Here I am, trying to improve my range of creativity via RP. My Writing/Humanities teacher is super-demanding and her essay topics are completely random. So, I need some creative sparks to help me. Don't plan on this to be that great of an RP, it's just another one of my mental revivals. Be a part of my creative recovery and RP with me =p</td></tr></table>

    Axis Genesis

It was a peaceful snowy day this day. Then again, when isn't it peaceful in the Vjysti Plains? It snows all the time. When it isn't snowing, the absence of it produces so much silence that it's unbearable. Luckily for Axis, it wasn't that peaceful. Axis may have grown up in a small setting but he definitely not without noise. The sounds of the wind blowing, the snow crushing beneath his bare feet, and his lit tail waving back and forth in the air provided him the comfort he needed to keep moving. Interestingly enough, there was an additional sound to take comfort in.

In Axis' hands were two shovels. He was kneeling on the ground with his feet dug deep into the snow. His head was focused on the ground in front of him as he continued to dig away at the location. The Shovels were small in length so it was easy to use the two at the same time. After four hours, he dug three holes. Each of them were a little more than three feet deep and about two feet wide. He began his fourth hole and is a foot into the ground. The water on his face could've been either snow, sweat, or possibly both. However, Axis was too focused on his task to take much care of it. If any solutions are to be found, he would have to find whatever he was looking for fast.

  2. OOC: hi mind if i join in?

    Who: Pendzez Zazkex
Wearing: Black Shirt with a Grey Hooded Jacket and long Red Pants.
    Carrying: Tracker/Scanner

Pendzez walked through the plain with his Tracker on. <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:purple'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Is it that way or that way,"</span></span></span> he asked in a calm voice as he looked there to there. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"It's picking something up, but I don't see anything,"</span></span></span>he continued. He continued walking on the snow then said, <span style='font-family:Arial'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:purple'>"It's close."</span></span></span>
Then suddenly, he fell into a hole. <span style='font-family:Arial'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:purple'>"Oww," </span></span></span>he shrieked while getting back on his legs. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Who or what would dig a hole in the middle of a snow field?" </span></span></span>he asked while looking for a way out of the hole. Then he heard a noise like someone shovel, he ask out loud, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Is anyone there?"</span></span></span> He stood in the hole waiting for a reply.

  3. "Uh oh..." Axis' ears peaked. Someone's coming.. he thought. Actually, someone was already there. Axis dropped one of the shovels into the hole and walked around with the other shovel looking for anyone around. Uhh, hello? He saw no one in the area. The white snow falling colliding with the white snow fallen made the world look uniform in color. Axis was certain of the existence of another in the area though. His second mind could feel it, which could be a problem. "Hello?! I know you're there... Where are you?" He didn't need to say much after.

Among the many shades of white, was a bright orange. It was a boy, someone around his age, if not younger. By his colors, he could tell that he wasn't from around here. Most of the pendragons around were mainly white. If this dragon wasn't from around here then, Axis didn't have much to fear other than himself. But he was digging a hole too. What if this bright dragon was after what he was searching for? He even had a scanner to search. This could be a problem, indeed. He pointed the sharp end of his shovel at him.

"Hey. What are you doing digging here? You aren't after my box, are you?" Axis knew that now would be a bad time to pick a fight with anyone. With Genesis on the brink of arrival, he'd have to rush this visitor away before something bad happens. "If you found it, I'll be taking it back from you now.

  4. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Oww, quit it," </span></span></span>Pendzez yelled as he turned around to find a white pendadragon with a shovel. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"And FYI: I don't know what kind of box you are talking about," </span></span></span>he continued. He jumped out of the hole and turned to the mysterious pendadragon and ask him, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"What's with the shovel? Are you digging for something? It better not be the Ice Gem. And I wasn't digging, thank you very much."</span></span></span>

  5. "Not digging? Then what are you doing in MY hole. Oh wait.." Axis had forgotten he dug up a hole here. It hasn't changed much. If anything, more snow piled inside of it. The kid probably tripped in the hole and fell. He pulled back his shovel from the kid's face. "Heh. Whoops. Well, sorry for bothering you. If you're looking for precious stones, you won't find them with something like that. Ice Gems are made out of ice. A tracker like that will ping every piece of solid water it can find in the sn-."

