  1. OOC: Let's see how this goes. It may die, or may bloom into what I'm hoping it will be...

Things have been well for the Teslos since their struggle against Shaleus many many days ago. Some of them have found closer relationships with members of "The Lost". Some have become ever more distraut at "The Lost". Some work in mysterious ways that no one can deciepher... aside from their master... Despite the bits of anger towards "The Lost" from some of the Teslos, a balance of peace has been struck. A balance that will soon be tipped...

Kama slept in the small inn. He had had a long day. Bounties had been plentiful in the most recent days. He had also been the fortunate one who had completed most of them. As he layed in his bed, sleeping, not lightly, but not heavily, a loud rapping could be heard on his window. Kama awoke and a second later he sprung out of his bed, ready to fight, as that was his natural instinct that he had mentally trained himself to do.

The loud rapping and tapping continued until Kama moved silently to the window. He grabbed a small dagger before pulling back the window blinds. To his relief, Revol and the rest of "The Lost" stood on the balcony right outside the window. Kama sighed before opening the window. As he opened it, Revol stepped in, but the rest of "The Lost" waited outside.
"What do you need captain Revol?" questioned Kama, trying to stand steady despite his weariness.
"Don't ask me that," replied Revol sharply, slapping Kama with the back of his hand. "You failed to attend a long planned meeting today. It was crucial that you attended. Where were you?"
"I-I'm," stammered Kama. In truth, Kama couldn't remember any such meeting, even though he thought carefully. "I cannot remember any such meeting sir."
"Ignorant fool..." murmered Revol, turning his back on Kama. "How sick I am to see my own members forgetting these simple things... Don't make the same mistake!" spoke Revol, shoving Kama into a wall. Revol left and moved away with the rest of "The Lost" who seemed to be glaring at Kama.

After they left, Kama felt a bit angry towards Revol for being so harsh. Kama pulled out his PDA and looked on his calendar. The meeting wasn't even on the calendar on his PDA... Kama shook his head before putting the gadget away. Maybe Revol was in a bad mood... Why take his anger out on him then?... Kama couldn't think of an logical answer. Hopefully this didn't happen again... Kama layed back on his bed again and fell back into sleep...

The next morning, Kama woke up. He quickly scheduled a gunship to pick him up so he could get to "The Lost" HQ in Nyone Mountain Range. Kama had made up his mind, if nothing else, he would apologize to Revol for his ignorance in not getting the message about the meeting. Hopefully mend any frayed wounds...

Kama got on the gunship early in the morning and arrived at the base around afternoon. He made his way through the area and found the AI of "The Lost" base.
"Can I help you Kama Teslo?" asked the computer.
"Yes, could you leave a message for Revol telling him that I'm sorry about last night and for my ignorance in not remembering the meeting yesterday? I was also wondering if he would like to meet me prehaps and go over what I missed at the meeting?"
"Data transfered," replied the AI a few seconds after Kama spoke. Kama was hoping that he had caught Revol at a good time and that his commander would be able to meet with him...

OOC: seems a bit rough, but it will mend itself out as the plot continues; enjoy

Cassie didn't wait for a moment, transfering the message to Revol himself, who sat brooding on the 15th floor, away from his members, and most importantly, at the advice of Sanders, away from his missions. Lately Revol hadn't been in a good mood. Several of his organizations small installations had been discovered and dealt with by military forces, and tens of his members had been caught unawares, arrested, and most secretly put to death for having anything to do with the group. All of this frazzled Revol, as he couldn't find any evidence of investigations or inquiries into his gangs affairs in recent times. He had connections throughout the military, and even a few connections with those close to the graders, now grader, and nothing had turned up. Frustrated, he had sunk into a slight angry streak...

"Commander, theres a message here from Kama Teslo. He wants to apologise for failing to attend a "Lost" gathering last night, yet I possess no records of a meeting, either in my calendar or my surveillance records."

Revol narrowed his eyes at the hologram, and pondered his thoughts for a moment before replying.

