Selenity finaly reached the edge of the wasteland and looked across the landscape with her one good eye. As she looked at the mountains of southern sudesha she figured she would get a better mental reading from there icy peaks.

She flew as far as her firey wings would allow her but as she flew up higher and higher on the tallest mountain she found the tempature dropped faster and faster until she could no longer keep her flaming wings alight and had to walk through the frozen terrain. With blood freezing to the wound on her face and ice gathering on her thick collar of fur she trudged on, ignoring the pain cutting into her void of meditation.

She was waiting for a feeling. One that would tell her where to find her twin bother Ramix. He was the only person who she could trust and she knew had the skill to heal this type of wound.

She had just made a small shelter for the night when she picked up a faint feeling of a presence. A farmiliar presence and it was coming from the northeast. Without hesitation she bursted out running towards the feeling. The wind making her eye sting the whole way down the icey peak of the mountain.

As soon as she was able she reignited her wings and took off soaring towards what would be swaraj, and Ramix...

    Meanwhyle at Jaridan Academy...

Ramix Sun sat at his desk sorting through multiple large piles of test papers and assighnments. He got up from his heavy chair made from a Mayneh Tree from the deep forests of Bhim and admired the craftsmanship of the chair. it had large beast's carved into it some farmiliar and some never seen before, and at the peak of the chair an intricate carving of a Pendragon biteing a rapines throat out as the beast took its last breath. it was done verry well and Ramix was proud to be the one to be heir to the Throne of Suns. there was much honour this legacy with would travel through his blood that he stood tall and knew he would until the day he died.

As he walked over to his bookshelf with his pipe in mouth he picked out his favorite book "Theory of Life" and began flipping through its pages. Suddenly he dropped the book and pipe and fell to his knees he had a feeling. One he had not felt in over 3000 years.

With tears streaming down his whiskers he stood up. He had all but thought his sister Selenity was long dead when she had been abandoned in the harsh deserts of the Notios Sudesha only 3 days after she had graduated from her lessons. It was his Father who had banished her for defiling the family name by becoming an expert at such dark and horribly destructive magics. But he was still happy to know she was still alive no matter what she had done. He loved his twin sister and hoped that she would be ok.

with a large sigh Ramix sat back down in his Chair and wondered what had Brought Selenity out of the desert. Ans wondered why it seemed like she was headed in his direction. But realising he could not do anything about it at the time he resumed marking the tests pilled on his lesk with a large smile on his face waiting to see what this feeling would unfold.</font></font>

The next day Ramix sat at his desk but now his room was full of students all awaiting to get there latest test scores.

Over the night Ramix had no sleep at all, he was to buisy with the tests. even if he had the time to sleep he doubted he would be able to anyways because he was so anxious and curious about the feeling. He had payed close attention to it through the night and it stedily got stronger and stronger. He knew his sister was coming towards him and now he wondered why. Why after 3000 years was she coming to see him now. But aside from a little more bounce in his step and a few test's that slipped by with A's he didnt show how he felt to any of his students.

Having finished passing out the tests he went and sat down giving his students time to look over there marks.</font></font>

  3. <font color='#FFFFFF'><font size=1 face=verdana color=white>()()( - Well this fellows character profile isn't up yet, but will be as soon as I write it out. --> Seth Dragyn, male, age 1 000.

    B|( -

Seth only gave his paper a glance when he got it handed back. Then he crumpled it up and mumbled. Not good at all. Definately not one he'd want his parents to see... not like they'd care anyway. Well they would... or would they? They sure had flipped  out when he had slipped away from their grasps during the... oh. Right.

None of that mattered now. This paper was the one problem now. A low grade. Actually, a fail. He could have done better, and he knew it. But Seth never had any urge to become a healer. It had been his father that suggested that he take the course, and well, frankly, it was pretty much compulsory. Pretty much everyone had to know at least the basics of healing. Mystique would have aced the test. He knew that. But... she wasn't here. Such heartbreak... but he'd move on. He knew that.

