A golden 'dragon's glittering eyes gazed down at the clear blue water below her. The foamy waves lapped against her paws. she took another step into the cold water before flapping her great golden wings and rose into the air, her golden orbs still fixed on the moving figures in the water, fish. Finally she caught sight of a rather large sea animal and dove down muzzle pointed straight at the center of the long fish. When the tip of her nose was about an inch from the surface of the water she opened her mouth snatching the fish with her teeth.

All this happened in about five seconds and as she rose back up into the air, the fish flopping wildly in the air until the femme made sure it had died. The 'dragon landed onto the sandy beach munching on the fish until only a small pile of thin bones were the only proof that she had eaten anything here at the Chafuo Vacational Resort.

Once she had tossed the bones back into the see she rose again, searching for another fish. All was calm and the day was bright and sunny and the femme felt care-free...

  2. A golden male sat in the sand. He raised a paw and sheilded his eyes from the sun. As a shadow passed over him, he looked up and saw great wings sweeping over him. His own silver stumps twitched at the sight and he sighed sadly.

  3. The femme dropped down to the surface catching another fish in her front claws before flying back to the beach. Once there she saw a male 'dragon below and dropped down beside him folding her wings neatly behind her back eating the fish tenderly.

     Hello, I'm Bri.

  4. Civthik nodded and smiled warmly. I'm Civthik Rhondon. he said. He extended one paw in greeting to Bri.

  5. Bri smiled as well shaking the paw offered to her.

So, Civthik, what brings you here to the Resort?

Bri finished her second fish and tossed the bones into the water. She stretched so that her paws reached the water.

  6. nothing really he admitted just a little time away from teachings

  7. Ahhh said Bri nodding knowingly So you teach eh? What is it that you teach Civthik?

Bri looked out towards the horizon her golden eyes reflecting the diminishing rays of sunlight that ducked behind the ocean.

  8. Biology and herbology really. he admitted.

  9. Bri nodded once again smiling kindly.

I am a healer so basically a doctor to anyone who needs me, that's all I get paid for.

Bri looked out, the sun would soon disapear behind the glinting waters.

Shall we fly... I mean shall I fly out and get some fish for us both before the sun's light is of no more use?

Bri faltered at the sight of the wingless 'dragon though she did not stare, she was used to somewhat groteque sights.

  10. Civthik nodded at her carrer but flinched when she suggested that they fly out. He turned his head away slightly from her before nodding and saying Yes, that seems like a good idea

  11. Bri jumped up and rose into the air without grace, making sure not to make Civthik feel any worse. She dove down nearly crashing into the sea and finally got ahold of two wriggling fish. She plopped down by Civthik and passed him the largest fish. She immediatly began to eat hers looking uncomfortably at her companion.

  12. He picked at his and sighed loudly. His stubs jerked slightly as he looked at the fish then out at the sea. He picked the fish up and took a bite out of it trying to re-assure his companion that he was not sad.

  13. The sun had faded by then behind the vast pool of water and stars had begun to pop out suddenly and shine brightly against the darkening sky. Bri looked around breathing in and out deeply, feeling at ease and joyful and happy all at the same time.

Bri looked over at her companion wondering if he felt the same way.

You know, I have heard of several amazing healers that can retain body parts for 'dragons...I could let you know of a few...if you want.

Bri did not want to ruin the evening for Civthik, she rather wanted to make sure he enjoyed it. She hoped that he wouldn't take her suggestion as an insult for she was merely trying to make him feel better. She could not understand how aweful it would feel not to be able to fly like most 'dragons.

  14. Civthik laughed loudly I doubt one of them could help me now. He said standing and stretching. Out of Character