"Whatever the fuck the Teslos think they're doing, I don't find even the slightest bit amusing. I didn't call any fucking meeting. And last I checked, the Teslos were allies, not members, so what the hell does he really want?"

"Sir, if I may interrupt, he also asked to see you."

"Send him up, but get some security ready, I can probably handle him, but I want to take him alive if it turns out he's gone foul on us."

    "Yes sir."

The hologram flickered to life again, facing Kama, Cassie's face calm and serene.

"The Commander will see you now Kama. Please take lobby elevator one up to the 15th floor, the button will have appeared at the top of the list."

Her form vanished, and Kama was left in the middle of the busy lobby, "Lost" members and all sorts of shady types sifting in and out of the various entrances and exits, along with the large automatic sliding doors leading out to the mountain valley underneath the majority of the base. The busiest doorways were the massive hallways, clearly several feet tall and wide, that led to the hangars, where cargo of all types, mainly illegal weaponry and supplies, were being unloaded and loaded on. The base was a stronghold for illegal trading however, and thats where most of the organizations profits came from... Everything from powdered rapine claws to the latest high tech devices, stolen from military suppliers, which weren't even on the market yet... Among the hustle and bustle, and the several roomy elevators, marked from one to ten, number one stood empty, with the electronic sign above it stating it was "reserved". it was waiting for a certain passenger, with the name of Kama Teslo...

  3. Kama walked towards the elevator shaft. He was thinking of how he would confront Revol. He was actually surprised that he had gotten a hold of the commander since Revol was usually busy. He got inside of the elevator and went up.

While the elevator went up, Kama turned his cellphone on in case one of his siblings needed to get a hold of him. A few seconds afterwards, his cellphone went off. He picked it up after the second ring,
    "Hello?"
"Kama? Where have you been?" came Timaro's voice urgently on the other line.
"I'm paying a visit to the commander of our allies. Is something wrong?" replied Kama, keeping a calm tone.
Timaro's tone of voice seemed to grow harsh. "The commander of our allies payed Jahhar a visit last night. Jahhar was put into intensive care in the hospital early this morning."
    "What?"
"I'm not sure what happened yet, but apparently the two had a quarrel..."
    "Where are you?"
    "The hospital in Watani."
"I'll be there as soon as possible," replied Kama, hanging up as the elevator doors opened. Kama rested his hand on the katana on his back. Too bad the blade couldn't cut through spirits if needed...
Kama walked towards Revol, and spoke in a voice that dripped with cold fury.
"You have some explaining to do, Commander." Kama folded his arms across his chest.
"It was bad enough that you woke me up last night, but why the hell did you bother Jahhar?" Kama glared icy daggers at the armored spirit.

That same day that the turmoil began, Sabata caught a fever and was bedridden. Unfortunately for him, he would be bedridden through must of the trouble.

The same day, many miles away in Trilok, deep inside the heart of an icy palace, Auraron paced back in forth in front of a dragon watching him idly. The dragon who observed Auraron looked as if he was no older than a dragon in his late twenties. However, the dragon, Jusaki, was many years old, an ancient ancester of the Teslos, still living, in secret. None knew of his existance except for Auraron. It was thought that Jusaki was killed when the rest of the Teslo family was supposedly purged from Ramath. A dragon with his cunning, however, wouldn't be destroyed so easily. Up till two years ago, he had lived with his fellow archon servants until he introduced himself to Auraron. Jusaki wanted to see the Teslo family restored to its former glory. He had made plans. He had "nudged" Timaro and Kama into finding the old Teslo hideouts. He had lead them to the family weapons. The fortune that had occured for the Teslos had been partly Jusaki's doing. However, the restoration was far from over. Now it had been interrupted by two "curveballs". The first one was Shaleus. That dimension-freak dragon had temporarily interrupted what Jusaki was trying to accomplish. The other curveball was "The Lost" and their alliance with the Teslos. Jusaki held nothing against "The Lost" and respected them in many ways. However, the Teslos were moving in one direction, and "The Lost" were moving in a different direction from what he could tell. To try to bind the two parties...

