Timestamping: Tria 49th, 81378 Character Info.: Name: Paush Cell Fur: Deep Chesnut Eyes: Pupilless Raven Black Hair: Streaky Raven Black Primary Trade: Astrology Secondary Trade: Zoology The winding path leading away from the urban life was calm, adorned with a cryptic scenery. Dying blossoms faded, like ash following the heavy winds. Large branches hovered above the paved aging path, pathing open light and shielding the bright starlight. A thin smirk braced the maw of the young pendragon's face as he waited for time to pass. Watching the demented weeds consume the dead living was had grown rather dull; and rumors of 'vampiric' or 'weredragons' roamed through the lips of gossip. His talons clung to the metalic retrangular boulder, as her shirted his shoulder mucule. No sattlite in the sky, to draw the dead. Pathetic. Why was he wating his time, when he could be training? Constantly training like his powerful father did; he was destant to be a power hungry warlord. But fate had chosen his path... and now... he was a school teacher!? Only hell gave me sanity, he whispered, chucking a stone into a small pool of water.

Asphyxia has been on one of her rare visits to Bhim, a place that had always felt like a second home to the corpse-like pendragon. She had singled the male out of the crowd as he had made his way away from the urban sprawl of the market. She plodded along slowly and silently, trailing him methodically, but never letting him leave her sights. She was in a rare predicament tonight, both Shade and Kaiyaki were with her. The former wasn't acting up as much as usual, although the shadow was still whispering dark, primal thoughts into her mind. Prey, hunt, kill, rip, tear, feed... Asp ignored Shade, focusing more on what the Koroshiya wrapped around her waist had to say, his presence unknown to all but her thanks to the mental bond they shared. Kaiyaki was unusually helpful this night, keeping his normal banter of sarcasm and dry wit to himself, only speaking to give her directions when the male 'dragon had been hidden from her view by the crowd. Now she was quietly gaining ground, her black coat giving her the appearance of some demonic phantom birthed from the bowels of hell. She suddenly sprinted forward, closing the gap between them. With a tiny, dry smirk she tapped him on the shoulder with one long, boney finger. "What are we up to tonight dear?" she asked softly.
[violent swearing is located in the following post] Paush payed no attention. Bug off, you freak-a-dee hellion, he murmued. His cold, pupiless eyes seemed to glare at the nearest star. He was really 'in tune' with the stars; he had mapped out his own sun sign at an early age. He showed no guilt in his words as he silently waited, peeling thin layers of a plucked weed resting 'neath his rock. The 'dragon waited, fully focused with the stars. In was said when Uptaino - a star not to far - elined with Luytun - yet another star - it would sumon the vampiric and the lycanthrope. He managed to steel a glance at the cryptic 'dragon, its worlds hummed in his mind. Buzz off, you lil' bitch.
He insults you pet... Kaiyaki's words whispered darkly through her mind, the unseen spirit slowly coiling it's way up her back and to her shoulder. Asphyxia's thin lip's arched in a slight sneer, her overly large, pointed fains painfully visable. The expression was gone in the blink of an eye, only the most careful of observers would have noticed it's prescence on her emaciated features. It was replaced by a casual grin as Asphyxia began to slowly pace back and forth beside the male 'dragon. "Are we in a bad mood dearest?" she cooed, her expression that of false kindness, though her voice was cold and uncaring. "Didn't your mother ever teach you not to wander off alone? You might meet... undesirables..." she crooned. She followed the direction of his gaze. He seemed to be stareing at the stars. Asphyxia cocked an eye brow, "What's so interesting about the stars?" she said quietly, more to herself than the male.