Seth slipped the crumpled paper underneath a mess of more disorganized papers on the curved table. He wasn't going to be some healer... He was going to be a shifter. That was the art that he loved. He knew for a fact that he was already better, and not to mention faster at it than a lot of the teachers at this school. And then... oh. He was day-dreaming again. Seth sent questioning look up at the healing coach. Why was he so happy all of the sudden. He probably enjoys failing over half the class. He thought as he came to the conclusion.</font></font>

  4. <font color='#32CD32'>Ramix was looking at a healing globe he had on his desk. he loved the way on the inside how it swirled colors of blue and green and white. This particular aparatus was used for healing incredibly serious wounds. Someone could be an inch away from death and be healed using this glass ball with a small cork in the top filled wih magic. It was his verry own invention he had never had a chance to test it but it made a good paperwheight for now.

His thoughts were interupted by a loud crumple and he looked at the source. It was Seth Dragyn he had much of the potential needed to become a fantastic healer but he just didnt seem to care he was so obsessed with his little talent. Ramix decided to give the young pendragon another chance. He walked over to a shelf filled with plants on it and grabbed a nice looking Falsarr with a few blossom's on it and walked into the middle of the large circle of desks. After he set it down he called up Seth and right after useing his black nail he cut a large and deep groove up the side and called out again.

    Heal it

he looked back at the plant and began thinking of Selenity...

    Meanwhyle over Sagar...

Selenity Beat her wings fiercly She had been cought in a storm and the winds were pushing her all around. She was within seeing distance of Swaraj and she was looseing her strength fast. She had made her wings much much bigger to get her there faster and she was makeing excelent time but was getting verry tired. She remembered what Ramix had told her about getting wounded.

"if you get tired dont give in and go to sleep stay awake and your chances are much better"

So Selenity had stayed awake since the battle with the Ignorant green snot Ass. Her face stung as the wind hit it but she knew she was close to Ramix and she hoped he would not be as Short minded about her skilles as her father had.

As she flew over the first bit of land she began to lose control of staying awake and she fell towards the ground. She was a large ball of flame rocketing towards the earth and was about to crash when she winked awake again. With a start she spread her wings and stopped from crashing into the large swamp that lay below her. With a relieved breath she continued on towards the feeling with more haste than ever...</font>

  5. <font color='#A8A8A8'>In front of Blitzen lied a blank test paper. Well it wasn't totally blank. There was however, a small doodle that resembled Professor Ramix, smoking something other than his pipe. Oh and yes, a sticky-tab that read; -1% marijuana was spelled incorrectly. Blitzen just rolled his eyes at the paper.

It was Blitzen's third time taking the healing course. It wasn't that he wasn't any good at it, he simply never went to class. He wishes to rely on instinct, and to learn by himself, not have someone tell him how to do everything. Unfortuanately the Graders don't look to kindly on useless pendragons, so every few months Blitzen makes an appearance at Janardan for a week or so.

Blitzen's eyes wandered around the classroom, and finally fell upon Ramix's globe. The swirling colours gave Blitzen an idea that might distract the teacher enough to make him kick Blitzen out.
Starting at the tip of his nose, blue, green and white began to swirl and expand across Blitzen's forehead. The swirling remained in sequence with the coloured globe. After a few seconds Blitzen's whole body was swirling with colour. It was his talent to be able to change the colour of his fur so rapidly, he could run through a forest and not be seen. Blitzen had to keep his eyes on the globe to know just which way the colour was swirling and to be able to time it perfectly.</font>

  6. <font color='#FFFFFF'><font color="white">Seth hesitated upon being called. Now what? Being singled out after he had done so badly only worsened his mood. Yet he slipped away from his spot on one of the long curved tables and walked slowly toward the center of the room which now held the Falsarr and the healing coach. Seth stood, staring blankly at the purple blossoms of the plant, not very unlike the colour of his own hair, as the teacher issued his curt command. Heal it.</font>

    <font color="#FF4040">"Sir I... I can't coach, sir."</font>

<font color="white">Seth said rather pointedly, well aware that he hadn't even tried. Probably most everyone could have healed a minimal scratch on a plant like this one, but Seth had no idea where to start. He frowned. Seth, fortunately enough, the tension was broken by a few giggles and snorts from various students around the room. Seth's ears quickly flattened against the smallness of his skull, assuming that they were laughing at him.

