towards her victim until a hand touched her shoulder. A bulk dragon jumped back avoiding his bossÂ’s reaction of slashing at him with the object.

Nadyna calmed, seeing who it is, then frowned <span style='color:#0C820E'>“You got some balls touching me during my playtime."</span>

“I’m sorry, miss, but it seems that you may want to come outside for a while. There’s something that may interested you."

<span style='color:#0C820E'>“For your sake, it had better or you’ll be spending your hour here a year early" </span>Nydyna retorted, dismissing him with a wave of her hand. She faced the door to leave, but then looked her victim still strapped to the wheel, <span style='color:#0C820E'>“Looks like you will have to settle for being bored again. I'll be back to make you sing once more."</span> The venomous femme watched her victim twitched at the thought, and laughed as she left him unable to lick his wounds, as she lapped his blood that damped on her hand, a reminder of the fun to come.

((Ugh, forgot to timestamp this bugger <_< ))

  2. OOC: Le yum. Fun thread. And amazing job with the discriptions, as usual. So... I think I'm going to RP Shiraz. For reference:
    Name: Shiraz Montai
    Gender: female
    Hatchday: Tessera (Autumn), 3 (Age: 1 900)
    Mother: Azantyeh
    Father: unknown
    Relationship Status: Single and Looking
    Offspring: none
    Primary Trade: Spy, Apprentice
    Secondary Trade: Seduction, Apprentice

IC: Aah, the Black Rune... A metropolis of murderers, liars, and cheaters all legalized and thrown into one oversized gemstone-- the perfect place for Shiraz Montai to take an evening off and relax. The sky was dark early that day, dimming to a dusky purple-green which matched the swamp perfectly. Not far off from the building, the spongy turf on which she stood became less and less stable, and soon it degraded into thick quagmire; eventually it became mud, and much further out, the mud was riddled with thick water-chewed pockmarks, in which oily streams and puddles made their home.

From inside the casino rose twisted symphony of screaming (from the fighting dome); the pounding of fists, music, and of course the dull roar of many 'dragon's voices; laced also with the occasional fluttering slap of stiff, freshly-made playing cards; and of course the inevitable seductive clink of runets. Those were the sounds that energized the wine-red femme, and she was satisfyed to hear that the casino was in full swing, even already. She came here once every 15 days or so, when she could get to it, when she wasn't on a mission or selling secrets. 'Raz was a spy, but she was free-lancing; she worked for herself and chances are she helped both sides of any conflict. She was neither good nor bad, and her motives and morals weren't set in black-and-white. She did not believe in definite good or evil, and that was probably why the casino was so enjoyable: to some spies, a good fight employing their skill was immoral; to Shiraz, it was simply an advantage. And when blood was shed, money came to her. Hell, she probably wouldn't be able to afford to keep herself stocked with weapons as she did unless she took a couple of 'dragon's lives per quarter. The betting ran higher later at night, though, so she decided to just go in and play a few hands of Ramathian poker, or perhaps dice. Shi changed her direction, walking towards the large, open front door of the stone, instead of the battle arena, whose doors were smaller.

Shiraz was in full bipedal form that night, with draconic features still intact, but a human posture and soft feminine body figure. She wore casino-proper garb, enough to make a splash: lime-green hot-pants, leather wrap-stilletos, and a black leather bodice. Her cute little creamy wings weren't folded to her back, swan-style; rather, they were unfurled, and curved about her sides, dipping in front of her and curling neatly inward. It gave her the appearance of a fallen angel of some sort. However, several knives were tucked about her person, including down the front of her rather-too-voluptuous top. In addition to that, she carried a black bag. In it was her fighting gear: a pair of charcoal-black cargo pants, a black muscle tee, and combat boots. Also in the bag was her ante-item. She drew this out as she reached the guards at the front of the building. It glittered in the Fronima-powered light sconces placed on either side of the wide carved door.

