The streets were empty of other dragons, and the dim streetlights made sections of the street visible. This figure lurked in the dark areas, giving off no warmth, no love- just coldness. It crept down the alleyways, scanning out movements. It made its way up on the rooftops, and swept down to the pavement. The grim look on its face revealed itself in the light as it walked to the bar. A soft face could be seen under all of the rain and mud, but it covered its look with a solemn look. The door swung open, and the wet creature went into the bar. It removed its hood, and wiped its hand across its face, getting the mud off of it, and that revealed a femme. She shook her head, letting her hair fall over her eyes. She sat down on a chair and leaned back. The bar was merely empty, an old drunk sat in the corner mumbling about "The dogs kidnapped my bannana." A bartender could be seen wiping the counter, and removing empty glasses and placing them in the sink. He looked back at the femme, and then continued to clean up, keeping the same blank expression on his face. The girl leaned back on the chair, and let the two legs in the front come off the ground and she set herself against the wall. She coughed loud enough for the bartender to hear, but he pushed that aside and kept working. The femme grumbled and took out a pack of cigarettes, which she tossed onto the table. Her eyes swept the area and she took out a lighter and threw that on the table as well. You mind if I light up? She asked, already beginning to rip off the top of the cigarette box. Again, there was no answer, but only a short sigh. The femme picked a stick from the pack and set it inbetween her lips, lighting it up and in a few moments, taking it inbetween her fingers and letting the smoke flow from her mouth. She coughed a few times, as she hadn't smoked in a few days and her throat was a bit tender. After a while going through about 6 sticks, she was feeling dry, and stood up. Although it was a bit late, she approached the bartender and asked for a glass of vodka, no salt, and shaken. There was a short pause, and the bartender finally looked up. The girl sighed in relief and when the bartender continued again, she was mad. Hey, asshole! Ive been trying to ask you things and you've just pushed me away! Again, there wasn't an answer, and the bartender was starting to chuckle to himself. The female grabbed the towel from his hand and started to wipe the tables. Here, why don't I help you wipe the sparkle off of this counter! She was vigorously rubbing at it when a glass of white fluid was set next to her with an olive in it. The girl looked up faintly, and nodded, taking the drink and sitting herself next to her table. She siped from it and almost gagged, putting a clenched fist to her mouth and turning pale. She spat the liquid on the ground, coughing hysterically. She spat the remains on the floor and landed her head into her arms. She hadn't tasted that in a few weeks, and her head was starting to hurt. For some reason, her fur hadn't changed color since she became what she was. Her eyes cast out to the bartender, who was smiling now, and he slowly came over and wiped it up off the floor. The girl smiled, adding with a Thankyou and soon she leaned back again, lighting up once more. She wouldn't let her days be like this anymore. She wouldn't walk the shadows each and every night for the rest of her life. Shadow...Tvim...?
Shadow scanned the streets of the black market he had been searching for hours for the seven nights or something. mumbling to himself as he adjusted the strap holding his sword on his back, looking round he saw a few drunkards and the odd prostitute. rough area... he mumbled looking sadly at a femme no more than twelve standing on a corner her eyes as wide as saucers looking fearfully around her. approaching her he asked her softly hey miss are you lost? he placed his hand gently on her shoulder as she looked fearfully up at him i-i-i-i'm working she stuttered shaking, he looked at her in disbelif before handing her a small bag and telling her to go home. she hesitated so he snarled at her, and she ran... poor kid... he sighed shoving his hands in his pockets looking at the horrible signs around him. his stare locked on a flaky sign with a crudely painted "Seven knifes" is this it he wonder stepping in he could smell Ionni staright away (not because she smelled though) striding up to the bar he tried to grab the bartenders attention, he ignored him. for fucks sake he growled. the bartender looked up quizically. red wine he snapped slamming the coin down on the table as the red wine slowly made its way over, he snatched it up and make his way over to Ionni. hey there... he said softly to her sniffing the wine in distaste.
The bitter groan let loose from Ionni, and she looked up. At first she didn't speak, but only bit her lip and smiled softly. She stood up and pushed in her chair, slowly making a creak across the floorboards. Slowly, she took the cigarettes and lighter and stuffed them into her cloak pocket. There was a shine in her eye, and they met Shadow's. Ionni approached him, and embraced him, burrying her face into his shoulder. It felt as if so long ago she had been doing the same thing. You came Shadow...you came... She tried her best not to cry, but covered that emotion with a sniffle. Never in her life was she this relieved, but she leaned back, and wiped her eyes gently. Her look went back to the bartender, and she decided to speak softly, so he wouldn't overhear. Is she coming? Have...have you seen her? Ionni was tempted to go outside, but she stood still and crossed her arms instead. She hadn't revealed herself to Shadow yet...she kept her emotions bottled up and felt like she was going to scream This is just fucked! any moment. But she didn't. Instead, she smiled, very briefely and it wasn't a happy one. It was more of a grief.
returning the embrace he held her head as he heard her sniffle of course i came, i made a promise right? he said softly again moving a peice of her hair away from her face tenderly. but on the question of Tvim his eyes dulled. i don't know, she went off without saying... he looked at her sitting there closing herself off from him but she'll appear ok? don't worry. he gave a weak smile watching her deal with her grief.