Axis choked. He coughed for a few seconds and shook his head. Gotta.. get back to.. digging.. He covered his mouth with his arm as he coughed a bit more. When his fits stopped, Axis sat on the floor. Deep breaths.. deep breaths, he thought I can't shift with this guy around. The part of his arm that he used to cover his mouth turned to a dark shade. Bad sign. Axis stretched out his arms and got up. "Well, sorry to shoo you away, but I've got something very important to find. If I don't dig it up soon, bad things will happen in this area. As a scientist, I can't have bystanders getting themselves into danger so it'd be best if you searched elsewhere. Axis moved back to his digging site, picked up his second shovel, and started to bury himself into a new hole. Not much time left.

  6. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>"<span style='font-family:Arial'>Well, 3 things:"</span></span></span> said Pendzez.

<span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"1. The Ice Gem is not just made of ice, it is also a gem that contains Ice power."</span></span></span>
<span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"2. The Tracker can pick up its power signs in this area and I ain't leaving without it."</span></span></span><span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"and 3. Your arm has gone umm..... you ok?"</span></span></span> he asked curiously, waiting for a reply. But then, his Tracker just started picking up massive energy burst, from the pendadragon. He looked at him asked <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"What's with you. My Tracker is picking up energy burst from you. Why?" </span></span></span>he asked.

  7. The thing he was asking for was around this area. Axis remembered it by a different name. Then again, everything in science is documented by a different name than what normally people would know it as. Still, his little gem was the last of his problems. He could feel his mind dulling out. He stuck his shovels deep into the snow. He fell onto a knee physically exhausted. He began to breathe as if he just ran a lap through an entire continent.

"My name... is Axis. I'm... a science experiment." He sounded like a substance abuser at a rehab meeting. He continued to explain. "There's this guy in my head called Genesis. He usually stays IN my head but.. it's like he found a way to come out or something. Like most dragons, I like staying in control of my body, but... it seems he wants to come out and see the world now." He dusted some of the snow of his chest. It was turning dark too. Apparently, Genesis has a different fur color than he did. "Somewhere around here.. is a box filled with vials. I use it to suppress thoughts, which can keep Genesis from taking my mind over. I kept them out here since my fridge was full and they need to be a certain temperature, but there was a bad snowstorm yesterday and now I can't find where I marked the box."

Axis laid back on the snow. He could almost feel the fur on his back shifting."Well, it's too late now. I'm too tired to keep looking for it. Genesis is mentally unstable so there's no telling what he'd do. What makes it worse is that he's a Kinetic, both physical and elemental. He can wreak havoc with his level of control on this environment. I'd suggest that you leave here now. Come back in about two hours, By then, I might have calmed down and dug out the entire area. Finding your Acrysatlis should be easier then, but they may not be in one piece." Ah yes.. he thought, That was the name.

  8. Pendzez stared at him while pulling out a box then asked Axis, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"What, this box?"</span></span></span> He watched Axis laying down, waiting for a reply.

  9. Axis opened his eyes and looked at the object in the boy's hands. Yeah.. that box.

    Wait... what?

Axis coughed as he struggled to sit up. He grabbed onto the shovels attempting to propel his body up so he could stand. It worked but he ended up flinging his body into the guy, almost knocking him over. He took the box from him and sat back down. Where the hell did you pick this up?! He said surprised as he began to open the locks. I was looking for it for the past FIVE hours... He covered his mouth as he coughed a few more times. He nearly choked on the saliva in his mouth. Axis was sure that his mind went completely numb at that point. The faster he got his 'medicine', the better.

When he undid the last lock, Genesis opened the box. This boy hit the jackpot, it seems. This was the box, complete with syringe, three vials of the formula, and the temperature meter at exactly 17.1 degrees. Everything inside was neatly stored and untampered with. Genesis stood up. <span style='color:blue'>"Good work, boy. You've managed to waste our time here by finding the box for us. I give you our thanks. However, you were a tad late in the delivery, seeing how the mission failed."</span>. He laughed under his breath as he locked the box back and had it float elsewhere.