A quick glance at the gazes that were not directed at him told him otherwise. Everyone was looking at Blitzen. Blitzen, the guy that was so huge in structure that it seemed as if he should have been well out of class, or at least graduating soon. Seth had talked to him before, but under completely different circumstances. The Dragyn tilted his head, in complete awe of the swirling patterns that swept so easily across Blitzen's coat. Someday he'd be as good as that, or at least he hoped.</font></font>

  7. <font color='#32CD32'>Ramix was very disappointed that Seth haddent even tryed and was about to show him how to do it yet again when he heard giggling.

He turned around to see Blitzen swirling just like his globe. The young pendragon was miming the flows of earth water and spirit contained by the globe  perfectly but that was still no excuse for what he was doing. Ramix called to him and said in a harsh tone.

Blitzen you will be seeing me after class and if you dont stop that right now its detention for a week!

All of a sudden Ramix felt a slight pain in the right side of his face that made him wince. the feeling of Selenity's presence was stronger than ever it almost felt likr she was right on top of him. He was trying to figure out why his face hurt when all of a sudden a massive torrent of pain streaked through his eye. It caused him to fall back and roar in agony.

As he lay sprwaled out on the floor wings makeing burn marks on the tile and students gawking wide-eyed at him in curiosity and fear He heard an imencely loud explosion which made the entire room shudder. Right after the explosion all pain had stopped and the feeling of Selenity had verry nearly vanished but still remaind verry weakly. Without hesitation and paying no heed to the pendragons crouching under desks or looking at the dust particles fall from the roof he Bursted out the door of his classroom and went running to see what had happend...

Meanwhyle from Selenity's point of view...

A large flaming ball that was Selenity was circling above Janardan. going by the feeling she should be able to see ramix on the ground just below her but she couldn't.

feeling fatigue and pain take over completely she had one choice and that was to send out a symbol of emotion to Ramix wherever he was and hope he came. So with a loud roar of pain she severed he mental block that was holding back the pain and transfered it over to Ramix for a brief moment and began to plumet to the earth below. Using her last bit of strength and energy she wove a shield of demonic energy around herself and crashed into the hard rocky ground.

She felt her mind drift from where she lay and saw herself as an image she had all but forgotten, an inocent Niotie laying in her mothers arms next to her brother Ramix...</font>

  8. <font color='#A8A8A8'>Blitzen ignored Ramix's warning and continued with his swirling. When Ramix suddenly burst out in painful roar, Blitzen stopped. He startled Blitzen, and his automatic defense mechanism kicked in.

In the blink of an eye, Blitzen's fur changed from the swirling colours of the healing globe, to the colours and patterns of his surroundings. His fur melded with the desk infront of him and the bookshelf behind him. It was a difficult change, to have so many pendragons in the room and each at a different angle, for Blitzen to try and disappear from everyone. He ended up leaping to the far corner of the room and blended with the wall like a chameleon.

Then there was the explosion. Startled screams could be heard from a few rooms away, and a few within the Ramix's room. Blitzen's fur raised at the large noise. He was used to being in the open woods, not in a closed off little room, and the thought that the school could be under attack or maybe some freak gas explosion occured in a science room scared him. But, out of the corner of his eye, Blitzen noticed Ramix charge from the room. That was it. Whatever it was that could spook a teacher was enough for Blitzen to stand. He tore off behind Ramix and headed straight for the first exit. When he was outside, he spread his wings and was gone. His fur blending with the clouds, he was sure not to be noticed.

                               * * * * * * *

Not much went on around Ramath without the Graders knowing, and recently, Selenity was being monitered. For years she was ignored in the deapths of the desert, but with the years brought her great stregnth. It was when Ramix joined Janarden Academy that she was remembered. With Ramix's age had come great wisdom in the art of healing. He tends to be overlooked because of his soft, gentle nature. But there was a time that the Grader's recall when he had a twin sister. When she was dumped in the desert, she was pretty much forgotten, until now...

    What word have you Avrum?

    Selenity lives, Magosai.

    And her skill?

She has great skill. Her elemental spells are large and out of control. She is a great fighter on land and even better in the air. Yet she doesn't seem to have any self control, it was attack after attack. No thought or planning went into it.

Have my eyes decieved me or have you been injured?

She caught me offguard with two attacks at once. I assure you it was a mistake on my behalf. In return I too got carried away and took off one side of her face.

I believe the orders were to test her strength, not cripple her.

*deep growl* I am sorry Magosai.

