<h4>Out of Character</h4>Who: http://shadowlack.com/persona.php?id=5Radin Dragyn</a>, and whomever else would like to join. Just knock on the door. What: Radin's just hanging out in his dorm' room while his roomies are elsewhere. He's bored, and wouldn't mind some company. Where: #1212 in the Janardan dormitories. When: Early afternoon, Tria, 49, 81379 (5). Rated: PG-13, at the most. <h4>In Character</h4>Radin sat on the cot on the right side of the room, his lightweight barely making a ripple on the powder blue bedspread. He peered around the dormitory, a sizeable room, with a den area, kitchenette, and even a bathroom. Not to mention this little sleeping nook, which was comfy, cozy, and just right. Leaning backwards, the green arden let himself sprawl on top of the covers, and stared at the bunk above him. He almost wished he could call this space his — but it was far from being in his sole possession. It belonged to a new but very close friend, Stormwing, and she shared it with him and Cayson Lapices. The female had recently bought a house in Watani, and was looking for roommates to occupy her room when she wasn't there. Radin and Cayson, whom were already buddies, had jumped at the prospect, knowing full well that Storm's room was in one of the best dormitory wings. It also didn't hurt that she was blazin' hot, at least in Radin's eyes. Rolling over onto his side, he peered at the stacked beds across the bedroom nook. He was glad that, though Stormwing now owned a home, she still attended a few classes, and spent the night here at least twice a week. She was attractive, but also really good company. The three of them — Radin, Stormwing, and Cayson — made such a fun bunch. He was really glad that he could call those two friends, and roommates. Sighing contentedly, the Dragyn male rolled back over, spread-eagle on his back. He lifted an arm and began to pick at the springs on the underside of the top bunk. "I wonder when Cayson will be back from his stupid summer classes," he murmured to no one, a claw snagging on a bent coil.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Mind if I pop in?</td></tr></table> The knock on the door was quite faint, the sound of wood on wood, and one might think no one would hear it if the sound hadn't of echoed so much. A careless sightseer, nothing more, a long haired visitor wanting to wish someone a good job on a hard fought court case. Not really planning on coming here, he remembered seeing a dormitory room number in the paper, and recognizing it as one of someone he had recently supported, he had decided to drop by on his way to a meeting of one kind or another, and offer a hearty congrats. Of course, Talon had no idea of Storwing's recent home purchase, or even the fact that she wouldn't dwell there that much anymore...
Hishema heard the sound of the door and had walked up to it. Although she never meant to, she always had this habit of walking extremely silently, so much so that she had managed to walk up to the 'dragon without being heard. Not realizing her sleathy nature she simply stood beside the other 'dragon, checking the number on the door to make sure it was 1212, and remained silent as she waited for the door to get answered. <span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class=ooc><tr><td>Okay, Hishema is not an assassin, she just learned how to walk REALLY quietly. She used to do it so no one would talk to her, but now she doesn't even realize she's doing it. Oh and btw she's very shy. So act accordingly</td></tr></table>
Radin had just freed his claw from its snag, and was about to let his eyes droop and let an afternoon nap overtake him, when a soft tap-tapping sounded against the dormitory door. Though he usually would have started and sat up immediately, he'd quickly learned that doing that here was a very, very bad idea. He'd already bumped his head several times on the upper bunk, not to mention the fact that he'd gotten his fiery red tresses tangled in the coils and springs. Not wanting to repeat such an unpleasant experience, the male resisted the urge to sit up. Instead, he rolled cleanly off the mattress, fluidly gaining his feet as he did so. The bipedal arden then padded out from the bedroom nook, through the general living area, past the kitchenette, and towards the door, all while rubbing the back of his neck. He wondered who would be at the door - Cayson? Had he lost his room key? Or, Stormwing? Pushing his sunglasses further up on the bridge of his snout, Radin reached out a paw and slid the electronic latch. Standing just two feet inwards of the threshold, he waited for the automatic door to slide open on its automated tracks. It took only a few moments, and then the green Radin was looking out upon two unfamiliar pendragons standing in the hallway. Lifting a brow, and scratching idlely at a forearm, he cleared his throat, and said in a cheery voice, "Um, may I help you?"