Genesis turned back to him. <span style='color:blue'>"Ah, how rude of us. My name is Genesis, the Beginning.</span> He put his arm across his chest and gave him a butler's bow . <span style='color:blue'>I don't think we got your name. I think it would be rude to keep calling you boy, boy.</span>

  10. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"I'm Pendzez Kazkex"</span></span></span> He replied, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Janardian Student, Part-Time Treasure Hunter, and Alcemist."</span></span></span> He looked at Genesis and continued, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"And you must be Genesis Axis told me about? I am pleased to make your aquaintance."</span></span></span>

  11. Genesis laughed. <span style='color:blue'>Oh really? You're the first dragon to ever say that. I'm not a very liked guy, y'know. But I don't think anyone would want to be the hottest topic in science experimentation. That's why I lash out at things so much.</span> He looked up at the cloudy sky. Genesis never been out of the facility before. Then again, this is only his third time being free like this. His fur continued to slowly shift to a full black and blue coat. He moved his hands through his hair, fascinated to feel it. The feeling of the snowflakes melting was a rushing sensation on his fingers. He felt alive. <span style='color:blue'>I'm not really a bad dragon. I'm just, how they say, misunderstood? If Axis maintained consciousness while I was alive, he'd get to know something about me. He'll probably just stare at that other girl trapped in this brain of his..</span>

As exhilarating as it was to be able to walk the land, Genesis found the monochromatic landscape to be exceptionally boring. It was too.. pure. Too clean and structured. <span style='color:blue'>"Well, since you so kindly found our goods for us, I guess I can help you out a bit too. Acrysatlis, I believe, is what you're looking for, hm? It's not as rare as people think, just very hard to find. I believe your equipment was able to find some in this area. It looks like quite the piece of machinery to be able to pick up energy signals. Then again, it might have just led you to us."</span> If there was anything Genesis enjoyed doing, it was smiling. He was doing a lot of it.

<span style='color:blue'>"There's various traces of the crystal in a range of a mile, but you'd have to do quite a lot of digging to get to it. It crystallizes way down under the snow where it mixes with a fronimic liquid. So, does your little tracker double as a drill? If it does, we'd be impressed.</span>

  12. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"No, my Tracker doesn't have a drill. But why have a drill when we have fire,"</span></span></span> he replied while his hands were engulfed in fire. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"My flames will help,"</span></span></span> he continued.

  13. Genesis raised an eyebrow. He watched as the flames raised from the boy's hand. <span style='color:blue'>"Oh right. The process of alchemy does need a lot of heat, so being skilled with fire seems natural.</span> Upon further inspection, however, he noticed something strange with his fire. <span style='color:blue'>I'm not too sure it would help you, though. It's exceptionally cold here. Even your fire has its limits here. Not to mention that using fire too much could just make your search harder. We are in an area where it snows just about every day. The amount of time it takes water to freeze is faster than the speed of evaporation. In other words, using fire will just turn this soft snow into hard ice. So, fire is definitely a bad choice here.</span> Genesis scratched his chin. He already had an idea but it can be exhaustive and his experience in the world can cut short. Still, the bounds of his ability haven't been tested and he was a little curious as to whether he could do it himself. His recurring smile reappeared across his face.

<span style='color:blue'>If you'd like, I can probably dig up a hole for you. It won't take as long as Axis' digging did. I should be 50 feet into the ground within a minute. Unless, of course, you have a better idea.</span> Moving something light like snow wouldn't be much of a problem. He was a Kinetic, a skilled one at that. Digging a hole that big wouldn't take much thought, but the object he was looking for could take some effort to reach.

  14. Pendzez extinguished his flame and asked, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"How fast can you dig?"</span></span></span> I'd like to see that

  15. This time, Genesis smiled with teeth. It was a strange kind of smile. It was the kind of look that a crazy dragon would make before murdering their victim. <span style='color:blue'>"Oh... don't worry about that. You just get ready to take flight. I don't want to have you buried underneath all the snow... accidentally."</span> Genesis extended his right arm and willed a shovel into his hand. He dropped it into the snow in between him and Pendzez. Genesis twisted and curled his fingers. As he did that, the shovel began to sink deeper into the snow. It kept going down until the handle was under the level of the snow.