Auraron had reported what had happened to Jahhar to Jusaki early this morning. Jusaki already knew what had occured. This trouble that had shown itself was not of Jusaki's doing. Even to Jusaki, "The Lost" were riddled with countless mysteries that he could spend the rest of eternity trying to solve. That is why he came down to one solution to try to stay on top of things.
    "Auraron."
    "Yes?"
    "Hack them..."
Auraron nodded before turning to leave the icy palace. Jusaki watched intently. Something was going on, and as almighty as he was, Jusaki couldn't lay his finger on what had happened last night...

  4. Revol immediately snarled and stood up, almost leaping around his desk and walking over to Kama, pressing his face so close to Kama he was sure the Teslo could smell the faint sweet smell of decay "The Lost" had, yet hid very well with various perfumes and chemicals.

"What the fuck are you talking about. I've been here for over a week now, organizing and trying to find some things out that are on my nerves lately, as of this moment, YOU'RE ONE OF THEM!"

He gave a low growl, and turned his head towards his desk, where Cassie appeared.

"Cassie, I want you to state this buildings events for the past couple days. Don't leave even the smallest thing out."

Cassie nodded, and a sheet of holographic paper appeared in her hands, mostly for novelty.

    "Two days previous. Tessera 13th.

8:00 AM, New Hangar Construction Crews arrive, work continues until 6:00 PM.

11:00 AM Arrival of gang leaders from Bhim. Contract signed at 11:48 AM enabling "The Lost" to trading rights within all gang controlled areas.

1:30 PM Mission "Dark Vigil" Success notification recieved. Holiday declared for all "Lost" employees for the rest of the day. Operation "Dark Vigil"-"

    Revol cut her off.

"Exclude all mission details, simply call them by their names and leave it at that."

    "Confirmed.

    Yesterday. Tessera 14th.

5:00 PM. New Hangar Bay Construction complete. Construction crews moved on to the renovation of the basement storage and activity levels for an hour, before finishing for the day and leaving.

    Today, Tessera 15th.

8:00 AM, Construction crews arrive. work continued until current time.

That has been all the important documented events in the past 2 days Commander Revol. Do you require anything else from me right now?"

"No, but keep a watch on the lobby, I don't want those decorators and designers stumbling into the wrong areas. Have the security drones block off all the restricted areas, including the research labs and the troops quarters. I don't want anyone anywhere besides the main ballroom. Don't forget to block access to the private Hangars as well."

    "Yes sir"

The hologram faded and Revol turned his head to Kama again, his coal black eyes staring him down in a mixture of anger and curiosity.

"Now take a seat, and tell me everything you've heard, because this sounds extremely fishy to me. I'm starting to regret not having you Teslos under surveillance..."

  5. Kama looked over his shoulder before taking a seat in front of Revol. He was still highly suspicious of the commander despite his reaction to the news.
"Revol... I swear I saw you in my inn room at 1 AM this morning." Kama breathed heavily to keep himself calm, "The rest of your... friends... waited outside of my room while you entered through the window." Kama reinvisioned what happened early that morning as he spoke it to Revol, "You backhanded me and harshly spoke towards me for not arriving at a meeting planned yesterday..." Kama waited before continuing. "I don't believe Cassie's reports either, you could have easily corrupted the record files. Nevermind, back to what I was saying. After what you did, you left. Later that morning, according to Timaro, you and Jahhar got into a serious quarrel." Kama stood up, barely able to contain himself any longer. Despite the stench, he leaned closely to Revol. "Why do you think my youngest brother is in the hospital?"

Auraron had been warped 10 meters away from the base inside of a cave in the mountain range. Jusaki had even sent some help for this mission. Two archon stood by Auraron's side like bodyguards. Auraron slowly paced out of the cave. He looked around and sniffed the air before slowly pacing towards "The Lost" base. Auraron wasn't worried about the mission's success. He had dealt with "The Lost" before and knew somewhat what to expect. Although, with the constant advance of technology, there could be some new toys to deal with.