    And she tore your shirt?

    Yes Magosai.

    And where is she now?

Most likely still in the desert, blowing off steam.

Hmmm... She is at the Academy.

    *silence*

If her magic is how you explained, then there is a chance that she poses a threat to the students.

    I will go then.

I do not want any fatalities. Do you think you can handle that, Assassin.

I will comply with the Magosai's wish.

Very well, you'd best be off. Do not disapoint me.

Seth had jolted at the sound of a huge explosion. What? Who? Could it be that the rapine had finally found the pendragon homeworld? No... not even the Graders would allow that to happen. As Ramix quickly cleared the room and Blitzen made his unseen exit, Seth glanced about the classroom. His gaze was met with several fearful faces. Something that would make a teacher vacate a room that fast really had to be something. He gave everyone his bravest smile (faked of course) and said, </font><font color="#FF4040">"Er... I'm gonna go check it out. One of you should prolly' go alert the other coaches... or something."

<font color=white>Seth laughed a little shrilly, then made a straight heading for the closest classroom door. He ran through the great hall toward the main exit. Already there were teachers crawling all over the place, calming students and issuing orders. Seth was surprised that no-one had tried to stop him as he slipped quietly out the main entrance. He came to a full stop at Ramix's side, his face contorted in a look of confusion. </font><font color="#FF4040">"Coach, what's... going on?"</font></font>

  10. <font color='#32CD32'>Ramix ran down the halls of Janardan to the nearest exit to where the explosion originated. It wasent hard to find his way because he was guided by the faint feeling of presence originating from his sister.

As he ran he didnt notice the students screaming or the teachers calling to him or the student from his class that was folowing him. When he reached the door leading out into the courtyard of the Academy he nearly fell over. Sitting in the middle of a crater the size of a small lake was a purple orb 3 or 4 meters in diameter surounded by melted rock and dancing flames. But the thing that had Ramix stunned was what was inside the orb. laying in a pool of her own blood was his sister Selenity.

He was just about to run to get her when he heard Seth ask him what was going on. His brain clicked out of its initial panic and back into his calm inteligent self. He grabbed Seth by the shoulders and said.

Run back to the class and get my globe on my desk. be very careful with it its fragile and whatever you do dont drop it!

Having said that Ramix charged into the crater to his sister.

The center of the crater was filled with about a foot of molten rock and that was the only thing keeping the other teachers back from the globe but it didnt stop Ramix. He charged into the lava like it was a wadeing pool and ran up to the globe. He could sence the flows of air and spirit woven together to make the globe but he could also feel the demonic magic treaded throughout the flows.

Using a strong solid flow of spirit Ramix cut through the orb dispelling it and grabbing Selenity in the process. The blood she was lying in spilt onto the molten rock sending a rancid odour through his nostrils. He looked at her face and gasped seeing that half of it was missing. Glad that he had sent Seth to go get the globe he carried Selenity over near the door that he came out of.

Seeing that her face wasent her only injury he began healing the minor fractures and cuts. Not beeing able to do much more for her at the current time Ramix tied of a pulsating flow of spirit to keep his sister breathing and there he waited for the young student to return...

    Meanwhyle...

As memory's churned and splashed about in Selenity's subconious She was swept away bye one of her sitting in a small colorful room playing with her brother Ramix. She held onto a small ball with diferent colored swirls painted on it and her brother played with a glass cup with the inscription "Pride to the Sun" writen on it. She looked up and saw her parents Lianity and Welgon watching them with thoughtfull look's on there faces. She was just about to scream and curse at her father when she was once again swept away by another wave of memory's...</font>

  11. <font color='#A8A8A8'>Assassin turned away from Karryasa and tore off towards the border and edge of Ajita. With Karryasa's watchful eyes on him, Assassin leapt from the edge of the floating island. His fur rippled in the wind and his shirt made a loud flapping noise against his body. He fell, front paws outstretched and eyes squinting even more with the wind. Closer and closer the ground came to him.

Assassin didn't shapeshift all that much, however, in this case Assassin decided that this might be the time. He had a particular morph in mind, but was worried that he still might be recognized. Assassin never really worked much on his shapeshifting, so he wasn't the greatest at it. The morph he had in mind he hadn't yet completely mastered, meaning whenever he changed, he couldn't take on the creature's fur colour. He was always left with the same bright green fur. No matter, Selenity might recognize him, but the odds where in his favour that the students wouldn't.