<span style='color:blue'>"Take flight. Now. Unless you want to introduce your lungs to snow."</span> The color of his eyes flickered as he began to concentrate harder. This time, he extended both his arms like he was being hung on a cross. The wind died. The snow stopped falling. In mid-air. As the snow hung in the air, the shovel began to shake in the ground. Move, he commanded. Move now. It was sudden and powerful. The snow in the ground surrounding the shovel began to roll away on itself. Genesis hovered over where the spot where he stood using his wings. The more time passed, the more the snow began to pile away from them. It was as if he had a rocket power digging crew.

Within the span of one minute, he created a crater in the ground. It was about 90 feet deep. <span style='color:blue'>"Hah.. That was... more than I... expected..."</span> He dropped himself into the hole. Just like Axis, he was mentally exhausted. However, he wasn't close to shifting back. He laid there in the crater breathing heavily. He looked at his surroundings. It seems like he had just made it. All the way at the bottom flowed a small river of water. Around the edges of the water, the layers of snow changed to a special shine. It was probably the Acrysatlis. If he had kept going, he might've caused a problem with the flowing water. That didn't bother him though, since nothing bad happened. All he had to do was wait for him to come down here. He could lay down and rest for a while until that happened.

  16. Pendzez jumped up high and started hovering. When the hole was done, he landed on his feet, and he was stunned to see the hugh hole. It was like a crater. The expression on his face was like his bottom jaw dropped to the ground. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Oh My God,"</span></span></span> he yelled in amazement. As he jumped in the crater, he fell in far. He got to the bottom and found Genesis on the ground. He ran over to him and said <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"That was amazing!!"</span></span></span> He looked around but couldn't see anything. He turned back to Genesis to find him resting.

  17. Genesis relaxed on the cool layers of ice and snow. <span style='color:blue'>"Ah.. you think so, huh?</span> He gave off a light chuckle. <span style='color:blue'>"There's someone in here who can do way more than this. She just never wakes up though.</span> Genesis sat up. He looked at the hole's area again. Looking at the sides, you can easily see the layers of progression. The ground went from snow, to hard snow, then some rocks mixed with ice, then more rock, and then more ice. The last layer Genesis was able to stop at was the layer of crystals that Pendzez was searching for. They covered the ground in a small pool of liquid. It was like water, just vastly different. It had a turquoise-ish color and lines of purple floated through it. If he had to guess, Genesis believed that the water was imbued with energy straight from Fronima itself. This was definitely something to take note of. <span style='color:blue'>Well.. you have what you need. This is probably a more abundant supply then you can take. Take as much as you need. I'll need to refill this hole later. Don't want too many dragons knowing where to find this stuff.</span>

Genesis floated the previously hidden box down to his location and opened up a vial. He poured the liquid onto the walls of the hole. Axis will just make more of it later. He refilled it with water from the huge puddle they were standing in. He then pulled a clump of Acrysatlis from the ground and deposited them both into the box. <span style='color:blue'>"Dr. Wily will love this."</span>

  18. Pendzez turned to a wall and also pulled out a clump of Acrysatlis. <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"This will really with my work,"</span></span></span> he said excited about it. He turned to Genesis and said, <span style='color:purple'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>"Thanks for your help Genesis.... and Axis."</span></span></span>

  19. "Oh, by the way, who's Dr. Wily?" asked Pendzez

  20. Genesis tilted his head and raised an eyebrow. He was quite amazed that Pendzez didn't recognize the name. Then again, he was only a kid. He might not have learned the name during his science classes. <span style='color:blue'>"Who? Well, well... you must not know much of science and the dragons that shape it. The true definition of genius. He is the voice of scientific and technological advancement. He's the head scientist of the Neurotech Research Facility. Doctor Hubert Wiles. His name just resonates with intelligence and knowledge and brilliance."</span> He was waving his arms like there was power to be found in his words. He was just making it look more dramatic than it really was. <span style='color:blue'>"He is also our father. That's why we live in the Research Facility."</span>

Genesis stretched his wings and prepared to take off. <span style='color:blue'>"For now, though, I must part. You have 20 seconds to leave this hole. I plan on putting it back together now. Axis will return soon after my energy is spent. I believe that you also have some place to go. From the looks of it, your little scavenger hunt hasn't ended yet. Get yourself to wherever you need to go. You have my best wishes.</span> Genesis began to fly back to the top, carrying his box with him. He tensed his free right hand and small bits of snow began to fall back down into the hole.
