Tai sat in all her glory at the endo the pier, for the past hour she had been trying to catch a carp for her feline friend and so far all she had was a discarded boot, a tin can and cheesy flyer for some mature shop down the road. Sakura was sleeping peacfully beside a cat from on e of the boats... not that she kknew he was beside her... the black tom had crawled up beside her a few minutes ago and promptly snoozed beside her. So there tai sat, pulling up random items from the sea below waiting to pull up the magical elusive carp.
Naleth walked silently down the pier, keeping off to the left side of the pier. She leaped ontop of a pile of crates, useing her tail to balance them out. Looking up and down the pier she noticed a dragon down at the end. She jumped off the pier, catching the side and swinging to the underside. She held on to the underside boards, and slowly crawled to the end of the pier under the the silent white female. She stayed their quietly, listening to the soft sounds of the water and the fishing line.
OOc : Sakura is a cat, have a look at Tais profile... Tai continued to fish for the carp in the blue sea as he the bagan to swish her feet off the end of the pier. She began to humm a melodiy to herself, a sad lonely tune... The song seemed to carry over the sea, as she soon added quiet words to her little outburst . Sakure her feline friend still slept soundly and Tai thought of her dear mother... hoping that she was hearing her song.
-OOC- my bad, thought you were rping with one char xD Naleth hang from the bottom of the pier, she looked at the singing girls fishing line somberly. She heard the soft blip sound as a fish touched the surface to feed. She crawled over to the origin of the sound, moving past it slowly. She then started kicking and making other violent movements on the otherside, the fish underneath becomeing frightened and moved in the direction of the girls fishing line. She smiled to herself and went back to the edge of the dock, she pulled herself just up the edge at eye level, wanting to inspect on the seamingly sleeping dragon. But when she got high enough, all she saw was white fluff. She quickly dropped herself back under the pier but the edge had become slippery with the lake mists and she lost her grip. There was a single moment of terror before she belly flopped into the lake. She freaked and tried her best to swim back to the shore.
All seemed to be going well, a small carp like fish was making its way towards her line and she stopped her song to watch over it hopefully. Her feet stilled as she held her breath. SPLASH! Tai gave a small yell, securing her line and running over to the splash zone. Another 'dragon was in the water. <span style='color:green'>oh my god, are you ok?!</span>
Naleth was quickly running out of breath, she surfaced far too early, gasping for breath. She heard the female call to her from the pier, if she could of she would of kicked herself. "I'm... ok..." She gasped, grabbing onto a pillar of the pier, pulling her self up. She fell onto her back on the pier, chest heaving. She blushed extremely, nothing seemed threatening about the female, and thinking about her stupidity made her more embarassed.
<span style='color:green'>oh dear...</span> Tai muttered as the other thill heaved her self up onto the pier. Luckily she had a tartan picnic blanket which she put over the thill as she lay on her sodding wet back. <span style='color:green'>what were you doing in the water at this time of year? its freezing still...</span> she asked kindily, quite curious of its answer.
"Oh ummm..." Naleth stuttered, trying to find the right words. "I uhh... am training." She nodded her head back and forth, agreeing with herself. She pulled the picnic blanket around her, sitting up and avoiding the gaze of the thill. -edit- one of the few and short times I get a computer :/
<span style='color:green'>training? what for?</span> Tai asked curiously, sakura her cat waking up to overlook the sodden thill, And upon licking her white ruffled paw she opened her tiny pink mouth. <span style='color:purple'>you should dry off, you'll chill in this weather...</span> her voice was high pitched yet alluring, like that of a stereotypical secretary.
OOC: Technically, I should stillbe able to join this thread :) so...i hope that its ok that I do IC: The air slightly warm, at least for this time of year, and the drafts kept Skye in the air, and it was easy for her to stay without using her tired wings, she had been flying for several hours. She looked below her, she had reached the peer and though this was not where she had planned to stop she knew that though her qings were powerful she would have to rest at one point. She swooped lower, looking for a spot to land and rest. Below her she noticed that on the peer were two, most likely, female 'dragons. Skye dove a little lower to get a better view and saw that one of them did not have checkered fur but was actually wearing a blanket because she was soaking wet. Skye laughed quietly to herself and did a simple dive down to the peer landing gracefully. She smiled, and said half kindly and half jokingly, <font color=blue> What happened to you? </font>