This was one item Shiraz truely knew nothing about. She had found it on a mission in Bhim, in a weapons shop she was in at the time. But it seemed to be no ordinary weapon. It was a knife, with a small three-inch hilt and a five-inch blade. The blade swam with a sort of irridescent, sinuous gleam. The metal itself was silver-gray, nothing out of the ordinary, but Shiraz had done tests (throwing it at a stone and immersing it in salt water for two days), and the metal had shown no signs of decay. 'Raz would have kept it, but she had no use for it and, anyway, it could fetch enough money (if she gambled right) to pay its worth twice over again. So she handed the blade hilt-first to the bouncer. He frowned at it for a moment, checking it over on some sort of weapons chart laminated to the wall behind him. Then, he whispered something to the first guard. Gruffly, and with a thick accent reminiscent of a Black Market thug, he said, "We canno' appraise the value of this knife. The metal iss... nothing we have seen before. We will jus' give you its weight in runets, a'ight miss?" Shiraz stared.

"No, it is NOT all right. Listen, you could plunge that blade into a vat of acid and it woudln't disintigrate. Watch." She snatched the knife back from him and, without warning, slammed it wildly against the wall. Its surface was serene and untouched. Just as quickly, she whipped a boning knife from her bodice, much to the surprise of the two bounchers. With one smash into the wall, the tip crumpled. "That was my best knife," she said. "You give me both those knive's weight in runets, plus ten more. Then, I'll be satisfyed." The two burly 'dragons were in no mood to argue after the rather manic knife display. When they said nothing, Shi picked up the boning knife, and the other. She gave them to the guards, who weighed them on a balance scale. But the female's keen eye saw that the balancer weight, which rested on the bar between the two scales, was pushed rather far towards one side. Pointed ears plastered back to her burgundy head, Shi flicked out a claw and casually leaned over to push the bit of metal back towards the center. Soon, her knives were weighed and disposed of, and she held a much-used hemp pouch at her belt. It clinked with little black-and-silver runets. Fortunately, through all the confusion with the knives, the full-figured she-dragon's age remained a mystery. In truth, she was only 19oo, a full 2oo years too young to enter the casino.

She entered the main room, smiling. It was the poker room. There were many 'dragons here. She hesitantly walked towards a table with a missing slot, but then decided to start her night with a satisfying game of dice. She looked about. A few tunnels carved into the black stone ran off it; a sign in Ramathian above them revealed where they lead. Shiraz chose the one that read "PEKA", and followed it to another room.

A distraught looking pendragon dashed past her. No coins clinked at the limp bag in his hands; Shi flicked an ear. Obviously he'd been outbet. Casting an eye in the direction he came from, she saw a male, and a fearsome looking one at that. His pupil was a simple, cruel slash, and his red fur reminded Shiraz vividly of wounds and injuries. A row of metal spikes rippled at his back. An interesting partner at dice, for sure, thought Shiraz as she padded up to him. Carelessly pulling out a plushy green velvet chair (for the casino, though tricksome, was posh), she sat down. Her wings were curved elegantly about her. She gave off vibes of dangerous grace. "Hello," she said throatily to her new playing companion. To the rowhand, she asked, "Two pair of dice, please." Soon a pair of lively green dice rested in front of her, and she smiled, tapping one with a slick gray-black claw. Then she pulled out the sack, and drew one carved coin, a runet with the symbol for luck on one side, and death on the other. They were fashioned that way for coin-tossing games, matches, or tie-breakers, but Shi enjoyed that each one had a different design. This coin surely seemed symbolic of the path the night could take, and that was just the way Shiraz liked it. Dangerous. She flipped the coin across the backs of her hands, and then tossed it into the air, where it landed on the stone table with a clink. Death. Laughing softly, she drew out another coin, this one marked Prosperity and Health. "I'm betting low tonight," she said in her deep rasp. "Now place your chips-- Sha ras et ym. "

  3. Character: Shadow~Male~1900

The night was young and the sky was dark. But that did not make a problem for those inside at the time. The Black Rune was quite full tonight and the lights were bright. Some would say they were that way so you could see your own hand better, others would say to see some one elseÂ’s hand. Cheating was very illegal here and when caught the cheaters would be severely punished. If they were caught that was.