As Auraron didn't know how to hack, but the tools he had with him knew how to. He looked at the archons with him.
"Lure their attention. Watch out for the core "Lost" members, they are ectoplasmic and can harm you."
The archon didn't make any motion to show that they understood what Auraron had just said. Auraron knew that they had though, as the two creatures vanished and appeared in front of some of the guards. The guards saw the archon brandishing fiery swords and didn't hesitate to fire upon what was clearly hostile. The archon walked closer to the guards, their bodies flickering from side to side, dodging the swarm of bullets. When they were closer to the guards, the archons made swift motions and sliced the guards into halves. No blood was spilled, for the heat from the swords cauterized what had been cut. The archons kept walking through the main routes into the base. They would cause a bit of trouble...

Auraron crept past the scene and snuck into the base. He moved into some air vents. It was rare for Auraron to be creeping along instead of fighting his way through the situation, because he was so dignified. However, Auraron could spend many hours trying to fight and would no doubt eventually lose his life. Auraron needed to find the main computers though... He could hear the gunfire of guards at the archon far away in the base. The archons themselves could be described more as puppets. Organic beings with no mind of their own. However, back, somewhere in Trilok, Jusaki had a strong mental bond with them and was practically inside of their bodies, controlling them. With Jusaki's cunning inside of them, Auraron could be sure that the archons would put up a fight like noneother when they encountered the core "Lost" members. It would hopefully be enough so Auraron could copy the classified "Lost" database onto a disc.

  6. Cassie immediately flickered to life as soon as the Archons proved hostile. She had considered firing upon Auraron as soon as he warped in, but chose to inform Revol first, which he she quickly did, telling him the whole story right in front of Kama and cutting Revol's new rant off at the root.

"The Ectoplasmic creatures are getting dangerously close to the labratories Commander, if they tamper with the recent experiments, we don't know how the test subjects could react..."

    Revol cursed.

"And I'll ask you why the hell your brother and two creatures I've never set eyes on before outside of Fromina are infiltrating my base! What does he think he's trying to pull sending two of those things to cause chaos and then climbing into the vent systems? Did he forget Cassie is watching this place 24/7?!"

He tapped a few keys on his wrist keyboard, and then slammed a fist down on his desk.

"Cassie, I want you to let our test subjects out to engage the creatures. Obviously they're of some resemblance, and I find that a strange coincidence. Tell Jeffrey to go monitor the situation, and step in if theres any problems, he's probably tinkering in the armory right now. I'm going to activate a certain numer of the vent fans, and go meet Auraron personally. Kama, stay exactly where you are, both you and I are going to ask your brother what the hell he thinks he's doing!"

He strode to the elevator, and tapped a key on his wrist keyboard, rather than the elevator button. The elevator doors complied nonetheless, and soon he was moving down to a lower level, the fans already turning on, in a series of sequences at high rates of speed to blow Auraron right into the Labs where the recent test subjects were being tinkered with. And Revol would be there to greet him...

Cassie monitored the Archons for a moment more, then recalled all personel from the area, sending in the new type of Sentry Drones with "Providence" Class Energy Shielding and weapons, a new design of Sanders, a hybrid of Shaelus, Machina, and Earthling Technology. They were made to render kinetic weapons useless, but their new energy systems also made them somewhat effective against spiritual and energy based foes...

"May I offer you something Kama?"

Jeffery muttered a stream of curses as he made his way to the emergency elevator, capable of moving nearly anywhere in the mountain within a matter of minutes, and mumbled to himself almost the entire trip up, loading his Old fashioned machinegun with a new type of ammo he had personally created, using charged pieces of matter as ammo, which gave the projectile, the spike rounds he normally used, both a kinetic and energy function. Revol had muttered something about ectoplasm, and then turn off his com link, and so Jeffrey expected a simple spirit or rogue drone problem. But when the door opened into a hallway outside the lowest level research labs, a few floors above the new test subject's labs, he was confronted with a scary pair of opponents. There were Providence Drones lying everywhere, and even more hovering in the air above. They quietly hovered in place, projecting crescent shaped blue energy shields and firing blue beams of energy, but were still obviously outmatched. The Archons were too fast for the beams to catch, and even as as many as 5 beams zig zagged around the corridor, cutting deep clean grooves into the armor plating, the Archons flashed around, dropping Drones from the air like they were swatting flies. Jeffery didn't waste time, and let out bursts of fire at the monsters, but the Archons seemed to know that the spikes were dangerous, with their orange tinged glow, and avoided the firey glowing rounds, cutting their way through the Drones and slowly moving towards Jeffery.