He acted as if he avoided her words, but the touched him deeply. I don't know, he sighed. he could here the rustle of dying leaves, a creature trying to blend the iwth the scenery. After my mother was raped by my father, she gave birth to me. I guess she fled in shame, his thin brow lowered in shame. Was he really a discrace? She acted as if she were royalty, and my father was a warlord. He didn't love her, he didn't for the fun of it. His sick joy. He knew some pendragons dramatic told foolish stories, of there pathetic childhood and how they were abondoned or 'unloved'. But his was true; and he gained experience from his loss. Call me dearly, one more time, yea' lil' bitch, rufusing to look into her face. He hated 'deary'; the wrod that he lacked in his cold childhood. Clinging to the decinigrating branches, the ruby bird eyed the couple below. The flitter remained quiet; she was told to watch for suspisious activity. Her loyalty to Paush was incredibly strong, and their bond was eternal. Her cold, brown eyes glared at the two below, awaiting unsuspecting company.
Paused, he answered he question, The stars? The tell the past, the present, and the future. They send us stories without using 'magic'. They send us warnings, and fend off the unwanted. They draw romance and desire. They are there to comfort you, and shame you with your failures. They are our mothers and our fathers, and our family gone and to come. The stars? My only friend, he blurted. Relaxing, he sensed another presence. Tell your freind to leave, his tone was strict.
Asphyxia chuckled, a hacking noise that rumbled up from the depths of her boney ribcage. The walking corpse threw back her head and laughed, laughed at the male, laughed at his words, laughed at the stars themselves. "Dearest..." she giggled sadisticly, "You presume I can control the dead?" she smirked maliciously as she refered to Kaiyaki and Shade. "No deary, they come and go as they wish, and right now they wish to be with me..." She twirled around, arms out streatched in a sudden burst of dark joy. Shade was becoming louder, her urge to throttle the life from this one was growing. Even as she span, her talon-like fingers clenched reflexivly, wanting despritly to be wrapped around another's windpipe. Asp's mouth grew dry, and she could almost taste the sweet saltiness of blood on her pallet. She ran her tongue over her thin lips, and then her fangs. Silly her...she hadn't even stopped for dinner tonight... NO...not right now pet...mayhaps later... if you behave... Kaiyaki's protest split her mind violently, followed by the suggestion of greater rewards if she controlled herself. Asphyxia ceased her spinning, coming to a full stop faceing away from the male, arms remaining outstreatched at her side. She slowly looked over her shoulder at him, eyes glinting with a cold hunger she, and Kaiyaki, were hard pressed to supress. "If...I am to cease calling you dear...then I will require your name sweety..." she whispered darkly a small hint of sarcasm audible in her voice. "After all, it is only proper manners..."
Paush shifted his postition; he looked up at the corpose, his cold, pupilless eyes staring down at at her. A threatening glare. His thick, black claws dug into the moist, earthy soil, as his left hand reached for her face. He drew a thin line down her cheek, glaring dow at her. Don't call me deary. Awaiting her reaction, he shifted off the large boulder and into the inky blackness. The flitter dove below the treetops, traler after her 'friend'.
Asphyxia only smirked and drew her arms around her body in a sort of self-possesive embrace. This was so much more fun than the academy, where she was both blessed and cursed by an ample supply of "food and entertainment". There she had to be careful about who she had as playmates, if any of the murders were discovered she would be forced to leave her splendid lair. Here in Bhim she was surrounded by playmates no one would ask after if they disappeared. Orphans, drifters... a steady stream of delight for the twisted 'dragon. Asp only made the long trip to Bhim when she was truely weak from lack of... food, but it was a trip she relished. Even so, it was rare here for her to have such a... pleasant encounter with another pendragon. Kaiyaki on the other hand, wasn't even bothering to pay attention to the coversation anymore. His attention was split between keeping Shade under control, and keeping an eye on the flitter. The depthless burning coals that served as his eye narrowed. This little avian... Paush's bird... was becoming quite annoying... Now it was Asp's turn to deny her companion. It's just a silly bird, leave it for now. To the male 'dragon she slowly turned and began to walk towards him. "Dearest... we must remember our social graces..." she hissed, "Tell me your name and I will tell you mine." she said firmly, her voice raising ever so slightly. She didn't care how many times he told her not to call him deary or dearest, she would continue to call him such until he respected proper social proticall and offered his name!