Now Shadow was a fair fellow when he wanted to be, but on the other hand, he was a cheating liar at hart. He walked around from a few of the tables holding his head high with a fairly full sac of runets on his side. He was proud of himself, he hadnÂ’t used any black magic to cheat in the betting he had done. Not yet anyway. He wanted to make a bit of profit this night. Since he had finally got in.

Yes, itÂ’s true that he had been kick out, how many times now, 4? Something around that, but who was counting. He had to change the way he looked, making himself older. He still had some of his features from his 1900 year old self, but with a few added years making him look more to be around 2300. He walked in his biped form, it was much easier to hold things and such. It was common way to be here.

He made sure that he was dressed properly to be let in as well. Not his raggedy stuff he wore while coming the back allies. Now he had on a black sleeve less vest. With an open caller and a pocket over his hart that held a red flower. He always enjoyed having a little touch of color now and then. With that he wore black dress pants. Nothing to fancy, but enough for him to look respectable. And it had worked, he had now already been in the casino for a few hours without any trouble. And not even making a seen of himself.

He walked through of few of the floating buildings, along the glowing walk ways. Sometimes having to push through the big crowds, but it was what he was used to, and he loved it all the same. This is what he lived for, even if he shouldnÂ’t really be here. He finally found himself in a room with a few tables, he wasnÂ’t really heading to one in particular but found himself watching a game of Remda Peka. A young fem dragon had seen to have a bet on the table.

He didnÂ’t feel like placing a bet at the moment on anything, so he would watch and see what happens here. He liked to get a good idea of what was going on at a table, or even a whole room, before he did anything. He was a little paranoid to lose his runets. And didnÂ’t want to take chances of stepping into something he couldnÂ’t handle. Sure he had his dark magic, but there were some pretty powerful and dangerous people in this place. Who had a lot of money to use on what they want when they want.

Shadow had enough pendragons who wanted him dead already. He didnÂ’t need any more. With that he stood on one end of the table away from the ones who where betting and standing with the ones who werenÂ’t. His eager eyes watched the female, the move to the rowhand. Waiting to see what would be rolled.

  4. ooc: Dreed~male~3000

ic: Drops down out of high flightly looks down upon the spectical that was taking place below him. Likcs his lips lips lightly and shifts his large muscled form dropping down out of the skies and crashing down hard upon hte surface of the swampy grounds. Lifts his red glowing eyes up from the ground and shifts them about slowly at other 'dragons as they moved in and out of the large complex. Glares and folds back his wings against his form moving towards the structure. Comes up on the front enterances and looks at two 'dragons that stood out front at the doors. Glares upon them looking over their forms then smirks heading up the short set of steps to the enterances. If I was to cause any trouble, these 'dragons wouldn't be no match to stand in my way. He thought as he wandered into the building pushing the great doors easily.

Once inside the structure he lifted his eyes up to the many lights and sounds the corrupted his senses slightly. Shook his head and rubs the back of his neck as he looks over at 'dragons play Poker and other assortment of card games. Walks down towards one of the gaming tables and is interrupted by a young female 'dragon, asking him if would like to order something to drink. Lowers his red glowing eyes upon her then reaches into his side belt drawing a golden coins placing them onto the tray that she was carrying. Nods to her then she goes on her way to get his drink. Dreed flows the young 'dragon for a short moment with his eyes then turns back to looking upon one of the card tables, watching hands being dealt and playing chips of sorts being tossed into the center of the table. A shame really...to watch these commoners to just throw away cash like that. There is no chance that the winner will be attacked shortly after he leaves.

Dreed turns his eyes away from the table and looks about once at the many things about hte area then Comes the sudden sound of blades clashig with one another in the back of the building. Smirks lightly at the sound of it then walks on his way to the place. An arena..., he thought as he continued to walk on.