Assassin's muscles and bones shifted and melded with a rather disturbing sound. Large scaley webbed fins sprouted from his shoulders and from the tip of his tail, on both sides. His snout grew thicker and his teeth melded together, forming thinker yet fewer teeth in his jaws. Two great twisted horns sprouted from Assassin's head. His tail thickened out, and his muscles grew enormously. His claws grew thicker and his thumb shrivled; the whole time his body was growing rapidly.

With a great thud that sounded like a gunshot, Assassin hit the ground. His newly developed muscles rippled and tensed. The creature didn't wait a moment before it was charging off towards the Academy. It wasn't the greatest animal for hiding, but when it came to combat, not many beings could take on a full grown Behemoth and live to tell about it.</font>

  12. <font color='#FFFFFF'><font color=white>Seth blinked at Ramix. The globe? On the desk? What globe? He hesitated for about two seconds before it clicked in: that swirly thing! Right. He gave Ramix a quick smile, then bolted back inside. Already there were crowds forming at the main entrance and the teachers were frantic, trying to keep students inside and away from possible harm. That was their first priority, right? Seth ran down the hall, racing down the long corridors, weaving through bodies, until he reached one of the doors to his former classroom. There, swirling with harmonic colours just as before, was the globe. Seth raised an eyebrow. The classroom was still occupied by his classmates and a stand-in teacher. Seth snuck around to the front of the class and grabbed the globe. His movements caught the teacher's attention, who in turn fixed him with a questioning look.</font>

<font color=FF3F3F>"I ah... Ramix asked for this."</font> <font color=white>He said. His explanation offered, Seth quickly vacated the classroom before the coach could utter a word of protest. After all, there wasn't any time to waste. Right? He wasn't halfway down the corridor when he felt a heavy paw on his right shoulder. He spun around, the globe slipping ever so slightly in his grasp. It was another teacher.

"Where do you think you're going in such haste?" She asked. It was Coach Jaceen Lapices? Oh... he couldn't remember. His brain was powertripping on adrenaline at the moment. But yes. It was her. Had to be. "A Dragyn, are you not? Seth, if I'm not mistaken." She continued, trying to prompt him to speak. Seth shook his head. No. No! NO! He took a step backward. He didn't have time to explain himself! But it didn't look as if the coach was going to let him go that easily. Now she was looking at the globe with a skeptical gaze. Seth pulled himself from her grasp and at once found his mind being invaded by hers. He was frozen. Then all at once there was a hysterical scream from one of the classrooms. It broke off the coach's concentration just enough, giving Seth the ability to once again bolt. The coach's attention snapped to the classroom, then back to Seth in an instant, who by this time was just a small tail flame vanishing into the crowd.

With a heaving sigh, Seth emerged from the main doors, despite the pendragons that were trying to grab his tail and drag him back. He stumbled forward, one of his back paws becoming entangled in something. Seth toppled backward as he tried to keep his balance, still clinging onto the swirling globe. His eyes squinted shut, expecting a hard landing... but instead his back rested against something solid that fizzled off a soft aqua light when he made contact with it. Seth straightened himself out and got a better hold on the swirling orb. Someone had put a forcefield over the school...? Looks like there would be no turning back now. The small Dragyn gave the invisible forcefield a kick, just to see the aqua light fizzle forth again and make sure it was no trick and he wasn't imagining it. Looked real enough. Felt real enough. Remembering his task at hand again, he looked toward the crater and hollered.</font>

    <font color=FF3F3F>"Coach Ramix! I got it!"</font>

<font color=white>The ground shook beneath his paws. A sudden sickening flashback coming to him. An earthquake? He'd almost been dragged underground once. Seth shivered, then dared himself to move a little closer to the crater. Had it caused the earth to tremble?</font></font>

  13. <font color='#32CD32'>Ramix having seen Seth kick the force field realized he had is main option cut off so he began making a plan 2. When Seth said "Coach Ramix I got it" Ramix grabbed the globe and said.

Well looks like we are going to see if my little invention works.