[out of character] Like many characters, Paush has a flaw. Even though he was educated at an early age (and he is extremely intelligent at the moment), he cannot read minds or use 'magic', 'cause he never really focused on the ability. Ok. If she wanted to be all 'mistified', so could he. Death. Death Kill. He knew what his name, translated or not. At an early age, he had nothing to entertain his growing, and knowing his native language only passed the time. I show know interest in your name; I show know interest in you, yourself, he lied.
"Paush Cell, Es et u glautoja sy naas iyo pauji. Ni muna et... et Illucien." Asp said in ramathian, her skeletal tail beginning to whip about behind her. "Paush...fhus uja iyo pyemd yos haja? Ratepat fuskhemd sha tsujt yv kyojta..." she asked slowly and carefully, as if talking to a young child. Her bangs fell infront of her strange eyes, but she made no move to push them out of the way, simply stareing out from under them, with a strange, almost crazed look.
It took the masculine long enough to not only translate, but translate his sentence to english. I'm seeking contact with a lycanthrope, or a vampric 'dragon,. There. In. the sky. The viberant, blazing star had now faded with the inky blackness. The lycanthropy 'dragons where said to have summoned here, for a ritual.

"Vampires and lycantropes..." Asp grinned. "Dear Paush, what has driven you to seek out such... strange company? Surely you are aware of the dangers they pose to a dragon such as yourself..." she said, smirking slightly. He's looking to meet a vampire or a lycantrope!... poor thing... so oblivious... Outwardly she smirked. If he wasn't aware by now of her true nature, then she wouldn't bother to tell him unless asked. She licked her lips, then smiled kindly at the male. "After all, you never know who they are..." she murmured, refering to vampiric and lycontropic beings.
I've been trying to, urm, what's the proper term... 'examin' them, he sighed, turning away. Okay. Maybe this was a little pecular... but there wa sno turning back. Why give up all he'd worked for?
"What do you mean by examine? Cut them open and see how they work? You aren't being very clear dearest..." Asphyxia cooed. "Are you studying u- them?" she asked, mentally kicking herself for her near slip of the tongue. Perhaps he was simply another thrill-seeker looking to flirt with death in the name of excitement... but he didn't seem the childish sort to her, the kind who would do such a stupid thing.
The masculine made a face; he was never clear. Did she as well beieve he lacked the avaerage qualitities? Erm, I guess that's the best way to say it... I'm studying them, without them knowing, in their... 'habbitat'.
"That may be... but what if they are observing you as well? For all you know anyone you encounter could be a vampire or lycanthrope. Why, for all you know, you could carrying on full conversations with them and never be the wiser!" Asp said in mock horror. At this point, the vampire was enjoying herself too much to care if the male knew about her. Chances were he hadn't caught on to her yet, but at this rate it wouldn't be much longer until he put two and two together.
Oh, is that true? I've got my resources... Pupiless yes darted, eyeing the red bird. They weren't looking for any lycanthrope, but one with overwhelming power; the cryptic pendragon was not sane and desired a bite from the lycanthropy pendragon.
Asphyxia's eyes narrowed. "Is that so..." she muttered, then in a louder, more audible voice, "May I ask why you are seeking these unique individuals?" She asked while crossing her arms over her chest, and beginning to tap her claws against the stiff material that covered her arms. She didn't bother to stop Kaiyaki as he slowly unwound himself from her, and began to float towards the flitter, in strange motions, almost like he was swimming through the air. As he left contact with her body their mental link was severed, and Asp was left all alone in her head with Shade. HURT, KILL, RIP, FEED! It screeched, seemingly angered at being held back for so long. Shade's hunger was Asphyxia'a hunger, and her eyes began to slowly shift to blood red as the need to feed rose. If Kaiyaki didn't return soon she would have to give in to Shade's commands and take out the male... And quite possibly his bird too, if Kaiyaki hadn't killed it.