  5. Archon turned to the woman and smirked, gathering most of his winning into the satchel and strapping it back on his chest, next to his lap. All but a few runets were stacked in a tower below his hand, and tips of his claw slid behind it, plucking two runets towards the rowhand. Waiting for the another dragon that sat down with the two and bet the same amount, Archon nodded at the rowhand, <span style='color:#811214'> “Roll us in"</span>

He was feeling more relax to see more people playing, although a seat was vacant. After such a dreadful win with the cheater, losing a few runets would be more fun than it was after the incident. The poor cheater he robbed was probably caught, maybe slain, by now or worst sent to the ownerÂ’s playground. Archon seen her place once before, and Dymikca help the poor souls that were put in as a client rather than an observer, which he, as one of very few, privilege of.

The rowhand took the bets and rolled out the dice, six dice to each player. Since he was on the end, which was a slight disadvange, the rowhand asked him first what he wanted to do with his set. He looked at the dice, disappointed: 1,2,2,3,1,3. His claw tapped for the one to be kept, as he needed it in order to qualify, and waved his hand over the other five, asking them to be sent away. The rowhand nodded, sliding the one dice into the holding slot while the other were put aside to be rolled again when his turn comes around. The rowhand looked at the Shiraz, awaiting instructions on what to be done with her set of rolls.
    _______

Her nose twitched, smelling old dried blood, from the spheriral cage. Nadyna swayed intoxicated by the smell from her personal booth positioned closed enough to get bloody droplets on her dress. She looked at the her bouncer, then at the pair of fighters in the arena as he spoke.

“His name is Ziechs. He won ten fights in the past two hours. One of them almost broken the arena’s record by two seconds."

Nadyna looked bored, hiding her little interest. No one has ever conceived the record since the day of that accursed one who scarred up her pretty leg. She wondered what happened to him these days. Probably enjoying fair business with many resident of Bhim or slaying the one that tried to trick him. She recalled him telling her, that she was the only one to survive the latter, <span style='color:green'>“So?"</span>

“I thought you were in need of new personal champion, since the lack of one has been obvious."

<span style='color:#0C820E '>“and since when have I gave you the privilege of suggestion, Dylan"</span> Nadyna glared, that caused him to lose his confident disposition, <span style='color:#0C820E '>“Only four I considered dispatched fifty dragons before they ever caught my eye…" </span>she rose from her throne, watching the fight a little more before smashing a red button with her fist, caused the ring to electrify and the upper panels to break back, <span style='color:#0C820E '>“Perphaps, if he survives that, maybe I’ll stick around a little longer"</span> Dylan hesitated to say any more, watching her leave, then watched the fight as it progress. It’s not everyday he was allowed in a good spot, especially the owner’s booth.

NadynaÂ’s foot touched the last of the stair leading up to her booth, and down the secluded hall with allowed only her to enter. Before she out into the main hall of the spectatorÂ’s entrance, she pulled her legs into her tail as it changed into its serpentine form. She didnÂ’t walking around the arena and that form put less strain on her legs. Although the current fight was excitement, spectators couldnÂ’t help to mutter, even studder timorously as they saw her slither down the public booth, crowd parted in her wake.

  6. Dreed comes with in the arena area and looks down upon the fighting that was taking place. Licks his lips lightly and strolled into the pubic booth and stood down towards the edge looking up at the fighters. Glares slightly as he watched then lifts his eyes up towards the lighting above then looks back to the ring. Shakes his head slightly and listens to the heavy roar of crowd as they rise and fall during strong hits and everything in the arena. Licks his lips a bit then smirks. They would get a kick out of me if I was down in there, slaying 'dragons left and right.

Dreed reaches his hand up and slides it back over his mane adjusting it as he looked one. Flexes his wings outward striking a few 'dragons that set about him. One of the male he struck stands up and begins to curse Dreed. Dreed turns his eyes to the 'dragon that started on him then he smirks. The male swung out a set of claws attempting to injury Dreed. But just as the male went for this, Dreed swings up his arm knocking away the other 'dragon's claws then brings his fist up uppercutting the male in the chin, causing the male to fly up into the air then come down with a crash into the battle sphere above. Did not know who he fucking with...three other 'dragons that came with the male rise up from where they sat then go out and attack Dreed as well.

