THANKS DEMETRIA FOR THE TIMESTAMP WARNING THING:) Day of: 4 Month of: Tessera Year of:81379 Peiruh's unusual eyes looked out before her. The swamps had easily been one of her favorite places to be as a child, and now that she had returned to them she knew exactly why. Tiny birds flitted about the wetland, scooping in their bills crustacians and other edible creatures. She smiled weakly, realizing even the smallest of animals had someone to prey upon. The female pendragon's blue and green wings folded about her nervously, her hands clasping each other as if in prayer. Their was fear here. Her own fear, fear of her very own memories. She cringed, shoving away any pictures of her past that might bring on a flood of tears. Inhaling sharply she walked through the muck, her tail wrapping about her in a old habit of insecurity. And then she saw what she had come here to look for. Off to the left was a cluster or purple and orange flowers, huddled together in one impossibly small spot. Almost sprinting toward them, her nervousness left and her mouth opened in a glorious smile. Kneeling, she caressed the petals gently and blew on them, liking the way that they rippled in her breath.

Chzyuak walks quietly through the swamp, enjoying the atmosphere. She notices a female who seem's to be wrapped up in the flowers. She smiles, as she watches the petals fly haphazardly, and land softly. She approaches the female, "Hello there. The flowers are lovely, today." She stops a couple feet away, so that she doesn't make her uncomfortable.
She jumped slightly and wheeled about to look at the dragon that had spoken. O. Hi, yeah flowers are always beautiful. I'm Peiruh by the way. She smiled warmly and walked over, her one blue eye shutting as the sun hit in an awkward glare. What are you doing out here?
Chzyuak smiled. "Hello Peiruh, I am Chzyuak. I come out here once in awhile to relax, after classes. If you stand facing this direction you won't have the sun glaring in your eyes." She looks around watching the birds fly around. "So, what brings you out here?"
She felt stupid for standing in the suns way but turned as she was instructed. "I...was born at the Port and I used to come here as I child...just revisiting memories I guess." She adopted a dreamy look, her eyes misting over with the sweetness of a dream long ago lost.
She watches the dreamy look come over the girls face. "That can be nice, visiting memories. I tend to do that myself, at times." She looks around, not sure what to say or do next.
Snapping back to reality she was at a loss for words as well and decided to sit on the marshy grounds. So were are you from. ooc:bleck bad post
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>Character switch lol</td></tr></table> http://shadowlack.com/persona.php?id=767Vac</a> Clothing: White tshirt, black button down shirt, black jeans, black boots, and a pair of dark sunglasses. BIC: Vac is walking through the swamp, looking for new specimans to work on. He is studying the ground, when he hears a sound. He stops walking and looks up. He can't help but, stare at the female pendragon who is sitting on the ground, in front of him. He quickly makes sure, that his bright red hair is tied neatly in it's holder. He approaches her, and says,"Hello there." He crouches down near her, so that he can get a better look at her face. He thinks to himself, <span style='color:blue'>She is gorgeous but, she looks young. Does age really matter......</span> He smiles at her, and says,"I am Vac. May I ask your name?"
Her orange hair flickered like fire in the wind. Her tail swished back and forth as she studied her beloved plants in more detail. How beautiful... Peiruh's heart jumped as a voice rang crystal clear in her ears, she hadn't even noticed the stranger. Jumping up quickly, she looked shocked, but quickly wiped that look away. Sorry. I'm Peiruh. She didn't think to extend a hand, only to wrap her wings about her nervously and look down at her feet. I didn't mean to jump, I'm sorry, I just didn't know you were there. Finally finding the courage to break her shyness, her one blue and one green eye looked up and she managed one of her warm and friendly smiles.
He smiles at her, and extends a hand to help her up. "Tis my pleasure to meet you Peiruh." He takes her hand very lightly, and pulls her gently up as stands up. He looks down into her mismatched eyes. "Peiruh, I hope you will not be offended, when I tell you, that you are extremely beautiful."
She kept staring at him. All her life she had been to shy around males and know she would have to break out of that old habit. As he helped her up she nodded her head and thanks and smiled quickly at him. Her tail flicked briskly and she dropped her wings, revealing her vulptous form. His words struck her and for a moment she was dumbfounded, and then she found her cheeks melting with heat. Thank you...Thank you very much Vac. Her hand lingered in his and her heart raced in her chest. Wrapping her tail about her leg she looked down at the ground again and spoke in her sweet voice. I'm so sorry...it's just I'm terribly shy and...well I don't get compliments very often. The truth was Peiruh hadn't hung around males very much and though her friends would tell her was she pretty she had thought it conceited to agree witht hem.
