Well it was an interesting year, of that I'm sure. Sitting back and looking at the topics discussed over the last 12 months, there've been some fascinating ideas, warm topics and distressing moments. It's what I've come to love about Ramath-lehi as a whole. In the 4 years I've been a member, and over a year I've been your Moderator, I have seen some truly awe inspiringly creative writers, some.. not so inspiring writers ;), but no matter who comes or goes, one thing tends to stay the same: although disconnected by blood, we treat each other as though family. Bitter times didn't spare many of us last year; I found that, despite our hardships, some unlikely faces have helped to bring us back up again. People we didn't think could help; some from our past we thought would never change; strangers to you and me with words which - when said - made us smile for that moment, bringing us to feel some ounce of happiness again. Lucky ones have had trusted friends wearing the "been there, done that" t-shirt. Having watched Jodie's dream grow for the relatively short period of time I've been here, one thing remains true: we never leave a friend to suffer. I won't need to name people specifically, because we know, and I don't feel as though any one person's troubles can over-shadow another's. Perhaps 2009 will be better. I wish for all those who have suffered in 2008, but to everyone, may you prosper and be successful in all that you do, and may you find what truly makes you happy, for now and for the rest of your life. well, My year was better then most my others. i REALLY dont wanna be all detailed or anything because that'd take forever lol. But yes, heppy new year to all you guys! I hope the new year brings you joy~

Here, here! This year had some high points for me, even if things have gotten a little iffy in the last week. \o/ Man, I am normally so depressed around New Years (this time around was not really an exception, but bleh to that) but I am so totally psyched for this new year~ I've got so much planned and I get to wrap up all this high school junk and move on and just. Mmm. Change is in the air~