  7. Quite a crowd stirred around the aisle but their backs toward at the current arena fight. Nadyna growled as this mob obstructed her route around the arena, throwing one of the observer aside as she broke though the ring of dragons while she sent a mental message to the guards. Her demands sent them rushing to the scene, some armed with stun/stock batons while a line was armed with bolt rifles waiting for the baton teamed to break though the spectators.

She watched as the crowd thinned by the guards to where she could see the brawl, watching the dark dragon dominating over five of them at once. Nadyna smiled with interest, gesturing with her hand for them not to fire. The boucers didn't believe this, she was letting them fight as if it was her personal enterainment. In most cases, it was never a good idea to entertain the boss.

  8. One of the male's jump high up above Dreed then extends his claws forth bring them down on him. Dreed swings his massive wings up knocks the male away from him as he turns his eyes to another that was coming from the side. Swings his fist forth and counters the male's strikes knocking him into a bouncer. Dreed roared aloud throwing his hand out taking one of the 'dragons by the head then slams him into the ground below his fist. Lifts his eyes up just as the last of the four 'dragons swings a blade out and stabs Dreed in the side. He winces slightly then lifts red glowing eyes to the male 'dragon taking his hand into his crushing it then swings his fist in full force crushing the fourth 'dragon's face in.

The 'dragon falls back against the ground, unable to be noticed and Dreed stumbles slightly holding his side then walks away from the four 'dragons but stops looking to the bouncers that was formed in a line infront of him. Growls lightly then draws his now blooded hand away from his side then spreads his wings forth ready for anything that comes. "You want a piece of me?! He roared aloud looking to the other bouncers. Holds his hands out to his sides ready to fight some more.

meanwhile, another fight was taking place in the arena. " i dont have all day, so hurry up." said Lukhan. as the other charged, he seemed to vanish. "up here" lukhan said as he smashed the other dragon into the ground. "anyone else?" he questioned with a smirk on his face

  10. Watching the brute man-handed five others, her lips curled with a mischievous leer. Her enjoyment of this was scaring the guards more than the enraged dragon. She slithered closer until she was in view of the dragonÂ’s back, with a thin skewer at hand briefly since she threw it at such a speed not no one noticed what she doing until it struck deep into DreedÂ’s back. The shocking pain followed after impaling feeling as she sent thousands of volts into the dragon body by a wire tied to the skewer and her hand. DreedÂ’s body fell lifeless on the floor before everybody noticed her presence, backing up to stay out of range of her anger.

Nadyna smiled at the crowd’s fear, approaching the unconscious form, placed two fingers on his neck. He was still alive, though being stabbed and shocked with fatal amount of electricity. She gestured at with her hand towards one of the guards from her to become close enough to whisper, <span style='color:#0C820E'>“Take him with me. . .and clean up this mess." </span>

The guard nodded as two bouncers lifted DreedÂ’s body and carried him at behind her. The others calmed down in the same manner as one would if a venomous snake lost interested and slither away. Nadyna smirked in glee. She was going to enjoy him. . .

<span style='color:#0C820E '> “Hmph.."</span>She halted as she saw another fight obstructing her path. One of the dragons was thrown in her way, in which she caught him by the neck. Everyone looked at her at the moment, in which she grinned while her single hand gave the neck a sharp twist, snapping the bone. Dropping the corpus immediately, Nadyna, at the speed of a serpent’s strike, immediately struck out the first dragon she saw standing in the fight, which was Lukhan, sending him on the railing. Her talon hand’s gasped Lukhan’s throat, pushing him half-way over, then looked at the crowd, <span style='color:#0C820E'>“If I see one more unauthorized fight going in the stands, it won’t be just the participates in danger, but anyone stupid enough to watch!" </span>

Her head quirked like an eagle spotting food upon seeing that she held his neck hard enough for it to bleed. She leaned in closer, sliding her tongue over the blood up to his face around the nuzzle, <span style='color:#0C820E'>“Hmm, not bad. I suggest that you don’t do anything that will allow me to taste you again. I may slice you up to get a better taste."</span> She whispered in his face before throwing him again the hard front of the stands. As the guard had their guns toward the downed dragon, she looked at the Lukhan with a grin to make a demon pissed on himself, before leaving with her new inspiration carried close behind her.

