<p align=center>¤¤ <font color=white>in character</font><p align=right>Spiralled pendragon stood at the great stony feet of the famous Ramathian school, Janardan. Sky blue optics regarded the hewn building with wonder, curiosity brimming in his fair eyes, flicking from the door handle to the blazened windows many feet above him. A small gulp rumbled through his blueberry cream coat, a quick moment of fear flashing past the male's line of vision. Surely the great Ramathians would of previously enforced some variation of security upon the vast school? It seemed to innocent and simple.. this was too easy, there must be some hindrance or loophole. Why would the reisdents of the Ramathian empire leave a building of such importance and wealth unguarded? Cirrus' brow furrowed slightly and he extended a creamy paw to rest on the glossy handle, as if half expecting a great fork of white hot lightning to sear him to ashes on the spot. Relieved while at the same time suspicious the spiralled theologist gently leaned on the hewn door, hunching a spiked back as he entered the large building. He was inside.

Cirrus warily walked forward, back still arched nervously, until he came to what he assumed were the dormitories, as more large hewn doors loomed above him with various Ramathian names scribed upon their surfaces. The pendragon continued his wary gait and stopped in shock, optics wide and glaring at one of the hewn doors. It was his name. Cirrus halted and froze in front of the closed barrier dividing himself from his dorm, there was no mistaking it, his name was emblazoned on the door. They had been expecting him.</font>

  2. <font color='#000000'><font color="white">Sinja was not particularly thrilled about the prospect of returning to school training.  She was after all  a journeyman in her chosen trade, having skipped several grades, a fact she was rather proud of.  Heady with the freedom of being a journeying  she was sullen as to being subject to the whim of a master or even a journeyman such as herself to continue the training in her secondary trade, but it was needed.

Eyes the pale blue of periwinkles surveyed the interior of the hall, already she was observing how she could most easily make an alternative exit, what areas of the vast entrance most lent themselves to concealing an assassin or a spy perhaps.  She laughed inwardly at this and gave a shake of her head, outwardly she was the picture of relaxation, strolling through the entryway into the school with the ease of a veteran, well familiar with it’s halls.  Inwardly she had been trained into unfailing watchfulness and it did not leave her even a place that seemed to radiate peace.

Light slanting through the windows caught on the surface of her rich damask hide, bringing out the redness of its color and warming her a little, perhaps a comfort with such troubles running through her mind.   Without even thinking about it her path shifted towards the dormitories, her mind might have been disturbed by her return but her body knew the way well enough, having traveled these halls near to many times to count, and to that part of her at least they were a comfort.

Her thoughts were interrupted as she came upon another pendragon, she was about to start up a conversation , if just to get these horrid thoughts swept from the corners of her mind, but the odd look on his face gave her reason to pause and simply clear her throat.</font></font>

    She, Silvente, the pendragon

Brown-rust eyes flickered across the Academy. Renowned, beautiful, wonderous, whatever this place was called, it wasn't ever mentioned as secure. Certainly, the place was free to enter and to leave. Whatever treasures lay within could be taken. At least, that was the allure of the place. To trick those willing to put their lives on the line in order to steal treasures to enter, to find their names and discover that they were already known to be coming before they did so. Silvente knew it all, had heard it from 'collegues' of hers who had been ensnared so. Yet she couldn't believe them. Maybe that was part of the trick, no one wants to believe that their goal is foolhardy. There was wariness, deep and dangerous. Her movements were fluid, careful, quiet.

The pendragon entered the building without stopping to admire the worksmanship of the place. There was only one thought in mind, to get in, and then out. No matter what. This was no foolish thief, she knew how to keep from getting herself killed, if it got too tough, she'd leave. Little did the pendragon know what awaited her. As she moved along the hallways, her stride was casual confident. It was feigned, of course, but not obviously so. Her movements were made like any other pendragon who came here for classes. Her body moving of its own accord towards a door that it knew was the entrance to a certain room. Her room. With a dark shake of her head, the female slipped down a second hallway, startled when she nearly ran into a male of her own kind.

Blinking rapidly to clear the puzzled look from her eyes, the female smiled a bit, a thin unveiling of ivory teeth. Quirking an eyebrow, she nodded slightly, before speaking.

<font color=steelblue>"'ello dere." She said, her street-wise way of speaking remaining.

Faded brown occuli flickered to the other near the male, whom she gave a broad smile and a wink to, before returning her attention to Cirrus. He was the one she had bumped into, he the one she cared to speak with.</font>

<p align=center>¤¤ <font color=white>in character<p align=right></font>Cirrus extended a paw and stroked the carved name, wondering if it was perhaps a mistake, maybe another pendragon was named after the fluffy cloud that was emblazoned upon Cirrus. It could be possible, as after all, Ramath-lehi was huge, so it was highly likely that duplicate names existed. But still... something about the door beckoned the male, wanted him to go in. Swivelling his head around to check that nobody was there, as if he was about to commit a crime, Cirrus curled his paw into a fist and quietly rapped on the door. No answer. The spiralled male cringed and unclenched his paw, reaching for the doorhandle.... a voice cut through the uneasy silence, and by the sound of it, it was another young 'dragon like himself. Cirrus felt a small pang of relief yet also a feeling of very slight anger, he had been seconds away from opening that door...

    <font color=white>"Hello."</font>

His voice carried a small hint of gruffness and lacked its usual jovial accent, instead being a low grunting murmur towards the other pendragon. It took a moment for him o realize that there were two, both female. Cirrus of course was still polite, not entirely sour in mood, and gave a friendly nod to the females, a few stray blue hair spikes softly falling in front of his face. He sat down and almost instantly his anger vanished, replaced with a numb feeling of content. He looked down for a moment, and the feeling slowly subsided, and he raised his head, gazing at the pair of them with sky orbs. Cirrus sheepishly lowered his cranium, ignoring the spikes that covered his eyes, and murmured a reply.

<font color=white>"Sorry.. for that...well.. I mean sorry, for my behaviour back there. Yeah... You live here too?"</font>

  5. <font color='#000000'><font color="#FFE4E1">Sinja shifted a bit where she stood and slid to the side on impulse as another female Pendragon nearly shoved her out of the way.  Her eyes narrowed but in a curious manner, it seemed as if she did not even notice her, nervous perhaps...there was an odd air about her and Sinja was sure she had never seen her before in her own time at the academy.

The other female did not sit well with her, not that one with such honed etiquette could abide the rude in any circumstance, so instead Sinja turned her soft, pale blue orbs towards the male.  Observantly her eyes shifted towards the plaque and she smiled knowingly, he must be new, that would explain his expression and the way he had been drawn to the door, she remembered the shock of her own first entrance into the academy, and had to smile at him.

“I am Sinja Lienos, I assume you would be Cirrus," her voice was warm and pleasant, resonating well in the corridor.  She flicked an obvious glance at his door as if to show how she deduced this and not cause confusion.   She then considered his second question, shaking out her thick snow white mane idly," If you have just arrived it would be my pleasure to show you around, though I am just returning myself from an absence."

She was smiling at him in a polite manner, though cutting off the other female from any reply, not in a rude manner but a practiced and direct one none the less, she then settled back if they might wish to converse, content that her offer stood.   She took that moment to asses him thoughtfully, he was around her size roughly, not to muscular, he looked a little nervous as well as younger then herself, though perhaps not that much.  She resolved to be kind to him if he wanted her help, and return to her own dorm to get settled if not.  </font></font>