"I'd better not have to use my powers..."

He muttered, as he unloaded spike after spike their way...

  7. Auraron felt the wind of the fans blowing onto his body. He half wondered if "The Lost" were getting clumsy. Auraron was a master in the art of aerokinesis. "The Lost" were practically putting weapons in front of him for his own personal use. However, Auraron wasn't the least bit interested in manipulating the moving air as a weapon. He simply needed to just move through or around it. Auraron pushed a tunnel through the air current with a bit of strain, not much, and continued making his way through the air vents.

Jusaki watched through the eyes of the archon and was rather amused at "The Lost's" feeble attempts to destroy two of the greatest soldiers in his celestial legion. As the archon made their way through the nest of robots towards Jeffery. Jusaki ordered the creatures to disarm "The Lost" member and do no further damage to him. The archon followed the orders precisely, hacking away the barrel of Jeffery's gun as they neared him and then moving past him, deeper into "The Lost" base, continuing their disposal of whatever opposed them.
Back at Trilok, a smile of contentment could be seen on Jusaki's face even though he was in a state of meditation.

Auraron moved to the room that contained the main computer and dropped in through the air vent. He didn't see any security right off hand, but most likely, guns of all sorts would start popping up any minute. Auraron wasted no time in rushing over to the computer and placing a small robot down beside it. A mechanical parasite is what Jusaki had called it. The parasitic machine jumped up onto the main computer and latched onto it. It began to drill a tiny hole in which it would burrow into the computer. Auraron had his doubts that this robot alone could hack "The Lost" database, which was why he placed down several more similar creatures which began to copy what the original machine did. Auraron looked over his shoulder. Any minute, resistance would be here. Auraron reached his hand up towards the air vent and conjured the wind to rush around him and form a protective aura.

Kama stayed in the room, but he still couldn't help but pace around the room after Revol left. Kama heard, "May I offer you something Kama?"
"No thank you," replied Kama, his face towards the ground as he walked around the room. What was going on? First Revol attacks him and his brother, and now Auraron attacks "The Lost" base without informing anyone. Was a conspiracy being formed? Kama's mind was troubled with questions he could only ponder...

  8. Revol waited for a moment, and then cursed, knowing he had suddenly missed something.

"Cassie, where the hell is he!?"

"Currently in the backup database room"

"And theres no units left to get him out of there?!"

"Not currently, Hunt was disarmed and left alone."

"What the hell is going on here! I'm heading there himself. Feel free to do whatever you feel neccesary to get him out of those files!"

    "Yes Sir."

There was a flicker of light behind Auraron, and Cassie materialised, crossing her arms in mock severity. She smiled, and snapped her fingers, the machine sparking and jolting as raw electricity flooded into it's frail little body. It sparked, and fell to the floor, seemingly dead. She repeated the maneuver, and the rest suddenly fell to the ground, before the electricity had even touched them.

"In accordance with "Lost" protocols, all visitors must first be cleared by all four members of "The Lost" and have special permission from Commander Revol himself in order to access this room, otherwise entrance is strictly denied. Please submit to my authority or you shall be terminated. The hologram cracked her knuckles as if she was threatening him, and then began walking forward, ignoring his wind shield completely...

Hunt was furious, not only had they gotten past him, but they had destroyed the one thing he held dear, his one of a kind sub machine gun, which was impossible to find, Earth model, anywhere. Touching the cut off barrel of his gun, he moved down to the armory via the elevator, even if he could repair the gun... It just wasn't... the same...