DreedÂ’s wound were healed by the arenaÂ’s healers and a collar was placed on his neck. Nadyna dismissed the guards away from the room of the infirmary, leaving them alone. She sat on the counter, swinging her legs idlely until he came to. Watching him walking up in a start, glaring at her with a raging eye.

<span style='color:#0C820E'>“Careful, one word from me and I’ll have to pleasure of seeing the tiny bones of your pretty neck all over the floor with a simple boom. So, I wouldn’t try to do anything no matter how fast or strong you are…right now, you can died faster than you can lift a claw."</span>

  11. "get those guns away from me." said lukhan as he stood up, rubbing his neck. "dang, shes got one heck of a grip, i'm gonna have to make a note of that." he said, slinging his sword back in his sheath.

  12. Dreed looks at her as he lies there then looks down at his hand, curling it into a fist. Releases a heavily sigh and sits up from the bed reaching one of his hands back touching his fresh scare. Glares slightly as he touches it then looks over at the female out the corner of his eye. What does she want with me? Why stop me from being killed?[/b] He thought for a short moment then flexes his wings out folding them back against his shoulders. Lowers his eyes to the floor closing his hands together.

Looks back over at the female as his anger vanished ever so slightly inside of him. Turns his eyes over towards the exit of the infirmary then back to the female. "Who are you, and what is with this so called collar?" He questioned her standing up from the bed reaching his hand up to feel it. Shakes his head once more and stumbles slightly then walks over to her a bit relasing another of his heavy sighs. Reaches out his scared hand slowly to her as he walks to her then comes to a stop once more, just feet away from her.

  13. after his encounter with the owner, lukhan signed up for a fight in the arena.
when his name was called, he walked into the arena with a cool demeanor on him, not scared that he was going int o a place that could cost his life. as soon as he stepped in, three 'dragons decided that he was an easy kill. "bring it on boys. bring it on." said lukhan as he put his rigt foot forward and turned it back towards himself. as the other 'dragons were just about to hit, they fell to the ground, lifeless. "pitiful, weaklings, never charge your opponent when they are in the speed draw stance." he said, looking around for more who would challenge him.

  14. She looking amused watching his body shadowing over her, but rather than the usual uncontentment that comes with it, Nadyna dropped off the counter, landing over her feet as she observed about his built carefully though the fine detail of muscle to the red flare that swirled within his eyes. Nadyna grinned at him, <span style='color:#0C820E '>“…You don’t get to know more than that I’m the owner of this dark rock you were spilling blood about in."</span>

Keeping a business tone with him, she continue as she pointed at her own neck, gesturing at him, <span style='color:#0C820E'>“It’s noting important, just a little voice-activated cylindrical explosive. . .I didn’t want you to put your excess anger waves at me, before could even I attempt to make a small deal with you." </span>

Losing her stern tone in exchange for a rare calm tone, <span style='color:#0C820E'>“As you can see, the Jaitl Aia is a personal joy of mine, but lately there hasn’t been a person that made me want to do my daily rounds for years, and you…amused me, although unofficially. Which is why you’re still alive now and if you hear and consider my offer. You’re most likely to stay that way and…a lot more."</span>

  15. Dreed releases a sigh then kneels down on a knee near her then licks his lips lightly lowering his eyes away from her he does. Curls his hands inward against his knee and places another on the floor beside him. "Well, how can I turn it down? I mean you are in control of my life now...boss." He spoke reaching his hand up touching it to the collar. Draws it back down flexing his wings out then folds them over his chest like a gargoyle. Lifts his eyes once more standing back up from the floor slightly looking back to Nadyna.

I should have just kept flying on and ignore what was happening down in here. He thought looking to her with his red glowing eyes then relases a low growl from inside himself, being unthreating as he does. Licks his lips slightly then relaxes his eyes slightly.

