It took quite a bit longer than expected, but New Character Creation is back in action! While new character applications are being accepted again, the administrative back-end for processing them is still not completely finished. What this means is that there may be a delay in regards to receiving word of approved or denied characters (as I need to go through each manually). So please be patient if you're creating a new character. New account registrations are still not open, however, once the aforementioned is completed, we should be back in business. ;]
I'm really happy to see this back up, I've been waiting to make a character for a while. .. I just forgot all his info and stuff. Not that I'm too active anyways, but maybe a new character will help. lD Hee.