He smiled, and gently dropped her hand. "There is nothing wrong with being shy. In fact you are the first female, I have met in a very long time. That I am not feeling completely shy around." He notices something moving, around in the marshy ground around there feet. He kneels down and picks it up. He examines it closely. He has found a http://shadowlack.com/life/fauna.php?id=16Chavvor</a>, that is hopping around on the ground due to a broken wing. He picks it up gently, and holds it out for her to see.
Her eyes go to the wounded creature and instantly her face turns softer then it already was. Her gentle, healing hands scoop the creature from him and bring it to her cheek, nuzzling it warmly. It'll be ok little guy. Lowering it from her face she lay one finger on the injuried area, tiny sparks of white and purple shot from her to the creature, instantly healing the minute wound. Lowering it gently to the ground she smiled at Vac. I'm a healer...among other things. Unfortunately I can only heal minor things, like a broken Chavvor wing. She laughed lightly and feel to her knees, shooing the creature away with a gentle push of her hands. Like I said I'm a healer, but I'm also a herbologist and I study medicine. What do you do? She smiled up at him, more comfortable now.
He watches as she heals the bird, and smiles. He sits down on the ground next to her. "My trades are Taxadermy and Embalming. Quite the opposite of yours but, I enjoy them. I actually came out here to find some new specimans but, much to my suprise. I met you instead." He stretches, and removes his over shirt. Once again he is to warm. So, he folds it up and puts it in his black bag, which he carries with him unless he is at home. He reaches into his bag, and finds the extra pair of sunglasses. He hands the sunglasses to her. "Here put these on, it will be less strenuous on your eyes."
She watched him and listened, nodding as he spoke of his chosen trades. They were very opposite but she had to admit that Vac was intriquing to her. Smiling almost confidently inspite of herself, she reached for the sunglasses, looking at them skeptically at first, and then finally put them on. Scrunching up her nose and sticking out her tongue she giggled and looked at him. How do I look? She laughed happily and took of her silly face, drawing her finger through the wet ground she watched the picture that unfurled as she tried hard to draw the Port. It was a failure but none the less she was proud of it. I love it out here...though I put my family to shame with my trades. My parents took away my last name from me, because they said I was to pathetic and gentle. They wanted me to be more tough like my sister Vex, but they don't understand that Vex can be just as sweet. She sighed, and then broke her musey mood. Flopping down onto her belly she relaxed her wings gently on her back, her tail standing erect as it waved back in forth in the wind. Where you from Vac?
He lets out a laugh when she makes the face. "You look fine." He looks down at the drawing and smiles. He listens as she talks about her family. "I am sorry to hear how your family has treated you." He watches as she relaxes and lays on her stomach, and he resists the urge to touch one of her wings. He thinks her question over for a minute, "I am from Dhruv, in the Northern Hemisphere. I have a hard time staying comfortable in the warmer temperatures. So, I take frequent trips back to different parts of the Northern Hemisphere." He adjusts slightly, so that he is sitting with his back agains't a rock.
If it was one thing she had learned all her life, was forgiveness, and she had long ago forgiven her father and mother. It's alright. I love them and I know deep inside they love me too. She was so sure of it that her grin broke out even bigger. She cocked her head as he talked about himself. The North eh...been there a bit, I like it there. Peiruh wiggled up off of her belly, crossed her legs and fiddled with her fingers. She always did it, like biting ones nails. Where's your wife? She almost blushed at the question. She wasn't usually so personal and so instantly her hands flew to her mouth and she lay her hand on his shoulder. I'm sorry...that's not my place. She half smiled meekly and dropped her hands to the side, leaning back a bit, and soaking up as much sun to her chest area as possible.
He smiled as her hand landed on his shoulder. He lightly took it and held it inside his own. "I have never been married. I have never met anyone before know, I thought it might be a possibility." He realized what he just said, and felt his face redden. He thinks to himself, <span style='color:blue'>Oh wow, did I really just say that out loud to her? Yep, I did. To late to take it back know. I wonder how she will respond.</span> He smiles at her, and says,"Perhaps on one of my next trips to the north, you would be willing to come along with me." He continues to hold her hand, in his.
She was stunned into silence and her mouth dropped in awe. Had he really just said that? Looking at her hand then him then her hand again she turned away, shy again, and blushed a deep crimson. Then turned the table she crawled toward him on her knees and kissed his nose. Of course. She smiled at him and them dropped her hand and then blushed.
He grinned ear to ear when she said yes, and kissed his nose. He wraps his arm around her waist and pulls her close. He gently raises her face, so that he can look into her eyes. He studies her eyes for a moment, and then lowers his face to hers and kisses her gently. He lets the kiss continue for a minute, and then softly ends it. He smiles at her, and watches for her reaction. "I would say I am sorry for kissing you but, then I would be lying."
