<span style='color:#660000'>"Mnuef?"</span> This was the first thing out of Jyta's mouth when she regained consciousness, since she wasn't awake enough to curse. She blinked her bleary eyes as they came into focus, and lay back down for a moment while she took stock of her position. She was curled up in a way that she was unaware was physically possible, on the couch where she had passed out the night before. Deciding that she only felt like she was going to die, she pushed herself to her feet, and staggered over to the sink.

Someone's glass from last night was picked up in her paw as she filled it with water that she forced herself to down. She followed it immediately with another, after which she put the glass down. <span style='color:#660000'>I'm skipping class today. I don't care if I'm failing, I'm skipping whatever I do or do not have planned.</span> Jyta glanced longingly at various cafinated beverages on the counter, but she knew it would just make the headache worse. Jyta's feelings of nausea were growing, so she went to the bathroom, vomited, and came back out again. Down went another glass of water. She sprawled back on the couch, trying not to move too much. <span style='color:#660000'>I wonder where Ryth and Tamay are?</span> Jyta proceeded to stare at the ceiling, trying to make her headache go away by zoning out.

    <table class=ooc><tr><td>Projectile vomiting! What fun!</td></tr></table>

Ryth eyes slowly focused on what he thought was the ceiling. It probably was, considering that neither floors, not walls had light fixtures attached to them. Well, walls sometimes do, and floors can have floor lamps- but those aren't attached... He groaned. He sat up slowly, the only kind possible at this stage.

He felt sick immedeatly, and rushed to the bathroom just in time. After about five minutes of vomiting and panting, he felt well enough to move around again. He wandered back to the spot of floor where he had slept. As he lay down, he thought he heard movement. He called out, soft enough to not wake anyone asleep, but loud enough anyone awake could hear him, "Anyone else awake?"

  3. ::Tamay rolled over on her side, from where she had passed out the evening before, she was slowly opening her eyes, when she noticed another in the dorm, she couldnt remember most of the previous evening, and was beginning to wonder if she had passed out in a strangers down, she immediately sat up, which didnt do much for the hangover, and swiftly spun her head around, which made the nausea even worse than she thought it would::

who the heck and you, and why the heck are you in our dorm

::Tamay started freaking out, looking around at the mess, and this stranger she had never met before, she was confused, and lost, she didnt know what else to say, she just blankly stared at him, then sat back on the couch, and tried to think::

  4. Jyta groaned in response to Ryth's query, managing a weak <span style='color:#660000'>"I'm up."</span> She trusted the orange male to be able to tell the difference between her voice and Tamay's. Jyta was about to pass back out when she heard Tamay's voice. She seemed to be yelling at Ryth about why he was in their dorm room. Jyta figured she could go fix it, but she couldn't really summon the energy. So the red femme just compromised and just yelled. <span style='color:#660000'>"He's supposed to be here, Tamay. You said he could sleep here for a bit, 'til he gets his own dorm room."</span> Jyta groaned again and clutched her stomach, feeling sick again. She knew there was nothing to go up, though, so she didn't bother moving.

Jyta knew she needed some form of a hangover cure, but she was too sick to make it. It followed that since Ryth was the newest addition to their dorm, he should get the honor. <span style='color:#660000'>"'Oy, Ryth! You're the newest one here, show us your hangover cure!"</span> Jyta finally, with a great deal of moaning and groaning, pushed herself up into a sitting position. Once sitting up, she pushed herself to her feet, and made a few staggering steps. <span style='color:#660000'>That wasn't so bad, now, was it?</span> She knew it had been, but she felt like being vaguely optimistic this morning.

  5. Ryth groaned. He propped his head up. "Cure? I did just about half of it in the bathroom. Mostly involves loss of internal organs through vomiting. That and oragne juice. You guys have any orange juice?

He groaned again. Then he groaned again just for the fun of it. Not that being hungover was much fun is Ryth's opinion. Someone, somewhere, probably enjoyed being hungover. They probably also ate babies. 'Cause not many normal people like being hungover.

Ryth stumbled into the bathroom, used the toilet (for someting other than vomit, for a change), and walked, blearly-eyed in search of a clock. He found one. The time didn't mean a whole lot to him, he just wanted something to do. The time was just about what he figured. He wandered into a near chair, and sighed, leaning back. He hoped that not every morning would be like this, here.

