Tessera 40 81379 Who:Peiruh Wearing:White pants with yellow stitching and a yellow camisole top paired off with a white jacket and yellow pumps. ----------------------- Peiruh's eyes went to the store's windows. In it were a group of people just blobbed together at table after table, chatting about what was going on and what was not. She smiled wistfully and pushed open the doors, the quaint little jingle drowned out by the incongrous voices. The scent of coffee and pastries drifted to her nose, and she walked quietly, head bowed to the counter. Umm a glaze donut and a vanilla bean frappacino please. She went to sit at an empty table in the middle of the hubbub to wait on her order. Fidgetting with her fingers, and then twisting a strand of hair, she tried to rid herself of the unneccary anxiety. As her order game, she promptly paid the waiter and chowed down on the food, welcoming it as a wonderful distraction.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>Who: Korron Kepeum Wearing:Blue, gold, and green shirt, blue tattered jeans, a headband with a picture of a set of rapine claws on it</td></tr></table> Korron walked in and walked to the counter, "<span style='color:green'>I'll be at that table and please bring me plain dark coffie with cream</span>" he said with a nod and walked to the table, it was the table Peru was at, but he didn't notice, he was blind, sitting he sighed, he pulled out a pencil and a paper, and was begining to finish his sketch of a rapine. He pulled more papers out, and some graphing paper. The were blueprints, and drawings now scattered around him.
She looked up at the arden a bit shocked at his forth right invasion of her space. But as her mitch matched eyes looked into his, trying desperately to grab his attention, she sucked in a deep swallow of air. The milkiness of his red eyes was a dead give away that he was blind. Smiling with sympathy, she rapped her knuckles lightly on the table. Hello sir. I'm Peiruh...may I ask what your drawing. Her voice was kind and gently, and her inquiry about his sketching was sincere. ooc:thanks darkruby you saved me from death
He, startled, jumped at her voice "<span style='color:green'> oh sorry....didn't see you, but I'm drawing a rapine</span>" he held up the picture. He also showed some blueprints and other drawings. He only came here to get supplies, but not often though.
She smiled, and patted his hand just so he knew where she was going. May I? She slowly went to grab some of the drawings, shuffling through them and giving grunts of admiration. Your very good...exceptionally good. She smiled at him, though she knew full well he wouldn't be able to tell. Well perhaps not with those eyes, but people can feel when someone is smiling at them. The waiter came, dropping off this stranger's order and she nodded a thanks. Your coffee's here.
"<span style='color:green'>I can manage, but that does help, oh the coffie, thanks</span>" he took it a drunk some. He had all his pictures labled in bralle, he sorted through them and found one and handed it to her, the picture looked like her, exactly. "<span style='color:green'>I found this, as an unfinished sketch, so I finished it, you can keep it if you please </span>
She looked at it, touched the paper, closed her eyes and trying to read those bumps like he did....though with little success. Smoothing the paper out she smiled again. Thank you....umm... She didn't know his name and so was forced with a rather ungainly ummm. It looks a lot like me...but how would you know...strange. she mumbled in her amazement and then touched her belly.
"<span style='color:green'>I labled it, strange girl, and well, I found you somewhat strange and figured you should have it. By the way, my name is Korron Kepeum, or just Korron.</span>" he said putting thepictures in neat piles.
She looked at him and then mused for a quick moment before asking quietly. How am I strange Korron? Peiruh failed to see her strangeness and thought it interesting to know what it was. She continued to rub her belly, occasionally humming softly, and then stopping for intervals.
"<span style='color:green'>If you were blind, you'd understand better.</span>" he said sadly flicking his tail "<span style='color:green'>But don't worry, maybe we'll all be blind one day</span>" he said with false brightness. Sipping more coffie he leaned back.
She heard the sadness and grabbed his hand, patting it sympatically. Your blind in the physical but some others are blind to love and other good things. And besides with your blindness you have this amazing gift to draw. Don't be sad. She didn't understand the strangness still, and though she badly wanted to know, she didn't push it.
Staring off into nowhere he muttered "<span style='color:green'>Mejebumu, where are you?</span>" sighing he listed to Peru and said "<span style='color:green'>Yes, you are possibly right.</span>"
She looked at him and quirked her eyebrows. Mejebumu? She looked around a bit concerned. Perhaps this Korron was also a little touched in the head, or perhaps he had a bodyguard waiting to beat on Peiruh.
<span style='width:100%;font-weight:bold; font-size:10px'>Out of Character</span> <table class='ooc'><tr><td>He loves Mej, but she doesn't know he's still alive, just an FYI</td></tr></table> "<span style='color:green'>Did I say her name aloud? Klutzy me</span> he said with a chuckle. He sat up and looked in her direction, "<span style='color:green'>She's a....Good friend of mine</span>"
She could hear it in his voice that this Mejebumu was more then just a friend. O I...have a close friend too, his name is Vachilus. She laughed happily and then leaned a bit over the table as if telling a wonderful secret. Infact were so close we are having a child... Peru laughed again and pulled back. This Mejebumu is more then a friend isn't she.
"<span style='color:green'>You could say, but Mej doesn't know I'm still alive, unless Rikash told her</span>" he said. Taken aback by her words "<span style='color:green'>A child? Well, when he/she is born, give it my blessings</span>" he said with a soft smile.
She smiled and laughed all at the same time. I will...I'm sure a child needs as many blessings as it can get. She got up to clean up the napkin and plastic cup before scooting back into her chair. Well have you looked for Mejebumu?
"<span style='color:green'>I've tried but it's hard, so many dress like she did, so I mistake alot, and I've somewhat given up</span>" he said sadly "<span style='color:green'>My friend Rikash has been helping me though, so ther isn't much trouble</span>"
She looked sadly at him and then looked at the drawing he had given her. Well if you draw her for me I'll keep an eye out for her. She tried her best to help and at the same time not talk down to him just cause he was blind.
He pulled out a picture of her in jewelry, and one with her in her soccer outfit, wrist gaurds and all. <span style='color:green'>She loves playing soccer...</span> In the soccer pic, he was running, or atleast trying, but she had a firm grip on him, and his eyes, they were like normal, he could she in it, it was a photo hand taken.