  16. Nadyna laughed, seeing the concision vividly on his face, but then she shook her face enjoying this. <span style='color:#0C820E '>"...No" </span>She looked disappointed as she caught the conclusion on his face and explained,<span style='color:#0C820E '> "If I wanted you as a slave, you would have never heard the word 'deal' anywhere...it would have been a do or die command from me."</span>

There was silent between them until she pouted harshly,<span style='color:#0C820E '>"...Stand up, you fool, and hear what I proposing." </span>Her hand grasped his shouder hard, but gentle and guiding as she urge to stand on his feet. Nadyna released him, walking toward the door with her back towards him. <span style='color:#0C820E '>"As I said before, I rarely have a personal favorite, a contender that is worthy on my time, my interests, that makes me want to conserve him or her until the rapine snatches my twisted soul. . .until today, two have invoke my need to return to the dome, and since your bloodlust previously agreed with me. . .I'm offering you a chance to prove your best, and restoke my fire again. . .as a favorite to all, if not just me." </span>

Sliding her hand about his face, looking at him. <span style='color:#0C820E '>"Most dragon believe you to be dead, according reputation of my wraith, but I'm planned to loophole that outcome. You see, most serious offenders are thown into the sphere to fight for their lives. If they win, they win their freedom. I want to play that charade with you against tonight's best. . .except that unlike most doomed cheaters, you'll fighting for an higher reward. A prilvage here in the Black Rune that pulls the fine stings within Bhim if you will for its service..a powerful asset...Only three has this favor of my power, and tonight if you wish, a fight for the fourth will commence."</span>

  17. He stood up slowly from the ground then reaches his hand up sliding it along his mane looking down on her after she proposed this idea of a becoming something. Licks his lips a bit then walks over towards the door reaching his hand out to it turning the knob. Looks back over his shoulder at Nadyna then back away once more. "I accept...", he spoke softly to her as he opened the door then heads out slowly. Extends his wings forth and leans his head back, popping several muscles in his back and shoulders as he continues to walk. Comes to a stop and looks down from where he was stand upon all of the 'dragons that moved about the place. To become...something more..., he thought on it as he all ready agreed to her terms.

Crosses his arms over and stands there swaying his tail back and forth, waving the flame as he does. Looks back over his shoulder to Nadyna that was still on the room then turns his eyes away once more closing them a bit.

  18. Back in the dice room, oblivious to the tension in the other area of the casino, Shiraz was dicing with Archon. As she motioned to the rowhand, her thick leather bodice shifted slightly. Absentmindedly, she pulled it up with one claw of the other nimble hand. But she soon forgot her clothing, when the rowhand cast the six green-glazed dice from a gilt cup. Looking over the throw with a keen eye, she frowned. The dice were 5, 1, 3, 2, 2, 1. Not a bad roll, but not a good, either. With a glossy claw the femme tapped the one die, and the rowhand set it in a little container. She set it in front of her body, and then hesitantly looked at the roll. She cocked her head for a moment, then shook it and brushed a burgundy hand over the remaining dice. The rowhand obediently swept them away into the cup, and took up Archon's dice. It was time for his roll.

The femme looked at the ante. There were a good 20 coins in the dip in the center of the black table. Who knew what luck would bring? She studied the little symbols on the coins in the pool and found herself again entranced by the characters and meanings. Cold, love, death, pale, life... certainly such meaning for such small and meaning-less bits of metal! She chuckled richly, rippling her chocolate-blood coloured robe of fur. She tapped her heels on the stony ground and tore her gaze from the glowing little coins. She rolled her shoulders, fluttered her wings, stretched each creamy feather. "I'm Azalea Monthega," she said silkily, of course providing an acceptable alias in place of her true name, Shiraz Ah'Sha Montai. "And dear," she said rather softly and edgily, sending a shimmy through her backfur, "what are you called?" She leaned in close to this male's face. Her fine ears picked up a slight muttering, as if his body was conversing inside, and he didn't know it. The muttering was a near-inaudible metallic hum, with an occasional click. The metallic grate was abnormal, 'Razzy knew, but she would not let her chips-of-onyx eyes flick anywhere except for her gambling opponent's eyes.