  9. Auraron put his left hand up to his chin as if he was thinking hard. He then removed his hand and stepped past Cassie, clearly unintemidated by the hologram alone. He held his hands up in front of his face and conjured a ball of lighting. The very lightly shaded blue orb sparkled between Auraron's hands for only a few seconds before he clapped his hands together and sent a wave of electricity flowing over the room, short circuiting most, if not all of the electronic appliances. Auraron half-hoped that he had short circuited the hologram projectors of Cassie so he wouldn't have to worry about the AI while he manually stole the entire hardrive. Hacking the hard drive while at "The Lost" base would prove difficult. However, if it happened to be in Trilok, all day could be spent trying to hack into it. Auraron summoned gusts of winds from the vents which began to slowly peel away the outer shell of the main computer. Auraron reached into his pocket and felt for a teleportation node. It would serve its purpose in getting the raw information into Trilok. "Lost" forces would arrive at any minute now...

  10. "Auraron, look what you've become, nothing but a petty thief. I assume you're going to just warp the entire backup memory drive out of here aren't you? Isn't that a bit rash for one of your nature?"

Revol wandered into the room with a dissappointed look on his face, backed by a pair of "Sentinel" class drones. Unlike normal "Lost" security drones, they were neither smaller and anti gravity drones, like normal Sentry Drones, "Providence" class drones, or "Chivalry" class drones, and much unlike the massive "Tyrant" or "Hulk" class, they were normal pendragon size, and very light, armed with a slew of close combat weaponry and medium range projectile firing guns. They were crafted in the shape of anubi, or jackals from earth, one brandishing a pair of glowing Katars, and another with a long bladed glowing partisan/glaive. Their silver exteriors gleamed in the low light, electricity still jumping now and again from the walls, and they moved silently forward, their joints smoothly functioning without even a creak or squeal of something needing oil.

"Now Auraron, I want you to surrender, Kama is here, and both of us were having a disscussion when you suddenly barged in here and began attacking us. Please, join us upstairs, I want to work this out, not start another damned feud with your family!"

The Sentinel Drones took a few more steps forward, and the one with the dual Katars suddenly began glowing with a red haze, the latest in shielding technologies, while the one with the long pole weapon suddenly ignited in a blue haze, it's red version counterpart...

Hunt finally was satisfied, and holstered his new weapon with confidence. Charging back up to the elevator, he emerged not even a few feet from the two Archons, currently battling yet another group of normal Sentry Drones, and needless to say, winning.

    "Hey you! BASTARDS!"

He shouted, and then drew his weapon in a flash. Leaping forward, he cut clean through one of the Archons, via the gut, and pulled the trigger while doing so. The spot where the blade was passing through ignited in white light, and the archon simply evaporated, before Jeffrey turned to the other one. The blade on the end of his new gun, one of two, slightly larger than a handgun, was retracted into a slot underneath the barrel, and ceased to glow white. The gun itself however, silver and black, with patches of tan, still looked deadly, as it faced down the remaining enemy...

  11. Auraron stared, expressionless, at Revol. He put his hand up to his chin. He was actually turning on a small computer which would transfer his voice over to Jusaki who could hear what both he and Revol were saying.
"I have some questions to ask you... Commander. Let's go to your office."

The archon remaining turned to face Gregory. Its countenance was curious in a way words could scarcely describe. Even though the face of the creature was calm and diginified, it had an eery tone to it which could cause a child to have nightmares for weeks.

Jusaki immediately knew, or guessed, what had happened. Auraron had been caught. Nevertheless, prehaps questioning Revol would gather some answers, not as effectively as hacking though... Jusaki felt searing pain as one of his archon were smiten. He shook his head. Rest in peace soldier. Jusaki gave commands to the other archon which dissapeared out of the base of "The Lost".

Kama waited, sitting on the edge of a desk upstairs. He had given up pacing around and now just waited. His cellphone rang.
    "Hello?"
"Kama, new update. Jahhar is slowly recovering and the doctors think that he will be alright. However..."
    "Yes?"
"I just got word from Sabato that Sabata has come down with a nasty sickness. Sabato will watch after his brother, but the two of them will be scarce in the next few days."
Kama sighed. "I'm not planning any missions anyways. Over here, Auraron tried to invade "The Lost" base."
    "What?"
"I don't know what has gotten into him. He has been acting strange lately. When I get a chance to talk to him though..."
It was Timaro's turn to sigh in dismay. She was at a loss as much as Kama now. Nobody knew what was going on. Not even the leaders of both organizations...