Limping, a 'dragon entered the bar. The cloak she had worn to keep the rain off swished and revealed a long gash running down the length of her leg. Her hood had been pulled down as she entered. She sat on the other side of Ionni and smiled vaugely. She held her leg at an odd angle. She put a coin on the bar and said softly Just gimme anything that dulls pain The bartender nodded and set off. She had said it softly enough that the other two wouldn't hear her. What's up guys? She asked as normally as she could but with a pained smile
Ionni's attention turned to the figure walking in, and it didn't reveal its face. Ionni reached for her gun in her pants pocket, but when she heard the voice, her ears pricked and she smiled dully. Tvim...you came... There was a short hush, but Ionni twitched her nose and smelt blood. At first, she just smelled the air, but it directed her attention on Tvim. Are...you hurt? She moved the cloak from her leg and it revealed a gash. Ionni looked up at her face, and saw that she was in pain. She bit her lip, and tried not to touch the wound. Holy shit Tvim... what... what happened? Ionni quickly turned to Shadow and nodded, pulling him over on a chair next to her. Checking her pockets, Ionni managed to find a white hankerchief, and she wiped it on the edges of the would, soaking up the blood, making the cloth a red mess. She tossed it on the ground, and sighed.
Shadow stared at her leg... a healing spell, do they affect you in a bad way? he didn't remember her having that before. Tvim do you want me to get something for that he asked lowly indicating to her leg. Out of Character

argh where has my creative mind gone?!

She pulled her leg away as the hankercheif touched it. The blood on the wound seemed to bubble slightly. I'm fine. She said I Think I'll just let it heal on it's own It was actually caused by some strange new powder the hunters had gotten their hands on. As the bartender set down her brink, she lifted it shakily and sipped it slightly. Damn those hunters. She thought holding her head in her paws quickly.
Ionni peered back over her shoulder and sighed. She figured she would let Tvim do whatever she wanted. After looking back, she set her eyes down at her feet and shook her head. I can't do this anymore She looked up, putting her fist on the table. I can't stand being on the verge of suicide or at least letting that beast come out of me again. I won't let it happen Ionni felt like killing ever person in the bar, and slaughtering her two friends, just to lety out her anger. But she didn't, instead she nestled in her chair, wrapping her wings around herself for comfort. She wanted to help Tvim, but she decided to let her be...
Shadow looked at her, not happy with the fact she was leaving her wound, but upon seeing Ionni have an outburst he scooted over to her giving her a light hug as she curled up into herself, they needed to explain things to her, to try an make things easier for her tortured soul.
Tvim looked over at Ionni. Her hardened eyes set in anger and revenge against the vampire hunters softed a bit and she patted Ionni lightly on the back
As Tvim patted her back, Ionni sighed. She cast a glance up at Shadow and spoke. Have you heard from Sieben? Her eyes deepened at that name. She remembered perfectly Sieben's eyes. Deep and powerful, full of evil and fear. What wiuld happen living your life and not dying? Betraying the helpless souls that come before you? Why is it that the evil is never relenquished, but instead just locked up and forgotten? Ionni looked at Tvim, and squinted trying to study her thoughts. But she couldn't, and she gave up not even bothering to try again. Tvim, just tell us what the hell happened...
Not since i left, and i have no idea where he is.... He said his head looking down towards Ionni. Seeing Tvims hand pat lightly on her pelt. In a way Ionni was a child. Everything was anew, and not surprisingly she was scared. On Ionnis' second question he glanced at Tvim, he wanted an explaination too.
She sighed and closed her eyes tightly, trying not to recall the experience. I was just minding my own bussiness and some strange person bumped into me. He had a hood up and he pulled it down suddenly as I snarled at him. Around his neck was a fang almostr like a trophy. He whisted and more hooded figures jumped from the bushes. Three of them grabbed me. The one with the fang necklace walked up withy a knife. It was aimed at my throat. I kicked at it and it sliced my leg as you see now. The Knife tumbled over and got Fang in the arm. He screamed and I used it to break free. Another figure dived at me and tried to get me to inhale some powder. I got a little into my lungs but most of it got all over the rest of my body. She coughed slightly at the memory We need to watch out. Hunters are trying harder to get to us. They almost got me. If I had inhaled all of that powder. I probably wouldn't be here now.