She broke the gaze first, and instantly berated herself on the cowardice she showed in that move. She slipped a hand to her theigh, and stroked the outline of a knife. Just as slowly she brought her hand back up, as if nothing had happened. She looked up at the rowhand. The albino 'dragon was bipedal, and dressed in a slim black uniform with a red velvet belt, and a red velvet band around his neck. She looked at him. He appeared to be about 25oo, with a slight bit of baby-fat still evident around his belly. His fur was bleach-white and his eyes were hot red. She smiled softly at him, and then leaned towards him.

"Yes, miss?" His voice was an honest and nervous bass.

"Get your best bycpu brought here, sir," the spy said to him, and settled back on her chair. He raised his head and called, "Damaske! Das sha vanula us surla tezsaam u bypcu, ut tyym ut iyo kum das es, ycui, thesvuka? " He delivered the last with a smile and a chuckle; evidently he was aqquainted with the bartend. Shiraz knew he had used Ramathian because most of the patrons of the Black Rune weren't fluent in anything but the common language. The Black Rune wanted to keep their customers gambling as late as possible, and the idea was that if they were interrupted at conversation, they would wish to leave. But unfortunately, 'Raz was well-versed in Ramathian. "Hyf uryos iyo caag sha jopa fyjpt sy iyojtalv, ah?" she said sweetly. Ignoring his reaction, she turned around to study her opponent once more.

"Are you going to have your dice rolled or...?"

  19. meanwhile, Lukhan was having the time of his life in the arena. he had been hurt, but he had won every fight so far, and people were starting to notice this upstart, and whoever had bet on him at first had at least doubled their earnings. COXO JIO TAM screamed lukhan, using the technique. soon after, the other dragon fell to the ground, lifeless. with 9 holes in him, the head, groin, left shoulder, right shoulder, left waist, right waist, center chest, and left pelvis and right pelvis. lukhan just licked the blood off the sword, enjoying its taste. "whos next" he said, with a malicious grin on his face.

  20. <span style='color:#0C820E '>“Good, I’m looking forward to this, believe me." </span>She told to him, finally content as she walked out the room. Just as she about to say more to Dreed, she paused, her eyes narrowed as she spotted Dylan from the distance, walking toward them. Dylan glared at the dark dragon a bit, then at his boss, moving his lip as if he was about to demand something but Nadyna cut him short, <span style='color:#0C820E '>“Has this Ziechs left the area?"</span>

“He’s still around taking a hiatus, and letting some others fight at their discretion. There is one tha—"

<span style='color:#0C820E '>“Call him to the arena and have him ready to fight…and make him want to if necessary. I want the sphere cleared within the next thirty minutes…by any means possible if there are unwilling along them"</span>

Dylan was about to raise his eyebrow at his bossÂ’s order, but he knew better. He took a half-honest bow and left them.

<span style='color:#0C820E '>“And you be ready by that time as well. Enjoy yourself around until then…but no rage business, understand?" </span>Nydyna left him to attend to some business now placed upon her.

    ______

<span style='color:#811214 '>“...it seems like the time to do so, does it or is the replacement here is having a problem noticing on how to do his job?" </span>Archon glared at the rowhand, seeing that he hasn’t rolled his dice yet for him to take his turn. He really didn’t notice the previous female rowhand that left, replaced by this moron. A harsh sigh escaped his throat, drumming his metal finger against the table as the rowhand panicked at the expression caused by the dragon’s impatient and rolled.

<span style='color:#811214 '>“…Thank you" </span>Looking at the 4, 2, 2, 1, 6 shown before him, moving his hand and tapping the four and six before brushing the rest away. Observing at the female beside him with the corner of his eye, his eyes slowly closed trying to accept the readjusting the machine in his arms and back do on a timely basis. Most time it was pain, some times it was like having sometime crawling on his skin. At the moment it felt like the latter.

<span style='color:#811214 '>"...Archon, no important last name...and no reasons of lie because it wouldn't hide my indentify very much. . .resident here?" </span>
