Timestamp: Day 50 Tessera (Autumn), 81379 Character: Vac Time of Day: 9pm Clothing: White silk shirt, Black jeans, and a pair of Black boots Vac is sitting in the Gravedigger, waiting for Peiruh and her sister Vex to show up. He sent them both a note reading Please meet me at the Gravedigger, at 9pm. DonÂ’t worry about the Cover, tis been taken care of. He takes a drink of his Coke, and continues to wait impatiently. He figured they would both be late. More because Vex, would probably be causing some sort of problem. The thought of this made him smile. He checks his pocket, to make sure he had the two jewelry boxes. He is very excited to receive both of there responses. He absolutely loves the fact that, he has someone he can buy jewelry for. He doesnÂ’t mind buying it for her, sister either. Perhaps, a small unusual piece of jewelry, here and there will be considered a piece offering. He sits back in his chair, and listens to the music, and watching the dance floor, and smiles. Perhaps later he might actually get out on the floor. It will all depend on the mood of the girls.
She looked around a bit unsure. The waiter had ushered her and her sister to the table, yet she didn't know if this whole thing would go well. Vex and Vac weren't a good combo. Even still she did look dazzling in a light blue knee length skirt and a lacey white top, ending with a beige little jacket. She ducked into a chair across from him and smiled. Vex wasn't far behind, she was just having to adjust her attitude. Hello... Vex, though grumpy and more then confused, looked just about as stunning as her sister. A black pair of silky pants and a flaming red peasant top accentuated her body and more importantly her mood. She had seen Peiruh disappear into a table and she had also seen that darned Vac. Dipping in she scraped the chair out, purposely making it squeak. What do you want?
Vac stood up as they both walked up, and smiled. "You both look fantastic, please sit down. Unfortunately they don't serve alcohol here but, the music isn't half bad." He pulls a chair out first for Peiruh, and the a chair out for Vex. "The both of you are probably, wondering why I asked you to come here." He pulls out the two black boxes. He checks the boxes, and slides one to each of them. "I hope you both like, your gifts." He sits back down, in his seat and takes a drink of his Coke.
Peiruh fingered the velvety black box, her mind curious to know what was within. Smiling across at Vachilus first and then Vex, she tried to encourage her sister to be friendly with a pleading look. Popping open the top, she closed her eyes, just to raise the suspense. The green and blue eyes opened and her jaw dropped. Beautiful...thank you so much. Vex looked down, pretending not to be very impressed, when in truth she was. Grabbing it, she shook it next to her ear and smirked. It better not blow up. Flipping it open she raised a brow, and looked inside. Not half bad for a loser.
Vac laughed at Vex's comment. Black bands, with tiny ruby's, emeralds, and sapphires set within the bands. "Vex, I seen it and I just had to get it for you. I thought it matched your personality quite well." He turned and looked at Peiruh, and yours my dear. It's a black choker but it has a central red jewel and then Yellow ones going around the side. "It wasn't exactly what I wanted but, it has the feeling that I wanted." He nods to the bartender, and receives another coke. "Anything, the ladies want, is fine."
Peiruh smiled so large one could think her mouth would rip into a gaping hole. Hooking it around her neck she tried to see it but obviously couldn't. Pushing out of her chair she leaned across the table to give him a kiss. I love it...thanks again. Vex slipped the bands on, twisting her wrists back and forth. Ok so you got me something and Peiruh something...so what do you want? Some jewelry ain't gonna make me like you. What is it you want from me...or more from Peiruh but wish that I would approve? She smiled coyly at him, and then looked down at her bracelets. They sure were nice and she foudn herself smiling as she looked at them.
Vac smiled. "Vex, I bought you the bracelet, as a just because gift. There aren't any intentions involved here. It appears to make you smile, at least a little bit. As for your approval, it would be nice but, I don't expect you will be giving it any time soon." He takes a drink of his coke, and smiled at both the females. "Peiruh, I just thought it was time to get you a gift, there are no intentions behind the necklace." He sits back, and relaxes. "I hope both of you enjoy, your gifts. If either of you want to leave, I understand but, some music might be a nice change."