  6. ::tamay thought to herself for a moment, realizing that she had welcomed him into their dorm, being so drunk last night must have caused her to forget::

oh im sorry, didnt mean to freak out, was just really confused for a few minutes there

::tamay just smiled, and stagered over to the fridge to see if there was some good old OJ in there, she shuffled around some bottles and half eaten take out food, lucky to find the last container of juice, smiling happily she poured three glasses, finishing up the juice::

come come! i found some orange juice

::tamay smiled and took some small sips, not to cause her stomach to become upset, and make her vomit, worse than she already was, she just watched the other two, making sure they were alright::

  7. Jyta grinned at Tamay's find. <span style='color:#660000'>"Something in this house that isn't alcoholic? Blasphemy!"</span> She staggered over to where the glasses were, gratefully taking one. <span style='color:#660000'>"Mm, good old O.J."</span> She was being sarcastic; she hated orange juice. Nonetheless, she forced it down, and did feel slightly better afterwards. Slightly being the key word.

She still wanted to go sleep for the rest of the day, but she was fairly sure that wasn't an option. At least, not yet. <span style='color:#660000'>"Bleh. So, what'dy'all want for breakfast/lunch? Donuts? Eggs? Meat? All three can be found in the cafeteria, I think. You wanna trek down there?"</span> Jyta wanted sugar right now, unusually enough. Normally she craved salt, but not this morning. This morning, she wanted a glazed donut. Yummy.

She blinked as she found a clock to look at. The clock, however, didn't have the date. <span style='color:#660000'>"Do we have classes today? "</span> She hoped one of the others might know, because she certainly didn't. She was barely sure of the time, much less awake enough to know if they had school. <span style='color:#660000'>If my parents could only see me now... I suppose this is why Nurano is the one to visit, not me.</span> She refocused her eyes on the people in front of her and awaited their answers about the cafeteria.

  8. Ryth downed his glass and looked over at Jyta. "Yeah, I'm kinda hungry... I don't want anything too rich, though. Don't want the headlines to read: Janardian student dead: Drowned in pool of own vomit, officals say" He made a weak grin. "Really, though, I do need something to eat."

Classes, classes... It would probably knew if he knew what today was, that would probably help. Oh well. He stumbled slightly on the way to the 'fridge to get a second glass of OJ. He steadied himself, but the feeling had already passed.

He drank half the glass, then set it down on the counter. His stomach growled. "I wanna get down there today. Let's go shall we?"

  9. ::Tamay smiled, as she gulped on her oj, looking at the time as she listened to the others talk about plans for getting something to eat::

well even if there are classes today, i am definately not in the right state to be going to them, and yes, food sounds good, lets go!

::Tamay grabbed a small sweater from her room, and draped it over her shoulders, keeping herself warm, slipping into it, she smiled as she looked at the other too, motioning for the door, hearing her poor stomach growl::

i could go for some bacon and eggs right now

  10. Jyta smiled at the other two's enthusiasm. <span style='color:#660000'>"I'm all for a donut, so let's go!"</span> Jyta made sure she wasn't wearing things that would make her look more hungover than she was, and decided that the clothes from the night before would suit admirably. She cracked her fingers and began to walk. <span style='color:#660000'>"And we're off!"</span> She began to walk down the hall towards the Cafeteria. There weren't many Pendragons in the hall, but there were some, making Jyta think that they might not have class today. Either way, she didn't really mind.

Upon reaching the cafeteria doors, Jyta pushed them open and walked into the relatively quite space. There was a hum of conversation, but since it wasn't quite time for lunch, there weren't too many 'dragons in the room. Jyta turned to face her companions. <span style='color:#660000'>"So, should we find a seat and then get food, or get food and find a seat?"</span> She noticed a table nearby, and kept an eye on it in case they decided to get it.

She also noticed the rather picked-over pastry section, with a variety of beverages near-by. She felt around in her pocket for some money or a charge card. She found some change, enough to give her a pastry and some juice or something to drink. Perhaps they could send a runner for the food while the other two held the table?

  11. Ryth sat down at the table. "Someone want to go grab some food?" He dug around in his pocket and out came an empty hand. "Sorry guys. Left my money in the room. I think. Or it could be just that I don't have any." Ryth wasn't too concerened. Money had never been a problem with him. He did have a couple outstanding loans... No, wait. I paid those... I think.