Weaving a shield around Seth and thinking no need to risk his life Ramix took the cork out of the globe and was blown back. The globe had exploded in a blinding light. When RamixÂ’s eyes adjusted to the flash he was amazed. There were thousands of fused flows of earth air and spirit flying around above his head and everywhere they were seeping into Pendragons healing them. If they had had a paper cut or a bruise it was healed upon contact with one of the flows but the thing that Ramix couldnÂ’t understand was the flows were seeking out people who had injuries. He didnÂ’t remember adding a guidance spell to the mixture but that thought was washed away when he looked at Selenity.

Selenity had almost completely healed Ramix gawked as bones slipped back into place and the gashes on her paw faded away. Even her face was looking better the cracks in her skull disappeared and the edges of the wound lost all infection and began to heal.

Ramix stood up and released his shield on Seth and said.

Hmmm that was a little more efective than i thought it would be.

And began muttering to himself about quantity of magic and spells used to trigger the blast but looked at Seth and picked up the still unconscious Selenity. Opening a door in what seemed mid air he stepped one foot through and looked back.

Thank you for retrieving my globe for me. If you want to come with me you may I'm headed to my cave in North Swaraj

With a patient and happy look on his face he waited for the young Pendragons response...

    Meanwhile...

Selenity was in the middle of another memory involving her and her brother learning how to fly when what seemed like a cold wind rocketed through her mind. She couldnÂ’t help but shiver and squint her eyes. This feeling lasted for about a minute and then disappeared just as fast as it had appeared. She felt more aware and alert as to what was going on and could understand the memories better than before. Another one began.

Selenity sat in a class of very young Pendragons probably... Yes this was her first day in training she had picked all the same classes as her brother had but was excluded from the lessons he got from the private teacher there father had hired for him. Selenity was jealous and angry as she had found herself being more often not that they had begun to grow up but she suppressed it and tried to listen to her coach talking about how they would learn to move water and control rocks in Elemental Magic's for beginners. Her brother seemed to pick up on what the teacher was saying almost hypnotically.

Then she was pulled out of that memory and slipped into another...</font>

  14. <font color='#A8A8A8'>Assassin bounded towards the Academy, his hair whipping about in the wind. It wasn'y so much like running, but more of a jumping motion. He hit the ground, coiled his muscles and leapt forward again. In the air he outstretched his front talons, and used his forelegs to absorb each landing. A Behemoth, being such a large and heavy animal, wasn't quite as graceful as a slimmed pendragon, but each bound carried Assassin at least four times the length of the Behemoth's body. As a pendragon he couldn't make such time quickly, and there was only a few pendragons that he knew that could outrun a behemoth.

As he drew nearer and nearer to Janarden, a suddened burst of white light went off. Assassin knew that it was right near the school, and pumped his legs harder to pick up speed.

Finally with a loud howl, Assassin tore onto the school premisis. He looked from the very large crator in the ground to Ramix who by this time, had one foot through the magic door, and had Selenity unconcious with him.

< I trust you are taking her back to her desert than Ramix...>

Assassin spoke his words through telepathy. Thought speak. Finding no need to be in his present form any longer, with Selenity incapacitated and all, Assassin changed back to his old pendragon-ie self.

< That thing is an endangerment to the staff and students of Janarden, and she should never have come here. With her destructive magic and out-of-control behaviour, it's no wonder she was exiled and named the Desert Demon.>

Assassin stepped closer to Ramix and was able to get a better look at the limp demon. It was only now that Assassin noticed that her wounds had been pretty much healed. He flattened his ears with a growl.

His ears were still singeed around the edges. The tips had nor fur remaining on them, just pink raw skin. The fur that remained on his lower ears was blackened, and was clumped with dry blood and sand. It didn't seem to bother him. Had he been any good at healing himself, he would have already healed them. But after a battle that resorted to any sort of injury, Assassin returned home to have his mother, Kati do the healing to both his wounds and his concious. If it weren't for her kind counciling words, Assassin would have been too emotionally damaged to fight by the early age of 1500.

Unfortunately, retirement wasn't an option Assassin was provided with when he agreed with the Graders to do their dirty work in return for Kati's life.

Assassin looked up from Selenity to Ramix.

< It may not have been wise to heal her quite so quickly. I am affraid you may have wasted your time. I will let you in on a little something. Name's Assassin, and it was I who afflicted those injuries upon her. Once you joined the Academy, it was brought to attention that your twin was still looming around the desert. Her powers have increased, and it was I that tested those powers. She got two hits on me. Not many get any hits on me.