  12. Revol led the way, and the two Sentinels followed close behind Auraron, still glowing with energy, ready to strike at any time.

"I don't know what the hell is going on Auraron. First thing I know someones attacking your siblings diguised as me and my team, and the next you're attacking my base and causing havoc? I know somethings up, both with the dopplegangers and your strange traitorous streak, and it troubles me."

They eventually came to the top floor, where Kama was, and Revol motioned for both Teslos to sit down, as the sentinels took their places on each side of the elevator, the only way into the top floor. Revol was about to begin, when the elevator suddenly opened and Hunt burst in, waving his new gun wildly.

"Sir! I got one, but the other one dissappared! Cassie couldn't find it with her sensors, so we expect it warped out, but theres no way anything can warp in or out of this base, we've got it stuffed up to the brim with spells and techie stuff it-"

He broke off as he spotted Auraron, and his eyes narrowed, the blade on the barrel of his gun sliding out with the press of a button.

"I know it was you you bastard, you're the only one of you assholes that has anything to do with magic and that shit. Why the hell are you here?!"

He began advancing on him, but a wave from Revol commanded the Sentinels to drag him into the elevator and bring him downstairs.

"Exactly what I'd like to know Auraron. Theres almost 40 of my various drone classes destroyed and 5 dead soldiers. My resources are strung thin enough without you taking this place apart!"

He slammed an armored glove into the wall, and the steel supports behind the expensive exterior bent and twisted. He turned to the two Teslos, just as several small floating repair drones took up the task of repairing the damaged wall with small blue repair tools, the small sparks of blue shimmering in the air as the metal was forcibly bent into the correct position.

"Do I have an answer or what?!"

  13. Auraron moved over to a wall in the back of the room and leaned up against it, his arms crossed. He gave Revol a very stern and reserved look.
"I came under orders. I need to know... what happened last night." Auraron's calm tone of voice which he always maintained clashed with Revol's enraged tone of voice.
Kama had told Timaro good bye and had hung up his cellphone when Auraron had appeared in the room. Now he stood up. "I gave no such orders!" He shouted at Auraron, frusterated with the entire scenario. Auraron looked intently at Kama who sat back down after a short moment of silence.
"You were seen by two persons last night," spoke Auraron, glancing towards his claws which he had extended. "Both persons were harmed by you," Auraron moved his thumb across the tops of his claws while he spoke. "It can only be assumed that you are guilty of assaulting my silbings," Auraron slowly gazed up at Revol and retracted his claws before finishing. "Sir."
Kama was startled that Auraron was so animated while he confronted Revol about this issue. Kama was also half worried that Revol would go on a rampage over being accused of such a crime, yet Auraron seemed not the least bit worried. Even stranger, who gave Auraron these orders that he spoke of?

  14. Revol stood up straight, crossing his arms and letting out a wisp of spectral mist from his nostrils.

"You know me Auraron, I might be a cold hearted bastard, but I'm no traitor to my allies. I know for a fact that both myself and my team were here, with the exception of Gregory, for the past few days, getting ready for an upcoming event. I haven't seen either you or Kama since last we met. From what I hear, the attack on your siblings had nothing to do with me, and that theres a doppleganger, or dopplegangers, wandering around and ruining my already perfect disrespectable reputation."

He walked to the tinted window that made up an entire wall of the room, and stared out at the flurries of snow for a few minutes, before turning back to them.

"Cassie, give me your records on my recent visits to our installations."

"Yes sir, you visited our Bhim base last night at around 12:00, before moving on to our base in the Deep ocean trench in the Samundra Ocean at around 3:00 in the morning. Your last stop was to visit our top secret observation base on Ajita's western faces."

Revol himself seemed shocked by this.

"How the hell did they get clearance?!"