That of a figure moved down a direct alleyway away from eyes of many. He moved silently down the alleyway till that of a hooded male bumped into. The figure turned his eyes into the direction of the one that bumped into him to only see the hood drop back and reveal it was none other than a hunter. Then others came out of hiding and took hold of the single figure that wa identified as a male by his arms and hair. The one that bumped into him came forward with an already blood stained blade and swung it at the ash gary male just to have a large foot brought up to his face causing the one that was identified earlier as Fang to the ground. Then the bond ash male grinned baring two sets of fangs instead of one. He then throws out his arms tossing the other hunters away from him. The ash colored male turned himself around and walked towards one of the other hunters and snatched him up off the ground by the scruff of his neck then brings him to his face only to have the painful feeling of fangs drove into the side of his neck. Blood trailled down the hunter's chest over his shoulder as the ash colored male drank his blood. The other hunters armed themselves with silver tipped blades and charged at the ash colored creature. But only to meet the faith of long spear like bones impaling them then beginning twisted around like rag dolls. Blood and flesh left all over the place and only remained former hunters on the ground and other places about the alleyway. The ash colored male dropped the hunter he was feeding on as he turned his eyes back looking upon the hunter Fang. A evil, blood covered grin crossed the face of the ash male as he approached the quickly rising hunter. Fang charged the Ash colored dragon and drove his knife into the chest of the dragon. The dragon of course looked down onto him with a light wince, only giving an ouch for his efforts. The ash colored dragon ripped the blade from his chest and lifted the hunter from the ground by his neck. He glared upon the hunter then gave the hunters arm a harsh twist, breaking it like a tooth pick. "Wasted time of second rate hunters. You should have stuck to hunting Cucus instead of come after bigger game." He spoke as he tightened his grip on the hunter's neck. He brought the blade to his lips where he slipped his tongue along the blade slowly. This only caused his eyes to widen with anger lifting them back to the hunter. "You dare to go and harm one of my children! You are nothing more than dog food!" He roared throwing the hunter away from him. The ash colored dragon reached his right hand up and it changed to a black mass that had several eyes on it then the mass changed into the form of a black dog that extended from the ash dragon's body consuming the hunter in murderous screams as he was completely consumed. After a few short moments the demon hound vainshed away back into the ash dragon's body reforming his regular arm. The ash dragon moved over towards the only remaining pool of blood on the ground and took up the necklace with the vampire's fang on it. He gace it a glare before turning and moving back on his way through the alleyway, heading towards the bar that Ionni informed him about.
She took another sip of the drink and rested her head in her arms. She coughed slightly again and her ears perked as she heard someone else, someone familar approaching the bar, she spun growling and coughed again, but deciding it wasn't worth her effort, she put her head back into her arms.
bloody hunters... you sure you're going to be alright? Shadow looks at the back of Tvims head, a worried expression on his maw. the hunters were still about, and with a possibility of them coming to finish the job... he shook his head, taking a sip of his drink, still deep in thought.
Out of Character

Ok iM back from my roadtrip...whew!

Hunters were now lurking desperately in search of kill. Ionni let out a sigh and stood up, knocking over a chair as she did so, and turned on her heel casting an uneasy glance at the bartender. She continued to walk outside, fumbling in her pocket for some cigarettes, and before placing it in her mouth, Ionni peered around outside to make sure nobody was watching her. A blast of fire came from the match she had lit, and she brought it to the tip slowly inhaling smoke and than blowing it out leaving a cloud of smoke where she stood. Ionni hurried down the street and into the darkest alleyway she could find, slowly crouching by the corner, and than sliding down a wall and sitting between two buildings with clotheslines hung across. Fucking....they don't....why did....its ju- its just... She mumbled as her eyelids started to shut. She drew a small plastic wrapped substance from her satchel and withdrew a small amount of what appeared to be green leaves. Ionni quickly managed to wrap it over her cigarette and than re-lit the edge of it and put it in her mouth. Cant believe...wasted...Najques...this stuff...Najques At first, she bobbed her head side to side, but after a minute, she began smiling and stumbled to her feet. A dark figure came from the end of the alleway, revealing a stave. Ionni peered around the other way and saw another hunter coming, bearing a more familiar face to Ionni. It kept his hood up, but started into a sprint. There wasn't an escape for Ionni this time. She didn't fear her death this time, and would rather greet it happily than to fall down to it. She drew a knife from her boot and faced the dark figure and lunged at it with all of her might as both collided, blood spurt on the walls and Ionni turned around to the one she found familiar, leaving the knife stuck in the other. She swung her fist and it hit the figure in