<font color='#000080'>i think it would be really cool to have a newsletter that goes out once a month or someting like that? maybe a couple people could get together and make it! i would do it and phrawlic prob would too ~pokes him~ then we could make contests and then if you have something like that sent out, we can always have some sort of message in it that says to send it to more people, or maybe the person who can get the most people to join that remain active can win some sort of prize.. well i have tons of ideas, just let me know, i think it would be a really cool idea!</font>

As for sending out emails - people who are on the "to be pruned" list, are emailed once with a reactivation URL that they need to click if they still want to keep their accounts.</font>