"You guys'll cover for me right?" he said, throwing his arms around them in a friendly manner. "Right?" Then without waiting for an answer, he said, "Thanks. Anyone else have any money?" he said, looking at Tamay.

  12. ::Tamay got her things together from the dorm, and put on some decent, clean looking attire. She watched the other two as they got ready and then headed off to the cafe to find something to eat::

im ready, lets go get foooooood

::Tamay got to the cafe, watching as Jyta found an empty table, and she figured it would be easier for one person to go get the food, while the other two sat patiently at the table, just incase while they were all looking around for something to eat, other pendragons decided to snatch up the table from them, while thinking about this, she figured she was the least hung over, and would be able to go get the food for the both of them, so she motioned to Jyta to walk towards the table::

how about you guys sit, and ill go get the food and come back

::while saying this, she was thinking about what Ryth has said, she didnt like the fact she had just met him, and now he is already mooching off them, she felt this was a big scam for him to get whatever he wanted, because Jyta and him apparently had a "thing" for each other, but she pushed this aside, and would confront him later::

  13. Jyta grinned and nodded as Tamay went to get the food. Tamay knew what Jyta liked in the way of breakfast foods, so she had no problem with Tamay being the one to get the food. She walk/staggered over to where the empty table was, and sat down at it with Ryth. She was slightly concerned about the mooching issue, but as Tamay had noted, because of her "thing" for Ryth, it wasn't in the front of her mind. Normally, though, she would have made sure to demand that he paid them back. She'd remember later, though. Probably.

Jyta yawned, blinking. <span style='color:#660000'>Time for get-to-know-each-other questions.</span> She asked the one that had been in the back of her mind since Ryth had asked to stay in their dorm. <span style='color:#660000'>"So... where were you staying before you were with us?"</span> It didn't really occur to her that he might not want to talk about it. Jyta, for whatever reason, really didn't have any problems with talking about anything that happened to her. She was just that kind of person. However, she did not yet realize that most others weren't.

Jyta craned her neck away from the conversation for the moment and checked to see if she could spot Tamay. She thought she saw her in the checkout line, but couldn't be sure. None of the lines were long, though, so she figured that she'd be back soon.

  14. Ryth leaned over and wispered into Jyta's ear. "I just got here last night. I think this makes it a lot more fun, though, don't you think?" He leaned back and laughed. "Oh well. Guess my secret's out, huh?" He laughed again. Wonder why no one noticed before? Guess I really am that great of person.

He knew he was getting vain, but he could relax. After all, he was the one who had gotten a room with two chicks. Two chicks who drink. That was something to be happy about.

"If you're worried about money, don't worry. I'll pay you back." That had seemed to have bothered Tamay. It wasn't so much the amount of money, it was the the thought that he was here just to mooch off of them. Personally, he didn't like moochers, but he himself was a different story. He liked to think of it as taking out a loan.

He looked for Tamay in the line. He couldn't see her, but he didn't have the greatest of views. He wasn't being mean, but he thought he liked Tamay a lot less than he did Jyta, for some reason. He scooted closer to Jyta. Just personal preference. I hope that doesn't stir up any trouble later down the road...

  15. Accidentally posted out of order, please ignore. *nod*

  16. OOC thank you for skipping me, *growls*

    IC:

::Tamay made her way up to the line and waited patiently in it, looking for what everyone had wanted, she made her way up and ordered everything for the others and then dug into her pockets and pulled out a couple bills to pay for the food and just waited patiently, keeping her eye on this one pendragon, he had seem to have caught her eye, she smiled happily at him, hoping to catch his attention and maybe he would come talk to her, but she just drifted away into dreamland::

:: why do all the hot guys dislike me, i dont get it, why cant i find a decent well looking guy, to be with and watnot, *sighs* this isnt fair, Jyta found someone, and im just left all alone, well im sure something or someone will come my way, i just have to be patient, yes that its.. no no no gah who am i kidding ::

::she thought to herself, and as the food was ready she grabbed a tray and went back to the table to take her seat, noticing that Ryth has moved over closer to Jyta she just shrugged and put the tray down on the table::

:: dig in... hope i got everything right ::

::she said as she sat down and took a cheeseburger off the tray and opened it::

<table class=ooc><tr><td>Ah, crap! Sorry, it was unintentional. I'm fixing now.</td></tr></table>

As Ryth answered her question, Jyta raised her eyebrows. It was unusual to say the least. <span style='color:#660000'>"Um, Ryth? Shouldn't you tell the administration that you're registering and whatnot?"</span> She turned her head to look at him, which was slightly difficult due to his prompt invasion of her personal "bubble". She didn't mind, really. She was fairly lax about lack of personal space. <span style='color:#660000'>"Good. Neither of us like moochers, especially males."</span> she replied with a cheery grin. Jyta disliked moochers. Tamay disliked them more. However, she didn't think that Ryth was trying to take advantage of them. His excuse was plausible enough.

