I know I already asked in the other thread, but Hallowe'en is so cool that it should definitely get it's own thread :D I've just recently started munching on candy while at work today, dressed looking awesome! Then tonight I'm off to my 3rd bar in 3 days (Crazyness! :O), and each night I'm wearing the same thing cause I'm kind of cheap like that... I'm the one in green and black, wearing a witch hat that is hard to see. So have fun tonight guys and ghouls, eat much candy and be merry/scary :]
We sellt the Halloween stuff, but don't really do anything else. No trick or Treat, no late night dress ups, well some might. Tomorrow's All Saint's dya, but it's also a holiday here where I'm at because of Recreation Day in Northern Tasmania. I'm feeling that most of the Australian kids are missing out in this fun stuff. 5 years and up kids. :(
=D Yarr -- oops, wrong hat! Hallowe'en was quiet for me, thank goodness ^_^ This first year away from home left me not knowing where to go, and the guy I played pool with on the 29th went out; the drunken children arrived back here but didn't want anything to do with me, SO! I decorated my room and broke open the box of schweeties m'mum sent me and I bought a few treats too ^_^ I watched the last part of an 8 parter of Most Haunted Live and nommed on mini cakes and Eccles cakes, and I tried to do the doughnut thing! Y'know, where you string the doughnut from the doorframe/ceiling and eat it without your hands? ^^ Only, I'm not allowed to pin anything to anything, so instead I had the doughnut on its cake wrapper - I held the corners to keep it mostly still - and I tried to eat it off the wrapper with no hands ^^; So although I didn't go out or get dressed up, I enjoyed my own little Hallowe'en.