the face, leading it to fall over and hit the pavement. The hood slid off from the figures face and Ionni let out a shriek. The figure let out a sigh as it pushed up off the wet ground, coughing and spitting. The tall and slender figure emerged and it showed a long and soft face, withered and ghostly by age. The large black eyes glared back at Ionni, and the dragon revealed to be Ionni's eldest step sister, Bionnh. Filthy scum lie' you runnin 'round our parts, eh? She swung at Ionni with a short sword, nearly misssing her stomach. Quickly, Ionni hit her with a left fist across the jaw and again with her right, making Bionnh trip back to the wall. There was a pause before a scratchy laugh erouse from Bionnh. Y...Y-You little Bastard! M-My husband! She gaped at the body hunched next to the wall with a knife still in its chest. Bionnh took another swing that Ionni barely dodged, and than saw her try again. Ionni felt a sharp pain in the right side of her hip and let out a gasp, stumbling backwards. F-Fuc- She let out another gasp as the blood started dripping down her leg. Her back hit the wall and she felt a cold sweat starting to form on her forehead. Now you will feel the burden you have left on our family, little bastard! And with that, Bionnh drove the sword at Ionni. Barely managing to slide out of the way, Ionni took the stab on the outside of her left shoulder. Ionni didn't waste the time to even wince before she unleashed the beast trapped within her. The razor sharp claws started to grow on her fingertips and her coat changed color to a black-red and her eyes, two burning red suns, met the eyes of the now cowering dragon. Ionni dug the claws into her sisters breast, snarling with delight, before using her claws which were stabbed into Bionnh's side to drag her down the alleway. She was screaming out with terror, blood coming up through her throat, eyes transfixed on her wound, her legs hanging loosely, allowing Ionni to drag her faster. The female was thrown down a small hill before coming to a stop, where she tried her best to push herself to her feet, but was unable after Ionni had slashed her across the face. Now you will face your terror! You will die the slow and painful death that you deserved all of your life! Die you bastard, Die!!! And with that she took Bionnh by the neck and dragged her over to the pavement where she used all of her power to slam her face onto the concrete several times. When Ionni was done, she kicked the limp body in the side. Bionnh continued to whail and sputter blood, touching her face delicately to feel if it was there or not. What was left of it was a few pieces of hanging skin and a lopsided nose, all covered in red liquid. Her teeth and jawbone were revealed through bits of muscle, but Ionni giggled like a child as she snatched the dragon by the hair and lifted it up to its feet before striking its gut with her knee and than slming it down across the face with a fist. Oooh...y-your...your bleeding my darling...lets... Ionni glanced around and noticed a good sized puddle by an abandoned house. ...Lets go wash you up! Ionni said in a false friendly voice, grabbing Bionnh by the wrist and dropping her near the puddle, first checking it to see how deep it was. She grabbed her sister around the neck, and used her other hand to shove her into the puddle. There was a short struggle, where Bionnh tried to grab Ionnis wrists and barge them off but at last, the water was calming down now, and one last air bubble emerged. Ionni decided to put Bionnh in the abandoned house, biting through her neck first and severing it after some time knawing through the spine before ripping it off with her hands. She fed on that for a while, before tossing the head on the ground, leaving a trail of blood and hurrying outside, finally returning to her normal state and falling into a nearby patch of bushes and shrubs. Out of Character

Sorry for teh violence. Shadows' deep thoughts were interupted by a scream, his eyes snapped up from his drink - now noticing the empty space where Ionni had been. ....shit Putting his drink down carefully, he nodded to Tvim, incating for her to stay. And began his walk to the door. Soon the sweet smell of blood filled his nostrils as he followed it down into a dank, dark alley way. He looked at the trail of blood and the body slumped in eternal sleep beside a pool of the red delight. Shadows eyes narrowed. In seconds he had reaced the abandoned house that had the stench of death, and Ionni in a shrub nearby. A pained face showed as he tenerly walked over to her body. Ionni... his husky voice said with a quiet imortance. His paw cupped to her face as he propped her up onto his lap.
Tvim ears twitched as she heard the sound. Seeing Shadow's hand gesture she basically waved him off and ran after him and Ionni. The smell of blood filled her nostrils and she almost drooled slightly but she shook off the urge to attack the next moving thing she saw. Limping over to Ionni, she knelt down beside her and huged her tightly. In many ways, she realized now, Ionni was like a child, and she and Shadow were basically her parents. "It will be alright." she whispered gently. she hugged Ionni again before her ears twitched once more. "Well, well, how very interesting and fortunate, three vampires in one spot, two of them seem in capable to fight, so that leaves the odds at about, many to one!" a cloaked figure said as it came from around the corner followed by others from the other direction and even some dropping from the top of the building. Tvim snarled slightly, she had a score to settle, she tried to stand but endedup just falling back down onto the floor with Ionni.
