<span style='font-size:9pt;line-height:100%'>A Morbid Tale.. I know I'm not on here much, but I'm hoping writing this story will give me some incentive to come back. :] Anyway, here's what's happening.. I need to write a story for some one, it's quite morbid and has a lot of deaths. The main character is a teenage girl who is out to "deal with" everyone who has hurt her. The characters are as follows... - Katelyn: Main character, vindictive, creative, hates men. [lol] - Mike: Katelyn's ex-boyfriend, has no common-sense, treats Katelyn like crap(cheated on her in the past), has a fetish for vampires and gore, is a big nerd, redhead. - Donovan: One of Kate's best friends, massive ego, says stupid things often, has a bad habit of lying constantly, very good-looking. - Jonathan: Kate's other best friend, total sweetheart, tries hard to get a relationship but no one is ever interested, internalizer, quiet around people he's not comfortable with. - Jason: A decent friend of Kate, extremely intelligent, a person she'll talk hours into the night with, insomniac, smoker. - Samantha: Mike's ex-girlfriend, Kate's really good friend, her head is in the right place but she normally acts exactly like Kate, completely random, has a lisp. - Kirsten: Another ex-girlfriend of Mike's, Kate can't stand her, she lies and manipulates, not that good looking, shares Mike's love for gore. - Random Girl: She's nameless as of yet.. She was the one who was with Mike that cheated on Kate. All Kate can think about is how she stole Mike away from her. That's all of the characters for now.. Ultimately I want Katelyn to kill Mike, in a gory way. She might use him, degrade him, use his past against him, anything to hurt him. But at the same time she will lure him in and keep him there, make him think everything is all right when it's not. Kate could kill Kirsten as well, maybe at the same time. The others I have yet to decide if they die because they are Kate's friends, but I could always add that they've hurt her too. Meh! What I'm looking for is a storyline to incorporate them all. I need to write this fairly soon so nothing too complex. I'll give you a heads up if I like where you're going with it. Oh and feel free to add something like if you think that I should add parents and such. Also if you need a better description of each individual character ask and I'll provide one. x] </span>
If I was writing this I would set it someplace inescapable, such as a cruse ship or a cabin in the middle of nowhere. But if thats not the kind of think you're looking for and you want it in a more urban setting then maybe you'll like my attempt at it. Although, I have to warn you that most things I write end up like bad Twilight Zone episodes. Anyway: Opens with descriptions of Kate and Donovan walking though the halls of their school just as the last classes of the day have ended. They meet at their lockers (which happen to be near each other) and make small talk. Mike walks by holding hands with Random Girl and this causes Donovan to make a comment about their pasts together. This annoys Kate and she scowls and walks off, heading home. Upon reaching said destination she heads right to her room and locks the door, picks up the phone, and calls Jason. During the conversation Jason mentions theres a party (maybe a costume party) at Kristen's home the following night which Kate was not aware of. Yada yada yada... Kate goes to the party uninvited with Donovan and Jonathan vowing to somehow humiliate Mike and his new girl, they bring a camera with them. All the other characters are there except for Jason. Kate, Don, and Jon lay low during the hight of the party, making sure Mike isn't aware of their presence. Soon most of the guests leave except for the mentioned characters and a few passed-out drunks. This is where the story gets weird, and I'm sorry if this isn't what you want: Mike and Kristen go down to the basement, leaving the rest of the people at the party in the living room of Kristen's home. Kate, Don, and Jon sneak around to the back of the house and open a crack in the basement door (one of those ones that you can kind of lift up) and watch as the two begin some sort of weird masochist sex ritual. (Ie. cutting each other with knives and licking the blood) Kate, takes a picture but forgets to turn the flash on the camera off. This causes Mike and Kristen to notice them, mostly naked. Kate, in a confident and victorious mood, steps into the basement and somehow beings to mock Mike for his weird fetishes. Soon Mike is yelling at Kate at the top of his lungs to give him the camera. Kate defiantly waves it in front of his face. Mike slaps her, causing her to drop the camera. Don rushes up beside her and punches Mike in the face, causing him to reel back. In a rage Mike grabs the knife from Kristen and rams it in Don's chest. Kristen screams, bringing the rest of the characters rushing down into the basement While Jon flees out the basement door. (Returns later with the police, after all the killing has happened.) One thing leads to another and there is yelling and accusations, eventually Mike realizes that the only way he would end up in jail for the rest of his life and derides to at least punish Kate. He pulls the knife out of Don's corpse and makes a lunge at her, but is blocked by the other girls. In his rage he slashes the throat of one of them and knocks the other to the ground. This gives Kristen a chance to try and wrestle the knife from him. He drops it but throws Kristen off him. Kate, taking advantage of his being distracted kicks him in the balls and knocks him to the ground. She gets on top of him and chokes him to death. -- Well, thats one way I would write it. Sorry if it isn't what you want, I just kind of threw it together off the top of my head. I don't think I managed to get all the characters in as much as you wanted.
Actually you incoporated everyone really well. :o Like better than I expected without knowing the characters better. Haha. Nice. Anywho, I like the whole party idea.. And the fact that Mike kills Donovan, that would be so fitting. x] Being with Kristen too makes this all work. :D I'm just going to change up the end a little bit so as it's Kate torturing Mike, I already have the scene written out I just need to incorporate it. This was really helpful and a really good idea! *hugs*