"They had all the neccesary codes, their voice imprints matched those on security files, and they answered each member's secret question, required for entrance to every base or installation. Everything was in order."

"Was I anywhere else last night?"

"I recorded you here for most of the day, before retiring to your room at around 8:00. Even through the cameras in your room, you slept until 8:00 Commander."

"So you noticed there were two of me at the same time, in different places, and you didn't question it?"

"No Sir, my programming is only set to question "Lost" core members upon entry and exit of security checkpoints."

Revol cursed Sanders for following his own orders for once, and turned to Auraron and Kama.

"You heard her. It seems I have someone posing as me, gaining illegal access to my facilities, and attacking my allies. I don't know about you, but this down right PISSES ME OFF!"

"Cassie, I want you to question absolutely god damn everything about the core team until I tell you not to, alright!?"

    "Confirmed."

"Now do either of you two know what the hell is going on!?"

  15. Auraron shook his head slowly. Kama spoke up.
"I honestly don't have any clue... I'm as lost as you are in this matter."
"Search for clues," Auraron abruptly spoke up. Kama turned to face Auraron.
"You... are right, Auraron," replied Kama.

    Kama turned to face Revol.
"If you want to get a handle on this situation, you might do well to come with us. At least send someone who you know isn't a... fraud..." Kama winced as he spoke, not entirely sure how Revol would react at the mention of one of the core members in the base being a doppleganger. The commander was already in a terrible mood...
"I think we'll move to the location where Jahhar was attacked, in Janardan. If any clues were left in my inn room, they would have been cleaned up by now." Kama glanced towards Auraron who was already moving towards the elevator. "You'll meet us outside Auraron?" Auraron looked at Kama but didn't say anything as he got into the elevator and went down to the main floor. Kama returned his attention to Revol. "I'm not sure if Auraron will be coming or not... However, we shouldn't waste time if we are going to go search. Are you with me Sir?"

As Auraron got off of the elevator and left the base, he moved towards the same cave in which he had been teleported to at the start of the mission. He spoke in a low voice, but loud enough so the voice transmitter would send his voice to Jusaki.
"Hack attempts were a failure. A search in Jahhar's dorm in Janardan will be conducted as soon as possible instead."
Auraron waited for an answer from Jusaki. He moved his hand up towards his right ear to feel for the small machine. It wasn't there. It didn't fall out... something had taken it when Auraron had moved into the cave... something that moved stealthier than anything one could imagine...
Auraron turned to look out towards the entrance of the cave. He saw nothing but falling snow and heard nothing more than the howling winds of the mountain range...

  16. Revol crossed his bulky armored hands behind his back, staring out at the swirling snow. After a few moments of staring, he glanced at Kama, and then back out into the drifts.

"It's going to be cold tonight..."

He muttered and then turned around, flexing his dead arms in preparation, but for what, only he knew.

"Kama, I want you to take Hunt. Just make sure if you're working with Auraron, that he doesn't do anything stupid, because Hunt's been ready to tear his face off for quite awhile. I'm going to have to leave soon however, with Sanders on some business, so I'm going to leave Gregory in charge of the operations here. If you have any problems, I want you to report to, and seek help from, him."

He got lost in his thoughts for a moment more, and then absentmindedly started walking towards the elevator.

"I'll also send Khuyt along. His chaos magics might be able to sort out some of this foul air..."

And with that, he hit the elevator doors, and was gone before Kama could stop him...

"Khuyt, please be ready for a new mission in exactly half an hour. You and Private Hunt will be working with Kama Teslo to uncover the conspiracy about fake "Lost" members."

Cassie was soft spoken, and soon vanished after telling him the information, the High Priest cross legged and deep in meditation. He meditated for a moment more, before standing up and grinning, gathering a ball of red chaos magic in his hand, then dissapating it with a grin.

"Finally, a mission where I'm guaranteed to have some fun..."

  17. OOC: I'm going to go ahead and call an end to this first part since we'll have to make another thread in Janardan. Sorry for my recent inactivity in the posting, school is... school.

  18. No worries! Take your time, school is getting irritating for me too ;p
