ooc: If the classes that my charries take interest you too, well, feel free to join this class along with them. I'll also need a teacher for this, hehe. :P bic: Nae and Diable applied for courses at the academy, making sure to stay together. So, they each decided on two courses. This meant 4 classes a day. Their schedules were: -Advanced Aerobatics -Fighting/Defense -Basic Elemental Sorcery -Poisons Luckily, although the two had grown apart, they developed similar tastes. They both enjoyed the occasional adrenaline rush from a fight and both decided that magic was definitely something that needed to be learned. Diable decided that his first trade, Poisons, had to be improved. It wasn't something he did much anymore. Nae agreed that it would alright to learn a bit of that too. So off they went. The Aerobatics class took place outside because no room was large enough to fly in, not even the gym. ooc: So, as I mentioned earlier, a few students joining in to this Aerobatics class would be nice. But most of all, a teacher. And if you check Nae and Diable's profiles, you'll see that they both already know a fair bit of Aerobatics, so no basic stuff. Thanks!
"ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..."Yoh woke uo from taking a short nap on the field "i hope there isnt a Aerobatics during my free block today. i want to practice some fighting"
Nae walked outside with Diable behind her. "Hello, there. Here for the aerobatics class..." Diable smiled slightly nervously from behind Nae, stretching his wings out as he sat on a bench eating a sandwich from the cafeteria that he held in between his minorly frost-bitten pands. Diable cut in and whispered to Nae,"He said something about fighting as we came outside. Maybe the aerobatics class has been replaced with fighting?" He asked his final sentence a bit louder.
"not agian, your teach here yet? i have a free block to have some fun before i have some more classes to teach. if the teach isnt i want to practice.Any volenteers?"
Diable spoke immediately. "I'm in!" He stood up, putting his half finished sandwich to his side. Nae sighed, muttering that their fighting class was only their next class, but advanced eagerly anyway.
Nae sighed."Well..what do you teach? We signed up for the basic fighting and defense class." Diable nodded at Yoh, agreeing with what Nae said.
"i know every style. i teach Fighting Techniques & Form. So whats it going to be? had any practice?"
"That'll be fine then. Well, we haven't had actual classes on fighting, but I know I've done a fair bit of real life fighting." Diable said, thinking that maybe Yoh could see some scars on his pelt, but then ommiting that thought because of his question. "As for me, I'm not a fighter. I prefer flight over fight. But learning some tricks of the trade definitely won't hurt." Nae said this as her wings opened up around her back.
"make the first move. i want to see what style you use" Yoh loved countering styles with other ones
Diable stepped forward. "What kind of attack? To knock you down, to push you away so I can escape, or to kill you?" Diable knew it all. He thought that the teacher had to be more precise with his demands.
"okay then...your style is free-for-all. so come on! im waiting" he hoped his cruelness would bring out the 'worst' of him
Diable shrugged, and readied himself. He backed away. He knew he had to do something creative, but simple - something easy to evade. All in a split second and without warning, he jumped to Yoh's side, breaking the impact with his wings out. From there, he jumped onto Yoh's back, to knock him down, and offered even more push down on his back because he jumped away, landing far away from Yoh.
"so are you going to fight me or just tackle me?" he really did want to get some Real fighting in before hes freeblock was done
Diable felt as if that was a challenge. As if by instinct, he began snarling, readying himself in a low stance. He circled around the teacher, so low to the ground, his elbows and stomach got dirty from the mud. Then he pounced, his arms extended ahead of him, his body flawlessly formed - as straight as an arrow. As he felt his paws grip onto Yoh's pelt, he attempted closing his jaws over Yoh's throat. Ligthly, but enough to give someone a violent jolt of fear.
"nice form..." he pull diable off his neck bjumped away and got into his stance "for an assassin. will you just plain out fight me if you will" diable seemed good, but only at killing. he was not sure about his skill in fighting yet
Diable was confused. He never really had any desires to fight. Just kill. He shook his head and reassumed a defensive stance looking Yoh into the eyes. He acknowledged the teacher's advice with a nod. Fight, eh? I can do that. He raised a paw, slightly baffled by the idea of simply 'fighting' rather than killing. His claws withdrew and he swung them at Yoh's face, and backed away. Nae only watched and realized just how much her brother had been through while they were seperated. He had learned only to kill rather than defend himself or fend off potential attackers.
Yoh leapt at Diable and threw about fiffty punches at him. They all missed by an inch "your turn"
Diable now was getting the idea. He backed away, and jumped back, swiping at Yoh with his claws with ferocity, yet making sure to miss. He then pounced away, snarling, waiting for Yoh to take a swing at him.
Yoh went over to his bag, got two swords out of it and threw one at Diable "catch! you any good with swords?"