Jyta blinked, as she finally caught sight of her roommate coming near them. She seemed to have what Jyta wanted, and she didn't know about Ryth. All she was really interested in was the pastry. Jyta waved at Tamay, licking her lips. <span style='color:#660000'>Yay for artificial sweetener! The inside-rotter of kings!</span> Jyta twitched her ear, with the hoop in it.

She turned to Ryth, attempting to have some more normal conversation. <span style='color:#660000'>"Erm... ah..."</span> Jyta was not her usually glib self, and noticing this, she blushed. It was hard to notice, as it simply meant that her dark fur got darker, but she was still confused that she had blushed. She didn't, even when she was mortified. <span style='color:#660000'>Interesting. Very interesting.</span>

Jyta grinned as Tamay sat down across from them. She picked up her pastry of choice and took a large bite. She was hungry. She gave a thumbs up to Tamay and a hard to understand <span style='color:#660000'>"Thanks"</span> between bites.

Ryth leaned back in his chair and put his heavy boots on the table. On many other 'dragons, the boots wouldn't seem out of place, but on Ryth they were just plain odd. But he liked them down to the steel toes, so they stayed. <span style='color:FF6600'>"Relax. Don't be so uptight. I have everthing under control. Trust me."</span> He turned to Tamay. <span style='color:FF6600'>"Thanks for the food."</span> He grabbed something from off the tray and started eating. He wasn't ravenously hungry (as, it seemed, Jyta was). But he was pretty hungry. Loss of all food in your stomach will do that.

Ryth let all four of his chair legs touch the ground and leaned forward. He thought back to when Tamay had some back. Jyta had seemed unusally uncomfortable. She had never been like that last night... <span style='color:FF6600'>Well, I don't know... I can't remember all of it... I can't remember what happened near the end... Hope I didn't do anything too stupid.</span> He wasn't too bothered by what they thought about what he had done when he was drunk. He assumed Jyta and Tamay had seen it all. Probably even done a lot of it. They seemed pretty comfortable around alcohol. He leaned back in his chair again. <span style='color:FF6600'>Whatever. Now I just wanna take it an hour at a time.</span>

::Tamay smiled at Ryth as he spoke to her, she thought to herself, that maybe he isnt so bad, and that she should just give him a chance, she did just meet him, and last night shouldnt really count, because they were both really drunk, and pendragons dont always act normal when consuming alcohol ::

i was to appologize for giving you the wrong impression, sometimes i just get lery of people and dont know what to think, so i automatically go off teh deep end and and assume things... i am sorry Ryth

::Tamay turned to make sure she was facing him, and so he could tell that she was sorry, as she munched on her cheeseburger some more, waiting for his responce, she looked to Jyta then back to Ryth, just thinking to herself, how cute they would look together::

Jyta grinned, finished with her doughnut. <span style='color:#660000'>"Yay! Now we're all friends and whatnot."</span> She began to lick her fingers free of doughnut-glaze, only using a napkin once she'd drooled on her fingers. It was not especially attractive. At all. Even remotely. However, she was cleaned up. She cracked her fingers, having inherited the same tendency towards stiff hands as her cousin Nurano, and raised an eyebrow at Ryth's boots. They were... interesting, to say the least. Quite out of place on the orange 'dragon, at least in Jyta's mind.

She leaned over and poked the offending foot ware with an extended index finger. <span style='color:#660000'>"Where, pray tell, did you get those?"</span> She poked them again, making sure that they were steel toed. The did, in fact, seem to be. Jyta didn't think she'd ever seen any exactly like them, though. Maybe Ryth was related to a cobbler somewhere along the line? She smiled, amused at the thought of Ryth ordering up a pair of shoes. It didn't seem like something he'd do, really. A thrift store find, perhaps?