Talon tilted his head to the side quizzically. <span style='color:orange'>I'm not sure, I just wanted to drop by and say congrats to Stormwing for winning the case...</span> And thats when he noticed his new "aquaintance". He didn't jump, but stared blankly at the newcomer, sure that she hadn't been there a moment ago. <span style='color:orange'>Uhm... Well... Is this even Stormwing's dormitory number? I might have been mistaken...</span> He scratched his chin and tapped the butt of his partisan against the floor thoughtfully... <span style='color:orange'>Could I maybe leave a message? And then I'll be on my way, leaving whoever this young lady is to whatever she was here for...</span>
<span style='color:green'>....</span> <span style='color:olive'>Although it appeared as though she was just staring at the 'dragon in the doorway, Hishema was really searching her memory for her reason of being there. She had completely forgotten what it was.</span> <span style='color:green'>....</span> <span style='color:olive'>She remembered it had something to do with someone. Maybe she was here for the same reason as the other visitor. No, that didn't seems right.</span> <span style='color:green'>....</span> <span style='color:olive'>She finally decided she must have been looking for a dorm room, even if that wasn't the real reason she felt if she didn't say something now, which she didn't mind as she never really talked much, the 'dragon would think she was strange.</span> <span style='color:green'>.......umm......is....uh.....Is it a possibility....uh....that...I...could stay here? I heard Stormwing had left.....and.....uh.....I was wondering if you needed another roommate.</span> <span style='color:olive'>It took a lot of courage for her to say that much to a complete stranger, and she started feeling very apprehensive.</span>
Though, of course, the two strangers couldn't tell due to his prescription eye gear, Radin was staring at them, a little nonplussed. One seemed to have a purpose, at least, but the other... her stammering gave her away to be shy, and Radin could barely make heads or tails about her reason for being here. Nonetheless, he was a hospitable fellow, so he shrugged at the two and said, "Yeah, this is Stormwing's room, but she isn't here right now. She's at her house in Watani most of the time, although she still drops by and stays here a few times a week. You can come in and have a drink, though, and maybe leave a message for her?" Radin began to usher the pair of unfamiliar pendragons into the room. As he did so, he absently shook his head at the female in the duo. "Sorry, but we're not looking for anymore roommates. We — Winger, Cayson, and I — are content, as is." He almost mentioned that the three of them were roomies because they were friends that ran in the same circle, and that he doubted any of them had ever seen this shy little thill before... but he politely refrained, still waving his arm to insist they enter the dorm'.
Talon nodded, and hobbled into the room, his partisan making a series of neat clicks as he did so. <span style='color:orange'>"I thank you for your hospitality, I wasn't really expecting to stay very long, as I have a meeting soon, and I mustn't be late. I think I have time for maybe one drink or so however..."</span> The reason covered, he stood blankly in the middle of the room, looking about for a place to sit. Of course, he had been growled at more than once at some informal gathering or another for taking ones seat while they went to get a refreshment, but as for this situation... Well he wasn't used to just barging into people homes at the owner's whim...
Hishema slowly walked into the room and stood beside the door. She closed it behind her. "....t-thank you...." She felt stupid for thinking he'd need another roommate. She silently walked to the kitchenette and looked around. "....umm....may...I...have something....t-to drink?" She said, turning to her host.
"It's not a problem," Radin said jovially in response to the other male's comment about hospitality. "And I won't keep you long." Once the unfamiliar pair was in the room, the green arden waved for them to sit on the stools lined up at the kitchenette's counter partition. He didn't take a seat himself. Instead, he padded into the small, tiles area of the inner kitchenette, and opened the refrigerator. Stormwing always had a nice medley of soft drinks available, and Radin was pleased to see that there was a six-pack of orange cream sodas. Grasping two by the neck, he withdrew them from the fridge, and set them on the nearby counter. Then, after a bit of fishing and pawing through various drawers, he found a bottle opener. He wrenched the caps off the drinks, and then set one in front of each of the strangers. Still trying to play a good host, the youthful pendragon then exited the small kitchen, and walked towards a desk across the dormitory. From the top drawer, he retrieved a pad of paper, and a pen. These, he handed to the male upon his return to the kitchenette. Radin stood on the other side of the counter, leaning on his elbows, as he then finally took a moment to study the strangers. "So, what are you two called? And, are you here together, or...?" He gestured at the paper pad. "You can leave messages for Storm on that. I'll leave them somewhere where she'll find them. Just write your name, your number, if you have one... and anything else that's noteable. Oh, and before I forget, I'm Radin Dragyn."