It is in question as to whether or not she poses a threat to society. By coming to this school, she may just have dug herself an early grave. As a professor, and as a brother, you must understand that threats to society have to be eliminated. I have a brother myself, and I know the bond between siblings. I urge you to return her to the desert and instruct her to lie low for a while. It's my job to eliminate the threat, I have no choice here. If she hangs around she will be declared a threat and I will have to...you know.>

Assassin turned away. He made it clear that she wasn't the first and he hoped Ramix would see past his bondage between siblings and understand that there was more at stake. He was affraid though, because the bond between siblings is indeed great, but the bong between twins...</font>

  15. <font color='#FFFFFF'><font color=white>Seth stood completely motionless, his mouth slight ajar as Ramix opened the globe. The light and waves of magic that it threw off left Seth in a moment of temporarily blindness and panic. His heart raced, ready to leap out of his throat. What the hell was that? Seth blinked. Ramix had gathered up Selenity and was making for a portal when he finally adressed him. A thanks?</font>

    <font color=FF3F3F>"No problem..."</font>

<font color=white>Seth said, looking curiously at the portal. He'd seen them used before. Quite often actually. And as much as he wanted to follow Ramix, he felt as if it were in his best interest not to. After all, parents would have been alerted about the strange happenings at school... and he was still expected to be there. So despite ever living fibre in his small body cried out, Seth shook he head. He wouldn't be following Ramix.

The earth rattling on the other paw had increased. Leading Seth to believe that maybe one of the inner supports of the school was breaching and threatening to collapse. But Ramathian buildings had always been built to last. Why should the school be any different? It had probably withstood far more worse shakes than that before anyway. The rumbling stopped, only to be followed up by a howl. Seth's earths flattened as a bright green figure decended upon them. Seth took several steps backward, sensing instinctively that his meddling was not needed nor welcomed.</font></font>

  16. <font color='#32CD32'>Ramix having lost all his attention on Seth upon the new arrival stopped walking through the doorway and heard what the now green Pendragon had to say through a voice in Ramix's head.

When he heard that it was Assasin who laid such wounds on his sister he became a little angry but not mad enough to let it show on his face. Instead of immediately doing what Assassin had just said he waited for him to finish talking and replied in the same manner just as Assassin was turning his back to him.

< Actually I think I have a few questions for you. I'm taking Selenity to my house in northern Swaraj if you would be so kind as to join me we could discuss matters over a cup of tea. >

Ramix had thought all this with a welcoming smile on his face. He really did hope that he could discuss this with Assassin because then he could learn exactly what it was that happened and what provoked what was obviously a vicious battle.

Remembering that Assassin had been told to eliminate her if she became a potential threat to society he added.

< Oh and you wont have to worry about Selenity being any sort of a threat she is buried deeply in a coma and wont be awaking any time soon. So no need to worry >

Ramix then looked back at Seth and the look on his face said that he would not be joining them. Ramix also noticing that Seth was alarmed decided to give him an excuse to leave because that is what he looked like he wanted to do.

Oh yes Seth. You donÂ’t look overly eager to tag along and I guess it is for the better seeing as you have classes and all. But Just in case anyone gives you trouble about what happened here take this.

Ramix grasped Selenity in one arm freeing him self to reach into the pouch that was strapped to his side. He pulled out another one of his latest inventions. It was a flow of fire frozen solid by powerful flows of air and water contained in a small glass stick about three inches long. He had invented it for exhibitionists who needed help while traveling in a mountain or such. It was a sort of beacon to whoever constructed it. He handed the stick to Seth.

All you have to do is break the stick and I will know where you are and that you need me and I will be there in moments. Anyways I must go now so back to class with you and tell the substitute where we left off please.

Turning back to face Assassin again Ramix nodded and thought to Assassin.

< Very well shall we be off >

Meanwhile amongst a mass of memories inside Selenity's head...

Selenity was in her second year of lessons and was starting to become rebellious.

She sat in front of a dark purple Pendragon who was chewing on a long black stick. He had no wings and his tail seemed to have been broken in several places and never healed properly. His eyes were dark and bloodshot and had a slight red glow in them and he spoke in a booming voice that was almost a whisper at the same time.