Vex watched him silently, trying to study him and understand. A smile crept to her lips, and she yanked Peiruh up as the same time that she rose. Me and Peiruh are going to the bathroom. Grabbing her sister's wrists she disappeared into the ladies room. Pink light enveloped her as she shapeshifted and then came back out of the bathroom as Peiruh...of course he wouldn't know. I'm back darling.
Vac watched as the two went into the bathroom, and only one came back. He immedietly knew it was Vex, and she had just used her shapeshifting, to appear to look like Peiruh. He takes a drink of his coke. "So, you do like the choker, I got you?"
She grinned, slithering closer to him. She figured he had it all figured it out but thats ok because she did have other skills. Her hands ran across his belly and her chin rested on his shoulder. How could he possibly resist her sister doing this to him? Yes of course...absolutely lovely.
Vac watched the dance floor, keeping himself partially distracted. "That is good. So, how is the planning going?" He keeps his face calm, picks up his glass, and takes a drink.
Vex looked at him slightly confused. Moving away to sit on the chair opposite him she cocked her head. What planning honey? She stuffed her fingertips in her mouth chewing her nails nervously. Was Peiruh perhaps getting married and had neglected to tell Vex. O you mean the wedding? It's going good. She prayed that was what he was talking about.
Vac raises an eyebrow, and leans forward. "Vex, if that is what I was talking about, I am sure that you would have heard about it, already. Where is Peiruh? You give off a completely different scent than she does, so you know." He looks towards the bathroom, praying Peiruh, is alright.
She growled and the pink light swept around her, transforming her back. So she wasn't the best, she be a master soon enough. Yea and you better not think about marrying my sister. She scowled going back to the bathroom where Vex had locked Peiruh up. Storming out she looked at Vex, nice and irritated, and walked over to Vach. I'm sorry...I knew she would pull a stunt like this. She smiled warmly and hugged him. So whats next on the agenda.
Vac pulled Peiruh close. "Vex, I can understand that you are protective of your sister. I will have any thoughts that I choose, after all I am a grown adult." He stood up, and pulled his hair out, and looked down at Peiruh. "Would you like to dance, my dear?"
She looked happily at Vac and accepted his offer by spinning gracefully to the dance floor. She couldn't sing, but dancing was her specialty. Gladly. Vex growled dangerously and sat stubbornly on a stool deciding to order another Coke.
Vac smiled, and followed her onto the dance floor. He isn't the best of dancers but, he enjoys it occasionally. He whispers,"She didn't have me fooled for a minute, darling. I do hope you like the necklace." He moves up close behind her, and places his hands on her waist, and resists the urge to kiss her neck, while Vex is around.
Peiruh smiled her appreciation but showed it even more by grabbing his cheeks betwen her hands and pulling him into a kiss. Of course I do. She continued to twirl and dance like a professional, all the will forgetting about her sister. Vex couldn't deal with it. She jumped from her chair, grabbed some guy that happened to look lonesome and started to dance. Snickering she came closer to her sister and that wench of a man, stuck her foot out just as he stepped. Hoping he would fall, she twirled away innocently.
Vac easily moved, Peiruh and himself, away from Vex. He rolled his eyes, as she tried to trip him. He pulls Peiruh close, and returns her kiss. He whispers into her ear. "Trust me, my dear there are more suprises to come." He pulls back, and spins around, catches Peiruh, and twirls her, with a laugh.
Peiruh smiled happily at him, not realizing his evasion for it seemed just like a dance move to her. As they twisted and turned she rested her head against his shoulder. Really? What kind of surprises? She grinned mischiviously Vex growled viciously as he dodged it and then pushed her dance partner away from her. Storming out of the restaurant, she let the doors crash violently. Her wings beat against the winds with a vengence and she as gone.