So you donÂ’t like the way your life is being looked at and you want to show them all what its like to be hurt eh? I think I could help you with that.

Selenity nodded at the Pendragon who she would apprentice to for the next fraction of her life and learn the way of Daemonic Arts...</font>

  17. <font color='#FFFFFF'>Assassin turned his head back to meet Ramix's gaze.

< Deep coma? Curious... I did not cause her that much harm. It is possible that she met with another on her way here. Either way, I will also pass. If she wakes up, she will not be happy to see me, and I do not wish further confrontation.>

Assassin sat back on his haunches, showing no intention of following through Ramix's portal. Assassin senced something wasn't right. He just revealed that it was he who slashed Selenity, yet Ramix did not show any anger.

< I am not the fool you take me for Professor. I would sooner seek out Terez than step through your portal. Could it not be possible that once on the other side, Selenity magicly awakens and you both decide to have a go at me? Maybe not but why risk it? Think my work on her face was impressive? Imagine what she'd look like after Kati learned that her youngest son was ambushed by a school teacher?>

Assassin, jokingly, gave Ramix a quick smile and stood. He turned and began to trot off towards Dhruv. Before he disapeared into the forest, he added,

< It was merely a recomondation you taking her back where she belongs, I am not forcing you. But need be, I will force my teeth into her throat......need be-></font>

  18. <font color='#FFFFFF'><font color=white>Seth watched both Ramix and Assassin, seemingly caught in between the two pendragons powerful auras. He couldn't hear what they were saying, but that didn't bother him. Seth's active imagination could fill in all of the gaps. When Ramix eventually turned to him, Seth's ears perked up. No... he certainly wasn't eager to go. At least, he knew that he shouldn't be eager to go. But his insides were itching for adventure. Even if that adventure happened to just be wandering around inside some coach's abode.

Ramix then handed Seth a small glass stick. It was small. He eyed it, the glass making faint tinkling sounds as he turned it around in his paws. Seth nodded. He'd never used one of these before, but Ramix's instructions seemed pretty clear. Seth's eyes wavered back to Assassin. He seemed to be making his exit. Seth frowned. Guess he wasn't about to see a fight outbreak. Oh well. He looked back to Ramix, then spoke.</font>

<font color=FF3F3F>"Ramix, sir, if it's all right with you, do you think I could just tag a long? I think the academy is going to be a pretty hectic place as it is today."</font></font>

  19. <font color='#32CD32'>Ramix called out to Assassin saying

< DonÂ’t worry I will take he back she is no threat to anyone under my care. >

Not sure that Assassin heard him he focused back on Seth and was pleased when he heard what he had to say. It would be much less boring having someone there to talk to and he might even be able to teach Seth some healing tricks.

Ramix grabbed Selenity in both arms again and motioned with his head for Seth to follow him and said.

I would be glad to have you join me Seth and your probably right.

Smiling he stepped through the door and was instantly inside his house in northern Swaraj.

    Meanwhile...

Selenity was in a memory of when Conalin her Daemonic arts teacher was teaching her combat skills. Unlike most teachers who show you how to do it then observe when you made your attempt Conalin told you what you would be doing and lunged at you. You had the time between the lunge and the strike to figure out how to do it.

Conalin had always told her that the day she got the upper hand on him would be the day she passed him in skill and would be finished her classes.

Selenity had wanted to be a daemonic arts Master since the day she asked Conalin for him to teach her.

Today she was being taught how to dodge multiple attacks from different angles. Conalin directed her that she would be defending against himself and two Wraiths. With the instructions said Conalin Pounced as well as the wraiths Selenity spun and wove a Daemonic net around one of the Wraiths. She then jumped up as Conalin's Burning Scull spell sizzled underneath her. Then with a Howl of a Banshee Selenity dispelled the last Wraith and began hand-to-hand combat with Conalin. Paws and claws whizzing a mile a minute Selenity blocked as many of the attacks as she could but was eventually Struck in the throat with the pad of ConalinÂ’s foot.

She buckled and fell to the ground gasping for air Conalin praised her and stated that she had done very well and she would pass this lesson. Retiring to his dark room in the catacombs he left Selenity there on the moldy stone floor trying to regain her breathing...</font>
